Abstract

Transformasi manajemen pendidikan di era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan, termasuk dalam aspek pembelajaran, administrasi, dan evaluasi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dengan cara-cara baru dalam mengelola sumber daya, interaksi antara guru dan siswa, serta manajemen data. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas tantangan dan peluang yang timbul dari transformasi manajemen pendidikan melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis yang dilakukan selama empat tahun terakhir. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pencarian dan seleksi literatur yang relevan dari berbagai database akademik, dengan fokus pada penelitian yang membahas penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan, kesenjangan akses, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dan kebijakan pendukung digitalisasi. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun digitalisasi pendidikan menawarkan banyak manfaat dalam hal efisiensi dan aksesibilitas, tantangan utama yang dihadapi termasuk kesenjangan akses digital, kurangnya keterampilan digital di antara para pendidik, dan ketidakcukupan infrastruktur di banyak daerah. Namun, peluang yang ada, seperti peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, manajemen data, dan efisiensi administrasi, menunjukkan potensi kemajuan yang signifikan di sektor pendidikan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to equip and develop the basic leadership and organizational management skills of OSIS (student council) members who are responsible for leading their school organizations, as well as to address the challenges of the 21st century. This community service activity (PKM) was conducted at MA Unggulan Techno Scientist, located in the Karangploso sub-district of Malang Regency, specifically at Jalan Wonokoyo 95, Dusun Boro, Tawangargo Village, Karangploso sub-district, Malang Regency. The distance to the activity location is 16 km, with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes. The training participants consisted of 30 students, including OSIS members and representatives from each class. The supporting instruments for this service included pre-test and post-test sheets. Based on the results of the basic leadership and organizational management training for students at MA Unggulan Techno Scientist in Malang Regency, it can be concluded that the average competency significantly increased to 90.5, with the majority of students (76.67%) falling into the "very good" category. This indicates that the training successfully enhanced the students' leadership and organizational management skills significantly.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mengubah lanskap pendidikan, terutama di era Society 5.0, di mana Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), dan Big Data memainkan peran penting. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keberhasilan, menganalisis tantangan, dan merumuskan solusi strategis. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini mensintesis temuan dari literatur relevan untuk memahami implementasi kebijakan, kesiapan teknologi, dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun digitalisasi telah meningkatkan akses dan pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, tantangan seperti kesenjangan literasi digital, disparitas infrastruktur, dan keselarasan kurikulum masih ada. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi berbasis bukti untuk mengoptimalkan kebijakan digitalisasi, mendorong pendidikan yang inovatif, inklusif, dan relevan secara global.

Abstract

Program Guru Penggerak bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan melalui penguatan kompetensi guru, penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, dan pengembangan karakter siswa sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Namun, implementasi program ini masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kurangnya dukungan supervisi pedagogis. Penelitian ini penting untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan program secara sistematis demi memberikan rekomendasi berbasis bukti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Program Guru Penggerak mengidentifikasi tantangan implementasi, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan keberhasilannya dalam mendukung transformasi Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Prosedur penelitian mengikuti alur pakem PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses), meliputi tahap identifikasi artikel, penyaringan sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, evaluasi kelayakan artikel, serta penyertaan artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Guru Penggerak efektif dalam meningkatkan inovasi pembelajaran, memperkuat supervisi pedagogis kepala sekolah, serta mendukung kolaborasi di sekolah. Namun, tantangan signifikan seperti resistensi perubahan dan keterbatasan infrastruktur memerlukan perhatian khusus. Dukungan motivasional dan supervisi berbasis tekhnologi terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan program ini.

Abstract

Islamic education in senior high schools (SMA) has a strategic role in shaping the character of the younger generation who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have strong morals and ethics. Islamic education curriculum management is an important instrument in achieving this goal. This study aims to examine the strategies used by teachers in creating interactive learning that is relevant to students’ daily lives. This research focuses on the optimization of Islamic education curriculum management at SMAN 1 Malang, which is one of the leading schools in Malang City. Using qualitative research methods, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed interactively through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that SMAN 1 Malang has successfully optimized the management of Islamic education curriculum through various comprehensive strategies. Among others, strengthening teacher competence, applying active learning methods, using technology in learning, and developing student character. By overcoming various challenges that arise, SMAN 1 Malang is able to improve the quality of Islamic education learning significantly. This finding shows that the strategy applied at SMAN 1 Malang can be used as an example for other schools in an effort to optimize the management of Islamic education curriculum in order to produce a generation that is academically superior, has character, and is ready to face challenges.

