Abstract

The background of this research is that problems were found in the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences carried out by Fiqh teachers. Based on the results of the pre-observation, it was found that many Fiqh teachers still found students who were less active in the learning process, even though the teacher had implemented a learning strategy based on multiple intelligences. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences in class VII Fiqh subjects at MTs Hubbulwathan, Mandau subdistrict, Bengkalis district, Riau. To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences in class VII Fiqh subjects at MTs Hubbulwathan, Mandau sub-district, Bengkalis district, Riau. This study uses a type of field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at MTs Hubbulwathan, Mandau sub-district, Bengkalis district, Riau. The informants in this study were Fiqh teachers and class VII students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that the authors have done, the results show that: learning strategies based on multiple intelligences implemented by Fiqh teachers are using tests, observing student activities inside and outside the classroom, collecting and understanding student documentation data and planning the learning process. In the implementation carried out by Fiqh teachers, the intelligence developed is linguistic intelligence, bodily-kinestic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence. In its implementation students are facilitated by methods that are in accordance with student intelligence. So it can be concluded that of the five implementations of the learning strategies used by Fiqh teachers in class only fulfill two points of implementation, this is the reason why Fiqh teachers still find students not active in the learning process. Supporting factors for the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences are facilities and infrastructure that are almost complete so as to support the learning process using learning strategies based on multiple intelligences. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of learning strategies based on multiple intelligences are the lack of learning time and incomplete facilities.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama, tetapi juga sebagai ruang pembinaan karakter dan pertumbuhan emosional, spiritual, serta sosial para santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Haji Nur Abdullah, Koto Baru, Kecamatan Baso, Kabupaten Agam, serta mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dengan melibatkan pengasuh sebagai informan utama serta santri sebagai informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pengasuhan di pesantren ini mengintegrasikan tiga pendekatan utama, yaitu humanistik, behavioristik, dan sosiokultural. Pendekatan humanistik tercermin dari perhatian pengasuh terhadap kebutuhan emosional dan fisik santri melalui komunikasi terbuka dan pendekatan yang penuh empati. Pendekatan behavioristik diterapkan melalui pemberian penghargaan dan sanksi yang bertujuan membentuk kedisiplinan, sedangkan pendekatan sosiokultural diwujudkan dalam pembiasaan nilai-nilai pesantren, keteladanan, serta interaksi sosial yang kuat antar santri. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pola pengasuhan ini masih menghadapi kendala seperti perbedaan karakter santri, keterbatasan jumlah pengasuh, dan tantangan menjaga keseimbangan antara ketegasan dan kelembutan dalam pembinaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan model pengasuhan pesantren yang lebih menyeluruh dan menyentuh sisi kemanusiaan santri secara utuh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of interpersonal communication within the Sahabat Hijrah Community (KSH) in internalizing members’ religious awareness in intellectual and ritual dimensions. The study employed a qualitative field research approach using interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed through the Miles and Huberman model with data triangulation. The findings reveal that interpersonal communication characterized by openness, empathy, supportiveness, positiveness, and equality plays a significant role in the internalization process. In the intellectual dimension, communication enhances understanding and religious thinking, although participation varies due to individual readiness. In contrast, the ritual dimension shows more stable patterns through continuous and collective worship practices, making internalization more effective. These findings contribute to the development of more contextual and effective interpersonal communication-based da’wah strategies.
