Abstract

The main problems in the selection of network vendors include uncertainty regarding the credibility and reliability of the vendor, which can result in the risk of product or service failure. Choosing a network vendor requires a thorough evaluation of the vendor's credibility and track record to ensure their reliability and experience in the industry. In addition, the technology compatibility and flexibility of the product need to be checked to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and the ability to adapt to evolving needs. The combination of the CRITIC weighting and MAUT methods can result in a robust and holistic approach in the decision support system. CRITIC is used to determine the relative weight of each criterion based on the correlation analysis between the criteria, thus helping to reduce subjectivity and improve the objectivity of the assessment. Once the criterion weights are set using CRITIC, MAUT can be used to calculate the utility score of each alternative based on the weights of that criterion. MAUT allows the integration of decision-maker subjective preferences into the analysis, thus allowing for a more thorough and accurate evaluation of the alternatives being evaluated. The results of the network vendor ranking show that Nusanet gets the first rank with a final score of 0.6214, Zitline gets the second rank with a final score of 0.5317, MMS gets the third rank with a final score of 0.5276, TMS gets the fourth rank with a final score of 0.4147, and JPDN gets the fifth rank with a final score of 0.3677. This combination of the CRITIC and MAUT methods provides a comprehensive approach to network vendor selection, ensuring that decisions are based on structured, transparent, and measurable analysis, resulting in the most optimal vendor selection for the organization's needs.

Abstract

CV.Sumber Segar Lestari is a five-star supermarket that serves the best products on the market, namely imported products. High quality human resources are very necessary to improve a company. In searching for quality human resources according to the company's needs, CV.Sumber Segar Lestari is still carried out manually, namely the cashier reception process at CV.Sumber Segar Lestari (Brastagi Supermarket) uses a cashier reception system based on the Company's Operational Standards guidelines. Starting from the cashier acceptance process by selecting each incoming job application. Then the process of evaluating prospective cashier employees is carried out, including: examining applications and required documents, conducting written tests, interviews, and deciding whether to accept or reject the prospective cashier employee. This method of assessment takes a long time and is prone to errors. Especially if many applicants submit applications. In addition, the assessment process and results can only be seen by personnel, it is very possible to manipulate test results. To solve this problem, this research uses the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method. The Multi Attribute Utility Theory method is a quantitative comparison method that usually combines measurements of different risk costs and benefits. The Multi Attribute Utility Theory method is used to provide an assessment and consideration of the best alternative from various existing options. Processing values using the death method will produce rankings. The final result obtained was alternative A3 which had the highest final score of 0.595 in the name of Mulia Dinda Ramadani

Abstract

The main problem in choosing the best cleaning service is often a challenge because it involves a variety of complex and subjective criteria. Cleaning service performance assessments are not only based on factors such as speed and efficiency in work, but also include other aspects such as cleanliness of work results, interpersonal skills, and the ability to comply with safety procedures. The purpose of this research is to implement a system that is able to evaluate and select cleaning service providers objectively and effectively. The Entropy method to measure and assign weights to relevant criteria in the assessment of cleaning service providers, based on the information contribution of each criterion. The COPRAS method to assess and compare various alternative cleaning service providers based on the weight of predetermined criteria, so as to identify the service provider that best meets the desired needs and standards. Based on the results of the ranking that has been carried out by applying the entropy and COPRAS weighting methods, Hadi Santoso occupies the top position with a perfect score of 100, showing that he is the best cleaning service employee among other candidates. Dewi Lestari is ranked second with a score of 96.07, which also shows a very good performance but slightly below Hadi. Meanwhile, Haryani occupies third place with a score of 92.46. Even though it is in last place, this score still reflects a fairly satisfactory performance. This difference in scores indicates a variation in the performance aspects assessed, so that it can be used as a basis for decision-making for awards or service quality improvement.

