Abstract

Leadership from an organizational leader is considered a pivotal and central factor in improving employee performance. The approach a leader can take to guide, motivate, and manage a team is through leadership style. Additionally, work motivation is also a driving factor for enhancing employee performance in an organization or company. PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch has experienced changes in target achievements each period, which sparked the researcher's interest in conducting this study. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch, Karanganyar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method, utilizing leadership style theory by Kartono and Kartini, work motivation theory by Abraham Maslow, and employee performance theory by Robbins. The research was conducted at PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch, Karanganyar Regency, involving the entire population of 16 employees. Data analysis techniques employed multiple linear regression. The results indicate a strong relationship between leadership style and work motivation. Leadership style obtained a t-value of 6.085, work motivation a t-value of 2.727, meaning each variable significantly affects employee performance, and both leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance with an F-value of 35.143. The conclusion of this study is that the variable with the strongest influence on employee performance is leadership style. Recommendations from this study are that leaders should guide employees who are struggling and implement risk management without applying excessive pressure, while understanding each employee's capabilities to achieve company goals. Leaders need to improve office security and ensure emergency preparedness so that employees feel safe and productive. Employees are expected to manage their time well, prioritize tasks, and work independently without direct supervision to maintain performance and productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan Pendidikan nasional akan tercapai jika didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang handal dan terampil. Rendahnya kuantitas siswa untuk membaca dan memahami suatu teks bahasa Inggris menyebabkan tujuan Pendidikan tidak tercapai.  Upaya untuk meningkatkan Pendidikan di Indonesia terutama pada materi Bahasa inggris adalah dengan menerapkan metode PQ4R (Preview, Questions, Read, Reflect, Recite, dan Review). Metode PQ4R merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat menimbulkan pertanyaan dan tanya jawab siswa, sehingga ada dorongan siswa untuk membaca dan menelaah bahan bacaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan metode PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) Pada Materi Report Text. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan 2 siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 yang berjumlah 34 orang pada materi repost text semester ganjil 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh pada siklus I adalah 35,29% dan siklus II 85,29%. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan metode PQ4R dapat meningkatkan hasil belsjar siswa pada materi report text.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the problems in traffic at the present time. In connection with this, solutions are needed to deal with traffic problems in order to create order and safety in traffic. This study aims to see how to instill legal awareness in traffic in early childhood. This study uses a type of research method or library research approach, namely library studies or literature can be interpreted as a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of the study indicate that instilling legal awareness in traffic in early childhood can be developed by introducing traffic sign symbols, how to walk on the highway correctly, understanding zebra crossings and how to cross properly and so on. Through integrating the early childhood education curriculum, through themes that are adjusted to learning about traffic. Then counseling or socialization and the need for cooperation between educators, parents, the community, government agencies, institutions and other stakeholders. Children who have an understanding of traffic rules and ethics will be more likely to develop safe and responsible habits on the road.So that it has an impact on the safety of the child it self, creating a more disciplined society and can provide a strong foundation for children in facing life in the future.Keywords: Planting, Legal Awareness, Traffic, Early Childhood

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the impact of community-based entrepreneurship development programs on the economic welfare of rural communities, identifying key success factors, contributions to economic welfare, and best practices from successful initiatives. A qualitative research design with a systematic review approach was employed, focusing on peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and relevant reports published between 2018 and 2023. Data collection involved a comprehensive search of academic databases, and data analysis techniques included thematic analysis and meta-synthesis to identify common themes and patterns. The review revealed that successful community-based entrepreneurship programs are those that align with local context and culture, provide access to financial resources and effective training, foster strong social networks, and ensure sustainability and scalability. Programs tailored to the socio-cultural dynamics of rural communities showed higher engagement and acceptance. Access to microfinance and continuous capacity-building initiatives were critical for business growth and sustainability. Social capital and networks provided essential resources and support, while continuous support mechanisms and adaptability were vital for long-term success. These findings align with various economic, human capital, and social capital theories. The study offers valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners to design more effective community-based entrepreneurship programs. These programs can significantly improve rural economic welfare by integrating local context, financial support, training, and social networks. The findings also highlight the need for continuous support and adaptable program designs to sustain and scale entrepreneurship initiatives, contributing to sustainable and inclusive economic development in rural.

Abstract

This study explores the concept of deconstruction within the short story Burung Kecil dan Hujan by Yanusa Nugroho, applying poststructuralist theory to uncover how binary oppositions, decentering, and differance are utilized to challenge established meanings and hierarchies. Deconstruction, a method pioneered by Derrida, questions fixed values, revealing the fluidity and instability of meaning within texts. By identifying binary oppositions and analyzing how they are dismantled, this research examines the displacement of traditional centers of power in the narrative. Through the concept of differance, the analysis highlights how meanings in the text remain open to multiple interpretations, destabilizing conventional understandings. This qualitative study aims to deepen the appreciation of poststructuralist methods in literature, demonstrating how Burung Kecil dan Hujan resists fixed interpretations and presents a space for new readings of cultural narratives.

