Abstract

Salah satu bentuk nyata dari upaya pembinaan dan pengembangan kualitas guru diperlukan supervisi pendidikan. Fungsi utama supervisi pendidikan ditujukan pada peningkatan kualitas pengajaran. Oleh karena itu perlu dipilih bentuk supervisi dengan pendekatan yang tepat dalam hal ini. Supervisi adalah suatu kegiatan yang menyangkut bekerja dengan orang lain. Dalam bekerja dengan orang lain maka hubungan kemanusiaan adalah unsur utama. Hubungan kemanusiaan terjadi bila terjadi komunikasi yang baik, penerimaan dan kepercayaan. Supervisi artistik religius-humanistik adalah pengembangan dari model supervisi artistik, supervisi ini diilhami dari pendalaman akan nilai-nilai religi yang diimplementasikan seseorang dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai seorang pemimpin dan supervisor dalam suatu lembaga atau institusi. Supervisi artistik religius-humanistik adalah model supervisi yang mengembangkan relasi antar atasan dan bawahan dengan baik, menganggap para guru dan staf setara sebagai sesama manusia atau makhluk Tuhan serta meniadakan sekat-sekat atau pembeda berupa jabatan dan latar belakang lainnya sebagai wujud implementasi nilai-nilai religiusitas yang ada dalam diri seseorang

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa efektif penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis video pada mata pelajaran Fiqh khususnya pada anak kelas 2 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi literatur atau biasa disebut dengan studi literatur. Studi literatur ini dilakukan untuk melihat keterkaitan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis video dengan model Assure. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai penggunaan video pembelajaran dalam proses PBM, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media video pembelajaran. Peningkatan ini terlihat pada prestasi belajar siswa dalam satu kelas. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran ASSURE berbasis video learning sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa madrasah ibtidaiyah.Abstrak: This study aims to see how effective the use of video-based learning media is in Fiqh subjects, especially in grade 2 children at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study research method or commonly referred to as a literature study. This literature study was conducted to see what is related to the use of video-based learning media with the Assure model. From the results of studies that have been carried out regarding the use of learning videos in the PBM process, this shows that the use of learning videos can increase students' interest in learning between before and after using instructional video media. This increase can be seen in the learning achievement of students in one class. Thus, the ASSURE learning model based on video learning is very effective in increasing the learning interest of madrasah ibtidaiyah students.

Abstract

AbstrakKemajuan teknologi menuntut seorang pendidik untuk menguasai berbagai media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Pada penelitian ini media pembelajaran flowchart digambar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Visio dimana biasanya flowchart digambar dengan bentuk sederhana di papan tulis. Belajar menggunakan bantuan teknologi dapat membantu baik pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Fokus penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran flowchart (bagan arus) berbasis Microsoft Visio pada mata pelajaran fikih kelas VIII yang valid. Jenis penelitian ini ialah pengembangan dengan metode Plomp, dimana ada empat tahapan yakni: (1) tahap penelitian pendahuluan (preliminary research); (2) tahap prototype (prototyping stage); (3) tahap penilaian (assessment stage); (4) tahap refleksi dan dokumentasi secara sistematis (systematic reflection and documentation). Namun pada penelitian ini tidak semua tahapan dilakukan, karena ada kendala serta keterbatasan yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa media pembelajaran flowchart berbasis Microsoft visio yang telah dihasilkan bersifat sangat valid dengan rata-rata 84,72% . Begitu pun penilaian pada item – item yang ada pada aspek penilaian atau standar penilaian yang diperoleh dari validator yaitu berkisar 75% - 91,68%. Seperti dalam aspek materi dengan nilai 81,68%, dalam aspek tampilan media dengan nilai 87,5% dan aspek prinsip media flowchart itu sendiri dengan nilai 86,11%. Selain itu juga, dari validasi kebahasaan diperoleh skor 83,33%, validasi isi dengan skor 81,25% dan terakhir validasi kontruks dengan skor 86,11%. Hal ini dapat di kategorikan valid – sangat valid, artinya media pembelajaran flowchart berbasis Microsoft visio ini layak dipakai atau digunakan dalam mata pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam terkhususnya fikih. AbstractHigh technology development requires a teacher to master various technology-based learning media. In this study, the flowchart learning media which is usually drawn in simple way on the blackboard, was drawn using Microsoft Visio application. Learning using technology assistance can help teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. The aim of this research was to produce a valid Microsoft Visio-based flowchart learning media for class VIII students in fiqh subject. The type of the research was research and development using Plomp method with four stages, namely: (1) preliminary research stage; (2) prototype stage; (3) production stage; and (4) systematic reflection and documentation stage. However, in this study not all stages were carried out because of some limitations. The result of this research described that the Microsoft Visio-based flowchart learning media was highly valid with an average of 84.72%. The judgment from validators was 75% - 91.68% for all items. The content aspect was 87.5%,  media layout aspect was 87.5%, and media principles aspect was 86.11%. In addition, validation of language gave score 83.33%, the content validity was 81.25% and construct validity was 86.11%. These can be categorized as valid - highly valid product. It means that the Microsoft Visio-based flowchart learning media is suitable for PAI learning (islamic learning) especially fiqh subject.

