Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan motorik kasar pada unsur ketahanan, koordinasi dan keseimbangan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui gerakan shalat di TK Sirajuddin Pontianak Barat. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik obsevasi dengan alat lembar obsevasi, teknik wawancara dengan alat lembar wawancara, dan teknik dokumenter dengan alat dokumentasi. Dari hasil dan pembahasan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan motorik kasar pada unsur ketahanan, koordinasi dan keseimbangan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui gerakan shalat di TK Sirajuddin Pontianak Barat yaitu sebagaian besar anak perkembangan pada unsur ketahanan, koordinasi dan keseimbangan sudah berkembang secara optimal dan anak sudah bisa melakukan gerakan shalat sendiri tanpa bantuan dari guru.   Kata Kunci: Motorik Kasar dan Gerakan Shalat Abstract: This study aims to describe the development of gross motor on the elements of endurance, coordination and balance in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten through prayer movement Sirajuddin West Pontianak. Techniques used in this research was the observation by means of observation sheets, interview techniques by means of the questionnaires, and documentary techniques with documentation tools. And discussion of the results of this study concluded that gross motor development on the elements of endurance, coordination and balance in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten through prayer movement Sirajuddin West Pontianak is a large part of child development at the elements of endurance, coordination and balance has developed optimally and children can perform prayer movement itself without the help of a teacher.   Keywords: Motor Rough and Prayer Movement

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of gross motor development after using traditional game of coconut shell in children aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten Good Shepherd Pontianak. in general can be drawn a conclusion that: 1) Learning planning using traditional games of coconut shell to improve gross motor in children aged 5-6 years is categorized as "good", 2) Implementation of learning using traditional game of coconut shell to improve motor coarse in child ages 5-6 years are categorized as "good", 3) Increased motor gross in children aged 5-6 years after using traditional game of coconut shell stilts include: a) The child performs body movement by maintaining balance. that can fly increased by 85%, b) Children do foot coordination in walking so do not fall often increased by 80%, c) Children move actively so as not to exceed the time limit increased 80%. Keywords: Locomotor, Coconut Shell Egrang

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Penerapan pembelajaran outdoor pada anak Usia 5 – 6 tahun kelompok B2 di Taman Kanak-kanak Immanuel II Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu panduan wawancara, panduan observasi, studi dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa metode yang digunakan adalah metode penugasan, metode pendekatan observasi dan metode bermain, guru telah melaksanakan langkah-langkah pembelajaran outdoor dengan baik, guru menggunakan media yang tersedia di sekolah dan membuat media lain yang tidak tersedia dan menyesuaikan dengan tema pembelajaran, faktor pendukung pembelajaran  outdoor adalah suasana yang menyenangkan, faktor  penghambat pembelajaran outdoor dikarenakan kurang konsentrasi anak-anak ketika berada di luar. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Pembelajaran Outdoor, anak usia dini Abtract: This research aims to describe the outdoor learning to the children in average 5-6 years old that joined in B2 team at the pre-elementary school Immanuel II Sungai Raya. The researcher descriptive method, and qualitative approach. The techniques that researcher used in this research were observation, interview, documentation. The tools that researcher used to collect the data were interview guiner, observation guiner, documentation study, and field note. From the result of research, the researcher found that the method that researcher used were oriented by task method, approach observation methode, and play method, the teachers applied the steps of outdoor learning well, the teachers also used some medias which were available in school and made the other media which were not available and adjusting it with the learning theme. The supporting factor of outdoor learning was the fun atmosphere that we made, and the obstacle factor of outdoor learning was the focus of the student had less concentration when they learned outside. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to defermine differences in the ability to count beginning of children before and after the implementation of flash card media. This research method is a quantitative type of experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The sample in this study was children aged 5-6 years in the B2 group consisting 0f 15 girls and 12 boys. The location of this research is TK Bruder Nusa Indah Pontianak Kota. The results of this study that there is a significant influence, this is a evidenced by the average acquistion of children at pretest (before treatment) and the average child at posttest (after treatment). Then the results of the uji-t are calculated so that the results show that there is a difference in the ability to child after being treated using flash card media. This proves that use of real or concrete media such as the use of flash card media has a strong influence on the ability to count in the beginning of the child as evidenced by testing the effect size.Keywords: Children Age 5-6 Years, Early Numeracy Skills, Flash Card Media