Abstract

Pendidikan kini semakin kehilangan makna sebagai wahana untuk pendewasaan seluruh penghuni yang ada di dalamnya. Pendidikan semakin membuat rekonstruksi humanisme, dalam prosesnya siswa diperlakukan seperti di dalam penjara, karena tidak ada perbedaan antara sekolah dengan penjara jika ruang-ruang kelas masih harus tertutup sehingga menyebabkan siswa kehilangan optik cakrawala. Siswa hanya cenderung diam di bangku dan tidak bergerak sedikit pun ketika proses pembelajaran sedang berlangsung. Tujuan dibuatnya artikel ini adalah keresahan penulis akan pendidikan yang tidak menjadikan manusia sebagai manusia, tidak menjadikan peserta didik sebagai subjek dalam pendidikan, dan tidak menjadikan sebuah dialog sebagai suatu peran sebagai komponen yang sangat diperlukan dari proses belajar maupun mencari tahu. Padahal sesungguhnya sifat pendidikan itu bersifat membimbing dan harus menuju sebuah arah perubahan. Melalui metode studi literatur, penulis mencari referensi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel ilmiah, jurnal, tesis, dll. Pendidikan yang bersifat humanistis ini juga menurut Paule Freire yang mencetuskan konsep pendidikan hadapan masalah guru dan siswa  sama-sama belajar tanpa adanya unsur paksaan yang menjadikan siswanya bebas dalam artian merdeka dalam berpikir, mengambil keputusan, dan mampu bertanggung jawab atas apa yang telah dipilihnya sehingga siswa diperlakukan layaknya sebagai manusia yang hakikatnya terus berpikir. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan humanis ini dapat membuat peserta didik senantiasa berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan dan memiliki kemerdekaan dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh permainan role playing terhadap kemampuan serta mengetahui tingkat efektifitas permainan role playing terhadap kemampuan kosakata anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Darusalam Wotbuwono. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pre-eksperimental design yang dilakukan dengan tahapan pre-test dan post-test. penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan kosakata meningkat setelah adanya perlakuan. Pengenalan benda-benda sekitar, kata kerja, kata sifat. Kemampuan kosakata anak sebelumnya cenderung sangat rendah, selanjutnya anak diberi treatment berupa permainan role playing selama 3 hari, kemudian anak diberikan test yang sama sebagai post-test. Hasil skor post-test menunjukan peningkatan nilai yang artinya kemampuan kosakata anak meningkat setelah diberikan treatment.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aimed to understand the presentation of financial reports by SAK-ETAP at BUMDes Amanah Lembang Lohe. Research Design and Methodology: The research employed both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was collected through observations, interviews with authorized parties, and research on the company. Secondary data included published data collectors and a brief company history. Data collection methods included interviews, direct question-and-answer sessions with BUMDes management, and the collection of documents and archives from BUMDes Amanah Lembang Lohe. The analytical method employed was a descriptive qualitative approach. Findings and Discussion: The research findings indicate that the preparation of financial reports by SAK-ETAP at the Amanah Lembang Lohe Village-Owned Enterprise has not been implemented. This is due to several inhibiting factors that make it difficult for managers to present reports by financial accounting standards. Implications: This research provides insights into the challenges faced by BUMDes Amanah Lembang Lohe in presenting financial reports aligned with SAK-ETAP and identifies obstacles that need to be addressed for effective reporting.

Abstract

This research discusses the cultivation of the value of identity in early childhood through the introduction of local culture of Yogyakarta at TK Batik PPBI Yogyakarta. Using a qualitative method with a field study approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the integration of local culture in learning through daily, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities succeeded in instilling identity values, both regional, national, and individual identities. Children involved in local wisdom-based activities show greater self-confidence, appreciation for culture, and pride in their regional cultural heritage. The implementation of Merdeka Curriculum also supports this approach by providing flexibility for schools in developing culture-based learning. This study revealed that the introduction of Yogyakarta local culture through daily, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities at TK Batik PPBI Yogyakarta successfully instilled identity values regional, national, and individual in early childhood. The impact of this research shows that early introduction to local culture not only strengthens children's identity, but also contributes to cultural preservation in the midst of globalization.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a complex chronic disease caused by continuously elevated blood sugar levels due to insulin deficiency involving carbohydrate, protein and lipid metabolism and the development of microvascular and neurological complications. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of nurses as educators with medication compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The type of research used is an analytic descriptive survey with a Cross Sectional design. The population in this study were all patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Sabang City Hospital, totaling 168 people. The technique of taking subjects using simple random sampling as many as 63 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire to measure the role of nurses as educators and compliance with taking medication in patients with type 2 DM. The research data analysis was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results showed that the majority of nurses' roles were sufficient as many as 33 people (52.4%) and the minority of nurses' roles were good as many as 12 people (19%). The majority of respondents were not compliant with taking medication as many as 34 people (54%) and the minority were compliant with medication as many as 19 people (45.2%). Based on the chi-square test, it was found that there was a relationship between the role of nurses as educators with adherence to taking medication in patients with diabetes mellitus (p = 0.001). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the role of nurses as educators with adherence to taking medication in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. Keywords: Nurse's Role, Educator, Medication Adherence, Diabetes Mellitus  ABSTRAK Tingginya angka kejadian Diabetes Mellitus (DM) tidak terlepas dari banyaknya faktor yang memengaruhinya. Dalam menangani faktor risiko dibutuhkan pengetahuan yang memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menentukan sikap dan perilaku seseorang.  Selain itu, dukungan keluarga dan spritual juga tidak kalah penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup penderita DM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dan dukungan spiritual dengan kualitas hidup penderita diabetes mellitus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien dengan penyakit DM di RSUD Kota Sabang sebanyak 168 orang. Teknik pengambilan subjek menggunakan simple random sampling sebanyak 63 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner untuk mengukur dukungan keluarga, dukungan spiritual dan kualitas hidup pasien DM. Analisa data penelitian adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien DM dengan nilai p= 0,0342 dan terdapat hubungan dukungan spiritual dengan kualitas hidup pasien DM dengan p= 0,024. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan dukungan spiritual dengan kualitas hidup pasien DM. Disarankan untuk mendorong pasien DM untuk aktif dalam kegiatan spiritual yang relevan, seperti doa bersama, konseling spiritual, atau komunitas keagamaan. Kata Kunci: Peran Perawat, Edukator, Kepatuhan Minum Obat, Diabetes Mellitus