Abstract

Students often consider chemistry as a difficult subject to understand because that most teachers still use conventional teaching methods and lack of application of innovative learning media. Along with the times, a student-centered learning approach is one of the potential innovations that can be applied in learning chemistry, such as project- and game-based learning. This community service aims to enhance teachers' understanding and skills in implementing project-based learning and games in chemistry learning. The methods of this service are lectures and training. The subjects were 89 chemistry teachers from 40 high schools who are members of the Chemistry MGMP in Sidoarjo. The activities were carried out in the form of: (1) Socialization and sharing sessions on PjBL; (2) Socialization and sharing sessions on GBL; (3) Integration of project- and game-based learning in chemistry learning; (4) Demonstration of project- and game-based learning in chemistry learning; and (5) Sharing session on project-based teaching modules and games in chemistry learning. After participating in the activity, teachers' understanding increased by 35.37%. This activity produces outputs in the form of best practices and teaching modules.

Abstract

This study explores research trends on quality education within the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) framework and the 2030 Agenda. This study uses a bibliometric analysis approach to identify key publication developments from 2020 to 2024. The data was retrieved from Scopus-indexed journals and analyzed using R and VOSviewer software. The study's analysis encompassed 442 relevant articles, meticulously interpreted according to the established criteria. The findings of this study indicate an increase in the number of publications each year (except 2021), with almost all types of scientific papers being articles (70%) in Social Science studies as the largest field of study. The study also interprets the number of publications and the impact of scientific papers through citations containing the source of articles, authors, institutions, and countries with fluctuations in each criterion. The frequently utilized keywords can be categorized into eight color clusters, demonstrating the keyword usage level. The study's limitations are evident in its periodization, approach, and data distribution. Notwithstanding these limitations, the study offers pertinent implications for establishing new trends in future research. In particular, in the fields of research, public policy, and education, the findings of this study have significance for improving the quality of education at every level, from schools to universities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between quality/service variables and the satisfaction of parents of students in elementary schools throughout Diwek District. This research uses quantitative research methods with simple correlation analysis. The research sample was calculated based on the Slovin formula from the existing population, so that 100 parents of students were selected as the sample. The sample calculation was based on cluster sampling, namely the territorial division of the selected research locations from the north, west, south and east of Diwek District, Jombang Regency. Based on the calculation results obtained by the researcher, namely for hypothesis testing, the significance obtained for the two variables (Service Quality and Parental Satisfaction) was 0.000 where 0.000 < 0.05, "H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected" with the hypothesis conclusion being accepted. The meaning of the accepted hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between institutional service quality (X) and student parent satisfaction (Y). So the conclusion of the research results is that there is a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction of parents of students in public elementary schools in Diwek District, Jombang Regency.

Abstract

The principal plays a crucial role in achieving the school's objectives and ensuring smooth operations. Effective school management is influenced by organizational culture and leadership style, which directly impacts the school's performance and condition. Quality schools typically have a positive culture, harmonious relationships between quality and management, and routinely collect and analyze data for planning and development. In the context of multicultural education, management involves developing policies, curriculum, teaching methods, and evaluations that reflect students' cultural backgrounds, aiming to create an inclusive and fair learning environment. At SD Brawijaya Smart School, the implementation of multicultural learning management is vital due to the cultural diversity of students, reflecting the pluralism of Malang city. This process includes planning, implementation, and evaluation that are responsive to students' cultural needs and actively involve the school community. This research uses a qualitative approach with techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation studies, involving the principal, curriculum vice principal, teachers, and parents as participants. The findings indicate that SD Brawijaya Smart School integrates multicultural education through annual and semester programs tailored to cultural diversity, along with teacher training. Evaluation is conducted informally through observations and formally through tests to assess students' understanding and attitudes towards cultural diversity. Through interactive teaching methods and varied assessments, the school strives to create an inclusive learning environment that supports students' academic and social development while integrating values of respect and understanding of cultural differences.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of accreditation on teacher motivation and performance in the context of digital learning. Accreditation, as an instrument of quality assurance of education, not only functions in assessing the quality of institutions, but also plays a strategic role in increasing the intrinsic motivation and professionalism of teachers. The method used was explanatory research with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to 46 junior and senior high school teachers under the auspices of the Lenterahati Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The results showed that accreditation had a significant effect on teacher motivation (R² = 0.520) and teacher performance (R² = 0.598). The validity and reliability of the research instruments have been proven to be strong, supported by composite reliability and AVE values that meet the standards. Hypothesis testing showed that accreditation had a significant positive influence on teacher motivation and performance with a p-value of 0.000. These findings confirm that accreditation is able to create a positive organizational climate, clarify work expectations, and improve teachers' skills in the use of digital technology. However, the study also found that there are other external factors, such as leadership and work climate, that also affect teacher motivation and performance. This study recommends the importance of optimizing technology-based accreditation processes and strengthening professional training programs to support digital transformation in the education sector. Follow-up studies with a wider sample coverage are suggested to enrich understanding of the dynamics of accreditation and teacher capacity building in the digital age.
