Abstract

Abstract: The goal of this study is to describe in detail the activities of private-schoolmarketing strategies in establishing a positive image of society that starts at thestage of private school's efforts to build positive image of people, marketing shapes,contributing factors, obstacles and solutions to school strategies in building apositive image of society. The study is done by a qualitative approach using the typeof case study and researchers as a data collector. Data collection techniques aredone through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done bymatching patterns. The data reduction techniques used in this study are degrees oftrust, degrees of computing, degrees of dependability, and degrees of certainty. Thestudy was: (1) the headmaster's efforts to build a positive image of society throughinnovative new programs, among other things. Excursion study program, andachievement. Abstract

Abstract: This study has several objectives, namely: (1) to determine teacher perceptions ofthe zoning system in the New Student Admissions (PPDB) in SMA Negeri KotaKediri; (2) to find out parents' perceptions of the zoning system for New StudentAdmissions (PPDB) in SMA Negeri Kota Kediri; (3) to determine differences inteacher and parent perceptions of the zoning system in the New StudentAdmissions (PPDB) in SMA Negeri Kota Kediri. The method used inthisresearch isto use a quantitative approach. The results of this study are: (1) the perception ofteachers in SMA Negeri Kediri is in the good category with a total percentage of52.24%; (2) the perceptionofparentsinSMANegeriKediri isinthe good categorywith a totalpercentage of54.17%; (3) there are differences in perceptions betweenteachers and parents regarding the zoning system in SMA Negeri Kota Kediri withthe independent t-test calculation obtained at 50.947 with a significance value of0.000

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang tingkat kesejahteraan dan produktivitas kerja dari operator sekolah serta memberikan gambaran tentang pengaruh tingkat kesejahteraan terhadap produktivitas kerja operator sekolah di SMP se Kabupaten Lumajang. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasional, dengan sampel sebanyak 92 operator sekolah SMP se Kabupaten Lumajang sebagai responden penelitian. Data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian dari variabel tingkat kesejahteraan menunjukkan bahwa variabel ini sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan untuk variabel produktivitas kerja juga menunjukkan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh operator sekolah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara tingkat kesejahteraan terhadap produktivitas kerja operator sekolah di SMP se Kabupaten Lumajang.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa instrumen audit manajemen sumber daya manusia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model research and development (R dan D). pengembangan instrumen audit MSDM ini melibatkan sekolah menengah pertama swasta yakni MTS Nurul Jadid Kota Mojokerto. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, instrumen audit MSDM ini layak digunakan khususnya pada tingkat sekolah menengah pertama swasta. Pemanfaatan instrumen audit MSDM dapat membantu lembaga sekolah untuk menilai dan mengevaluasi sumber daya manusia (guru) dalam konteks manajemen dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu dan kinerja sumber daya manusia. Instrumen audit MSDM ini patut didesiminasikan dan disosialisasikan kepada sekolah-sekolah menengah pertama swasta dalam lingkup yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to develop environmentally friendly electrochemical edukits integrated with the Culturally Responsive Transformative Teaching (CRTT) approach. This study involved 32 grade XII MIPA students at SMA Laboratorium UM with a pretest and posttest design. This study shows a significant increase in learning outcomes after using the edu-kit. The data obtained also meets parametric tests, indicating an increase in conceptual understanding of electrochemistry material. The edu-kit helps create more active, contextual learning that is closer to students' lives because they can relate electrochemistry concepts to real situations, environmental awareness, and local cultural values. Overall, the electrochemistry edukit not only improves students' cognitive understanding but also strengthens cultural relevance and sustainability values in chemistry learning.

Abstract

Educational Policy Evaluation: How Educational Assistance Affects PISA through School Resources, Teacher Learning, and Student Well-Being. Objectives: This research aims to determine the effect of educational assistance policies provided by the government on school resources, teacher learning, and Student Well-Being conditions on PISA achievements. The simultaneous influence of school resources, Student Well-Being, and teacher learning on PISA. As well as the influence of educational assistance policies on PISA itself and through moderating school resource variables, Student Well-Being, and teacher learning. Methods: This type of research uses an explanatory type with a quantitative approach. Regency/city locations include Ponorogo, Tuban, Tulungagung, Banyuwangi, Surabaya City, and Malang City. This research took a population of high school and vocational school students in East Java Province with a sample size of 560 students with sampling using stratified random sampling, area proportional random sampling, and quota random sampling techniques. The data analysis used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Findings: Education aid policies have a direct influence on school resources, teacher learning, student well-being, and PISA performance. Student well-being and teacher learning have a direct effect on PISA performance but school resources do not have a direct effect on PISA performance. The results of the indirect effect calculation show that the education aid policy has no effect on PISA through school resources and student well-being, but has an indirect effect through student well-being. The results of simultaneous direct and indirect calculations of educational assistance policies, school resources, teacher learning, and student well-being have an influence on PISA achievement. Conclusion: The educational assistance policies provided affect school resources, teacher learning performance and student well-being. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of accreditation on teacher motivation and performance in the context of digital learning. Accreditation, as an instrument of quality assurance of education, not only functions in assessing the quality of institutions, but also plays a strategic role in increasing the intrinsic motivation and professionalism of teachers. The method used was explanatory research with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to 46 junior and senior high school teachers under the auspices of the Lenterahati Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The results showed that accreditation had a significant effect on teacher motivation (R² = 0.520) and teacher performance (R² = 0.598). The validity and reliability of the research instruments have been proven to be strong, supported by composite reliability and AVE values that meet the standards. Hypothesis testing showed that accreditation had a significant positive influence on teacher motivation and performance with a p-value of 0.000. These findings confirm that accreditation is able to create a positive organizational climate, clarify work expectations, and improve teachers' skills in the use of digital technology. However, the study also found that there are other external factors, such as leadership and work climate, that also affect teacher motivation and performance. This study recommends the importance of optimizing technology-based accreditation processes and strengthening professional training programs to support digital transformation in the education sector. Follow-up studies with a wider sample coverage are suggested to enrich understanding of the dynamics of accreditation and teacher capacity building in the digital age.
