Abstract

Al-Farobi was a Muslim philosopher who laid the foundations of Islamic philosophy sequentially and in detail, and then his philosophy was influenced by Greek philosophy. Al-Farobi said this form was created from the cause of the first form (Allah) which is found in many parts, which is called genesis, when philosophers used the power of reason to fulfill the truth while the prophets were filled with reason. Revelation was given to the people they chose. Farabi's political philosophy is similar to Plato's philosophy of idealism. Leaders are the first agents of society who are able to achieve happiness, just as the heart is in the body, other parts of the body also help create the desired happiness.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implementasi dan dampak Model Supervisi Pengembangan dalam pandangan Carl D. Glickman terhadap praktik pengembangan profesional guru. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan wawasan mendalam tentang penerapan model supervisi ini. Temuan penelitian menyoroti keterlibatan aktif supervisor dalam mendukung pertumbuhan guru, mengedepankan kolaborasi dan konsultasi sebagai elemen kunci, serta penerapan pendekatan formatif yang dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan berkelanjutan. Analisis hasil menunjukkan keterkaitan yang erat antara praktik supervisi ini dengan teori Glickman, memperkuat pandangan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat menjadi landasan yang efektif untuk pengembangan profesional guru. Kesimpulan artikel ini merangkum temuan utama dan menyoroti implikasi praktis dari penerapan Model Supervisi Pengembangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Selain itu, artikel ini menawarkan rekomendasi bagi para praktisi dan peneliti untuk lebih menggali potensi model ini dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Dengan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana Model Supervisi Pengembangan Glickman dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan profesional guru, penelitian ini menjadi landasan yang bernilai bagi upaya perbaikan sistem supervisi pendidikan dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Pendidikan, Pengembangan Supervisi, Carl D. Glickman Abstract This research aims to investigate the implementation and impact of the Developmental Supervision Model in Carl D. Glickman's view on teacher professional development practices. A qualitative approach was used in this research, involving classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to gain in-depth insight into the application of this supervision model. Research findings highlight the active involvement of supervisors in supporting teacher growth, highlighting collaboration and consultation as key elements, as well as the implementation of formative approaches designed to facilitate ongoing development. Analysis of the results shows a close connection between this supervision practice and Glickman's theory, strengthening the view that this approach can be an effective basis for teacher professional development. The conclusion of this article summarizes the main findings and highlights the practical implications of implementing the Developmental Supervision Model in improving the quality of teaching. Additionally, this article offers recommendations for practitioners and researchers to further explore the potential of this model in modern educational contexts. By providing a deeper understanding of how the Glickman Developmental Supervision Model can make a positive contribution to teacher professional development, this research provides a valuable basis for efforts to improve educational supervision systems and improve the quality of learning. Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional telah menjadi fokus utama dalam lingkup manajemen modern, terutama dalam organisasi pelayanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai dan menganalisis pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan di salah satu rumah sakit di Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan studi literatur dan penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behaviour karyawan salah satu rumah sakit di Kota Cilegon. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dapat mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja secara inovatif. Pemimpin yang memiliki gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi karyawan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi.

Abstract

Digital transformation has put tremendous pressure on every company that requires its workers to be able to innovate in using technology. This study will show the extent to which digital literacy affects innovative work behavior at the BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah company. The operation of the banking industry relies heavily on digital technology, but the innovation gap is limited due to banking regulations from the government. This study aims to find out the extent to which employee’s innovative work behavior can be influenced by employee digital literacy. This research uses a survey method, where data collection uses a digital questionnaire distributed to 50 employees. The data was processed using a simple linear regression test to prove the effect of digital literacy on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, the data is presented in a frequency distribution table to find the tendency of respondents' answers. The results of data processing show that digital literacy affects innovative work behavior. All indicators in digital literacy have a good category, while in IWB there are 2 indicators that have a sufficient category. The findings of this study indicate that in banking companies the workflow is fully supervised by OJK & existing BI regulations, so that employees get job instructions directly from superiors or leaders where employees cannot simply provide innovative ideas at work but do not rule out the possibility for workers to continue to innovate in the use of digital technology at their work.

Abstract

This study)aims to prove the effect of brand equity, promotion and location on customer loyalty)in Assalaam Hypermarket Surakarta the city of Solo. The growth and development of shopping centres are increasing rapidly causing intense competition with other shopping centres. Business owners also prepare the best strategy to survive in all conditions. The best strategy can be taken by considering the opportunities that exist. Making the right and effective business decisions can be a solution to various problems being faced. Using this type of quantitative research. For this study the population is infinite. The sampling technique used)is simple random sampling, so that a sample of 100 people is taken. The)data technique collection using.interview, kuesioner and documentation. The data analysis technique used)in this study is multiple linear)regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS Statistics.The results of)path analysis showed that brand)equity, promotion and location affect the simultaneous and significant impact on customer loyalty in Assalaam Hypermarket Surakarta. T test results showed that brand equity affects customer loyalty in Assalaam Hypermarket Surakarta. Promotion affects customer loyalty in Assalaam Hypermarket Surakarta. Location affects customer loyalty in Assalaam Hypermarket Surakarta. Suggestions from this research, Assalaam Hypermarket Surakarta should maintain and improve aspects related to brand equity, promotion and location. Abstract

