Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of digital government research from 2014 to 2024, focusing on key trends, dominant subtopics, and implementation challenges. The research identifies a significant increase in publications, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, reflecting the heightened relevance of digital transformation in public administration. Key subtopics such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and smart governance dominate the field, showcasing the growing integration of advanced technologies in enhancing public services and governance. Despite these advancements, the study highlights persistent challenges, including inadequate technological infrastructure, regulatory lag, data security concerns, and digital inclusion disparities. These issues underscore the need for targeted investments, agile regulatory frameworks, and robust cybersecurity measures to ensure the successful and equitable implementation of digital government initiatives. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers, emphasizing the importance of continued exploration of emerging technologies and strategies to overcome barriers to adoption. This study contributes to the existing literature by mapping the evolution of digital government research and offering guidance for future research and policy development in this critical area, aiming to enhance public service delivery and governance in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh human relation  dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap etos kerja karyawan pada PT Equiport Inti Indonesia. Jumlah populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel human relation (X1) dan variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja (Y) karyawan pada PT Equiport Inti Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis data SPSS, semua variabel bersifat valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik dinyatakan bahwa semua variabel berdistribusi normal. Pada uji analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 26,257 + 0,846 X1 + 0,862 X2 + 10,579. Pada uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 34,5% etos kerja karyawan pada PT Equiport Inti Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Human Relation, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Etos KerjaThis study aims to determine how the influence of human relations and the physical work environment on the work ethic of employees at PT. Equiport Inti Indonesia. The number of population and samples used were 20. The data was collected using the questionnaire and interview methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the human relationship variable (X1) and the physical work environment variable (X2) partially affect the work ethic (Y) of employees at PT. Equiport Inti Indonesia. Based on SPSS data analysis, all variables are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is stated that all variables are normally distributed. In the multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 26,257 + 0,846 X1 + 0, 862 X2 + 10, 579 was obtained. The coefficient of determination test shows that 34,5% of the work ethic of employees at PT. Equiport Inti Indonesia is influenced by the independent variables in this study.Keywords: Human Relations, Physical Work Environment, Work Ethic

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganilisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan sistem administrasi akademik (SIAKAD) yang digunakan di STKIP Harapan Bima menggunakan PIECES Framework. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian adalah 25 mahasiswa STKIP Harapan Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert. Metode ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan daftar pernyataan atau pertanyaan dimana hasilnya nanti kemudian diolah untuk mendapatkan nilai dari masing-masing domain pada PIECES Framework. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan cara menentukan nilai rata-rata. Berdasarkan metode analisis kerangka kerja PIECES dalam mengevaluasi sistem informasi akademik STKIP Harapan Bima didapatkan nilai tingkat kepuasan responden mahasiswa dari masing-masing domain yaitu masuk pada predikat PUAS. Sistem informasi akademik berdasarkan kerangka kerja PIECES sudah mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada pengguna

Abstract

Analytical thinking, creative thinking, resilience, flexibility, agility, motivation, self-awareness, and a lifelong learning mindset are the top five skills out of twenty-six are crucial for the workforce. These skills are highly important to be developed in higher education through transformative learning that encourages students to broaden their perspectives or change their mindset. Previous researches investigated the transformative learning, however there is still scarce study on the practice of transformative learning in a multidisciplinary context in higher education. Therefore, this study aims to explore the practice of transformative learning across different discipline. Narrative inquire research design was employed by involving six educators teaching at a private university in Jakarta, Indonesia. Classroom observation and interview was carried to collect the data. The finding showed that practice of transformative learning included critical self-reflection and dialogic conversation. The transformative learning provided the impact for the students.

