Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Trust and Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty on Royal holidays. The population in this study are all consumers who make purchases on Royal Holiday as many as 135 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, a total sample of 101 respondents was obtained. The results of the research analysis showed that Trust and Service Quality partially have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty on Royal holidays. The results showed that Trust and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty in Royal holidays. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that Trust and Service Quality have an effect on Consumer Loyalty on Royal holidays. While the remaining is affected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as price, commitment, image, location, discounted price, advertising, and consumer behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of consumer motivation, perceived quality and consumer attitudes on purchasing decisions at PT. Unikitz Bersatu Group Medan branch. The population in this study are all stores that have made purchases at PT. Unikitz Bersatu Group Medan branch for the 2019 period. The research population that will be used in the study is all consumers who made purchases at the company in 2019 as many as 12,139 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, the number of samples obtained is 99 respondents. The results of the research analysis show that Consumer Motivation, Quality Perception and Consumer Attitude partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at PT. Unikitz Bersatu Group Medan branch. The results of this study are supported by the value of Adjusted R square (Adjusted R2), which means that consumer motivation, perceived quality and consumer attitudes have an influence on purchasing decisions at PT. Unikitz Bersatu Group Medan branch. While the rest is influenced by other factors that come from outside this research model such as consumer behavior, service quality, product quality, product design and various other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Service and Consumer Trust on Consumer Loyalty at Prima Elektronik. The population in this research is consumers of Prima Elektronik totaling 1,498 respondents. The technique of determining the samples used in this research is the Slovin formula and totaling 94 respondents. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through library research conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method is used to solve problems and prove hypotheses with descriptive analysis, and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The t-test results show Service variable had a positive and significant on Consumer Loyalty at Prima Elektronik. The Consumer Trust variable had a positive and significant on Consumer Loyalty at Prima Elektronik. The F test results show that the independent variables Service and Consumer Trust adjusted for the variable Consumer Loyalty. Test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that the Consumer Loyalty variables are supported by Service and Consumer Trust variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Accounting Information Systems on Internal Control at PT. Sierra Mandiri Distribusindo, knowing the effect of Internal Audit on Internal Control at PT. Sierra Mandiri Distribusindo, knowing the effect of the Accounting Information System and Internal Audit on Internal Control at PT. Sierra Mandiri Distribusindo. The population in this research were employees at PT. Sierra Mandiri Distribusindo. Samples taken were from 38 respondents using the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that the Accounting Information System and Internal Audit partially had a positive and significant effect on Internal Control at PT.Serra Mandiri Distribusindo. The results showed that the Accounting and Internal Audit Information System simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Internal Control at PT.Serra Mandiri Distribusindo. The results of this research are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that the Accounting and Internal Audit Information System influences Internal Control. while the rest are explained by other variables not examined in this research, such as information technology and employee performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world has brought various impacts on human life, including human development achievements. Development can be interpreted as an effort or process to make changes for the better. The development process occurs in all aspects of people's lives, such as economic, political, social and cultural aspects. The purpose of this study is to see the difference in the Human Development Index before and during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is the Paired Sample T-Test which is an analytical test to determine the average difference between matched data points. The results of the study show that there are differences in the Human Development Index in Indonesia, as seen from the results of the Paired Sample T-Test table. The significant value of HDI shows that there are differences in the Human Development Index in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that the Indonesian government needs to take strategic steps and good policies to increase the human development index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Commitment and Price on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Almira Nusa Raya in Medan. This type of research data is data with a quantitative approach, research that is processed and analyzed to draw conclusions in the form of numbers. In this study, the sample used was 42 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple regression test by passing the analysis prerequisite test. The results showed that commitment and price simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at PT. Almira Nusa Raya. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2), which means that commitment and price have an influence on consumer loyalty at PT. Almira Nusa Raya. While the rest is influenced by other factors originating from outside this research model such as distribution channels, trust, corporate image, customer satisfaction, location, consumer decisions, marketing strategies, consumer perceptions and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Personal Sales on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, knowing the effect of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, knowing the effect of Personal Sales and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at PT. Indonesian Kao. The research population that will be used in the study are all consumers who made purchases of the company's products at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto during the 2020 period as many as 47,529 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. The analysis of this study used the Multiple Linear Regression test. The results showed that Personal Selling partially has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, Product Quality partially has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions at PT. Indonesian Kao.

Abstract

Abstract Indeks Pembangunan Manusia adalah salah satu indikator dalam mengukur tingkat keberhasilan pembangunan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa seberapa besar kualitas indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) dipengaruhi oleh proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga bidang makanan dan bukan makanan, dan proporsi pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan. Dalam mengukur dan menganalisa digunakan data runtun waktu (time series) dan silang tempat (cross section) atas 25 Kabupaten/ kota periode 2019 - 2020 (triwulan). Analisa data menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antar proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga bidang makanan dan bukan makanan, proporsi pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan, terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Sumatera Utara. Besarnya pengaruh tersebut telah ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien variabel-variabel bebas, yakni : -0,004 untuk variabel proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga bidang makanan, 0,037 untuk variabel proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga bidang bukan makanan, 0,051 untuk variabel proporsi pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan, 0,005.   Kata kunci: Indeks Pembangunan Manusia; Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga bidang makanan dan bukan makanan; Pendidikan   Abstract The Human Development Index is one of the indicators in measuring the success rate of human development. This study aims to analyze how much the quality of the human development index (HDI) is influenced by the proportion of household spending on food and non-food, and the proportion of government spending on education. In measuring and analyzing, time series and cross-sectional data are used for 25 districts/cities for the period 2019 - 2020 (quarterly). Data analysis using panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between the proportion of household expenditure on food and non-food, the proportion of government expenditure on education, on the human development index in North Sumatra. The magnitude of this influence has been shown by the coefficient values ​​of the independent variables, namely: -0.004 for the proportion of household expenditures in the food sector, 0.037 for the proportion of household expenditures in the non-food sector, 0.051 for the variable proportion of government expenditures in the education sector, 0.005.   Keywords: Human Development Index; Household Expenditures in the food and non-food sectors; Education DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jdg.v12i1.2790

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Buying Interest Location at Soni Interior House, knowing the relationship to Buying Interest at Soni Interior House, knowing the relationship to Buying Interest at Soni Interior House, and knowing the relationship to Buying Interest at Soni Interior House House. The research methodology used is the descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or numbers. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to shops that made purchases at the Promotion of Soni Interior House, secondary data was obtained from data and literature relating to the problems discussed. The research population that will be used in the study are all consumers who use the services of the company during the period 2016 to 2020 as many as 55,648 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that the location has a positive and significant relationship with buying interest in Soni Interior House.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Sales Growth and Debt to Equity Ratio on Tax Avoidance in the Trade Sector. The population used in this study are large trading sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 - 2019 totaling 40 companies. This study used a purposive sampling technique which was analyzed using linear regression. The results of the analysis provide evidence that Sales Growth and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect on Tax Avoidance in Big Trading Subsector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange either partially or simultaneously.
