Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and transformational leadership on organizational commitment. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the influence of the mediating variable of organizational commitment on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The population used was all Assistant Managers of Goods at the Education and Culture Office of Demak Regency, Jl. Sultan Trenggono No. 89, Demak, totaling 478 employees. The sample taken was 118 employees. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analysis technique used was Path Analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1). Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 2). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 4). Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 5). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 6). Intrinsic motivation has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. 7). Transformational leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh employee engagement dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan menguji employee engagement dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap pembelajaran organisasi, serta menguji employee engagement dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pembelajaran organisasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 84 pegawai Pasar Randudongkal Kabupaten Pemalang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Pengujian 7 hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, employee engagement pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran organisasi, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran organisasi, employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pembelajaran organisasi, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pembelajaran organisasi.

Abstract

It is essential for the prospective teacher students of Islamic education to have a high faith level because it will influence their behavior. In addition, it positively impacts their social life. The level of a person’s faith will have a different impact; hence, it needs to be measured. The faith concepts and their measurement have been widely developed recently. One of them is a faith concept, which is built by two dimensions or variables, i.e., belief and behavior or feeling. Both variables can fluctuate between very high, high, moderate, low, or very low, each influencing faith. Students who study in an Islamic Religious Education study program and at the same time attend Islamic boarding school are predicted to have high faith. This paper aims to describe the level of student faith and find a suitable multinomial logistic regression model through analysis of its method. Data was collected using questionnaires filled out by 52 students. The results showed that the percentage of students’ faith levels with very high level was 5.8%, high was 36.5%, moderate was 38.5%, low was 13.5%, and very low was 5.8%. Meanwhile, the model accuracy was 94.2%.

Abstract

Mangrove ecosystem is a coastal wetland has biodiversities such as flora, fauna, and microorganisms. Microorganisms are an importants component in the mangrove ecosystem and have many roles, including source the nutrition, decomposer, and a source of biotechnology products. Cellulolytic bacteria are a group of cellulase-producing bacteria capable of breaking down cellulose into glucose monomers. This study aims to screen and determine the diversity of cellulolytic bacteria from the mangrove ecosystem. The research method has been experimental by exploring the cellulolytic bacteria in soil and sediment from the mangrove ecosystem. Three sampling locations were selected such as the litter soil, soil in the root, and soil in the tidal area. The screened of potential bacteria-producing cellulase was obtained by bacteria growth on Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) agar medium. The isolates were cultured for 48 hours at 37°C. Then, the bacteria that produced the cellulolytic activity were characterized by morphological and physiological characteristics. The results were adjusted according to Bergey's Manual of Determinative Bacteriology. The determination showed that six isolates had the same characteristics as Bacillus, Cellulomonas, Lactobacillus, and Micrococcus. The cellulolytic activity index showed that three isolates were sequentially MS06 (9,73), MS03 (6,30), and MS08 (5,41).

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile (PPRA) at MI Ma’arif NU Ciberem, an Islamic primary school in Central Java, Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with school leaders and teachers, supported by observations and documentation. The findings show that the school integrated P5 and PPRA values into project-based learning activities such as gardening, creative recycling, and local culinary projects. These activities promoted collaboration, environmental awareness, creativity, and spiritual growth in students. Despite challenges such as limited infrastructure and low parental involvement, the school successfully internalized national and religious values into its curriculum and culture. The study concludes that integrating P5 and PPRA can foster holistic character development in early education and offers a practical model for Islamic schools implementing value-based learning.

Abstract

The Gumantar Village community is a community located in the hills with terraced and sloping village conditions. Most of the community has yards and gardens, although not very large with terraced land conditions. The water source of the Gumantar Village Community comes from the upstream hillsides, with the number of hamlets as many as 16 hamlets with a population of around 2000 people and most of them are field farmers. Considering the potential of the surrounding land which is very large and in the form of terraces, it is necessary to provide counseling to the community on how to utilize limited water sources for farming activities with a drip irrigation system. To help the community, counseling is needed so that the community quickly understands the drip irrigation system. This community service aims to provide efficient irrigation counseling, namely drip irrigation, to encourage farming to be carried out around the yard. The community service consists of location survey activities, counseling, discussion and question and answer sessions, and evaluation. This community service has succeeded in providing counseling to 35 people consisting of housewives and fathers, as well as young people from the Dasan Tereng Hamlet mosque. Participants have gained knowledge about drip irrigation and obtained examples of the use of drip irrigation in yards and dry land, so that people are able to utilize limited water in the dry season for agricultural purposes in their yards

