Abstract

The Prophet Muhammad was a complete human figure in terms of his humanity and spirituality. The Islamic morals of the Prophet Muhammad are important to practice because they can convey a more essential understanding of Islam because the Prophet Muhammad is an ideal representation of Islam. This research uses qualitative research methods with a library research approach. Qualitative research focuses on a variety of methods, including interpretive and naturalist approaches to the subject of study. The aim of this research is to study the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the Al-Qur'an and increase enthusiasm in emulating the morals of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which are still low among Muslims because they are considered very difficult to use as a guide. The results of this research discuss the morals of the Prophet Muhammad and the perfection of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In Hadith. The Prophet's honesty, the Prophet's gentleness towards sinners, the Prophet's love for children, the poor and his people, the Prophet's never patient nature, the Prophet's forgiving nature towards people who hated and were hostile to him, the Prophet's democratic nature, the Prophet's humility, the Prophet's generosity, the Prophet's leadership, the Prophet always honored guests, the Prophet's face was always radiant. Abstract

Household products in the Idola 2 Store certainly have a large number, making it difficult for the store to determine which products have the best selling sales. This research aims to determine the best-selling household products that are most likely to sell at Idola 2 Stores using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method and to apply the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method to predict best-selling products by utilizing sales data. This research uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) system development method which consists of several stages. The results of this study have created a system using the K-NN method in predicting the determination of best-selling household products. Based on the results of the K-NN method process in predicting the best-selling household products, it is obtained from 20 products, there are 5 products that are included in the best-selling household products, namely Motif Glass Jars, Plastic Jars, Foot Mats, Hanger and Multipurpose Shelves. From this data, the Idol 2 Store can predict what products are likely to have good sales or sell well in the next month.

Abstract

Word of mouth is communication by word of mouth regarding the quality of a product. Customer experience is a series or strategy and implementation carried out by a company to manage relationships with customers regarding the use of the company's products or services. This research aims to analyze the influence of word of mouth and customer experience on student satisfaction in using BSB Syariah services for paying Single Tuition Fees (UKT) at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang This type of research uses quantitative research with Likert scale questionnaire data collection techniques. The object of this research is undergraduate students in Sharia Banking class 2020 and 2021, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The number of respondents was 83 with a questionnaire of 32 statements. The research results show that word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, with a t-count value of 4.285 which is greater than t-table 1.644 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Furthermore, customer experience is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction, with a t value of 6.399 which is greater than t table 1.644 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Together, word of mouth and customer experience have a significant effect on student satisfaction, with an Fcount value of 114.533 which is greater than Ftable 3.11 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, the combination of word of mouth and customer experience plays an important role in increasing student satisfaction with BSB Syariah services.

Abstract

The partner of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is the teachers in SMP Takalar District. The problem identified is that the junior high school teachers in Takalar District still face challenges in creating interactive learning media that are suitable for their teaching methods. This is due to a lack of technological skills in developing instructional media. The existing sources of interactive media are limited, both in terms of material compatibility and the preferences and teaching styles of the teachers. This training aims to enhance the understanding and skills of the teachers in developing interactive learning materials by utilizing technology. The method applied in this training is the descriptive method. The stages involved include lectures, discussions and Q&A sessions, exercises, mentoring, demonstrations, and evaluation of the developed learning materials. The expected outcome of this training is that the teachers will be able to improve their skills in creating interactive learning media that align with their needs and teaching styles.

Abstract

Kota Palembang, sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata utama di Sumatera Selatan, memiliki sejumlah ikon wisata yang menarik, di antaranya Pulau Kemaro dan Benteng Kuto Besak. Namun, untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan kunjungan wisatawan, diperlukan strategi promosi dan pengelolaan yang efektif. Magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran program magang dalam mendukung promosi dan pengelolaan destinasi wisata di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Palembang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, magang ini mengidentifikasi kontribusi mahasiswa magang dalam pengelolaan destinasi wisata, pengumpulan data melalui survei lapangan, serta evaluasi terhadap efektivitas promosi yang telah dilakukan. Hasil magang menunjukkan bahwa program magang memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan materi promosi, kolaborasi antar bagian di Dinas Pariwisata, serta pengumpulan data yang berguna untuk evaluasi dan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pengelolaan dan promosi destinasi wisata, peserta magang tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman praktis, tetapi juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas promosi dan pengelolaan destinasi. Praktik magang ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi instansi pemerintah dan pengelola destinasi wisata dalam merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan untuk pengembangan pariwisata di Kota Palembang.

