Abstract

This study examines the impact of tacit knowledge loss due to employee turnover on operational efficiency, innovation capability, and customer satisfaction by examining the mediating role of tacit knowledge loss and the mitigating effect of knowledge transfer effectiveness. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, we collected data through closed-ended questionnaires and secondary data from 200 respondents in the manufacturing, service, and MSME sectors in Bangka Belitung. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis results revealed that employee turnover significantly increases tacit knowledge loss, which is detrimental to operational efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This study also highlights that effective knowledge transfer, especially through structured mentoring programs, reduces the impact of tacit knowledge loss. These findings strengthen the resource-based view and knowledge management theory. In addition, our study shows that integrating CRM technology reduces the impact of tacit knowledge loss on customer satisfaction—a previously unexplored factor. Practical implications include recommendations for HR policies that focus on knowledge retention, collaborative training, and technology adaptation for organizations in the digital era. These findings emphasize the importance of a holistic approach that combines social interactions, knowledge management systems, and local cultural contexts to minimize the risk of brain drain.

Abstract

Bahasa daerah memiliki peran penting dalam identitas budaya, tetapi dominasi bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa asing mengancam keberlangsungannya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tantangan dan solusi dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara bahasa daerah dan bahasa Indonesia di era modern. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan observasi di sekolah serta keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dominasi bahasa Indonesia dalam pendidikan dan pekerjaan, kurangnya literasi dalam bahasa daerah, serta pengaruh media sosial menjadi faktor utama yang menyebabkan penurunan penggunaan bahasa daerah. Namun, dengan integrasi bahasa daerah dalam kurikulum, pembuatan konten digital berbasis bahasa daerah, serta penguatan peran keluarga dalam komunikasi sehari-hari, pelestarian bahasa daerah dapat dilakukan secara efektif. Data penelitian dipaparkan dalam bentuk tabel untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai tren penggunaan bahasa daerah di kalangan generasi muda. Dengan strategi yang tepat, keseimbangan antara bahasa daerah dan bahasa Indonesia dapat dijaga sehingga keduanya tetap berkembang.

Abstract

Caisim plants are cultivated in highland areas. One of the methods to increase the productivity of caisim is by balancing the amount of water supplied and water needs of the plants. This can be done by applying drip irrigation where water was applied to the plants according to their needs. In addition, setting the appropriare composition of planting medium also needs to be done in increasing the productivity of caisim. This study aims to determine the effect of water application and the composition of several planting media in increasing the growth of caisim using drip irrigation. This research used a completely Randomized Disign (CRD) which consisted of two treatment factos, namely provision of water (A) and planting medium (B). The water supply factor consisted of three treatments, i.e AI (2.49 l/day), A2 (2.69 l/day) and A3 (2.89 l/day). The planting media factors consisted of 3 treatments, i.e B1 (soil + cocopeat 2:1), B2 (soil + husk charcoal 2:1) and B3 (soil + manure 2:1). Research data were analyzed using analysis of variance. In case the analyses results in a significant effect, Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) will be performed. The results of the study showed that the application of water at 2.69 l/day and the use of planting media (soil + cow dung manure 2:1) resulted in the best growth and yield of caisim.

Abstract

Desa Purwosari, yang terletak di Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban, Kabupaten Lampung Timur, memiliki potensi besar dalam peternakan, terutama sapi dan kambing perah. Namun, produk susu yang dihasilkan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Peternak hanya menjual susu segar tanpa pemrosesan lebih lanjut, sehingga sering kali terjadi kelebihan pasokan, mengakibatkan susu terbuang atau dikonsumsi sendiri. Ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah susu menjadi produk bernilai jual tinggi. Masyarakat Desa Purwosari berpotensi mengembangkan industri rumahan berbasis susu, terutama produk kefir, yang dikenal memiliki nilai gizi dan ekonomi yang tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan petani/peternak mengenai teknologi pengolahan susu yaitu dengan melaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan kefir. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui empat tahap: persiapan, penjelasan teori, praktik, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh 16 peserta, termasuk peternak dan ibu-ibu PKK, serta melibatkan dua mahasiswa dari jurusan peternakan. Selama pelatihan, peserta belajar tentang alat dan bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat kefir, termasuk susu segar, biji kefir, dan alat penunjang lainnya. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan aktif dalam diskusi. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai produk olahan susu. Diharapkan, dengan keterampilan ini, masyarakat dapat memproduksi dan menjual kefir secara mandiri, menciptakan peluang usaha baru dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Purwosari.Kata kunci : susu, susu fermentasi, kefir, pelatihan

