Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of the existence of small-scale pig farms in Hinekombe Village, Sentani District, Jayapura Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques by observation through direct interviews with the help of a list of questions. Interviews were conducted with 15 farmers, respondents who were selected by purposive random sampling from small-scale pig farmers in Hinekombe Village, Sentani District. The data collected, processed and presented descriptively. The results showed that 60% of under 30 years old and 40% of 30-50 years old were in the category of productive age workers, the level of education of breeders was 33.33%, high school was 26.67%, junior high school was 6.67%. , SD is 13.33% while 20% for respondents who do not have education or drop out of school, experience raising 1-5 years is 40%, 6-10 years is 46.67% and >10 years 13.33% means that respondents have more experience is above 5 years, the number of dependents in the family is below 4 (<4) dependents/head of family by 93.33% of the total respondents. For the number of dependents above 5 (> 6) people/head of family by 6.67% and the respondents' reasons for raising livestock as a source of income as much as 73.33% and 26.67% stated that it was a sideline business or leisure time. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the profile of farmers in small-scale pig rearing businesses in Hinekombe Village, Sentani District is classified as productive age workers, has good motivation with secondary education levels and has the reason that pig rearing business is a productive business to support the family economy

Abstract

This study aims to document the value of manre saperra in terms of preserving andrestoring noble values in regional culture as well as strengthening the character of thenation's children in facing globalization. Research method that is qualitative methodthat used as base of thought to solve problem which sourced from literature andinformation from informant. Quantitative methods are used to determine the selectedalternatives based on qualitative dataThis research will be conducted in Luwu UtaraDistrict. The data source of this research is the ritual procession of manre saperra ofNorth Luwu society. This documentary was made with the stages of data collection inthe form of research observation, interview, literature study, and film compilation. Theresult of this research is by making a documentary about manre saperra procession, thesociety is expected to be more know and recognize and practice the values contained inmanre saperra ritual so that this documentary film can be used as media of informationand learning media for younger genres in knowing local culture.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy for developing emotional intelligence through moral education at the 17 Agustus Samplagan Gianyar Bali Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The focus of the study is on how moral values ​​are integrated into the learning process, habituation, and daily activities of students so as to form emotional intelligence comprehensively. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Islamic boarding school implements several main strategies, including teacher role models in daily behavior, habituation of manners and morals from waking up to going to bed again, spiritual strengthening through routine worship activities, and the integration of moral values ​​into co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Arts, sports, debate, scouting, and student organizations are effective forums for developing communication skills, self-confidence, emotional resilience, and the ability to work together. Through these various activities, students learn to manage emotions, understand themselves, respect others, and resolve conflicts wisely. Overall, this study concludes that moral education implemented holistically in Islamic boarding schools plays a significant role in shaping students' emotional intelligence. The strategies implemented not only instill moral knowledge but also internalize these values ​​through direct experience in Islamic boarding school life. Thus, the 17 Agustus Samplagan Gianyar Bali Islamic Boarding School Foundation has succeeded in creating an educational environment conducive to the development of mature, noble-minded students with strong emotional intelligence. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan kecerdasan emosional melalui pendidikan akhlak di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren 17 Agustus Samplagan Gianyar Bali. Fokus penelitian terletak pada bagaimana nilai-nilai akhlak diintegrasikan ke dalam proses pembelajaran, pembiasaan, dan kegiatan keseharian santri sehingga mampu membentuk kecerdasan emosional secara komprehensif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren menerapkan sejumlah strategi utama, meliputi keteladanan guru dalam perilaku sehari-hari, pembiasaan adab dan moral sejak bangun hingga tidur kembali, penguatan spiritual melalui kegiatan ibadah rutin, serta pengintegrasian nilai akhlak ke dalam kegiatan ko-kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan seni, olahraga, debat, pramuka, dan organisasi santri menjadi wadah efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi, kepercayaan diri, ketahanan emosional, dan kemampuan bekerja sama. Melalui berbagai aktivitas tersebut, santri belajar mengelola emosi, memahami diri, menghargai orang lain, serta menyelesaikan konflik secara bijaksana. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan akhlak yang diterapkan secara holistik di pesantren berperan signifikan dalam membentuk kecerdasan emosional santri. Strategi-strategi yang dijalankan tidak hanya menanamkan pengetahuan akhlak, tetapi juga menginternalisasikan nilai-nilainya melalui pengalaman langsung dalam kehidupan pesantren. Dengan demikian, Yayasan Pondok Pesantren 17 Agustus Samplagan Gianyar Bali berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif bagi pembentukan karakter santri yang matang, berakhlak mulia, dan memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang kuat.

Abstract

This study focuses on enhancing students' creativity and learning outcomes through the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in the topic of data analysis using Microsoft Excel in class VIII-J of SMP Negeri 19 Malang. The main problem faced by students is the low understanding of Informatics, particularly data analysis, which is often perceived as abstract and difficult to grasp. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of two cycles. Data were collected through observation and learning outcome tests. The results showed an improvement in student creativity from the "fair" category (58.61%) in the pre-cycle to "excellent" (82.77%) in the second cycle. Furthermore, learning mastery increased from 31.25% in the pre-cycle to 90.63% in the second cycle. The implementation of CRT, which connects learning content with local culture such as traditional foods and regional products, was able to create meaningful and relevant learning experiences and increase students' active participation. This research demonstrates that CRT is an effective approach to improving the quality of Informatics learning, particularly in fostering student creativity and understanding of data-based material.

