Abstract

Provision of social assistance in the form of cash organized by the company,in order to support economic growth everyone is entitled to receive social assistance.The social assistence provided certaily takes into account many things that must br the basis for making the right decisoin so that the funds or assistance are right on targert.To support the organizing committee for provinding social assistance,of course,asses sereval main factors which will from the basis for evaluating each member,and these assesment factors consist of general,ecenomic,skill and discipline assesments. To support eeffectitiveness in determining the recipients of social assistance from the company,the right decision is made to determine the appropriate criteria for receiving social assistence and  of course this is the most important policy in the company so that the funds are right on target.This software is built based on a decision support system that has the ability to facilitate a management process in making the right decision in receiving a company’s annual social assistence,using the Multi-Objective Optimization On the Basis of Simple Ration Analysis Method.

Abstract

Every day technological advances are increasing and developing, one of which is cellphones. Mobile phones are a technology that users can use to create YouTube content. The increasing development of the technological era from year to year has led to the emergence of cellphone brands with different specifications, making YouTube content users confused in determining the best cellphone. Based on this, the author conducted research to determine the best cellphone for creating YouTube content using the Moosra and Roc methods. We can use the Moosra and Roc method to determine the best cellphone for creating YouTube content, including choosing the brand and specifications of the cellphone. The results achieved in determining the type of cellphone brand and the best quality for creating YouTube content using the MOOSRA and ROC methods. And the final result of this decision support system (DSS) is determining the best brand and quality of cellphone for creating YouTube content. Rank Order Centroid (ROC) Method ROC is a method used to find the weight for each criterion according to its level and the Multi-Object Optimization Method On the basis of Simple Ration Analysis (MOOSRA) is a method that can be used to solve semi-structured and multidisciplinary problems attribute. The research results showed that Alternative A8 (Samsung) was chosen as the best alternative in determining the best cellphone for creating YouTube content with a preference value of 45.5 using the MOOSRA and ROC methods.

Abstract

Acceptance of new students is a school activity that occurs every year, even in the middle of the teaching year. This activity is the first step to improve the quality of education, namely choosing the quality of students. In general, the process of admitting new students is still done manually, namely by recording student data and the student selection exam schedule to the student data that has been accepted. This is one of the problems every year that can hinder the work of teachers and even school staff. Therefore, we need the right system to be used in schools so that it can assist in the acceptance of new students. One system that is able to solve these problems is the Decision Support System (SPK). . SPK aims to provide information, guide, provide predictions and direct users of information so they can make better decisions. In implementing the SPK, ranking methods are used so that the results obtained are more effective, such as the Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Method. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method where it is expected that the normalization process in calculating the value of new student admissions. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is a method which has a calculation level using minimum calculations and is very simple and practical for applied to the system. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method has a high level of flexibility and convenience on separating the subjective part that comes from an assessment process into the decision weighting criteria using several decision-making attributes. The final result showed that Angga Rifai Zul Fiqri ranked first with a final preference score of 1.0522, which was the highest among all candidates.

Abstract

Technology in the Revolutionary Era 4.0 and Society 5.0 made changes in the manual learning system to digital. Along with the development of technology that makes technology and humans very difficult to separate. There are many ways to acquire learning knowledge, one of which is to use learning media tools that are already available on mobile phones. There are so many physics learning media tools available that make students confused in determining the best media to use. In determining physics learning media tools when learning online there are several criteria for Storage Capacity, Application Features, Number of Materials, Number of Language Choices, Number of Users and Rating Reviews. Based on these problems, a decision support system is needed as a problem solving technique and is assisted by a method that can produce an accurate final value. The method is the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method which is very helpful in generating the best weight and preference values ​​from alternative data and criteria so that the final result is that the best physics learning media tool is in Alternative F4 with a value of 0.79563, namely the PhyWiz application.

Abstract

In this study, a study was conducted to determine the Best Chat Application, the more we enter the digital era, the more applications and communication media or sending messages that appear. So researchers want to do research to determine which chat application is the best that people can use and unfortunately it is suitable for use today, then a system is applied that can help to decide, namely a Decision Support System (DSS) which can simplify the process of selecting the Best Chat Application by implementing 5 criteria i.e. Security, Number of Downloads, Reviews, Features, Storage. Abstract

Housing is a secondary need. For the selection of the right housing, it must be adjusted to the wishes of consumers. When selecting housing or determining where to live, consumers must look for brochures and visit housing sales sites, and do not choose housing at random just because friends or other people offer it, because this can cause regret because it is not in accordance with which are desired. To assist prospective buyers in making housing buying decisions, we need a decision support system that will assist prospective buyers in choosing the desired housing. In order to get the best results, we need a system that can help determine the house in such a way that consumers are satisfied. Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) is a method provided by SPK to facilitate housing selection because this method has good selectivity in determining different goals and criteria. After carrying out the calculations of the MOORA method, the final result is obtained which shows that the alternative with the highest Yi value is A1 with a Yi value of 0.282. In the second rank, there is alternative A2 with a Yi value of 0.277, while the third rank is occupied by alternative A5 with a Yi value of 0.263. Therefore, based on predetermined criteria, alternative house A1 can be considered as the best option.

