Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to examine how the Islamic business ethics present at Lopo Mandheling Coffee align with Islamic business ethics, in which the author conducts a study titled “Analysis of the Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics at Lopo Mandheling Coffee Panyabungan Mandailing Natal.” Methodology: The method used is a qualitative approach. At Lopo Mandheling Coffee, good Islamic business ethics have been implemented in accordance with the principles of unity, balance, free will, and responsibility. Results: It can be concluded that Lopo Mandheling Coffee has implemented Islamic business ethics as a competitive advantage. It is as if we have implemented the obligation of performing the five daily prayers, providing assistance and support to orphans as a form of social and environmental concern, as well as responsibility. Limitations : The author's suggestion is that Lopo Mandheling Coffee Panyabungan is expected to remain steadfast in applying the principles of Islamic business ethics, improve the quantity and quality of Human Resource management, and enhance the company's capital by seeking investors. Contribution : Islamic-based business ethics must be applied in today's highly competitive business environment. Keywords: Islamic Business Ethics; Application; Lopo Mandheling Coffee Panyabungan.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan waktu semakin meningkat kebutuhan masyarakat akan akses informasi yang akurat, praktis, dan instan, begitu pula dengan kebutuhan akan fasilitas perbankan. Sehingga bank berusaha menciptakan hal-hal baru yang dapat mempermudah transaksi nasabah. Namun, sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia masih belum mengetahui dan menggunakan layanan perbankan dan layanan keuangan lainnya dari sistem yang lebih kompleks yang diterapkan di industri perbankan. Perusahaan tentunya berharap dapat mengatasi hal tersebut dan berharap dapat memperluas jaringannya hingga ke pelosok. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan inklusikeuangan salah satunya yaitu melalui LinkAja Syariah, Sebagai Uang Elektronik Syariah satusatunya di indonesia dari PT Fintek Karya Nusantara (Finarya). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tentang Kepercayaan dan Persepsi Konsumen dalam meningkatkan layanan LinkAja Syariah di Desa Mompang Jae Kecamatan Panyabungan Utara Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan studi lapangan ( field research). data ini dibuktikan dengan wawancara kepada responden yang menggunakan dan tidak menggunakan layanan LinkAja Syariah . Sumber data primer dan sekunder , metode pengumpulan data mlalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Dan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada kesepakatan dan perbedaan penadapat pada layanan LinkAja Syariah. Untuk perbedaannya terletak pada indikator kepercayaan dan persepsi konsumen seperti Minat Beli, Promosi, Kualitas,Harga,Segi Kemanfaatan, Segi Kemudahan dan Tingkat Keamanan.