Abstract

School principal decision-making is essentially a change in certain conditions. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of Islamic integrated-based decision-making by the junior high school principals. Descriptive qualitative was chosen as the method of the research. Sources of data in this study were principal, vice-principal, head of administration, and teachers at SMP IT Qurrata A’yun Batusangkar. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The result of the study described that making decisions in an education organization could run well by doing the right procedures of analyzing problems, developing solution alternatives, making decisions after discussion, implementing the decision, and evaluating. The principal’s decision-making is a determinant of strategic policies in realizing programs at his/her school.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam atau sering disingkat dengan PAI kurang diminati oleh peserta didik. Hal ini terbukti dengan kurangnya respon semangat ketika pembelajaran PAI dimulai, pasif, kurangnya rasa responsif pada pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang kompeten, mengajar dengan pemaksaan serta kurangnya waktu pada Pembelajaran. Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidkan tidak hanya sekedar transfer of knowledge saja, tetapi lebih pada pembentukan kepribadian seseorang sehingga dapat mengenal potensi diri dan selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan potensi tersebut sebagai suatu usaha untuk mencapai tujuan hidupnya. Mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam adalah mata pelajaran yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman ajaran-ajaran Islam kepada peserta didik dan membentuk keluhuran budi dalam rangka menempuh hidup bahagia dunia dan akhirat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, ada beberapa hal yang harus terpenuhi, salah satunya yaitu penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan sesuai dengan materi ajar. Tetapi, masalah yang terjadi di lapangan adalah masih banyak guru agama Islam yang saat ini masih menekankan metode ceramah pada proses pembelajaran. Padahal dengan luasnya materi pembelajaran PAI yang harus disampaikan, seorang guru PAI tidak dapat menyampaikan materi pembelajaran hanya dengan penggunaan metode ceramah

Abstract

Education and learning require collaboration from various aspects, including the involvement of school committees as community representatives in education. The law of education mandates active roles of school committees in improving educational services in schools. However, there are still various problems in implementing the roles and duties of school committees, including constraints in empowerment that still need to be optimally fulfilled in the functions and roles in schools. This research aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of roles and duties of school committees in Senior High Schools in Limapuluh Kota Regency. The type of research method used is quantitative descriptive with a survey method. This research was conducted at Senior Senior High Schools in Limapuluh Kota Regency, with a sample size of 251 teachers as respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument while the Aiken and the Construct Validity test using Product Moment Correlation. The reliability test was checked using Alpha Cronbash and the technique of data analysis used descriptive statistical methods, specifically calculating percentages based on the data measured using the Likert scale. Based on the research, data were obtained for the four roles of school committees that can be measured numerically. The school committee has proper roles in fulfilling the responsibility as an advisory agency, a supporting agency, a controlling agency, and a mediator agency. The results of this study indicate that the roles and duties of the school committee in Senior High School in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota already perform good responsibilities. However, there is still a need for efforts to strengthen and enhance the roles and duties of the school committee in Senior High Schools in Limapuluh Kota Regency.

Abstract

School is an institution that moves and aims to improve the world of education. In its implementation, schools cannot stand alone, this agency really needs help from outside parties, including the Parents and Community Committee. A good school is a school that is able to foster good relations with all stakeholders both within the school environment and outside the school. The most influential relationship is the relationship between the school and the committee, parents and the community around the school. The existence of a synergistic relationship between these stakeholders is a major factor supporting the improvement of the quality of education. Abstract

The curriculum in education plays a very large role in determining a country's educational progress, from concept to application and practice in the field. The method used in this research uses analysis of literature review data collection from journals, internet media and online news media. These results are also consistent with character education theory which emphasizes the importance of moral learning in developing better individuals. A curriculum that is more oriented towards developing competencies and skills can have a positive impact on students' educational outcomes, helping them become better prepared to enter the world of work or pursue higher education. Cultivating their interests and talents has a higher level of motivation in the learning process. A curriculum designed to foster students' critical and creative souls can have a positive impact in preparing them for the challenges that exist in the real world. A curriculum that is responsive to future developments can help students become better prepared to face future challenges. Therefore, developing and implementing an effective curriculum is one of the keys to the success of a quality and relevant education system.

Abstract

Abstract: Educational planning is the starting point or point of view used in the process of implementing education with systematic activity steps to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. Educational planning plays a role in providing clarity of direction in the education delivery process. Therefore, an educational planner is required to have the ability to prepare a design using one type of educational planning approach. The educational planning approach for each type and level of education will be different, especially for inclusive education. Education is not only for normal children, but children who have special needs must get the same educational opportunities and opportunities as other normal children. In the Islamic view, education is an obligation both to understand Islamic obligations and to build culture/civilization. Inclusive education is a way or innovation to address educational equality for all Indonesian citizens, both normal children and those with special needs. Planning inclusive education related to Children with Special Needs (ABK) is a complex task and an important thing that must be done before implementing learning. Inclusive education is a conscious effort to mature humans through structured and sustainable efforts with an open, dynamic and rational learning system. To achieve peace and prosperity in the educational process, especially at the elementary school level, there is a need for educational planning where this will influence the process of achieving educational goals. Abstract

Abstract: This article is intended to reveal the core problems that exist in Madrasas as the root obstacles in improving the quality of madrasas. The results of the study show that Madrasas are faced with a dilemma as an educational institution. As an educational institution, Madarasas should be given broad authority in managing madrasas, especially now in the era of regional autonomy. In the current era of autonomy, one of the concepts that can be applied to improve the quality of education is school-based management. SBM is a strategy to make schools of higher quality by giving broad authority to Madrasas. Even though Madrasahs are under the auspices of the Department of Religion, the SBM concept can still be implemented based on the suitability of SBM as a strategy to overcome Madrasah problems. Implementing Madrasah-Based Management is intended to improve the quality of madrasas as Islamic educational institutions. Keywords: management, quality, madrasah