Abstract

The numerous issues often encountered in securing confidential messages revolve around message leaks. Message leaks occur through various means, such as eavesdropping. Eavesdropping happens when unauthorized parties manage to access and obtain information from ongoing communications. One way to maintain the confidentiality of secret messages is through encryption and decryption, known as cryptography, achieved by transforming the original message (plaintext) into a secret message (ciphertext). In this study, the results of the encrypted character ciphertext are v, v, w, ^, ™, ʽ, ¦, ¥, -, ¼, Ý, ó, ⁒, x, [], ", [], #, S, a, I, p, p. These findings can serve as an alternative solution to safeguard message confidentiality, ensuring only the message owner and those with knowledge of the key can access it. The Gronsfeld Cipher cryptographic method can also enhance the security of the Quicksort algorithm, a cryptographic algorithm, by generating a more randomized text message that does not reveal patterns connecting it to the original text message.

Abstract

One of the uses of technology is social media, which is an application that can convey information to many people. Around 49 percent of Indonesia's population are active users of social media because the use of social media as a means of promotion is considered easier and more efficient to get a wider target audience. In creating content on social media, a quality content creator is needed. The selection of student content creators at Budi Darma University in Medan is important to be able to get students who are creative and have the potential to become social media content creators. In selecting content creators, students at Budi Darma University have several predetermined criteria, namely the number of social media, the number of tiktok followers, the number of Instagram followers, content production per day, content creativity and content design updates. In the process of selecting student content creators, a system is needed that can speed up and simplify the process of selecting student content creators, namely the SPK (Decision Support System). In this study the EDAS (Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution) method and the Rank Oder Centroid (ROC) method used are expected to help the selection process for accepting student content creators. So the best alternative to become a student content creator lies in alternative A8 on behalf of Arsyillah with a score of 182001

Abstract

PT Anugerah Quba Mandiri (AQM) Tour & Travel every year has the charm to be able to attract the attention of customers or customers on the promo route. the selection of Umrah ticket promos held by the travel party is not given to all pilgrims who register for Umrah. The promo will be given only to pilgrims who get the general qualifications set by the company. Members who have been officially registered can have the opportunity to get a promo to be given to the selected congregation, but ticket promos can only be given to one congregation, therefore it must be based on the appropriate requirements and qualifications. Members who have registered will be recorded using a computer system to record the number of members who are entitled to the ticket promo. With the large number of registered members, the company really needs a decision system that can help in making decisions on ticket promotions. A Decision Support System (SPK) that can help companies find out which members are eligible for ticket promotions using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. The ARAS method is a method or method of decision making that uses the concept of utility degree ranking by comparing the overall index value of each alternative to. In its implementation, the decision support system in providing promos to PT AQM tour & Travel members uses the ARAS method, obtaining effective and objective ranking results. From the results of research conducted at PT AQM Tour & Travel it can be concluded that Alternative A13 on behalf of Nurlela Br Sitepu is stated as a member who gets an Umrah ticket promo with a preference value of 0.2963.

Abstract

Staff recruitment is a critical process in human resource management where organizations select and place individuals who fit the needs and goals of the company. This process involves identifying position needs, job postings, screening applicants, interviewing, skills evaluation, and making a final decision to determine the most suitable employee. The integration of CRITIC and MAIRCA allows the staff selection process to be more objective and systematic. CRITIC helps in assessing the importance of each criterion by considering its relevance, thus ensuring that the evaluation is not based on just one dimension. On the other hand, MAIRCA provides a comprehensive framework by comparing each candidate against the desired ideal standards and their actual achievements in relevant attributes. The combination of these two methods not only strengthens accuracy in staff selection, but also ensures that decisions are made in accordance with the organization's strategic goals to achieve optimal performance and effectiveness. The ranking results obtained the results of rank 1 with a value of 0.0824 obtained by Alternative G, rank 2 with a value of 0.0798 obtained by Alternative B, and rank 3 with a value of 0.0778 obtained by Alternative C.
