Penelitian ini mengungkap strategi SMK dalam meraih akreditasi A melalui peningkatan empat komponen layanan kinerja dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dari 5 informan (kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah sarana dan prasarana, guru anggota tim akreditasi, satu peserta didik lulusan tahun terakhir) melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi mencakup: (1) peningkatan budaya kinerja pendidik, (2) penguatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (3) perbaikan lingkungan belajar, dan (4) peningkatan kompetensi lulusan. Kontribusi orisinal artikel ini terletak pada identifikasi pendekatan terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan sebagai kunci keberhasilan akreditasi A. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa peningkatan layanan kinerja secara terpadu menjadi faktor utama pencapaian akreditasi unggul.

Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral sebagai kepala institusi yang tidak hanya menjalankan fungsi sebagai administrator namun juga menjadi agen perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui akreditasi di SMPN 6 Tana Tidung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian berupa penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini data didapatkan melalui teknik wawancara secara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan analisis dokumen dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf pendudung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika di SMPN 6 Tana Tidung kepala sekolah berhasil menerapkan empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional, yaitu pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan perhatian individual, sehingga meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, kualitas pembelajaran, dan pemenuhan standar nasional pendidikan. Dari penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional, ditemui tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan beban administrasi. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu evaluasi mutu berkala, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, dan pelatihan guru dijalankan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung mutu pendidikan dan hasil akreditasi secara berkelanjutan.

Penerapan sistem penjaminan mutu internal menjadi langkah strategis yang esensial bagi perguruan tinggi dalam mendorong peningkatan mutu secara berkelanjutan. Hal ini juga dilakukan oleh Universitas Darussalam Gontor. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam pelaksanaan SPMI sebagai bagian dari strategi kelembagaan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi di kampus tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen di lingkungan UNIDA Gontor. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa UNIDA Gontor melaksanakan SPMI secara konsisten melalui siklus PPEPP dengan pendekatan holistik yang menekankan pada penguatan budaya mutu. Implementasi ini ditunjang oleh struktur organisasi yang harmonis, sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan bersertifikat, pemanfaatan teknologi seperti SIMUDA dan E-Khidmat, serta ketersediaan anggaran dan sarana yang memadai. Kendala berupa kurangnya partisipasi dari sebagian civitas akademika mampu diatasi melalui optimalisasi teknologi, penguatan internalisasi budaya mutu, dan kolaborasi eksternal. Secara keseluruhan, pelaksanaan SPMI di UNIDA Gontor dinilai efektif dalam membangun budaya mutu yang berkesinambungan dengan dukungan faktor-faktor pendukung utama serta strategi penanganan hambatan yang tepat.

The massive development of information technology has ushered in an era of information disruption, presenting complex challenges for Islamic educational institutions in managing their institutional image and maintaining public trust. This study aims to analyze digital communication-based Public Relations (PR) strategies in building public trust (digital trust) in madrasahs, encompassing participatory planning processes, the implementation of integrated programs, as well as evaluation and mitigation of obstacles. The research approach used is qualitative with a multi-site case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation at two sites. Data analysis was conducted interactively, encompassing data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that both madrasahs successfully carried out a fundamental reconstruction of the public relations role, shifting from traditional technical-administrative functions to becoming a managerial strategic instrument. Trust within the digital community was fostered through a combination of adaptive strategies, including the participatory and inclusive formulation of communication directions, the internalization of humanistic values through a structural-cultural approach, the synchronization of social media content based on learning realities and local religious culture, and the implementation of a continuous quality improvement (CQI) based on local wisdom and the use of AI. The success of digital PR strategies in Islamic educational institutions depends heavily on the originality of the organizational culture, where a strong communication identity serves as a solid foundation for reputation in countering misinformation in this era of disruption.

This study aims to evaluate the Arsipan Rosakti program (Pisangcandi Sadar, Aktif, Kreatif, Terapkan IT) as strategy for implementing School Based Management (SBM) at SDN PISANGCANDI 2 using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This evaluation was conducted to obtain a comprehensive picture of the program's suitability to school needs, resource readiness, implementation process and the program’s impact on educational quality. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Research subjects included the principal and public relations staff. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out based on the four components of the CIPP model, which include context, input, process and product. The results of the study indicate that the Arpisan Rosakti program is relevant to the needs of schools in facing the era of digital transformations. In terms of input, schools are supported by human resources, School Operational Assistance (BOS) funding, and IT facilities, which are managed in stages. The program implementation process is structured through learning supervision, activity reporting and routine evaluation. In terms of product, the program has a positive impact on improving teachers digital competence and students engagement and creativity. This study presents a comprehensive evaluation of the digital transformation based SBM program in elementary schools using the CIPP model, which has been understudied for a limited time. This model can serve as a practical reference for developing school innovations. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the CIPP model in comprehensively assessing and developing programs.

