Abstract

Low ability of students in understanding the vocabulary of Arabic one of them due to improper use of learning media. Similarly, in the fourth grader Islamic Elementary School Parambahan Lampasi Payakumbuh, that is, there are many daily results of the Arabic language vocabulary students who are below average. Therefore, it is necessary to test the media that is deemed interesting for the students that is audio visual media. The purpose of this research is to uncover the influence of the use of audio visual media to the outcome of learning vocabulary Arabic in class four at Islamic Elementary School Parambahan Lampasi Payakumbuh. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the quasi-experimentation approach, the population of this research is the fourth graders at Islamic Elementary School Parambahan Lampasi Payakumbuh. Researchers took them as samples using the total sampling technique, since the fourth class consisted of two classes, namely fourth grade A and fourth grade B. Learning in experimental classes using audio visual media, while the control class without using media. The result of this study is that audio visual media can affect the learning of the language Mufradat Arabic positively to students in Islamic Elementary School Parambahan Lampasi Payakumbuh.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to reveal the spirit and motivation of learners in studying Qiro'ah, specifically the study is focused on the description of the forms of motivation of learners, factors that affect the motivation of learners in learning qiro'ah, as well as the steps taken by teachers in improving the spirit of learners in learning qiro'ah.  Design/Methodology/Approach- Research is carried out with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation studies. This approach was chosen considering that the research data found and analyzed is natural without treatment.  Findings: The results of the study are first, the spirit of learners in learning qiro'ah is very low, this is evidenced by the tasks given by Arabic teachers are not completed thoroughly by many students. Second, low motivation is influenced by internal and external factors, ineternal factors include weak ability to apply qawa'id al-lughah in reading Arabic scripts, knowledge that is less related to the urgency of reading ability, while external factors include less support from more able friends, improper media selection, methods used by teachers sometimes out of sync with learners. Third, teachers make efforts to increase reading motivation by providing reinforcement for learners related to the importance of reading skills, finding and using the right qiro'ah learning media, updating qiro'ah learning methods, increasing supervision of established tasks.   Research Limitation/Implications-Researchers have not revealed anything related to the ability to read Arabic, therefore researchers and observers of Arabic learning can continue research on various aspects relevant to this study, such as studying the correlation of motivation to study qiro'ah with understanding of Arabic reading manuscripts.

Abstract

The integration of various fields of sciences and technology is vital in this digital era, including for educational purposes such as the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in learning Arabic. However, an obstacle faced by educational institutions is they do not have a clear model in the use of ICT to apply in teaching learning process; therefore, it is an urgent need to conduct a study to find out the best model of ICT-based Arabic learning. This study used qualitative research method covering three stages, i.e. the preliminary, development and implementation phases. The research used purposive sampling and data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique was the analytical techniques developed by Miles and Hubermas. The result showed that the design of ICT-based Arabic learning model that developed at MTsN Kota Padang is "al-Hasshub al-ittishali model". It is a computerized-based Arabic communicative teaching model. By implementing this model, the material and other learning media are designed using a computer program. Moreover, the teacher served as a learning motivator and mediator on materials that need more explanation.DOI : 10.15408/a.v3i1.2879

Abstract

This paper describes a problem that is related to science in the field of scholars and its influence on the curriculum of Islamic education. The approach used in this paper is methodical, where the data sought in accordance with the context of the problem, while the analysis used is. This paper is al-Farabi which provides the science of discipleship on the basis of fundamental ontology, truth of evidence, and benefits. Al-Ghazali gives value in terms of matter and terms. Ibn Khaldun gave the science of naqliyyah and 'aqliyyah. The influence of science in Islamic education curriculum since the time of development of Islam until now. The thought of al-Farabi had a major influence on the curriculum of Islamic Education in the early period of Islamic history. Al-Ghazali through the period of influence since the period of the Seljuk Bans to the present day. While the science of science by Ibn Khaldun looks its influence is preserved madrasah. The idea of al-Attas looks its influence on the theory of Islamization of contemporary science and the development of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Parents are the main hope in the continuity of children's education in covid-19, because teachers in each school only give instruction to students according to the platform used, the position of parents as educators is actually in accordance with the family function in Islamic education namely al-usrah madrasah al-ula, but in reality parents as educators at the time of covid-19 are faced with various problems. This research aims to describe the problems that parents face in online learning as well as solutions that can be pursued. The method used in this study is qualitative, the main source of research is the status of parents in SMP Negeri 3 Lintau Buo North Tanah Datar they pour on social media such as fb, IG and twitter as well as their complaints on whatsApp group that researchers themselves are in the group, data analyzed with the approach of content analysis. The results of the study are parents faced with economic problems, inability to run the profession as teachers, not understanding with materials, lack of understanding of teacher instruction, the use of less professional gadgets. In line with that, researchers offer solutions in the form of cooperation with neighbors in economic-related problems, parents can build communication with the surrounding environment to recruit human resources who can teach privately, multiply communication with people who better understand the content and instruction provided by teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to illustrate how the management of Islamic curriculum in Salafiah boarding schools, this goal is based on the reality that the Islamic curriculum in each private educational institution has a difference between each other, this is because every manager of educational institutions, especially boarding schools have the authority to manage the curriculum. The methods used in this research are qualitative, research data sources of pondok pesantren leaders, representatives of curriculum fields, teachers in boarding schools are selected puvosif, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation studies, data analyzed with an interactive approach. Based on the results of the research it is known that the management of the curriculum in salafiah boarding school Baitul Rafki As-Sa'diyah Talu is: 1) islamic curriculum planning is dominated by the results of thought and desire of the leadership of islamic boarding schools, 2) the implementation of islamic curriculum in the boarding school is carried out all human resources in accordance with the direction of the curriculum representative, 3) Evaluation of the curriculum in this boarding school is not carried out in accordance with the demands of the changing times.

