Tujuan Umum dari kegiatan ini adalah mefasilitasi proses hilirisasi teknologi Geolistrik hasil riset ke masyarakat, meningkatkan sinergi kelembagaan Politeknik Negeri Semarang pada berbagai tingkatan baik pusat maupun daerah, meningkatkan produktifitas nilai tambah, kualitas maupun daya saing produk Geolistrik berbasis Ipteks, membentuk dan memperkuat jaringan antara penghasil teknologi Geolistrik untuk mencari mata air sumur dalam dengan pengguna Ipteks, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan msyarakat. Sedangkan tujuan khusus adalah untuk mempercepat diseminasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi Geolistrik yang potensial dari hasil riset dan pengembangan Politeknik Negeri Semarang ke masyarakat. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah mendiseminasikan teknologi Geolistrik untuk memndapatkan sebuah mata air dan melakukan pengeboran, serta air bersih yang didapat ditampung disebuah tower terpadu kemudian dialirkan ke rumah-rumah masyarakat. Metode, tahapan dan prosedur dalam kegiatan ini meliputi : identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, perancangan ,penghitungan, gambar desain, pengeboran dan pembuatan tandon air, uji operasi, serta pendampingan operasional yaitu pendampingan oleh pelaksana dalam mengoperasikan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) secara berkelanjutan. Diseminasi teknologi kepada masyarakat/mitra meliputi : penyebaran informasi TTG ke masyarakat dengan cara melaksanakan bersama sama dengan mitra dari proses pembuatan sampai dengan penggunaan TTG. Target luaran yang diharapkan adalah peralatan geolistrik yang berupa transmiter, reciever, memori data, interface, catu daya, satu buah sumber mata air sumur dalam, satu buah tower penampungan air bersih secara terpadu dan publikasi di media masa.

The data distribution mechanism of internet protocol (IP) technology is inefficient because it necessitates the user to await a response from the server. Named data networking (NDN) is a cutting-edge technology being assessed for enhancing IP networks, primarily because it incorporates a data packet caching technique on every router. However, the effectiveness of this approach is highly dependent on the router's content capacity, thus requiring the use data replacement mechanism when the router capacity is full. The least recently used (LRU) method is employed for cache replacement policy; yet, it is considered ineffective as it neglects the content's popularity. The LRU algorithm replaces the infrequently requested data, leading to inefficient caching of popular data when multiple users constantly request it. To address this problem, we propose a segmented LRU (SLRU) replacement strategy that considers content popularity. The SLRU will evaluate both popular content and content that has previously been popular in two segment categories, namely the probationary and protected segments. Icarus simulator was used to evaluate multiple comprehensive scenarios. Our experimental results show that the SLRU obtains a better cache hit ratio (CHR) and able to minimize latency and link load compared to existing cache replacement policies such as First In, First Out (FIFO), LRU, and Climb.

The aim of the research is to determine the application of the Merdeka Curriculum through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in making tumpeng to increase student creativity in the production process material in class X SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta. The independent curriculum focuses on student-centered learning. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The object of this research is student creativity in production process material in class X SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta for the 2024/2025 academic year with a total of 286 students. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model increases student creativity through making tumpeng in the production process material in class X SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan makna simbol Sengkelan Kanong. Penelitian makna simbol Sengkelan Kanong pada Masyarakat Melayu Sintang, belum pernah dilakukan. Sehingga belum ada laporan tertulis tentangmakna symbol dalam tradisi Sengkelan Kanong. Sengkelan Kanong merupakan tradisi tujuh bulanan yang memadukan kearifan lokal dan agama Islam, sehingga sangat menarik untuk diteliti dan didokumentasikan. Penedekatan penelitian kualitatif, metode penelitian desktiptif, objek penelitian adalah makna simbol dalam tradisi Sengkelan Kanong. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan triangulasi teknik dan analisis data menggunakan analisis data interaktif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh, terdapat 13 benda dan bahan dalam tradisi Sengkelan Kanong yang dapat dimaknai, yaitu: 1) Papan Canai, 2) Kapas Putih, 3) Kain Panjang, 4) Teko, 5) Amplop, 6) Beras, 7) Telur Ayam, 8) Rujak Semparik, 9) Rujak Culet, 10) Tepung Tawar, 11) Airr Putih), 12) Beras Kuning, dan 13) Daun Pandan.Kata Kunci: Makna Simbol, Tradisi Sengkelan Kanong

This study investigates the impact of audit committees with political connections on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting. Drawing from reputational cost theory, it hypothesizes that personal political affiliations of audit committee members positively influence ESG reporting quality. Analyzing data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022, the findings reveal that companies with politically connected audit committees exhibit higher levels of ESG reporting compared to their counterparts without such connections. The study highlights that audit committees with political ties are subject to increased litigation risks and reputational costs.

