Abstract

This study aims to obtain a comprehensive and comprehensive picture of the implementation of the Corona Virus Disease-19 Village Policy in the Legal Area of ​​the North Musi Rawas Police. Tangkal Village is a village where residents can work together independently to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Rantau Kadam Village, Karang Dapo District, is the first pilot village in North Musi Rawas (Muratara) Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, whose main tool is observation, and interviews are conducted in an open and unstructured manner. The findings of this study are: Implementation of the Corona Virus Disease-19 Village Policy in the Legal Area of ​​the North Musi Rawas Police Station in the Good Category. The purpose of the existence of Tangguh Village is not only to prevent the spread of the corona virus, but also to have the effect of reducing crime. Indicators and strategies for the strength of interest in the Tangkal Coronaa village program. Viral Disease-19 Musi Police in the North Rawas Legal Territory, because the village head is the ruler of the village, the main actor is the village head, where the strategy is to manipulate all sectors of society for the benefit of the village community itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of the Handling of Corruption Crimes Direct Cash Assistance of Village Funds During the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic in Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the results of research and discussion in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1). The plan consists of the dimensions of the target to be achieved, namely the prevention of criminal acts of corruption in direct cash assistance from village funds carried out by elements of the village apparatus, then the dimensions of the regulations used in this activity, namely Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law No. Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of criminal acts of corruption. (2). For the organizing dimension, the indicators for implementing human resources are 8 people, the organizational structure decided by the Head of the Resort Police regarding the organizational structure of the Mura Police Criminal Investigation Unit, the division of labor in accordance with the main tasks, and the positions held by each existing personnel. (3) The dimensions of implementation for the process and mechanism for handling corruption in direct cash assistance from village funds during the corona virus disease pandemic in Musi Rawas Regency follow established procedures and procedures, namely in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. (4). The supervisory dimension for the supervisory stage is the existence of external supervision and internal supervision in the Implementation of Handling Corruption Crimes Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance During the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic in Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

Planning Standards for Nursing Staff Needs can be done using various existing approaches, including referring to Permenkes No. 3 of 2020 concerning Hospital Classification and Licensing, also determined based on bed availability and types of hospital, BOR, patient dependency level, effective hours of service. planning for nursing staff needs can also refer to the Decree of the Mi-nister of Health, No. 262/Menkes/Per/VII/1979 concerning the calculation of labor needs based on the comparison between the number of beds available in a certain hospital class with certain types of staff categories. This study aims to analyze Nursing and Midwifery Staff Planning at the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital, South Sumatra Province. The problem in the study is that the current number of nursing human resources is not proportional to the number of beds and visits or patient actions and the recruitment process has not been carried out directly by the hospital, but is carried out by the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office. The data analysis tech-nique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This study shows that: overall, Nursing and Midwifery Human Resource Planning at the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital, South Sumatra Province has been running as it should. Although in its implementation there are still obstacles in terms of the number of nursing human resources currently available, it is not proportional to the number of beds and visits or patient actions and the recruitment process has not been carried out directly by the hospital.

Abstract

This research concerns the effectiveness of passport services using the mobile passport application at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Palembang. The background of this research is that there are still problems with passport services at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Palembang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effectiveness of Passport Services using the Mobile Passport Application at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Palembang. This study uses the effectiveness theory of Martani and Lubis regarding organizational effectiveness. The dimensions are the target approach, source approach and process approach. This research was conducted using a qualitative method and a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with the method of observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. In order to obtain the level of confidence in research data or the level of significance of a study, steps to test the validity of the data were carried out by means of data condensation and verification of the data obtained. As for the results of the analysis of this study it can be concluded that the effectiveness of passport services using the mobile passport application at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Palembang as measured using the target approach, source approach and also the process approach is not yet effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effectiveness of Drug Investigations in the Musi Rawas Resort Police Jurisdiction. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study revealed that the Investigation of Drug Crimes in the Musi Rawas Resort Police Jurisdiction has been effective. This can be seen based on the Effectiveness of Drug Crime Investigations in the Musi Rawas Resort Police Jurisdiction which includes the dimensions and indicators used are: Achievement of Objectives (Stages of the Drug Crime Investigation process, Targets of Drug Crime Investigation); Integration (Ability to disseminate information about Drug Crimes, Development of consensus with various parties who have other interests (stakeholders), Communication related to coordination with BNN institutions and to the community regarding Drug Crimes; and Adaptation (The process of determining competent investigators against drug crimes, The process of investigation based on legally established rules and procedures) all of which have been implemented effectively. It is necessary to optimize the handling of drug crimes, especially juvenile delinquency or increase supervision from law enforcement officials in dealing with drug crimes; It is necessary to optimize socialization and counseling about the dangers of drugs in society; and Increase community participation to prevent drug abuse in the Musi Rawas Resort Police area.

