Abstract

Science is a conscious effort to try, find and improve human understanding from various aspects in human nature. The number of medical specialties continues to grow until they reach even smaller branches known as sub-specialties. One type of specialization in medical science is the specialization of cardiology, the science that focuses on the needs of the heart organ. The development of cardiology cannot be separated from the history behind it. The progress of cardiology up to this point is a continuous interrelated journey. Every lesson in the past will be a capital for future experience, as will cardiology, where each phase becomes the foundation for future development.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is (1) to know and analyse strategy of micro enterprises development in accelerating development of Palu city; (2) to know and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of micro enterprises currently nature accelerate the development of the city of Palu; and (3) to know and analyze the development strategy formula that should be done by micro enterprises in accelerating the development of Palu city. This was a qualitative and quantitative research (mix methods) with 20 informants consisting of 16 businessmen in Palu, 4 employees of Cooperative Department and Micro Enterprises of Palu. Data analysis used was interactive approach and SWOT analysis. The research findings reveal that strategy form used recently for micro enterprises development in accelerating development of Palu is combination of strengths-opportunities strategies by optimizing strengths through the use of opportunities with action plan strategies as follows: (1) ease of capital access for bussiness scale development; (2) ease of access to capital for increasing market access; (3) the development of human resources to have access to new markets; (4) the development of human resources to have the potential to develop exports; (5) promotion development in order to improve market access; (6) development of business networks to protect businesses from certain types of business; (7) marketing development in order to access new markets; (8) development of partnerships to protect the business of certain types of businesses; and (9) improving access to technology throught the assistance of facilities and infrastructure development.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out inappropriate space utilization due to the pressure of develompent is caused of develompent thai is not in accordance with the regional spatial planning and the deviation from the realization and contribution of buildiding construction permits. The results of of the research show that (1) the construction of resident in new district has not all been in accordance with the regional spatial planning. (2)  Lack of socialization regarding the procedures for arranging construction permits, some people do not understand the way to manage it. (3) There are no deviations from the realization of building construction permits with spatial planning from related agencies.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan sintesis katalis Pd/Ce/Zeolit, sintesis dilakukan dengan cara impregnasi larutan garam palladium dan serium pada zeolit , kalsinasi dilakukan pada suhu 600 ºC dengan dialiri N2 selama 4 jam kemudian O2 selama 1 jam selanjutnya direduksi dengan H2 pada 900 ºC selama 5 jam. Karakterisasi katalis dilakukan dengan menggunakan difraktometer sinar-X dan uji katalitik dilakukan terhadap umpan gas CO, banyaknya CO yang terkonversi ditentukan dengan kromatografi gas. Disimpulkan bahwa spesies logam yang terbentuk adalah Pd(0), PdO, PdO2, Ce2O3,dan Ce6O11. Katalis Pd/Ce/zeolit pada konsentrasi Ce 3 % adalah yang terbaik mempunyai ukuran partikel PdO/ Ce2O3 279,09/263,69 dengan kemampuan konversi terhadap gas CO 78,789 % pada suhu 700 ºC.

Abstract

Adsorpsi karbon monoksida, pirolidina dan butilamina pada Pt/Aerosil dan Aerosil dipelajari dengan menggunakan spektroskopi inframerah. Permukaan Pt/Aerosil dan Aerosil pada ruang hampa (10-6 mbar) selalu menyerap sinar pada daerah 3730 cm-1 yang ditunjukkan oleh munculnya pita tajam pada spektra. Pita serapan ini merupakan serapan dari vibrasi gugus OH yang dikenal sebagai silanol bebas (tidak membentuk ikatan hidrogen). Pita serapan ini akan hilang jika permukaannya ditambahkan amina yang berarti bahwa molekul amina terikat pada gugus OH melalui ikatan hidrogen. Penambahan karbon monoksida tidak mempengaruhi pita serapan ini. Karbon monoksida menimbulkan pita-pita serapan pada daerah antara 2100 cm-1 dan 1800 cm-1, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa amina dan karbon monoksida teradsorpsi pada sisi yang berbeda, molekul amina terikat pada gugus hidroksil sedangkan karbon monoksida terikat pada platinum.