There is a tendency for Salafiyah Pesantren to experience a decrease in the number of students, and many are facing a decline in the scientific quality of their alums and current students. Culturally, the erosion of Salafiyah traditions has become increasingly apparent, ranging from the weakening sense of ta’zhim toward the Kyai, reduced learning persistence accompanied by tarikat rituals—fasting, wirid, and others—to diminishing belief in karomah and barakah once deeply embedded among students. This study aims to explain the leadership and management patterns employed by the Kyai in enhancing the educational quality of the Cidanghiang Salafiyah Pesantren. The research employed a qualitative approach in which data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, field notes, and triangulation. The findings indicate that the Kyai of the Cidanghiang Salafiyah Pesantren exercises charismatic informal authority combined with managerial competencies, demonstrating not only innate leadership talent but also a strategic and future-oriented vision for advancing Salafiyah-based educational services. In practice, the Kyai fulfils managerial roles involving planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and controlling the core academic and non-academic processes of the pesantren.

Abstract

Hubungan antara Islam dan Barat merupakan salah satu tema sentral dalam sejarah peradaban manusia yang senantiasa diwarnai oleh dinamika antara benturan dan kerjasama. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relasi historis dan filosofis antara kedua peradaban tersebut, dengan fokus pada bagaimana filsafat pendidikan berperan sebagai arena utama pertemuan ide dan nilai. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-filosofis berbasis studi literatur, penelitian ini menelusuri tiga fase penting dalam sejarah hubungan Islam dan Barat, yakni masa keemasan transfer ilmu pengetahuan, periode konfrontasi kolonial dan era kontemporer dialog antar-peradaban. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa benturan utama antara kedua peradaban terletak pada aspek epistemologis dan aksiologis. Pendidikan barat modern dibangun di atas paradigma sekuler-rasionalistik yang memisahkan wahyu dari pengetahuan ilmiah, sedangkan pendidikan Islam berpijak pada prinsip tauhid yang menegaskan kesatuan ilmu dan nilai-nilai transendental. Meskipun demikian, terdapat titik temu yang potensial untuk kerjasama, antara lain melalui rasionalisme, humanisme universal, dan tanggung jawab etis global. Filsafat pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam menjembatani dialog ini melalui penerapan konsep tauhid sebagai dasar kesatuan ilmu dan kemanusiaan, prinsip wasathiyah (moderasi) untuk menolak ekstremisme, serta semangat ijtihad sebagai sarana kreatif menghadapi tantangan modernitas. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam tidak hanya mempertahankan identitas keilmuannya, tetapi juga berkontribusi aktif dalam membangun perdamaian dan keadilan global.

Abstract

Education is an inseparable integration regarding level and resources in higher education. This study aims to analyse the role of Islamic higher education in improving teacher competence and student learning difficulties. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Research shows that Islamic higher education’s role is to build education, especially human resources, by developing and improving teacher competence to help students with learning difficulties. Islamic higher education is more attention to problem-solving in madrasah through seminars, training, research and educational evaluation. Efforts to increase teacher competence in overcoming learning difficulties through independence and motivation by increasing skills and experience in solving problems in the learning process. The implications of Islamic higher education facilitated teachers to communicate with parents and students, take inventory of learning difficulties, participate in professional activities independently, and carry out gradual and continuous evaluations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masalah pembelajaran berdiferensiasi Kurikulum merdeka masih belum diterapkan pada mata pelajaran PJOK dengan optimal karena guru masih belum terbiasa degan inovasi yang baru dengan pembelajaran berdfierensiasi. Tujuan peneliitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi PJOK Jenjang SMP Di Kabupaten Majalengka. Fokus kajian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta hambatan dan solusi dalam penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik triangulasi sumber melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap guru PJOK, kepala satuan pendidikan, dan pendamping satuan pendidikan, observasi kelas, serta dokumentasi modul ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PJOK telah mulai menerapkan prinsip pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, meskipun pada memerlukan penguatan dalam strategi pengelolaan kelas, refleksi dan asesmen. Hambatan utama yang dihadapi antara lain guru masih berpikir konvensional, belum terbiasa adanya pengembangan. Solusi yang ditemukan mencakup kolaborasi dengan rekan sejawat, dihidupkan forum MGMP, pendampingan intensif, dan penyusunan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas dan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

The digital era positions knowledge as a primary asset for fostering innovation and competitive advantage. Information and communication technology (ICT), particularly artificial intelligence (AI), plays a critical role in enhancing efficiency and creating new opportunities. A company’s innovative performance is strongly influenced by employees’ innovative work behavior, including idea generation, experimentation, and risk-taking. Knowledge sharing among employees is also essential in supporting organizational innovation. This study aims to examine the mediating role of innovative work behavior (IWB) in the relationship between knowledge sharing intention (KSI) and innovative performance (IP) among knowledge-based workers in Indonesia. The research employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), consisting of measurement model evaluation and structural model assessment. The results indicate significant relationships (p < 0.001) between KSI and IWB (O = 0.625), IWB and IP (O = 0.344), and KSI and IP (O = 0.343). These findings confirm that IWB mediates the relationship between KSI and IP, highlighting the crucial role of innovative work behavior in optimizing the impact of knowledge sharing on innovative performance.
