Abstract

Analisis regresi digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel.Salah satu metode penaksir parameter dalam model regresi ini ialah metode kuadratterkecil. Di dalam penelitian ini digunakan simulasi terhadap empat kelompok datayang terdiri atas 20 observasi. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membanding dua metoderegresi robust yakni Least Trimmed Squares (LTS) dan penaksir M. Dari hasil simulasipada penelitian ini, LTS memberikan hasil perbandingan rata-rata kuadratsisa yang lebih baik daripada penaksir M dan metode OLS. Sementara itu, penaksirM juga menghasilkan rata-rata kuadrat sisa yang lebih baik daripada metode OLS.

Abstract

This research aims to explain about the Implementation of Denmark Environmental Support Programme phase III (ESP3) in Harapan Rainforest (Jambi Province and South Sumatera Province). ESP3 is the third Environmental Support Programme implemented in Indonesia by Government of Indonesia and Government of Denmark (DANIDA) and Harapan Rainforest is the first forest in Indonesia to be managed under an ‘Ecosystem Restoration’ License which mandate the concession holders to manage the forest for restoration instead of logging. This research uses the Perspective of Green, the level of analysis of nation states, Theory of International Cooperation and the concept of Sustainable Development Goals. The method used is a qualitative research method. This analysis is based on data obtained from literature studies. Writer uses data drawn from collection of Journals, Book, and Internet. The results of the research in this paper are implementation of ESP3 in Harapan Rainforest (2013-2018) is with support from DANIDA to Harapan Rainforest in the form of technical support and funding grant. Abstract

               In this digital era, public information is one of the biggest demands on the government. Online media is one of the media that is very easily accessed via mobile phones, various existing features are expected to help the government in implementing the principle of transparency. Through the website, one of the tools considered to have advantages is in helping the government to implement public information disclosure. Some of the advantages possessed by the website are being able to store and disseminate public information in the form of videos, documents and other forms of data.               This study aims to describe the management and use of online media websites in the dissemination of public information by the Riau Provincial Information and Informatics Communication Service, then to find out the inhibiting factors for the non-optimal implementation of website management by the Riau Communication, Informatics and Statistics Office. The location of the study was conducted at the Office of Informatics and Statistics Communication of Riau Province. Furthermore, this study uses data collection techniques conducted by interviews and documentation. And using a qualitative descriptive approach.               The results of this study are the implementation of online website media management in the dissemination of public information carried out by the Office of Information Communication and Statistics of Riau Province in 2016 is quite good. Some factors that hamper website management in the dissemination of public information are caused by the lack of data to be disseminated through the website, limited budget, the absence of clear SOPs in managing the website, the lack of utilization of available facilities and content and the lack of management commitment in implementing website management. Keywords: Public Information Openness, Management, Online Media, Website, Good Governance, Transparency, Respontability, Participation, Effectiveness and Efficiency.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini mendorong sektor perbankan atau non bank untuk semakin inovatif dalam menyediakan berbagai alternatif jasa pembayaran berbasis non tunai berupa sistem transfer antar bank ataupun transfer intra bank melalui jaringan internal bank sendiri dan alat pembayaran menggunakan kartu elektronis (electronic card payment) yang aman, cepat dan efisien, serta bersifat global, misalnya dengan menggunakan fasilitas APMK (Alat Pembayaran dengan Menggunakan Kartu). Tingginya penggunaan APMK di Indonesia khususnya dikalangan mahasiswa jurusan Muamalah Fakultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon mendorong penulis untuk meneliti faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat dalam penggunaan APMK dikalangan mahasiswa.Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat dalam penggunaan APMK.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer yang didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 83 mahasiswa Jurusan Muamalah sebagai objek penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan Uji F dan uji t, serta analisis koefisien determinasi(R2).Hasil analisis penelitian menyebutkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen yaitu persepsi kemudahan, persepsi manfaat, sikap, persepsi kontrol perilaku dan norma subjektif secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat dalam penggunaan APMK. Adapun secara parsial variabel yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat dalam penggunaan APMK adalah persepsi manfaat (Perceived Usefulness), sikap (Attitude) dan norma subjektif (Subjective Norms). Adapun koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,557 yang artinya seluruh variabel bebas yakni persepsi kemudahan (X1), persepsi manfaat (X2), sikap (X3), persepsi kontrol perilaku (X4) dan norma subjektif (X5) mempunyai kontribusi secara bersama-sama sebesar 55,7% terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yakni minat dalam penggunaan APMK. Sisanya sebesar 44,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian.   Kata Kunci: APMK, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), minat, persepsi     Abstract The development of information technology is encouraging the bank or non-bank to getting more innovative to provide a variety of alternative service payments based on non cash in the form of transfer system between bank or transfer of intra bank through a network of internal bank and electronic card payment are safe, quick and efficient, as well as global, for example by using the facilities APMK (Alat Pembayaran dengan Menggunakan Kartu). It's the use of APMK in Indonesia, particularly among students majoring in Muamalah of the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics IAIN Syekh Nurjati of Cirebon encouraging authors to examine factors that affect intention in the use of APMK among students. The research is to integrate Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to examine factors that affect intention in the use of APMK. In this research authors using type of quantitative research to use data primary from the results of the spread of a questionnaire to 83 students as the object of research. The analysis used are the regression of the linear and hypothesis test with F test, T test, as well as analysis coefficient of determination (R2).The results of the analysis says that all the variables are independent, which is perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived of control behavior and subjective norms also jointly have a positive influence and significantly affect intention in the use of APMK. As for the partial variables have a positive influence significantly to an intention in the use of APMK is the perceived usefulness, Attitude and subjective norms. The coefficient of determination (R Square) as much as 0,557, which means all the variables are independent to perceived ease of use (X1), perceived usefulness (X2), attitude (X3), perceived of control behavior (X4) and subjective norms (X5) have contributed jointly by 55, 7 % of variables are dependent (Y) the intention in the use of APMK. Abstract