This study aims to : 1. Describe the impementation of environmental Islamic Education anjd school culture at SMP Negeri 4 of Rejang Lebong, 2. Describe the concept of Islamic religious education that is environmentally sound and school culture applied at SMP Negeri 4 of Rejang Lebong, 3. Describe the inhibiting factors and driving dactors in realizing a school environment that is environmentally sound and school culture. In the context of this study the variable is the implementation of envinronmental Islamic religious education and the school culture in creating a atmosphere school environment. The method of this research is qualitative description using the analysis of triregulation. Research consists of three variables, namely ; Imlementation of Islamic Education, Environment and School Culture. The results of the study concluded that in the material of Islamic Education there are discussions related to education contained environment and School Culture. OPEFB has low biodegradability so its utilization is very limited. Oyster mushrooms are mushrooms that are capable of producing enzymes capable of degrading cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin contained in) OPEFB. The research objective was to determine the effect of the composition of the growing media on the production of oyster mushrooms and changes in the composition of the resulting baglog waste. The study was carried out with the combination treatment of rubber wood and OPEFB, with levels: (a) 100% rubber wood powder and 0% OPEFB, (b) 75% rubber wood powder and 25% OPEFB, (c) 50% rubber wood powder and OPEFB 50%, (d) 25% rubber wood powder and 75% OPEFB, (e) 0% rubber wood powder and 100% OPEFB. Observation of raw material composition, mycelia growth, wet weight of the fungus, biological efficiency, changes in lignin content, cellulose, and hemicellulose before and after being used as a growing medium for oyster mushrooms. The results showed that the fastest mycelial growth occurred in the use of 100% OPEFB media. The highest oyster mushroom production occurred in the media 100% rubber sawdust. The higher the wet weight of the oyster mushrooms produced, the less the weight of the baglog waste produced. The oyster mushroom fermentation process for 60 days was able to reduce the content of 3.39% cellulose, 11.01% hemicellulose, and 1.98% lignin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) memperoleh deskriptif tentang kemandirian siswa, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya pada siswa SMK, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya baik secara bersama-sama maupun sendiri-sendiri terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha pada siswa SMK, dan (3) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha pada siswa SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) kemandirian untuk berwirausaha tinggi (50,5%), kepribadian tinggi (73,3%), lingkungan keluarga tinggi (49,5%), lingkungan sekolah tinggi (69,5%) dan interaksi teman sebaya tinggi (44,8%), (2) terdapat pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian siswa untuk berwirausaha, dan (3) sumbangan efektif variabel kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha ( ) sebesar 68,6% dan sumbangan efektif masing-masing variabel yaitu lingkungan keluarga 53,5%, kepribadian 9,7%, interaksi teman sebaya 3,9%, dan lingkungan sekolah 1,6%. FACTORS INFLUENCE THE AUTONOMY FOR ENTREPRENEURE IN STUDENT'S SMKAbstractThis study aims to uncover: (1) the descriptive abaut autonomy students for entrepreneur, personality, family environment, school environment, and peer relationships at SMK, (2) the influence of personality, family environment, school environment, and peer relationships by together as well as individually for entrepreneurship at SMK, (3) know the influence of personality factors, family environment, school environment, and peer interaction jointly and severally against the autonomy of entrepreneurship in vocational students. This was a survey research with ex post facto approach study. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique, simple liner regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of software SPSS 18. The result showed: (1) the autonomy for entrepreneur was high (50,5%), personality was high (73,3%), family environment was high (49,5%), school environment was high (69,5%) and peer relationship was high (44,8%), (2) there are influence of personality factors, family environment, school environtment, and peer relationships with the autonomy for entrepreneurship both individually, and (3) the effect personality factors, family environment, school environment, and peer relationship together against the autonomy for entrepreneurship ( ) 68,6% and the effect of each predictor was 35,5% family environment, 9,7% personality, 3,9% peer relationships, and 1,6% of school environment.

This study aims to investigate the impact of soft skills in mediating the relationship between risk management competence and job readiness in students in Yogyakarta. The independent campus learning program is expected to be able to bridge students in preparing for their future. One of the curricula in universities, especially accounting majors, is related to understanding risk management competencies. This analysis is carried out on students majoring in accounting who have obtained lessons related to risk management. This study used random sampling through data collection. Warp PLS is used as an analysis model using path analysis. Organizational risk management, process risk management and standard risk management are the three components used in this study. This study provides empirical evidence that only process risk management can affect soft skills but cannot directly affect student job readiness but process risk management competencies can affect student job readiness if mediated by soft skills. This research provides input to universities to improve the soft skills of prospective graduates so that they have better job readiness

The rapid development of technology significantly impacts various aspects of life, including the field of livestock farming. The advancement of technology is expected to enhance the rate and effectiveness of production, particularly in the hatching of chicken eggs or chick breeding. The existing technology relies on manual on/off systems and manual monitoring, hindering successful egg-hatching rates and percentages. Therefore, this research aims to explain the development of an automated egg incubator using a Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control system with hypertuning parameters, as well as temperature and humidity monitoring, along with a protection system based on voltage sensors, all integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT). The PID control is employed to regulate the temperature of the egg incubator, ensuring stability according to the predetermined set point temperature. The IoT system in this study comprises an ESP32 node as a microcontroller connected to a sensor, using Firebase and User app for monitoring the egg incubator. The study employed PID control with parameter values Kp=10, Ki=3, and Kd=8. The research yielded time-efficient egg incubation and prevention of turning delays. The DHT21 sensor achieved a 90% success rate in detecting room temperature (38°C) and humidity (77%-84%) within the incubator, while PID control effectively maintained the target temperature. The ACS712 sensor accurately detected current in the heater, power supply, and motor. The Kodular application can display sensor readings. The future implication is developing a more adaptive PID method toward changes and nonlinear dynamics.