Abstract

This research shows that: overall the performance of school administrative staff in educational services at Talang Kelapa 4 State Junior High School, Banyuasin Regency has been well implemented, although there are still obstacles in its implementation, including: School administration staff is still lacking and facilities in implementing educational services are still lacking adequate. The indicators that have been implemented properly are accuracy, neatness, work speed of each employee, level of employee knowledge about work, employee obedience to work, employee ability to work together with others, employee ability to adapt to the environment, employee thinking and creativity , Ability to submit new ideas/proposals. While what has not been implemented properly is the ability of employees to adapt to work and the ability of employees to complete tasks / jobs.

Abstract

This Vegetable Planting Movement activity is one of the activities contained in the seven mainstay programs of Banyuasin Bangkit as stated in Banyuasin Regent Regulation Number 63 of 2019 concerning Strategic Plans for Regional Apparatuses in the Banyuasin Regency Government for 2018-2023, such as the creation of vegetable-producing areas and the aim of this vegetable planting movement is also to foster community participation in the utilization of home yards for family food security. By utilizing the land in the yard of the house in order to meet food needs (vegetables), the community can realize family food self-sufficiency and no longer need to buy vegetables because they are already available in the yard of the house. up to the next generation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the activities of the Vegetable Planting Movement in Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency. The things that were identified were: Lack of outreach to the community about the importance of planting vegetables in the yard of the house, Participation of residents who were less active in responding to calls for activities to plant vegetables and Limited land for growing vegetables in the yard of the house. Evaluation of Vegetable Planting Movement Activities in Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency uses evaluation theory according to Stuffelbeam (2003: 78), namely as follows: 1) Context consists of objectives and benefits, 2) Input consists of: Human resources, funds or budget and goals, 3) Process consists of: Procedures for Vegetable Planting Movement Activities and Vegetable Planting Movement Activities, 4) Products consist of: Increased community economic welfare regarding food security and food self-sufficiency. Abstract

The important role of Public Relations in a company is to create and maintain a positive image in the eyes of the public. In an effort to build and maintain a positive company image, companies can utilize social media to communicate with the public quickly and effectively, enabling two-way communication between Public Relations and the wider community. Apart from that, social media is also used to evaluate a company's brand image. However, in the context of this research, there are several problems that need to be addressed. One of them is the lack of human resource support in the Public Relations team at Bank Sumatra Selatan Bangka Belitung. Apart from that, the unequal level of education of the community or customers can make it difficult to understand the information conveyed by Public Relations, especially for those who have a lower level of education. This could be the cause of complaints later on. This research aims to analyze the role of Public Relations in improving the company's brand image at Bank Sumatra Selatan Bangka Belitung. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The research results show that, overall, Public Relations has played a good role in efforts to improve the company image at Bank Sumatra Selatan Bangka Belitung, although there are still several obstacles, such as a lack of human resource support in the Public Relations team and unequal levels of community/customer education. makes it difficult to understand the information conveyed, which in the end can result in complaints at a later date.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis bokasi kulit durian yang memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik pada tanaman cabe rawit di tanah aluvial. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama ± 6 bulan, mulai tanggal 16 Mei 2017 sampai tanggal 28 Agustus 2017. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan satu faktor yaitu bokasi kulit durian yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan. Dengan satu Faktor yaitu bokasi kulit durian (10,15,20,25 dan 30 ton/ha). Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah buah pertanaman, berat buah pertanaman, volume akar, berat kering bagian atas dan bawah tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian bokasi kulit durian dengan dosis sebesar 20 ton/ha setara dengan 700g/polybag menunjukkan hasil tertinggi terhadap jumlah buah dan berat buah.Kata kunci :aluvial, bokasi,cabe rawit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji arus kas bebas, kualitas auditor, leverage, arus kas operasi dan ukuran perusahaan pada manajemen laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sampel perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016 sampai 2020. Penelitian sebelumnya tentang manajemen laba menyimpulkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang beragam dan cederung kurang konsisten sehingga penulis merasa tertarik untuk menguji kembali menggunakan data sampel perusahaan indonesia. Manajemen laba dalam peneltiian ini diukur dengan proksi discretionary accrual. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa arus kas bebas dan leverage memiliki pengaruh positif pada manajemen laba. Tetapi kualitas auditor, ukuran perusahaan dan arus kas operasi berpengaruh negatif pada manajemen laba.
