Abstract

Determining recipients of MSME capital assistance at the Deli Serdang Regency UKM Cooperative Service is an activity that requires careful assessment and must also be selective based on existing assessments. With this, it is hoped that results can be obtained that are worthy of obtaining business development assistance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to obtain assistance funds for developing their businesses. The solution to the problem above is to build a Decision Support System to assist in determining the suitability of recipients of MSME capital assistance at the Deli Serdang Regency UKM Cooperative Service. The method chosen to support solving the problem above is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, namely by giving weight to each available alternative option. This research produces a Decision Support System that can recommend providing assistance to recipients of MSME capital assistance at the Deli Serdang Regency UKM Cooperative Service using the SMART method. A trial was carried out by entering data samples of 7 potential recipients of MSME capital assistance. With the Decision Support System, it can provide recommendations to determine recipients of MSME capital assistance based on ranking, from 7 potential participants receiving MSME capital assistance based on the smallest rank, namely: Sri Rahayu (A1) with a score of 148.97, Putri Handayani (A4) with a score of 148, 99, and Nur Azhari (A3) with a score of 149.76.

Abstract

Paget's Disease, also known as Paget's Disease of the bone, is a bone disorder that typically arises in the elderly, particularly after the age of 40. The risk of this disease increases with advancing age. Aging and genetic factors are believed to play a role in the development of this condition. Symptoms include bone pain, bone fragility, abnormal bone growth, changes in bone shape, decreased hearing, as well as symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, and joint complaints. Expert systems or artificial intelligence draw inspiration from the knowledge of experts to analyze situations. With algorithms like the Bayes theorem, this system provides solutions to emerging issues. In this context, expert systems aid doctors in identifying diseases without face-to-face consultations. The Bayes theorem serves as the foundation for this mechanism, emulating expert abilities. This research applies the Bayes theorem for an efficient and objective diagnosis of Paget's Disease. The results indicate a strong likelihood of patients having Paget's Disease at 73.87%. Consequently, the use of expert systems has the potential to enhance efficiency and objectivity in handling cases, assisting doctors in formulating diagnoses based on presenting symptoms.

Abstract

The decision support system can be claimed to be a personal computer capable of running data into information so that when taking a semi-structured or problem-specific decision, A coffee shop is a place that prioritizes the sale of coffee with a variety of brewing methods, ranging from cold brew, percolator, Turkish coffee, automatic drip, moka pot, tubruk, Arabica, and many more. In this study, the authors used the PSI (preference selection index) method so that the selection of the best coffee shop was carried out by making a decision matrix, normalizing the decision matrix, calculating the mean value of normalized data, determining the variation of preferences, determining storage in preference values, determining the weight of the criteria, and calculating the PSI value so as to find the best alternative. The criteria used in the selection of coffee shops are five: food, drink, service, entertainment, and parking. Then the final result of the best alternative value is A6 as the best coffee shop in Tanjung Morawa, with a result of 3.702 using the PSI method

Abstract

To notice that children are ready for elementary school is one of the most important things for children that teachers and parents need to care about., But many teachers still don't understand the importance of it the child's readiness embraces the readiness to learn, physical readiness, social skills, Emotional maturity, The ability to think and communicate. Nijmeegse Schoolbekwan Test is a measuring tool that is able to measure students' readiness to enter school. The methods used are lectures and direct practice by teachers. As a result of this community service, the teacher demonstrated the ability to use the NST measuring instrument and was able to interpret the test instrument well, so that the NST was used to measure student readiness in the current year.

Abstract

Toddler health is very important as the basis for child development. Every child must receive good nutrition so that their development stages are not disrupted. This study aims to analyze the nutritional status of toddlers at Posyandu Currently, Posyandu Parents are given a Healthy Way Card (KMS) where the card only contains the child's age and weight. The data used includes the age, weight and body length of 20 toddlers. The analysis process involves determining the Z-Score for each parameter to group the data into three main clusters, namely overnutrition, obesity and risk of overnutrition. The research results showed that of the 20 toddlers, 6 were in the obese category, 13 were over-nourished, and 1 toddler was at risk of over-nutrition. This information can be a basis for evaluation for parents and Posyandu in increasing appropriate nutritional intake for children.

Abstract

Platforms in e-commerce are digital systems that allow online transactions to buy and sell products or services. E-commerce platforms also provide benefits for business actors because they are able to reach a wider market without geographical restrictions, while offering efficiency in business operations. The main problem in choosing a platform for e-commerce is often related to the sheer number of options available and the variety of criteria that must be considered. Criteria such as fees, platform popularity, transaction security, ease of use, features provided, as well as customer service support are important factors in determining the most suitable platform. The implementation of a decision support system to help select the optimal e-commerce platform by applying the OWH-TOPSIS method shows that this system can provide accurate and effective recommendations, so that it can be used as a reference for users in determining the e-commerce platform that suits their needs. The decision support system using the OWH-TOPSIS method provides an efficient and objective solution in the selection of e-commerce platforms. The results of the ranking of the best e-commerce platforms show that Platform D occupies the top position with the highest score value, which is 0.882. In second place is Platform E which obtained a score of 0.8599, followed by Platform A with a score of 0.8341.

Abstract

Barista is a person who works in a coffee shop as a delicious coffee maker. So it is necessary to recruit baristas who can work in coffee shops and have responsibilities that not only mix coffee but also have skills in processing coffee beans. The problem in the barista recruitment process is the process of determining barista candidates who are only selected individually so that it is less accurate to get barista candidates who have the expected skills so that it can have an impact on opinions on the coffee shop. So the solution is provided through a decision support system, a highly interactive computer-based system that assists in making a decision to utilise data and models in solving unstructured and semi-structured problems. The method used in making these decisions is the Additive Ratio Assessment Method (ARAS). A total of 11 people who will become data samples and five criteria are used as rules for assessing (selecting). The ARAS method is able to provide maximum results to obtain superior barista recruitment with a result of 5,342, namely A1 as the selected alternative in barista recruitment after going through the method application stage.

Abstract

The selection of scholarship recipients must go through careful consideration. Therefore, SPK is needed in overcoming these problems by applying the AHP and PROMETHEE methods. SPK is able to overcome this problem for the selection of scholarship recipients so that the resulting data is more effective and optimal Based on the criteria that have been determined, a student named Radit Pratama with a final score of 0.466 ranks as the student with the highest ranking score for granting aid scholarships.

Abstract

In determining the best Sector Police, many criteria must be had by every Sector Police to be the best. Some of the criteria used to determine the best Sector Police are Polsek services, completion of the crime, number of personnel, cleanliness of the Sectoral Police, and number of criminal acts. Determination of the best Sector Police to improve the performance of personnel so that they are encouraged to be better at doing their jobs than before. To avoid mistakes and be precise in determining the best Police Sector, a decision support system is needed. In this study, a case will be raised, namely finding the best alternative based on the existing criteria using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. The COPRAS method is used to analyze different alternatives and estimate alternatives according to the level of utility where the values of the attributes are expressed in intervals to increase efficiency and increase accuracy in the decision-making process.

Abstract

Independent labor in general is an important part of supporting the running of a business for entrepreneurship. Planning for manpower needs is part of the preparation of a recruitment program to make choices to attract qualified workers to an agency. However, not all selection processes have succeeded in attracting qualified workers as desired. Therefore, the role of DSS in solving this problem is urgently needed. In this study, the results of the OCRA method, the best alternative, namely A9 for Irna Yuni, S.Sos achieved a score of 0,552.