Abstract

In achieving organizational goals, the company seeks to advance employee performance to the fullest. Companies need to pay attention to the mental condition of their employees not only with adequate wages and facilities. Often employees experience work stress and work conflicts that can affect the employee's performance. Humans resources are an important asset in the company because they are the driving force for the company's progress. For this reason, companies must pay attention to their human resources to maintain their quality. However, the company experienced problems because the decline in employee performance was not as good as when they first worked at the company. Work conflict and work stress are common in companies and are often difficult to overcome. Based on this, the company tries to find the causal factors and how to handle conflicts that occur between employees, both individually and in groups. These studies aims determining the effects of work conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. That researches designed using researches designed and quantitative causality research methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 108 employees of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk, especially in the Xiaomi Department. The results of this study indicate that work conflict (X1), work stress (X2) partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

Researchers want to investigate the extent to which design, product quality and branding play a role in improving purchasing decisions. The sampling technique was saturated, with 107 respondents covering the entire population. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature study. The analytical method used is multiple regression, which includes: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test, partial test. The results showed that the design partially had an effect of 4.096 > 1.983 from the t table, which was 0.00 less than 0.05 alpha. While the quality of the product partially affects 0.096 < 1.983 of the t table, 0.360 is greater than alpha 0.05. While the sign has a partial effect of 4.212 > 1.983 from t table, 0.00 is smaller than alpha 0.05. Alpha 0.05. And the significance value of the concurrent test. The results of purchasing decisions and the R2 test showed an effect of 83.8%. The results showed that design, product quality and branding had a significant influence.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Customer loyalty is very important for company's survival in a competitive market. Therefore, all entities must know the factors that affect customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is the client's loyalty to the goods and services offered by the seller/company. The company views customer loyalty as important because customer loyalty is capable of advocating all the benefits in the form of being able to maintain long-term relationships with clients, creating a positive image from customers (positive word of mouth) and generating repeat purchases from customers. This study uses quantitative research methods, with a population of all customers of PT Wellindo Blast Media in Batam. The sampling technique in this study uses the Incidental Sampling technique and the sample taken during 2021 is 100 customers of PT Wellindo Blast Media. This study uses the SPSS version 25.0 program to get research results. The results showed that product quality and promotion had an effect on customer loyalty. Although service quality has no effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Market changes make entrepreneurs continue to adapt and monitor today's business competition. The company's key in marketing goods or services is to determine a good or appropriate strategy in facing the competition in the market. Service quality is also a factor that determines the company's success. Because if the quality of service provided to consumers can be well received or in other words in accordance with the expectations of these consumers, the consumers will feel trust and satisfied and will become loyal customers of the company. Trust is also one of the factors that can win the competition in the company. Confidence can also add positive value, whether it's one party's belief in resilience, reliability or another. If the company can make customers feel satisfied, it can create customer loyalty to the company. This research has a comparative causal research type, with a total population of 122 customers. Then the sample size technique uses non-probability sampling where the number of samples is the same as the population. This research shows that service quality, trust and customer satisfaction have a coefficient of determination of 82.5% on customer loyalty at PT Lubricant Indo Makmur.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the characters of the charaters in the short story collection Tiger Compass 2020 by using a psychological dimension approach. This type of research is qualitative, this research method is descriptive using an objective approach. The data collection techniques used are reading and recording. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The results of this study obtained a variety of character traits using psychic or psychological charater dimensions. The characters in the short story collection are, (1) kindness, (2) brave, (3) philanthrope, (4) empathy, (5) honesty, (6) cruelty, (7) independent, (8) responsibility, (9) patience, (10) politeness.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the forms of icons, indices and symbols in the mappacci tradition mantra found in Lubuk Village, Tanjungbatu, Kundur, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands. The object of this research is the mantra in the mappacci tradition of Lubuk Village, Tanjungbatu Kundur, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands, which was obtained from informants. This research method is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and recording. Data analysis techniques are carried out using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis obtained from Cultural Semiotic Analysis in the Mappacci Tradition, Wedding Customs of the Bugis Tribe of Tanjungbatu, Kundur, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands, namely the Mappacci tradition mantra, found the use of semiotics such as icons, indexes and symbols.