Abstract

Lalat merupakan serangga yang sering digunakan pada bidang entomologi forensik sebagai indikator penentu lama waktu kematian makhluk hidup (post mortem interval) karena merupakan serangga yang pertama kali datang pada proses dekomposisi bangkai. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai tempat meletakkan bangkai terhadap pertumbuhan larva lalat pada bangkai tikus Rattus norvegicus. Sampel menggunakan 28 ekor tikus R.norvegicus yang kemudian diletakkan masing-masing di ruang terbuka, di dalam kotak kayu, di dalam tas yang dimasukkan ke dalam kotak kayu, dan di dalam kotak kayu yang ditanam di tanah. Larva yang muncul kemudian diambil dan diperiksa secara mikroskopis dengan menggunakan kunci identifikasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama 6 hari berturut-turut. Spesies yang banyak ditemukan adalah Chrysomya megacephala, muncul sejak hari pertama setelah kematian pada bangkai tikus.  Pertumbuhan panjang larva lalat dianalisis untuk mengetahui hubungan dengan lama kematian. Disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh tempat peletakkan bangkai terhadap pertumbuhan larva lalat pada bangkai tikus Rattus norvegicus, dan disarankan untuk melakukan perbandingan hasil serupa dengan sampel korban manusia yang ditemukan belatung.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Skabies merupakan penyakit kulit akibat arthopod, spesies Sarcoptes scabiei, dengan gejala klinis berupa rasa gatal dan lesi polimorfik berupa eritem, papul, nodul, atau pustula. Penyakit tular ini berhubungan dengan rendahnya higienitas perorangan dan kebiasaan bertukar barang. Faktor lain yang berperan yaitu rendahnya sosial ekonomi dan sanitasi lingkungan. Skabies memiliki prevalensi tinggi di negara tropis dan berkembang, salah satunya Indonesia. Pesantren merupakan tempat potensial bagi transmisi penyakit kulit, terutama skabies, karena memiliki lingkungan tempat tinggal yang padat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain potong lintang dan dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2018. Data diambil dari semua santri yang menderita penyakit skabies. Prevalensi skabies sebesar 112 (4,4%) dengan jumlah subjek terbanyak berjenis kelamin perempuan 78 (69,6%). Lesi skabies positif secara dermokopis terdapat pada 53 subjek (47%), sedangkan positif secara mikroskopis sebanyak 19 subjek (17%). Skabies yang masih terdiagnosis mencerminkan rendahnya tingkat sanitasi dan higienitas para santri dalam mencegah penyakit kulit menular seperti skabies.   ABSTRACT Scabies is a skin disease due to arthopod, a species of Sarcoptes scabiei, with clinical symptoms of itching and polymorphic lesions in the form of erythema, papules, nodules, or pustules. This contagious disease is associated with low personal hygiene and habits of exchanging goods. Other factors that play a role are low socioeconomic and environmental sanitation. Scabies has a high prevalence in tropical and developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. Pesantren is a potential place for the transmission of skin diseases, especially scabies, because it has a dense residential environment. This research is a descriptive cross-sectional design and was conducted in October to December 2018. Data were taken from all students suffering scabies. The prevalence of scabies was 112 (4.4%) with the highest number of female subjects was 78 (69.6%). Dermocopically positive scabies lesions were found in 53 subjects (47%), while microscopically positive were 19 subjects (17%). Scabies that are still diagnosed reflect the low level of sanitation and hygiene of students in preventing infectious skin diseases such as scabies. Keywords : skin disease, scabies, pesantren.

Abstract

At present there is a large variety of regional specialty food products that are still made with original flavors and use artificial coloring, whereas in fruits and vegetables there are many natural coloring and antioxidant contents. Pret cakes circulating in Aceh are still original, so it is necessary to diversify the product by adding red dragon fruit paste and beets. In addition to adding nutritional value, antioxidant components, the addition of red dragon fruit paste and for this beet can provide an attractive color to pret cake products. Pret cake can be used as a snack or even as one of the products for entrepreneurship, because pret cake is a traditional one from Aceh. This activity is expected to be able to provide new knowledge and ideas as well as to practice making Aceh's unique pret cake with variations in the addition of beet paste and red dragon fruit which are rich in antioxidants and natural coloring to children and adolescents, orphans, orphans and the needy residents of the Islamic Foundation Orphanage Media Kasih Banda Aceh in processing typical Acehnese snack cakes that are more nutritious and varied and can increase the economic value of these pretake products.
