Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of teacher professional competency development at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data sources are madrasa principals, deputy principals and teachers. Data analysis with data categorization, data interpretation. The research results concluded that first, planning for the development of teacher professional competence has not been contained in strategic plans, operational plans and activity plans, where development activities are still in the form of training and supervision activities. Second, the policy for developing teacher professional competence is also still in the information stage. The policy has not been directed towards training and supervision policies. Third, the implementation of teacher professional competency development begins in February-May in the form of supervision of teaching implementation by the head of the madrasah, while it is carried out by external madrasahs, namely in February-November of the new school year in the form of training from the Madrasah KSKK Directorate which takes part in 15 people while e- Guru.id and the Ministry of Religion have not yet had any teachers participate. Fourth, evaluation of teacher professional competency development is carried out during training only by conveying warnings about the importance of training, while evaluation during supervision is carried out through face-to-face evaluation with each teacher in the field of study and evaluation at work meetings.

Abstract

Teachers have steps to increase learning effectiveness, including designing open materials and learning media. The ability to develop learning tools needs to continue to be improved so that learning is more varied and prevents student boredom. This research proposes a solution by introducing hijaiyah letters to children through board books. With a research and development (R&D) approach, this research uses the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) model to create and test product effectiveness. Research Refers to the Reiser and Mollenda model for learning system design. By applying the ADDIE approach, this research includes a variety of data collection methods, including boardbook media trials, needs analysis, media development and media feasibility evaluation. Research instruments, such as validation sheets and student response questionnaires, were used to collect data in developing Al-Qur'an Hadith learning media in the form of boardbooks in class 1 at MIN 1 Medan City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the work-life balance (WLB) strategy of working mothers at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province, which has a high category of WLB. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The number of participants in this research was 3 people. Data were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman technique. The findings show that there are 11 themes which are strategies used by subjects in achieving WLB, where these 11 themes include sub-themes, namely as follows. Self management which includes the sub-themes of time management, planning management, priority management, household financial management, and commuting management; Task delegation which includes sub-themes involves extended family support, involves partner support, involves co-worker support, and involves community assistance; Parenting adjustments which include the sub-themes of quality time, maternal role enhancement, child spacing strategy, attachment parenting, increasing children's independence, and managing the number of children; Stress management which includes strategies for spiritual remembrance, self care, habituation, externalizing memory, voluntary career plateauing, dyadic coping, and avoiding task accumulation; Communication strategies that include strategies for providing understanding to children, communicating everything to partners, communication with colleagues, effective communication with superiors, and positive social interactions; Utilizing organizational support which includes strategies for utilizing work flexibility, bringing children to work, utilizing organizational facilities; use of digital technology and communications; Have a positive character that includes a sense of responsibility, self-discipline, gratitude; Intrinsic motivation which includes strategies for making children motivated to work; Emotional intelligence which includes impression management strategies, managing emotions; and the final strategy is utilizing educational background.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Fiqh E-Module that is in accordance with the curriculum and learning needs in class VII MTs Irsyadul Islamiyah. This research uses research and development methods. The development model used is the ADDIE (analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation) development model. Several relevant data collection techniques to support this research are observation, questionnaires, interviews, tests and documentation. The data collected in this research includes qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data comes from criticism, suggestions, input and comments from experts (validators) and Fiqh teachers, while quantitative data is in the form of assessment sheets given to validators to assess the Fiqh e-module being developed, questionnaires to find out students' responses to the e-module. The jurisprudence used and the test results are pre-test and post-test scores from learning Jurisprudence using the Jurisprudence e-module and before using the Jurisprudence e-module. The population in this study were class VII MTs students. The researcher took research samples from class VII A students at MTs Irsyadul Islamiyah Tanjung Medan Labuhanbatu Selatan, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling technique, the technique used is purposive sampling. Qualitative data will be analyzed using descriptive analysis. Quantitative data was analyzed by calculating the percentage of answers to each question item given to respondents. The results of data analysis use data interpretation criteria. The results of this research were validated by two experts, the first being a material expert who obtained 98% results, and a media expert and technology expert who obtained 78% results in the very valid category. After that, it was tested on students by getting a pre-test score of 47.8, then getting a post-test score of 84.8 in the very feasible category, and the practicality level obtained a score of 89.8% in the very practical category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi guru fikih dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka dengan pendekatan TPACK, (1) Bagaimana kompetensi guru fikih dalam menyusun pembelajaran berbasis TPACK (2) Bagaimana kompetensi guru fikih dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran fikih pada kurikulum merdeka dengan pendekatan TPACK (3) Bagaimana kompetensi guru fikih dalam mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran fikih berbasis TPACK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Menyusun pembelajaran berbasis TPACK seorang guru terlebih dahalu harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek seperti, materi pembelajaran, siswa, dan fasilitas sekolah (2) Pembelajaran dilakukan menggunakan Media teknologi seperti Laptop, Handphone, Internet dll serta memanfaatkan platform dan aplikasi seperti Canva, Quizizz, Google Forms, YouTube, dll (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengambil soal dari buku pembelajaran dan dibuat sendiri oleh guru berdasarkan pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan lalu diintegrasikan kesalah satu platform atau aplikasi yang menawarkan program evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran fikih dengan pendekatan TPACK di MAN 2 Model medan dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik dilihat dari kemapuan guru yang mahir dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan kompetensi pedagogic guru