Bentuk pelaksanaan kewirausahaan kampus sedikit berbeda dari tahun sebelumnya karena kegiatan lebih banyak dilaksanakan secara daring (dalam jaringan) disebabkan pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda sejak bulan Maret 2020. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk menciptakan wirausaha kampus yang menyediakan lapangan kerja buat diri sendiri maupun masyarakat sekitar, yang mandiri, ulet, gigih, komunikatif dan profesional. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan kegiatan secara online. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, yaitu sosialisasi kewirausahaan ke mahasiswa dan alumni, pembentukan kelompok usaha, pembekalan ilmu dan keterampilan usaha, pelatihan kewirausahaan, pemberian bantuan peralatan dan modal usaha, monitoring evaluasi, serta pendampingan dan pembimbingan usaha secara terpadu. Jenis usaha yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dan alumni (tenan) baik perorangan maupun kelompok terdiri atas 12 jenis usaha, yaitu usaha risol kepindang, jalangkote milenial, martabak ikan, sambal ikan tuna, nila sibolok, lamp arium, selai rutla, salad buah ikan, abon ikan bandeng, sinori, amplang mama mia, dan pudding rutla. Masalah yang melingkupi adalah terbatasnya sebahagian akses untuk mendapatkan bahan baku serta pemasaran produk. Solusi permasalahan yaitu dengan memperluas hubungan komunikasi secara online untuk membantu ketersediaan bahan baku serta pemasaran. Pemberdayaan usaha kampus dengan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan potensi sumberdaya lokal masing-masing tempat usaha, serta komunikasi interaktif dengan pelaksana kewirausahaan kampus dan instansi terkait guna memaksimalkan usaha dan pengembangan operasional usaha tenan. Kegiatan kewirausahaan kampus di era pandemic Covid-19 berjalan dengan sukses melalui sinergitas dan kerjasama yang baik dari berbagai pihak. Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan kampus, bahan baku, pemasaran produk. ABSTRACT The form of campus entrepreneurship implementation is slightly different from the previous year because more activities are carried online (on the network) due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit since March 2020. The activity aims to create campus entrepreneurs who provide employment opportunities for themselves and the surrounding community, which independent, tenacious, persistent, communicative and professional. The implementation method is carried out through several stages of online activities. The stages of implementing the activities, namely socialization of entrepreneurship to students and alumni, formation of business groups, provision of business knowledge and skills, entrepreneurship training, provision of equipment and business capital assistance, evaluation monitoring, as well as integrated business assistance and guidance. The types of businesses carried out by students and alumni (tenants) both individually and in groups consist of 12 types of businesses, namely risol kepindang, millenial jalangkote, fish martabak, tuna fish sauce, tilapia sibolok, lamp arium, rutla jam, fish fruit salad, abon milkfish, sinori, mama mia amplang, and rutla pudding. The problem that surrounds it is the limited access to some raw materials and product marketing. The solution to the problem is to expand online communication relationships to help with the availability of raw materials and marketing. campus business empowerment by maximizing the utilization of local resource potential of each place of business, as well as interactive communication with campus entrepreneurship implementers and related agencies in order to maximize business and business operational development of tenants. Campus entrepreneurship activities in the era of the covid-19 pandemic were running successfully through good synergy and cooperation from various parties. Abstract