Abstract

Demam setelah pemberian imunisasi merupakan suatu respon tubuh dari agen asing yang masuk ke dalam tubuh, dimana tubuh akan merespon dengan membentuk antibody terhadap agen asing tersebut. Demam pada bayi dapat ditangani dengan beberapa cara salah satunya melalui non farmokologi seperti bawang merah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres bawang merah terhadap bayi demam pasca imunisasi di Puskesmas Buntu Malangka. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain metode penelitian one group pretest and posttest design, sampel penelitian ini adalah 15 responden bayi yang demam setelah imunisasi di pilih secara accidental sampling. Hasil uji t berpasangan mean suhu tubuh sebelum 37,773 dan mean suhu tubuh sesudah kompres bawang merah 37,253, nilai significancy 0,000 (ρ < 0,005) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak sehingga dapat diketahui Ada pengaruh pemberian kompres bawang merah terhadap bayi demam pasca imunisasi di Puskesmas Buntu Malangka. Untuk itu disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan maupun orang tua anak dapat menggunakan kompres bawang merah sebagai salah satu cara alternatif pengobatan dan tindakan lanjutan dirumah yang efektif untuk mengurangi dampak imunisasi seperti demam.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the proficiency of students' critical thinking skills in composing analytical exposition texts, as well as to examine their perceptions regarding the development of critical thinking skills in this particular writing genre. The research employed a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing data gathering instruments such as observations and interviews. A study was undertaken at SMA Negeri 4 Gowa Regency during the academic year of 2021/2022. The participants in this study consisted of 30 students enrolled in the class XI MIA 3 during the second semester. However, for the purpose of data collection, the researchers selected a subset of 15 students by purposive sampling for interviews. The findings of this study suggest that students frequently commit errors when it comes to utilizing generic structures and language elements in their written analytic exposition texts. Based on the identified faults, the researcher saw that a majority of the students exhibited deficiencies in adhering to the prescribed guidelines of the analytical exposition text. Furthermore, it was noted that critical thinking skills were not adequately incorporated in the writing sessions conducted within this particular class. The observed phenomenon can be attributed to the insufficient comprehension and instruction provided to students within the educational setting, hindering the development of critical skills. Additionally, the absence of thought-provoking inquiries posed by educators may impede students' progress in enhancing their critical thinking abilities. Based on the analysis and observations conducted, the researcher has reached the conclusion that the students of class XI MIA 3 at SMA Negeri 4 Kabupaten Gowa demonstrate a moderate degree of critical thinking skills, as assessed by the critical thinking characteristics outlined by Facione (Facione, 2013).

Abstract

Introduction: In transportation activities, the risk of an accident is an unavoidable thing so that unification of arrangements regarding this matter is an absolute thing to do.Purposes of the Research: This study aims to find out and examine how the regulation regarding the flight of commercial aircraft in the air space of a country is reviewed from international law and how the form of state responsibility when a commercial aircraft is shot down is reviewed from international law Methods of the Research: This writing uses a normative type of legal research, which is carried out by studying theories, concepts, legal principles, and laws and regulations. In this study, the author used 2 approaches, namely the statutory approach, and the case approach.Results of the Research: The results showed that the International air law Regulation related to the parties' obligation to regulate the safety of commercial flights crossing its airspace must be in accordance with the Chicago Convention of 1944. These arrangements are made so that flights that cross the airspace of other countries can be kept safe and secure. Iran's shooting down of Ukrainian plane PS752 has violated provisions in the 1944 Chicago Convention on its airspace in an armed dispute. Therefore, Iran must take responsibility for this incident. In the future, firmness and increased cooperation with various parties are needed so that safety and security in international flights and national flights can be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management dan skill terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Instansi Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber daya yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier bergandaDapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara knowledge management dan skill terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Instansi Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan angka koefisien regresi X1 berada di daerah Ha diterima dan menolak Ho. Sedangkan koefisien regresi x2 berada di daerah Ha diterima dan menolak Ho. Secara parsial t hitung untuk x1 terdapat hubungan signifikan terhadap knowledge management dan t hitung untuk x2 terdapat hubungan signifikan terhadap skill.

Abstract

Presentation affects the development of English-speaking skills because it requires good and fluent English-speaking skills. In fact, many students are not motivated to perform in-class presentations, especially using English. The study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of a presentation-based language learning approach The study was conducted using a survey design. The data is collected from 36 sample computer students through questionnaires. Interpreting the result of questionnaires and drawing conclusions is the way to analyze the data. Based on the results and findings, recommendations are made for how presentations can be used to enhance the English language skills of computer students are generally interested in and motivated by presentations to improve their English language skills. The majority of respondents stated that they were motivated to attend such presentations, and all agreed that they had gained a better understanding of the technical terms of computer science. For further improvement, there were various opinions on how the presentations could be improved to better enhance English language skills

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the practice method given to students in the context of subject-verb agreement. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method, which leads to an in-depth analysis of the common error patterns of the students, as well as to observe the development of students' understanding over time. The results of this study show that the subject-verb agreement learning method has a positive impact on students' understanding and enables them to master this concept well. The implication of this study is the importance of using effective learning methods in overcoming subject and verb agreement errors, which are important aspects of English grammar. With the right approach, students can improve their understanding of subject and verb rules in English, thus improving their overall language skills.