Abstract

AbstractThe objective want to be achieved in this research is to improve the ability to recognize geometry through the traditional Malay house structure in children aged 3-4 years in Southeast Pontianak Bina Insan Play Group. The method is descriptive with Classroom Action Research consist of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection using observation guidelines, interview guides and documentation. Based on the research and data analysis, concluded that the increase in the ability to recognize geometry could through the structure of Malay traditional house in children aged 3-4 years in the Southeast Pontianak Bina Insan Play Group, can be concluded as follows: (1). Lesson plan to improve the ability to recognize geometry through the traditional Malay house structure is categorized very well; (2). Implementation of learning process to improve ability recognizing geometry through the structure of Malay traditional house considered very well. Means that the implementation of geometry learning has been done based on the learning plan that was made; (3). The results of increasing the ability to recognize geometry through the traditional Malay house structure can be stated well, because every aspect of the ability to recognize the geometry of each children has increased with very high categories.  Keyword : Geometry, Traditional House

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk meningkatkan disiplin melalui metode bercerita dengan media boneka tangan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Kristen Sharon Anjongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk Penelitian tindakan kelas. Siklus Tindakan Kelas terdiri dari perencanaan       pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pedoman observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode bercerita dengan media boneka tangan dapat meningkatkan disiplin pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Kristen Sharon Anjongan. Secara khusus kesimpulannya adalah : 1) Perencanaan metode bercerita melalui media boneka tangan dapat meningkatkan disiplin pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Kristen Sharon Anjongan telah direncanakan dengan sangat baik. 2) Pelaksanan metode bercerita ddengan media boneka tangan dapat meningkatkan disiplin pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Kristen Sharon Anjongan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. 3) Disiplin anak setelah menggunakan metode bercerita dengan media boneka tangan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 80%. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Metode Bercerita, Boneka Tangan.   Abstarct : The purpose of this research generally to increase discipline through storytelling with puppets media in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Anjongan Sharon Christian. The method used is descriptive method with a form of action research. Class Action Cycle consists of planning implementation, observation and reflection. Collecting data using observation and interview. Based on the research that has been carried out in general it can be concluded that through storytelling with puppets media can improve discipline in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Anjongan Sharon Christian. In particular, the conclusion is: 1) Planning storytelling through hand puppets media can improve discipline in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Anjongan Christian Sharon has planned very well. 2) Implementation of storytelling ddengan hand puppets media can improve discipline in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Anjongan Sharon Christians have been executed better. 3) Discipline child after using the method of storytelling with puppets media an increase of 80%. Abstract

Abstrak: Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peran guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, peran guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan peran guru dalam memberikan fasilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelompok B3 TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal III Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh peran guru dalam menstimulasi motorik halus pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Secara khusus didapatkan hasil bahwa: (1) Peran guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan yaitu guru kurang baik dalam merencanakan pembelajaran karena dalam RPPH masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang tidak dimasukkan. (2) Peran guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan yaitu guru kurang baik dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran karena indikator untuk menstimulasi motorik halus anak tidak dilakukan semuanya. (3) Peran guru dalam memberikan fasilitas yang akan dilakukan yaitu guru sudah memberikan fasilitas dengan baik karena guru sudah mempersiapkan alat-alat dan bahan yang akan anak gunakan sebelum belajar dimulai.   Kata Kunci : Peran Guru, Stimulasi, Motorik Halus Abstract: In particular, this research aims to the role of teachers in lesson planning, the role of implementation of learning, and the role of providing the facility. This research was conducted in group B3 TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal III District of South East Pontianak using qualitative research methods . The result showed the teacher's role in stimulating the fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years. In particular, showed that: (1) The role of teachers in lesson planning is less good because in RPPH there are some indicators that are not included. (2) The role of teachers in the implementation of the learning is less good because the indicator to stimulate fine motor does not work at all. (3) The role of teachers in providing the facilities already provides facilities so well because teachers already prepare tools and materials that will be used before the child starts learning.   Keyword : The role of teacher, Stimulation, Fine motor skills