Abstrack: This research aims to determine the activity of rhizosphere bacterialActinomycetes degrade palm oil liquid waste. The method used in this research isexperimental, using a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 timesreplicates. The degradation treatment of palm oil liquid waste as follows: (1) palm oilliquid waste sterile without bacteria (control), (2) palm oil liquid waste sterile +bacteria Actinomycetes type I, (3) palm oil liquid waste sterile + bacteriaActinomycetes type II, and (4) palm oil liquid waste sterile + bacteria Actinomycetestype III. Rhizosphere bacterial Actinomycetes type II proved the most potential todegrade palm oil liquid waste compared with rhizosphere bacterial Actinomycetestypes I and III. Rhizosphere bacterial Actinomycetes type II can reduce the BOD23.67 mg/L, COD 748.33 mg/L, TSS 21.67 mg/L, pH 7.3, and the total number ofbacteria 80x1010 CFU/mL during incubation day 14. The longer incubation time thecontent of BOD, COD, TSS decreased and pH values towards neutral.Key Words: rhizosphere bacterial Actinomycetes, palm oil liquid waste degradation

Abstract

Abstract: This research was to determine the level of greenhouse gas emissions CO2-e from waste the city of Pekanbaru and develop modular concept of environmental issues in the subject of Environmental Education among October 2015 until January 2016. The results from this research used to develop module unit subjects Environmental Education. This research did by 2 phases: analysis of greenhouse gas emissions and the development stage modules. Research use descriptive methode. The data collection did by using survey methods to make observations in the Muara Fajar landfill . Sampling done by random sampling, to took rubbish out of three trucks at Muara Fajar landfill as much as 500 liters container sizes daily until 8 days. The calculation of greenhouse gas emissions CO2-e by using data analysis methods FOD (first order decay) at the level of accuracy of Tier 1. The parameters in this study is a waste composition, type of waste, the level of greenhouse gas CO2-e and types of plants in the buffer zone in Muara Fajar landfill. The results of survey revealed that the greenhouse gas emissions of CO2-e from of the span of 5 years of 21.7 %. and highest in 2014 amounted to 67.832 tonnes of CO2-e, with an average increase of emissions by 26.5%. The results of the study can be used as a modular unit concept of environmental issues in the subject of Environmental Education.Key Words: Greenhouse gas CO2-e emission, module, waste of Pekanbaru City

Abstract

Abstract :This research aimed to improve students creative thinking skills in class X IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Tempuling by implementation worksheets based on discovery learning. The methods of this research was classroom action research. It had been done in two cylce. There were planning step, acting step, observation step and reflection step for each cycle. The research was carried in SMA Negeri 1 Tempuling on September-October 2018. Parameters measure were creative thinking skill as seen from the answers of students on worksheet and assessed using the creative thinking skill assessment sheet. The collected data was analysed descriptively. The results of this research showed that creative thinking skill on first cycle was 59.80 (creative) and increased on second cycle up to 85.87 (very creative). It can be conclude that implementation worksheets based on discovery learning can improve creative thingking skill of students class X IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Tempuling. Abstract

Abstract: Aims of this research is determine the vegetation of trees and CO2 uptake in Pekanbaru City Green Belt and to develop module concept of air pollution control efforts on biology content in senior high school grade X in November 2015 to January 2016. The method used is purposive sampling method at 23 locations of green belt, while the module development is done using ADDIE models. Parameters used include tree vegetation, crown cover and CO2 uptake. Tree vegetation in the Green Belt Pekanbaru City has 21 family, 49 species and 11.588 trees. Green Belt Pekanbaru City had a density of 416.040 trees/ha, the frequency of 5.266, the dominance of 165.711 m2/ha, the diversity index 1,404 (medium category). The kind that has the highest important value index is Swietenia macrophyla amounted to 94.468%. Crown cover obtained for 10.098 ha, while the CO2 uptake of 354.682 tons/ha. The results of the research can be developed in to a module by showing a very valid category (4.24) and the limited test results by leaners show good category (83.96).Key Words: Green belt, module, CO2 uptake, tree vegetation

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to see the carbon potential stored in tree and litters atHutan Larangan Adat Kenagarian Rumbio Kampar District and its potential to producedesigns of air pollution modules in tenth grade high school biology study. The study wasconducted from January to February 2019. This research was a descriptive study usingsurvey methods in Hutan Larangan Adat Kenagarian Rumbio and in Biology educationnatural laboratory Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau. Theslection of location was purposive sampling, which there are 3 stations based on threevegetative conditions that are dense, average and distantly, on each transet or stationusing 10 main 20x20 meter length for tree measurements and subplots 1x1 meter lengthfor litters measurements. The results showed potential of nechromass carbon in HutanLarangan Adat Kenagarian Rumbio at 8,27 ton/ha for tree nechromass and 4,48 ton/hafor litters nechromass,the study also has the potential to be a design module for airpollution materials in 10th grade high school biologi study.Key Words: Nechromass, carbon, Air pollution