Abstract

الكتابة بجميع أنواعها تحتاج إلى مهارة معينة ينبغي أن يعرفها الكاتب ليمرس عليها حتى يتمكن من الكتابة بطريقة سليمة، والمهارات منها مايتعلق بالقواعد النحوية أو الصرفية، ومنها مايتعلق بالقواعد الإملائية والخطية ومنها مايتعلق بااحركات الجسمية وسنذكر بعض هذه المهارات مجملة كي يهتدي بها الكاتب في كتاباته. ومن أهمها: الوضوح والتجديد والسلاسة في الفكرة التي يريد الكاتب أن ينقلها إلى القارىء، مع ترابط الأتكار وتسلسلها، وعدم التعقيد فيها، عدم تكرار الكلهات أو الجمل بصورة متقاربة، والبعد عن العامية، تماسك العبارات وعدم تقككها، خلو الأسلوب من الأخطاء النحوية والصرفية، والأخطاء الإملائية، مع وضوح الخط، واستخدام علامات الترقيم التي تخدم المعنى مثل: علامات الاستفهام والتعجب، وعلامات التنصسص، والأقواس، مراعاة التناسق في الكتابة، فلاتميل الخطوط إلى أعلى أوإلى أسفل، ولاتختلف الحروف أو الكلمات صغرا وكبرا،و مراعاة الجلسة الصحيحة في أثناء الكتابة، والإمساك بالقلم بطريقة سليمة، لأن هذا يؤثر على الفكرة والكتابة، فالجاسة غير المريحة تجعل الكاتب لايركزفي الفكرة، وكذلك الإمساك بالقلم قد يجعل الخط مسوها على أنه لايخفى علينا أ، هناك مهارات خاصة بكل نوع من أنواع الكتابة، وبكل مجال من مجالاتها، فهناك مهارات خاصة بكتابة الرسائل، وأخرى خاصة بكتابة التلخيص، وثالثة خاصة بالتقارير. وهكذا، وقد أشرنا إلى هذه المهارات عند ذكر هذه المجالات وغيرها.

Abstract

Lecturers in STAIN / IAIN / UIN and at PTKIS are not always from Islamic-based institutions, because the departments available at PTKI institutions are also very diverse. Meanwhile, the people around the lecturer's residence do not understand the background of lecturers who teach at UIN, the community only knows that they are UIN lecturers and they are of the view that every lecturer who teaches at UIN is an SDM who has religious and Arabic skills. Therefore, it is necessary to hold activities that can help general lecturer knowledge of the Arabic language. This activity is carried out in the form of training with the delivery of materials by speakers and demonstrations of trainees. Results of the activities it can be explained that lecturers with general education backgrounds who initially have no knowledge of Arabic, but after training activities they are able to ask and answer with Arabic for usual conversations in everyday life.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pendekatan CTL terhadap : 1)motivasi siswa 2) hasil belajar pada pembelajaran PAI di kelas VIII 3 SMP Negeri 1Sasak Ranah Pasisie, Pasaman Barat. Adapun jenis riset ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel riset ini siswa Kelas VIII3 SMPN1Sasak Ranah Pasisie yang berjumlah 33 orang. Sampel tersebut diambil berdasarkan pada teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan model regresi korelasi. Hasil dari analisis data memperlihatkan : 1) pendekatan CTL memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan motivasi belajar yang dibuktikan oleh nilai rhitung (0,760) > rtabel (0,296) pada signifikansi 0.05, dan rhitung (0,760) > rtabel (0,4093) pada signifikansi 0.01, dan antara pendekatan CTL dengan hasil belajar dengan nilai rhitung (0,753) > rtabel (0,296) pada signifikansi 0.05, dan kemudian uji regresi sebesar 30% dengan R Square adalah 0.303. 2) Terdapat pengaruh pendekatan CTL terhadap hasil belajar terlihat dari hasil d rhitung (0,753) > rtabel (0,296) di taraf 0.05, dan rhitung (0,753) > rtabel (0,4093) pada signifikansi 0.01, sebesar 50% dengan R Square adalah 0.509.