Abstract

Biosintesis protein rekombinan melalui Escherichia coli memberikan alternatif untuk menghasilkan protein antigen yang bermanfaan bagi kepentingan kesehatan yang bebas dari protein manusia. Penelitian ini menggabungkan fragmen DNA dari antigen permukaan virus Hepatitis B dengan gen penyandi enzim gluthation-S-transferase (GST) di dalam plasmid p GEX-4T-2 yang di ekspresikan di dalam sel-sel Escherichia coli. Polypeptida dengan berat molekul sekitar 34,8 kDa telah diproduksi dan diidentifikasi sebagai protein gabungan GST-HB100. Protein gabungan tersebut kemudian dimurnikan menggunakan kolum GSTrap yang disambung dengan kolum HiTrap. Selanjutnya, protein hasil pemurnian tersebut diharapkan bisa digunakan sebagai bahan vaksin atau untuk menghasilkan antibodi.

Abstract

Peningkatan Keterampilan Gerak Manipulatif Melalui Permainan Bola Beranting Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan gerak manipulatif melalui permainan bola beranting pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa keterampilan gerak manipulatif anak mengalami peningkatan yang berarti, kemampuan dalam memantulkan bola ke lantai yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 85%, kemampuan melempar bola dengan tepat yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 80% dan kemampuan menangkap bola dengan baik yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 85%. Hal ini berarti pembelajaran melalui permainan bola beranting memberikan pengaruh besar dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak manipulatif anak terutama dalam kemampuan memantukan bola ke lantai, melempar bola dengan tepat dan menangkap bola dengan baik. Kata Kunci: peningkatan, keterampilan gerak manipulatif, permainan bola beranting Abstract: Increased movement of manipulative skills through the game ball relay in children aged 5-6 years. This study aimed to describe the motion of manipultive skills enhancement through the game ball relay in children aged 5-6 years. Research method used is descriptive method to shape the action research. Based on research conducted manipulative movement skills that children experience significant improvement, the ability to bounce the ball to the floor that gets very good growing category by 85%, the ability to throw the ball exactly the category is growing very well received by 80%, and the ability to catch the ball well the category is growing very well received by 85%. This means learning through play ball relay had a major impact in improving the motion movement of manipulative children, especially the ability of bouncing the ball on the floor, throw the ball to the right, and catch the ball well. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung, serta kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran model sentra balok pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Mujahidin 1 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 2 guru sentra balok dan anak kelompok B3. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran model sentra balok cenderung mengacu kepada Permendiknas No 58 Tahun 2009 dan sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Dalam penerapan pembelajaran model sentra balok guru sudah melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran model sentra dan anak-anak pun sudah membangun bangunnnya dari balok sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak dalam bermain balok. Adapun faktor pendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di sentra balok dapat berjalan dengan lancar dikarenakan media balok dan aksesoris pendukungnya banyak. Selain itu juga kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru yaitu pendeknya konsentrasi anak dalam menerima pelajaran dan aksesoris orang-orangan yang jumlahnya sedikit. Kata kunci: Penerapan Pembelajaran, Sentra Balok, Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun.  Abstract: This study aimed to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, contributing factors, and the constraints faced by teachers in implementing the learning model of the central beam in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Mujahidin 1 Pontianak. This study used a descriptive method with qualitative approach. The sample was 2 teacher and child center beam B3 group. From the results indicate that the application of learning peneitian center beam models tend to refer to the Ministerial Regulation No. 58 of 2009 and has been implemented well. In the application of models of learning centers already implementing learning teacher beam in accordance with the model measures of learning centers and children were already building bangunnnya of the beam according to the developmental stage of the child in playing blocks. The factors supporting the learning activities in the center of the beam can be run smoothly due to the media supporting beams and lots of accessories. In addition, the constraints faced by the teacher in the child's concentration in short lessons and accessories receive the puppets are few in number. Keywords:.
