Abstract

Latar belakang: Cafe telah menjadi pusat pertemuan sosial dan telah menjadi integral dari budaya perkotaan modern di seluruh dunia. Dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri ini, penting bagi pemilik bisnis cafe untuk menciptakan pengalaman yang memuaskan bagi pelanggan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Desain Eksterior dan Cita Rasa Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Cafe Kokoro. Metode penelitian: Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Cafe Kokoro. Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dan berjumlah 150 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan membuktikan hipotesis adalah dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi. Analisis ini mencakup validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian: Hasil dari uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Desain Eksterior 16,076 > ttabel 1,655 dan variabel Cita Rasa tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Cafe Kokoro dimana thitung 2,644 > ttabel 1,655. Hasil dari uji F menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung 156,293 > Ftabel 2,34 yang berarti variabel bebas yaitu Desain Eksterior dan Cita Rasa secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Keputusan Pembelian pada Cafe Kokoro. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa 68% variabel Keputusan Pembelian pada Cafe Kokoro dipengaruhi oleh variabel Desain Eksterior dan Cita Rasa, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32% dijelaskan oleh pengaruh faktor lain Kesimpulan: Cafe Kokoro diharapkan dapat mempertahankan ruang eksterior yang luas agar pelanggan dapat bergerak leluasa demi kenyamanan pelanggan seperti mengatur jarak antar meja serta menggunakan furnitur berbahan alami untuk mendukung konsep Jepang sehingga pelanggan tetap memilih cafe Kokoro sebagai tempat pilihan utama berkumpul

Abstract

Latar belakang: Manusia sebagai makhluk hidup ekonomi memiliki naluri dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya untuk bertahan hidup dan selalu berambisi sehingga mendorong semakin berkembangnya pula ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sebagai alat atau media untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Forklift Serbaguna, mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan Berwirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Forklift Serbaguna, mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Pengetahuan Berwirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Forklift Serbaguna. Metode penelitian: Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yaitu data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk angka atau bilangan. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, data sekunder diperoleh dari data dan kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pelaku usaha forklift pada Forklift Serbaguna sebanyak 30 responden. Dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh maka jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 30 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Pengetahuan Berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Bisnis pada Forklift Serbaguna. Kesimpulan: Sebagai kesimpulan, kebijakan moneter memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan suku bunga dan menjaga stabilitas ekonomi. Bank sentral perlu mempertimbangkan kondisi ekonomi yang lebih luas dan mengadopsi pendekatan yang fleksibel dan responsif terhadap perubahan ekonomi domestik dan global.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty at CV. Maju Jaya. The research population that will be used in this research is all customers who made purchases at the company during the 2021 period, totaling 173 customers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, a total sample of 121 respondents was obtained. The results of partial hypothesis testing show consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The results of partial hypothesis testing show service quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality has a effect on consumer loyalty. The result of the coefficient of determination shows that 56% which means that the Consumer Loyalty variable can be explained by the Consumer Satisfaction and Service Quality variables. The conclusions from the results of this study indicate that partially Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Simultaneously, Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Income inequality and poverty are major problems for economic growth at both the national and regional levels. Economic growth, income inequality and poverty are prioritised to improve economic development. This study aims to determine the extent to which income inequality and poverty index affect the success of economic growth in North Sumatra. A review of 33 relevant articles from Sinta indexed journals shows that income inequality and poverty index are highly correlated with economic growth in North Sumatra. The study clearly states that higher economic growth will reduce the scale of income inequality and poverty in a region. Thus, this is a serious problem that requires special attention from the government. To overcome this problem, the government should focus on income equality. The achievement of income equality will contribute to the convenience of the community and the creation of community labour productivity. Therefore, fair and equitable income circulation can reduce social and economic problems such as poverty. With the achievement of these two indicators, it will be a huge capital in helping to achieve stable economic growth.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini mengkaji kondisi ekonomi masyarakat dan akses terhadap layanan dasar sebagai indikator kesejahteraan suatu negara. Dengan berfokus pada studi kasus tertentu, penelitian ini mengungkap hubungan antara kemiskinan dan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan dan pendidikan. Kemiskinan, yang diukur melalui pengeluaran per kapita, dikaitkan dengan kesulitan mengakses layanan kesehatan, yang berdampak pada tingkat kesehatan masyarakat. Keterbatasan ekonomi juga menjadi hambatan dalam mengakses pendidikan yang layak, sehingga menciptakan lingkaran setan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan 20 keluarga sebagai subjek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif, menunjukkan distribusi pendapatan dan klasifikasi kemiskinan berdasarkan garis BPS. Wawancara menyoroti tantangan dalam mencari pekerjaan, kenaikan harga komoditas pokok, dan kesenjangan antarkelompok ekonomi. Hambatan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan juga terungkap, terutama bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki BPJS. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang kondisi ekonomi dan akses terhadap layanan dasar di masyarakat yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan

Abstract

Purpose: The research aims to examine the impact of E-Commerce and Entrepreneurial Knowledge in increasing Business Interest among the community of Environment XX, Tanjung Mulia.Methodology: This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with numerical data. Primary data is collected via questionnaires distributed to residents of Environment XX, Tanjung Mulia, while secondary data is sourced from relevant literature and existing data.Results: The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that improvements in E-Commerce and Entrepreneurial Knowledge will increase Entrepreneurial Interest. E-Commerce, in particular, has a positive and significant impact on Entrepreneurial Interest in the community of Environment XX, Tanjung Mulia, Medan. Similarly, Entrepreneurial Knowledge also has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest in the same area.Conclusions: Any improvement in E-Commerce and Entrepreneurial Knowledge will increase entrepreneurial interest. Both E-Commerce and Entrepreneurial Knowledge have a positive and significant partial impact on entrepreneurial interest in the community of Environment XX, Tanjung Mulia, Medan, and together they also have a positive and significant effect.Limitations: A limitation of this research is the lack of respondent diversity, as the sample was taken only from the XX Tanjung Mulia Medan community. Future research could explore other variables influencing Entrepreneurial Interest, such as business capital, family, and social support.Contribution: This research provides empirical evidence that E-Commerce is not only a technological tool, but also a factor that encourages the growth of interest in entrepreneurship in society.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the management and leadership in Catholic schools under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Medan (KAM). Using a quantitative descriptive approach, this study collected data from 280 respondents consisting of principals, teachers, and administrative staff in various Catholic schools in the KAM area. The assessment was carried out based on key standards that include the ability of school administrators to make decisions, the quality of leadership in realizing the school's mission and vision, and relations with Church authorities. The results showed that the majority of respondents felt that Catholic schools in KAM had generally met the standards of good leadership and management. As many as 34.9% of respondents considered that school administrators were able to make effective decisions, and 36.7% stated that school leadership had succeeded in implementing the school's mission and vision. However, several areas needed improvement, such as relations with Church authorities, where 40.8% of respondents felt that this relationship was inadequate. This study highlights the strengths and weaknesses in the management and leadership of Catholic schools in KAM. With continuous improvement in these aspects, these schools can continue to make positive contributions to quality education and student character development in North Sumatra.

Abstract

People’s daily activities are inseparable from the use of plastic bags, from supermarkets to small shops, all of them use a plastic bag as a means of storing groceries. Then the remaining use of plastic bags is what causes long-terms damage to the ecosystem and the surrounding natural environment. Because plastic waste is classified as difficult to decompose and if it continues to be sustainable towards the accumulation of plastic waste, it is feared that it will cause air pollution and damage to the surrounding marine ecosystem. This study used quantitative methods and the purpose of this study is to see purchasing decisions through the implementation of green marketing and green products. This study collected data through questionnaire techniques that were distributed to consumers measured by Likert scale and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The results showed that green marketing and green products have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether online learning using the Google Classroom application and digital media literacy affects the learning achievement of office administration education students at the Faculty of Economics. The population was 59 students, and the entire population was a sample. The instrument used was a questionnaire, so the data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The data analysis techniques used in this study were the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, and T and F Test. Data processing using SPSS Version 25 obtained the results of the calculation of the value showing t count 3.925> t table 1.672 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, explaining that there is an effect of online learning based on Google Classroom on learning achievement. Then obtained tcount value 3.228> ttable 1.672 with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, explaining that digital media literacy has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement and obtained Fcount 13.635> Ftable 3.16 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, explaining that online learning based on google classroom and digital media literacy on learning achievement has a positive and significant effect together on the learning achievement of Office Administration Education students Stambuk 2018 Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. There is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between online learning based on Google Classroom and digital media literacy on the learning achievement of Office Administration Education Study Program Students.

Abstract

This article explores the relationship between education and population density through a systematic literature review method. With increasing urbanization and population density, it is important to understand how these factors affect the education system and access to it. This research gathers data from various sources to provide a comprehensive overview of the impact of population density on the quality and distribution of education. The results of this review will provide relevant insights for policymakers and researchers in efforts to improve the education system in densely populated areas.