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi guru tentang pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap sikap siswa dalam pembelajaran agama Islam di SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Kembaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana guru mempersepsikan peran lingkungan sosial dalam membentuk sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sikap belajar dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pendidikan agama. Guru mempersepsikan bahwa lingkungan sosial, termasuk keluarga, teman sebaya, dan masyarakat, dapat mempengaruhi motivasi, minat, dan kesadaran siswa dalam mempelajari agama Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pembelajaran agama Islam dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru dan peneliti lain dalam memahami peran lingkungan sosial dalam pendidikan agama. Dengan memahami persepsi guru tentang lingkungan sosial, sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan dapat mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran agama Islam dan mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi siswa dalam lingkungan sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya siswa-siwa di sekolah berbasis Agama Islam seperti Madrasah Tsanawiyah yang belum mempunyai kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah yang ada. Sama seperti yang terjadi di MTs Ma’arif NU 02 Karangklesem Kutasari Purbalingga, di sekolah tersebut juga banyak siswa-siswa yang kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’annya masih kurang baik. MTs Ma’arif NU 02 Karangklesem Kutasari Purbalingga menerapkan metode Al-Baghdadiyah dalam pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur‟an menggunakan metode Baghdadiyah di MTs Ma’arif NU 02 karangklesem yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai dengan tahap evaluasi pembelajaran. Jenis penelitan ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam ini adalah kepala MTs, guru pengampu metode Al-Baghdadiyah, dan sejumlah siswa kelas VII. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam implementasi metode Al-Baghdadiyah dalam pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an di MTs Ma’arif NU 02 Karangklesem terbagi ke dalam dua model yaitu model membaca Al-Quran secara bersama-sama dan model membaca Al-Qur’an secara sendiri-sendiri. Dua model pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an menggunakan metode Al-Baghdadiyah di MTs Ma’arif NU 02 Karangklesem sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan cara pengajaran membaca Al-Qur’an menggunakan metode Al-Baghdadiyah dan efektif dalam meingkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa.

Abstract

Hingga saat ini, sebagian besar praktik pendidikan lebih menekankan pada instruktur dari pada siswa. Alih-alih membiarkan siswa hanya duduk dan mendengarkan, guru berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasilnya adalah pembelajaran yang kurang optimal karena siswa hanya memperoleh informasi dari satu guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi pembelajaran konstruktivistik dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas VIII A SMP PGRI Wangon. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VIII A dan siswa kelas VIII A sejumlah 34 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini di SMP PGRI Wangon. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan Teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran konstruktivistik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat membuat siswa aktif, kreatif, dan siswa senang untuk mengikuti pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Dalam pembelajaran siswa mengkonstruksi pengetahuan yang dimiliki melalui pengalaman belajar dengan menerapkan pembelajaran konstruktivistik, siswa mampu membandingkan dan mengambil Keputusan akan kesamaan dan perbedaan suatu hal dengan menggunakan kemampuan dan pengetahuan dari hasil mengembangkan ide-ide siswa, kemudian siswa dapat mengingat dan mengungkapkan kembali penglamanya.

Abstract

Pasar Seni, also known as Central Market or Pasar Besar, is now one of the main tourist destinations in Kuala Lumpur and has made a significant contribution to Malaysia's creative economy sector. widely used as a reference in various countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for developing human resources. Data came from 38 traders and 2 managers of Pasar Seni. The research method used a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study design to understand the dynamics of Human Resource Development. The results of the study showed two main programs implemented: 1) a dynamic and integrated Training and Education Program, and 2) a Lifelong Learning Approach. The implementation of the learning approach faced several significant challenges, namely skepticism about the benefits of learning, low digital literacy among senior artists Based on the analysis of current conditions, the community service team proposed a comprehensive and integrative sustainable human resource development model "ARISE Model" as a framework for sustainable human resource development