Abstract

This study explores the conceptual integration of sustainability principles and religious values within Islamic investment, emphasizing the intersection between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards and the objectives of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Through an extensive literature-based analysis, the research highlights how Islamic capital market instruments such as sharia-compliant equities, sukuk, and ESG-aligned Islamic funds embody ethical accountability while responding to the growing global demand for responsible finance. Empirical data from the development of Indonesia’s Islamic capital market, including the ISSI index, sharia market capitalization, and global sharia ESG fund performance, reveals strong structural potential for sustainable Islamic investment models. The findings demonstrate that sharia-based instruments offer moral alignment and competitive financial resilience in periods of economic uncertainty. Despite this progress, challenges remain, particularly regarding inconsistencies in ESG assessment methods, risks of symbolic compliance, and the need for deeper integration between sharia governance and sustainability reporting. This study underscores the importance of developing a unified ESG–maqāṣid framework and strengthening regulatory transparency to support the advancement of ethical, accountable, and sustainability-driven Islamic financial ecosystems

Abstract

This study discusses the optimization of the role of Production Assistants (PAs) in improving the production efficiency of the "Food Diary" program on iNews. Although the PA position is often considered an entry-level position, this role is actually very crucial. Although PAs are not fully responsible for the entire program production, PAs hold significant responsibility in maintaining the smooth running of the television production process. The issues examined in this study include the role of PAs from the pre-production to post-production stages, as well as the extent of PAs' contribution to improving the production efficiency of the "Food Diary" program on iNews. The purpose of this study is to determine the real contribution of PAs to production efficiency and understand strategies for optimizing their role in television program production activities. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results show that PAs are actively involved in all stages of production, from ensuring the readiness of equipment and logistics during pre-production, maintaining technical smoothness and crew coordination during production, to assisting in the editing process, searching for graphic materials, adding background sound, and finalizing the final broadcast during the post-production stage. Optimizing the role of a PA can be achieved by improving communication skills, time management, and technical knowledge in production. PAs significantly contribute to increasing production efficiency, both in terms of time, inter-team coordination, and technical smoothness in the field.

Abstract

One of the main obstacles faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Rejoagung Village is the lack of halal certification. Although halal certification is a mandatory requirement for all food products circulating in Indonesia, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in this village do not understand the importance of halal certification and have not taken care of it. In fact, halal certification not only guarantees the halalness of the product, but can also increase consumer confidence and open up wider market opportunities. To overcome this problem, efforts are needed to increase awareness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises about the importance of halal certification. Through the community service program, it is hoped that it can provide socialization and assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises so that they are motivated to take care of the halal certification of their products. Finally, at the end of the service, ten halal certificates were successfully issued for Business Actors who are partners of Sekolah Kopi Raisa. Thus, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Rejoagung Village can develop further and make a greater contribution to the village economy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the forms of intercultural communication carried out by ethnic Minang students in facing culture shock in Bogor. Students who come from outside the region experience the phenomenon of culture shock which causes anxiety and tension. This is a result of the differences between the culture in the area of ​​origin and the place of origin. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews. There were five informants consisting of ethnic Minang students who experienced culture shock when they moved to Bogor. Data analysis is based on Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Minang students have diverse forms of intercultural communication, including the use of verbal, non-verbal communication, and cultural adaptation strategies. Intercultural communication is implemented to deal with the phenomenon of culture shock.

Abstract

This article examines the relevance of Max Weber’s work ethic in contemporary capitalism, focusing on the transformation of work values in the digital and globalization era. In The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism, Weber argues that modern capitalism developed from the internalization of Protestant religious values, which emphasize discipline, rationality, and efficiency in work. This article examines how the work ethic, which initially supported industrial capitalism, has undergone significant transformations amid the gig economy and flexible work arrangements. Using a qualitative, discursive approach, this article also identifies a shift in the work paradigm, from a high-productivity orientation to a search for work-life balance and individual well-being. Furthermore, this article analyzes the phenomena of burnout and capitalist expectations of workers, as well as alternative movements such as slow work and the post-work society, which offer resistance to an increasingly exploitative work system. In conclusion, although Weber predicted that capitalism would lead to an “iron cage” of rationality, the contemporary world shows the potential to build more balanced and humane working relationships by adapting the spirit of capitalism to the social needs and welfare of workers

Abstract

Potensi zakat nasional di Indonesia sangat besar, dengan estimasi mencapai Rp 327,6 triliun per tahun. Namun, realisasi pengumpulan zakat masih jauh dari angka tersebut. Kesenjangan ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga zakat, literasi zakat yang masih minim, dan penggunaan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan zakat. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, digitalisasi menjadi solusi strategis yang semakin diterapkan oleh lembaga zakat seperti BAZNAS dan Rumah Zakat. Inovasi digital seperti aplikasi mobile, sistem pembayaran elektronik, dashboard transparansi, serta eksplorasi teknologi blockchain dinilai mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan zakat. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dan studi kasus untuk menyoroti bagaimana integrasi teknologi dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan zakat di Indonesia dan memperbesar dampak sosial-ekonominya. Fokus artikel ini diarahkan pada konteks daerah Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten, yang memiliki potensi zakat besar namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal digitalisasi dan literasi zakat di tingkat masyarakat.