This study aims to evaluate the innovation program in the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) at SDN Pandanwangi 01 Malang using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research approach used was qualitative with a case study method through observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, and documentation analysis. The results showed that the implementation of SBM in this school was based on the need to improve the quality of learning, strengthen character, and involve the school community. Input analysis showed the support of competent human resources, transparent funding through BOS and parental contributions, and creative utilization of infrastructure, although limited. The program implementation process was systematic through daily habits, Teacher Cafe forums, Thematic Friday activities, and external partnerships that strengthened curriculum and literacy innovation. The resulting products include increased discipline, environmental character, student literacy, and more inclusive access to learning. Overall, the implementation of SBM at SDN Pandanwangi 01 has proven effective in improving the quality of education, although strengthening more operational evaluation instruments is still needed so that continuous improvements can be carried out in a measurable manner.

Cases of bullying, promiscuity and drug abuse are forms of juvenile delinquency that are currently often occurring. These three cases certainly provide long-term risks that can affect students' psychological, physical, and emotional well, even the most extreme risk is pregnancy and transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide insight, knowledge, understanding, and increase the capacity of students in the context of the dangers of bullying, promiscuity, and drug abuse. A training approach based on socialization seminars is used in this community service activity. The community service activity was carried out at SMK Widya Dharma Turen involving 328 students in classes X and XI. This community service activity is carried out through several methods used, including; (1) seminars; (2) presentation of materials; (3) awareness campaigns; (4) role play; (5) discussion; (6) problem-based learning (PBL), and (7) evaluation of pre-post test-based activities. The results of the pre-test and post-test will be analyzed using the t-test (difference test) assisted by the SPSS 24.0 program. The results of the activity showed an increase in student knowledge as seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. The average pre-test score of 65.76 increased to 73.81 in the post-test, with an improvement difference of 8.05. These findings show that the training provided is effective in increasing students' understanding and awareness of the negative impacts of bullying, promiscuity, and drug abuse. Thus, this service activity makes a positive contribution to prevention efforts.

Archive management in elementary schools is still dominated by manual methods, which pose risks of inefficiency, document loss, and low traceability. This community service activity aims to enhance the competence of School Administrative Staff (TAS) in Elementary Schools (SD) across the Sukun District, Malang City, through the transformation of digital-based archive management. The methods employed included lectures, brainstorming, hands-on practice (learning by doing) using the System Tracking Archive Responsive (STAR) application, simulations, mentoring, as well as pre-test and post-test evaluations via Google Forms. The training spanned a total of 32 lesson hours, involving 70 participants, and commenced with partner coordination, followed by core activities including: material delivery, system development practice, follow-up actions, and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The results of the community service demonstrated a significant increase in competence: the average score rose from 81.30 (SD 6.86) in the pre-test to 87.56 (SD 8.50) in the post-test, with 38.57% of participants achieving the "excellent" category after the training. Despite encountering challenges related to hardware infrastructure and school readiness, the majority of participants were able to operate the system effectively. It is concluded that archive digitalization strengthens the efficiency, security, and accountability of school administration and is worthy of sustainable adoption, supported by further training and infrastructure investment

Enhancing the competitiveness of vocational school graduates requires strong collaboration between schools and society as an integrated educational ecosystem. This collaboration extends beyond partnerships with businesses and industries to include the active involvement of parents, institutions, and local communities in supporting student development. The school's public relations function plays a strategic role in fostering communication and cooperation between schools and their stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the role of public relations in fostering collaboration between schools and communities to produce competitive vocational graduates. It also identifies internal and external challenges and the strategies developed to address them. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design at one of the SMK Mutu in Malang, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. These data were then processed using NVivo 14 for coding and thematic identification. The results reveal that public relations serves as a central coordinator for cross-sector collaboration and as an adaptive agent, employing problem-solving and collaborative strategies to address school challenges. These findings underscore that public relations acts as a key mediator, ensuring the effective and sustainable operation of school-community partnerships to enhance the quality and competitiveness of vocational education.

Abstract: The goal of this study is to describe in detail the activities of private-schoolmarketing strategies in establishing a positive image of society that starts at thestage of private school's efforts to build positive image of people, marketing shapes,contributing factors, obstacles and solutions to school strategies in building apositive image of society. The study is done by a qualitative approach using the typeof case study and researchers as a data collector. Data collection techniques aredone through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done bymatching patterns. The data reduction techniques used in this study are degrees oftrust, degrees of computing, degrees of dependability, and degrees of certainty. Thestudy was: (1) the headmaster's efforts to build a positive image of society throughinnovative new programs, among other things. Excursion study program, andachievement.