Abstract

The performance of educators at a university is a real behavior that is displayed by each educator as the work performance produced by the educators according to their role. To be able to determine the quality of the performance of educators, it is necessary to have clear criteria, therefore it is needed a decision support system (DSS) to overcome these problems. DSS is a Multi Objective Optimization Method on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method that has a high degree of flexibility and easy to understand in separating the subjective part of an evaluation process into weighted criteria decisions with several attributes of decision making. This method has a degree of goal selectivity from conflicting criteria. Where the criteria can be assessed as beneficial and unfavorable (cost). So this method has a good level of selectivity in determining the highest A1 with an optimization value of 3.059

Abstract

This research aims to optimize increased sales through the use of TikTok social media. TikTok, as a rising social media platform, offers various features that businesses can use to increase visibility and engagement with potential customers. The main problem faced is how to utilize TikTok's features effectively to increase sales and attract the attention of a wider audience. The solutions in this research include creative content strategies, the use of influencers, and trend analysis to ensure that marketing campaigns reach the right target audience and generate the desired conversions. This research uses a case study method on several small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that have utilized TikTok as part of their marketing strategy. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, surveys and analysis of the performance of TikTok campaigns that have been run by these SMEs. The research results show that the use of creative and interesting short video content can significantly increase user interaction. In addition, collaboration with TikTok influencers has proven effective in increasing product reach and credibility in the eyes of consumers. Other results show that trend analysis and setting the right posting time are very influential in determining the success of a marketing campaign on TikTok. From these results, it can be concluded that TikTok is a platform that has great potential for increasing sales, especially for SMEs who are able to utilize creative features and appropriate marketing strategies. Recommendations from this research include developing authentic and relevant content, as well as using analytics to continuously adapt marketing strategies according to changing trends and consumer behavior. Thus, this research provides practical guidance for businesses to optimize the use of TikTok in efforts to increase sales, as well as offering insight into the importance of adaptation and innovation in digital marketing strategies. This research also emphasizes the importance of consistency in presenting interesting and relevant content. Considering TikTok is a very dynamic platform, businesses need to stay up to date with the latest developments and adapt their strategies quickly. In addition, utilizing features such as TikTok Ads and TikTok Shopping can provide additional encouragement in achieving sales goals. TikTok Ads, for example, allow businesses to target more specific audiences, while TikTok Shopping makes it easy for users to directly purchase products they see in videos. This research shows that TikTok is not just an entertainment platform, but also a powerful marketing tool if used with the right strategy. By harnessing the potential of TikTok, SMEs can expand their market reach and increase sales significantly. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for businesses who want to develop their digital marketing strategy and maximize sales potential through TikTok social media.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of information technology in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to improve digital skills, learning quality, and concern for greening among teachers. This research aims to identify and implement effective strategies in using information technology in the Islamic boarding school environment to support a more modern and efficient teaching and learning process. Through a case study approach, this research involved a number of teachers in several Islamic boarding schools who were selected purposively. The methods used include observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires to collect data on teachers' digital knowledge and skills, as well as their attitudes towards greening. The research results show that the integration of information technology can significantly improve teachers' digital skills, which in turn contributes to improving the quality of learning. The teachers involved in this research reported increased abilities in operating learning software, using e-learning platforms, and using social media for educational activities. In addition, this research found that the use of information technology can also increase teachers' awareness and concern for environmental issues, especially greening, by utilizing digital applications and platforms for greening campaigns and environmental education. The implementation of information technology in Islamic boarding schools not only improves the quality of learning and digital skills, but also broadens teachers' insight into the importance of protecting the environment. This article recommends ongoing training and the provision of adequate technological infrastructure in Islamic boarding schools to support the development of digital skills and environmental awareness. It is hoped that this integration can create a better and more sustainable educational ecosystem in Islamic boarding schools, with teachers as the main agents of change.

Abstract

The main problems in determining warehouse location include high operational costs, inadequate accessibility and infrastructure, and strict and complex local regulations. In addition, environmental risks and natural disasters, as well as economic fluctuations and market dynamics also add to the challenge of choosing an optimal location. The purpose of this study is to apply the Entropy and ARAS methods in evaluating the potential of optimal warehouse locations, thereby providing clear and structured guidance for decision-makers in choosing the optimal warehouse location to meet the company's operational and strategic needs. The implementation of the entropy and ARAS methods in determining the best warehouse location involves a systematic approach in evaluating several criteria that are important for optimal decision-making. The Entropy method helps in objectively assessing the importance of each criterion by quantifying the uncertainty or variation present in the data. The ARAS method complements this by allowing comparative analysis of alternative warehouse locations based on their performance against ideal criteria, taking into account both quantitative and qualitative aspects. Thus, both methods provide a solid framework for selecting warehouse locations that not only meet logistics requirements efficiently but are also in line with strategic business objectives, ensuring a well-informed decision-making process in supply chain management and logistics. The results of the ranking of the best warehouse location selection using the entropy and ARAS methods show AB Location as the first rank with a value of 0.9781, DD Location as the second place with a value of 0.8362, and IP Location as the third place with a value of 0.8143.