Abstract

With the development of times and technology, humans have created tools that make it easier for humans to communicate with each other, including gadgets. Gadgets are one of the technologies that humans really need to communicate with other people. All technology has negative and positive impacts, in this case the role of parents greatly determines the impact that gadget technology has on a child's personality or morals. Children's dependence on playing gadgets cannot be separated from the role of both parents. In this modern era, parents should be smarter in introducing technology to their children. This study aims to analyze the influence that gadgets have on children's personality or morals and how parents deal with this rapidly increasing technology. The research method used is observation, documentation and interviews. Theoretically, this research is expected to add to the repertoire of social science and technology, especially sociology in the family.

Abstract

The creative economy is a form of business that focuses more on people's creativity to create something new or innovate existing goods or businesses so that they have marketability and competitiveness in the market. The existence of the creative economy has a role in creating jobs to accommodate local communities, increase income, preserve culture and encourage export-import. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the creative economy business of the Independent Young Embroidery and Embroidery House in absorbing Muslim workers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, data collection methods by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research, it was found that the role of the creative economy business Rumah Mandiri Embroidery and Embroidery Young has a role in absorbing Muslim workers, which play a role in providing jobs, increasing income, increasing intellectual property, preserving culture, encouraging product exports. The determining factors considered in absorbing labor are labor wages, skills possessed, investment value, and production value.

Abstract

Transgender people in Indonesia cause much debate and even encourage the emergence of discriminatory behavior in society. This is because it is contrary socially, culturally, and religiously. The emergence of the first Transgender Islamic Boarding School was established in Yogyakarta as a socio-religious reality from the perspective of marginalized people which is very interesting to study. This research focuses on Islamic teachings for transgender at the Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta and how the approach is carried out in the learning process. This research uses case study methods with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews to explore informant information consisting of 3 types of informants: the teaching staff, the students, and the management. The results showed that the Islamic teachings are oriented to 3 aspects: 1) Aspects of Worship, 2) Discussion Forum to strengthen knowledge and understanding of Islam, and 3) Entrepreneurial Competence Development. Exemplary methods, habituation, and conversation methods generally carry out the learning process. This learning method is carried out with a good, polite, gentle, and easy-to-understand word approach.

Abstract

Di era new normal seperti sekarang ini, metode pembelajaran blended learning menjadi solusi pembelajaran yang tepat. Metode yang menggabungkan antara sistem pembelajaran tatap muka dan sistem pembelajaran online ini diharapkan mampu memberikan optimalitas dalam proses pembelajaran. Dimana peserta didik yang tidak dapat mengikuti pembelajaran secara tatap muka dapat mengikuti pembelajaran secara online, sehingga peserta didik dapat memperoleh materi pembelajaran yang sama dan diwaktu yang bersamaan pula, disinilah kelebihan daripada metode blended learning. SMP Istiqomah Sambas sebagai salah satu sekolah unggulan di Jawa Tengah juga menerapkan metode pembelajaran Blended Learning sebagai metode pengajaran mereka. Di SMP Istiqomah Sambas menunjukkan proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik berdasarkan hasil pemahaman siswa yang mencapai 75%. Sehingga metode Blended Learnig efektif digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran di era new normal.

Abstract

This journal discusses the importance of Islamic religious education in the context of increasingly complex globalization. This study aims to explore how Islamic religious education can equip the younger generation with strong moral and ethical values, so that they are able to face various challenges that arise due to the influence of global culture. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through literature studies and interviews with educators and community leaders. The results of the study show that Islamic religious education plays an important role in shaping the character and identity of students, as well as increasing their awareness of religious values amidst the rapid flow of information. In addition, religious education also functions as a tool to strengthen tolerance and harmony between religious communities. This journal recommends the need for integration of Islamic religious education into the national curriculum so that it can be more effective in forming a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has a high moral commitment. Thus, Islamic religious education is expected to be a solid foundation for the younger generation in facing the challenges of globalization.