Abstract

Biaya produksi sangat penting dalam menentukan harga jual dan sebagai pengambilan keputusan apakah produk akan tetap dilanjutkan atau diberhentikan produksinya.Biaya produksi juga berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Biaya produksi yang kecil tentu akan meningkatkan profit usaha, begitupula sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana peran biaya produksi terhadap profit dalam usaha produksi bawang goreng. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM Produksi Bawang Goreng Eliza Risoles yang berlokasi di JL. Garuda Ujung komplek Taman Lavender.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of consumer buying interest, consumer trust, consumer experience on consumer satisfaction with our catering. This research is quantitative research. The data used comes from direct consumers (primary data). The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, and processed using the SPSS Version 22.0 program. The research results show that: 1) The research results show that consumer buying interest based on testing the research hypothesis is Ha accepted and H0 rejected. This explains that partially consumer buying interest influences consumer satisfaction with our catering. 2) The results of the research show that consumer confidence based on testing the research hypothesis is that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This explains that partially consumer trust has an influence on consumer satisfaction with our catering. 3) The results of the research show that consumer experience based on testing the research hypothesis is that Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. This explains that partially consumer interest in experience has no effect on consumer satisfaction with our catering.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the decline in the income of traditional market traders petisah. This study was conducted using a qualitative research approach. Researchers used data collection techniques such as interviews and SOAR analysis to find strategies. Petisah market is one of the largest markets in the city of Medan and is the second largest market after the Central Market of medan or central market that has been under the auspices of the market PUD. Almost all traditional markets in Indonesia are still struggling with internal market problems such as poor market management, very mini market facilities and infrastructure. Traditional markets as a cash cow for the receipt of retribution, the proliferation of street vendors who reduce customers market traders, and the lack of capital assistance available to traditional traders. This research data obtained from primary data with data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study showed that there are 2 factors that reduce the income of traders, the first is internal factors or factors of problems in the market, the second is external factors or factors of problems that come from outside the market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, halal certificates, and purchasing decisions on product demand. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 300 with a sample of 75. The sampling method was simple random sampling technique. This study uses primary data using multiple linear regression data analysis using SPSS 15. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value of brand image is 0.085 (sig > 0.05) with a t-count value of 1.750 <1.994 (t-count < t-table). The second hypothesis test showed a significant product quality of 0.825 (sig > 0.05) with a t-count value of 0.222 <1.994 (t-count < t-table), the third hypothesis test showed a significant halal certificate of 0.486 (sig > 0.05) with a t-count -0.700 < 1.994 (t-count < t-table), the fourth hypothesis test showed a significant 0.000 (sig < 0.05) with a t-count value of 4.368 > 1.994 (t-count > t-table). Based on the results of the fifth hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value is 0.000 (sig <0.05) with an f-count value of 22.193 > f-table 2.503. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Product Quality, Halal Certificate and Purchasing Decision simultaneously influence product demand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance (GCG) yang diproksikan oleh dewan pengawas, dewan bebas dan panel peninjau dengan eksekusi moneter sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap harga diri organisasi (karena lembaga asuransi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia) periode 2018-2022). Subjek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data kuantitatif sekunder, dan syarat pemilihan sampel adalah 50 sampel dari 10 perusahaan dalam 5 tahun. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.0 untuk purpose sampling dan analisis regresi moderat (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi dewan direksi (X1), direktur independen (X2) dan komite audit (X3) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y) dan proporsi dewan direksi (X1) independen. anggota komite (X2) dan komite audit (3) setelah Financial Adjusted for Performance (Z), terdapat pengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y), dengan variabel penguat kinerja keuangan (X). Artinya dengan penguatan maka kepercayaan investor akan meningkat yang dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of compensation settlement has been running effectively or ineffectively in accordance with the operational standards of PT. Jasa Raharja tk II padang sidempuan. This study used qualitative descriptive method with data collection of interviews, observations, documentation.  The sample of this research is the company PT. Jasa Raharja Representative of TK II Padangsidimpuan, using descriptive analysis techniques which include: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Specifically, that the data above shows the number of victims who have been disbursed compensation funds and their effectiveness is good and the settlement is timely. The measurement of effectiveness in general and most prominent is program success, goal success, satisfaction with the program, input and output levels, achievement and overall goals. Program effectiveness can be carried out with operational capabilities in carrying out work programs in accordance with predetermined goals. It is known that the analysis of the effectiveness of the settlement of accident insurance compensation for public transportation passengers at PT Jasa Raharja TK II Padang Sidempuan has been very good and effective. and all programs on the road at PT jasa raharja tk ii padang sidempuan have reached the desired target.Keywords: Accident Insurance; Indemnification; Effectiveness

Abstract

The following developments in new technology, especially e-commerce, have reached all areas of the general public and businesses in Indonesia where these developments affect existing market conditions resulting in customers having high impulse buying. Impulse buying is the decision to buy an item that is carried out quickly or spontaneously. The following study aims to know and analyze the Effect of Access Speed and Brand Ambassador on Impulse Buying of the Shopee Application to North Sumatra State Islamic University Students. The following research is quantitative research through the population, namely all students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The sample in the following study amounted to 100 respondents through sample assessment techniques using the formula presented by Umar. The techniques used in the following study are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of research show that Speed of Access and Brand Ambassadors simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. While partially, Access Speed has a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, the Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of income, marketing, environment and customer decisions in sharia insurance. The research method used is a quantitative method. And the population is the people in Sordang Bolon Village, Kec. Edge of the district Simalungun. There were 364 people who became the sample of this study using the Slovin formula with a sampling error (0.5) of 5% so that there were 104 respondents. To get the data, use a questionnaire tool. Analysis tests include normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis techniques include t test, f test, multiple regression and coefficients. The results of this study indicate that the determination (R Square) of the independent variable on the dependent variable is equal to 0.876 which means 87.6%. Based on the income variable (X1) of 0.000, the significance value of tcount <0.05. Based on testing on the marketing variable (X2), which has a tcount of 6.788 > 1.99. The environmental variable (X3) has a p-value of 0.294 <0.05, which means it influences the decisions of sharia-insured customers. This is in accordance with the t value of significance <0.05. This means that simultaneously the factors of income, marketing, environment have a positive effect on the decisions of customers with sharia insurance.