Abstract

The new branch location is close to people's activities with the availability of adequate facilities, making it convenient for consumers to access the services/products they need. The determination of the feasibility of a new branch location by several product or service producers still uses an inaccurate system, which can lead to problems in determining a strategic and targeted new branch location. However, there are some challenges in selecting a new branch location, so the utilization of technology is considered efficient, easy, and flexible, widely used by entrepreneurs, especially in determining new branch locations. This is done by using the assistance of a decision support system, which is expected to help determine an efficient and strategic new branch location. The aid comes in the form of a Decision Support System using the MAUT method with ROC weighting. After calculating each criterion and alternative, the best ranking is obtained for alternative A6 with a value of 0.6847. This way, business groups will not have difficulty in determining a new branch location through alternatives and criteria. The use of the MAUT method with ROC weighting is expected to assist in obtaining the best and valid alternatives up to the ranking stage

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dan pengembangan Pembinaan Moral Anak Usia Dini di RA Nurul Ikhwan Delitua. Untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat Pembinaan Moral Anak Usia Dini di RA Nurul Ikhwan Delitua. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuaitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulann data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara garis besar implementasi dan pengembangan pembinaan nilai moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Nurul Ikwan Deli Tua, sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode dan teknik pembelajaran yang bervariatif, keterlibatan orang tua, strategi pengembangan nilai agama dan moral dan dalam pelaksanaan KBM. Sementara evaluasi dalam implementasi dan pengembangan pembinaan nilai moral dilakukan dengan cara penilaian, namun dalam pelaksanaannya tidak ada penilaian secara khusus, tetapi bergabung dalam segala bidang, tentunya tidak terleepas dari faktor pendukung dalam implementasi dan pengembangan pembinaan nilai moral di RA Nurul Ikwan Deli Tua meliputi: 1) adanya workshop bagi pendidik dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral, 2) adanya papan pembiasaan dan papan nasehat tentang nilai moral, 3) adanya sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran yang memadai. Sementara faktor penghambat dalam implementasi dan pengembangan pembinaan nilai moral di RA Nurul Ikwan Deli Tua meliputi: 1) perbedaan pola asuh orang tua pada peserta didik, 2) kurangnya kerjasama dari orang tua murid, 3) waktu pembelajaran yang terbatas, 4) perbedaan kemampuan anak dalam mengikuti pembelajaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia kerja membuat Telkomsel Authorized Partner (TAP) Deli Tua harus bersaing dalam mempertahankan reseller. Proses yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempertahankan reseller pada TAP Deli Tua yaitu dengan mengelompokan reseller menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu reseller prioritas dan reseller non-prioritas. Proses penentuan reseller prioritas dan non-prioritas dapat dilihat berdasarkan dengan data penjualan yang sudah tersimpan pada TAP Deli Tua. Namun, proses pengelompokan harus dilakukan dengan baik dan benar. Dalam melakukan pengelompokan data reseller TAP Deli Tua harus teliti, maka dalam pemrosesan pengolahan data reseller yang melakukan order produk dilakukan dengan data mining dengan teknik clustering. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means yang dapat membagi data menjadi beberapa cluster yang diperlukan. Dengan adanya penerapan data mining dengan algoritma K-Means dapat membantu dalam mengelompokan data reseller di TAP Deli Tua. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa data mining dengan penerapan algoritma K-Means dapat membantu TAP Deli Tua dalam menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih efektif dalam pengelompokan data reseller sehingga dapat mengetahui reseller prioritas dan reseller non-prioritas. Dari 15 data sampel 12 reseller berada dalam cluster 0 dan 3 reseller berada dalam cluster 1.