Abstract

The dynamics of early divorce become a social problem that has an effect on the destruction of the family life level. This phenomenon requires empowerment from various elements, especially in the field of family counseling, so that married couples can live happily in building a sakinah mawah family. The purpose of this service is to build psychological resilience for young couples through ABS-SBK-based counseling. The approach uses participatory action research, with a research process that is carried out in a systematic, collaborative and sustainable manner for social transformation. The service background is in Lintau Buo, Tanah Datar Regency, with the target being young couples. The result of this dedication is the change in the perspective of young couples about the purpose and nature of marriage, the emergence of an increase in psychological resilience in responding to the problems of domestic life. It is recommended to the local government, especially in Tanah Datar, to oblige couples to attend premarital counseling before marriage.Dinamika perceraian dini menjadi persoalan social yang berefek pada rusaknya tataran kehidupan keluarga. Fenomena ini membutuhkan suatu pemberdayaan dari berbagai elemen khususnya bidang konseling keluarga, agar pasangan yang menikah dapat hidup bahagia dalam membangun keluarga sakinah mawah. Tujuan pengabdian ini, membangun ketahanan psikologis pasangan muda melalui konseling berbasis ABS-SBK. Pendekatan yang digunakan participatory action research, dengan proses riset dilaksanakan secara sistematis, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan untuk transformasi sosial. Adapun latar pengabdian di Lintau Buo Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan target pengabdian adalah pasangan muda. Hasil pengabdian terjadinya perubahan cara pandang para pasangan muda tentang tujuan dan hakikat pernikahan, munculnya peningkatan ketahan psikologis dalam merespon persoalan kehidupan berumah tangga. Direkomendasikan kepada pemerintahan daerah khususnya di Tanah Datar untuk mewajibkan para pasangan mengikuti konseling pranikah sebelum dilakukan pernikahan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance) dan manajemen laba (earnings management). Dalam penelitian ini, CSR diwakili oleh Corporate Social Responsibility Index (CSRI) yang mengacu pada panduan CSRI versi GRI-G4 dan GRI Standard. Penghindaran pajak diwakili oleh Current Effective Tax Rate (CETR), sementara manajemen laba diwakili oleh Discretionary Accrual (DA). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 53 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan telah menerbitkan laporan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan antara tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi data panel menggunakan perangkat lunak eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara stimultan, CSR memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak dan manajemen laba. Kata Kunci: CSR, manajemen laba, dan penghindaran pajak.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on tax avoidance and earnings management. In this study, CSR is represented by the Corporate Social Responsibility Index (CSRI) which refers to the GRI-G4 and GRI Standard versions of the CSRI guidelines. Tax avoidance is represented by Current Effective Tax Rate (CETR), while earnings management is represented by Discretionary Accrual (DA). The research sample consists of 53 companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and have published corporate social responsibility reports between 2017 and 2021. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis using eviews software.The finding showed that, as simultaneously, CSR has a significant impact on earnings management and tax avoidance. Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out the teacher's strategy, inhibiting factors, and supporting factors in improving the generic life skills of Nurul Hakim Modern Islamic Boarding School students. The teacher of Nurul Hakim Modern Islamic Boarding School became the subject of the author's research. This research uses qualitative methodology with a case study approach, with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted on teachers of the Nurul Hakim Modern Islamic Boarding School, the author found an effective strategy for improving the generic life skills of students, namely the strategy of reflection-training-examination. Making Modern Nurul Hakim Islamic Boarding School succeeded in creating an educational environment that supports the development of character, skills, and potential of students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Direct Cash Assistance Program of the Village Fund in Padang Binjai Village, Constanta Sub-District, Kaur District. To address this issue, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of the Direct Cash Assistance Program of the Village Fund in Padang Binjai Village, Constanta Sub-District, Kaur District is effective based on 1) the success of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program in terms of implementation. The process of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program is 2) Achieving the targets set by the government, where the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance in Padang Binjai Village meets the criteria set by the government. 3) Satisfaction with the program, where the Latimojng village community is very satisfied with this program because it is very helpful to the community, 4) Output and input levels, where government expectations match the results achieved by the community, 5) Achieving the general objective, implementing the BLT-DD program objectives accurately.

Abstract

The head of the madrasa is the driving force that determines the basic goals of the madrasa, determines how the objectives of the madrasa and education as a whole are achieved, including increasing the feasibility of teaching staff. play an important role in passing the quality of education. As stated in Article 14 (1) PP 30 of 2005, “Madrasah management is responsible for organizing educational activities, managing madrasas, fostering other education personnel and their utilization. Therefore, the Head of Madrasah needs to provide a special strategy in improving the competence of his educators (teachers). This study uses a qualitative approach by using data collection methods in the form of observation, interview, and recording. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis. In this study, the examiner uses three triangles, namely the root triangle, the method, and the reviewer triangle. Triangulate sources by comparing reviews, interviews and documents. Triangulation is done by collecting cyclical data such as methodological observations, interviews, and documents. The triangle reviewer compares the informant with the data obtained from other informants. The results of this study are as follows.1. Therefore, the Head of Madrasah needs to provide a special strategy in improving the competence of his educators (teachers). (a. Involvement of teachers in education; (b) To enable teachers to improve their knowledge and skills by studying at higher educational levels (c) Efforts to build an assessment team of learning outcomes; (d) Use of memorable learning periods (e) (f) ) Provide counselors and teachers about advances in science and technology, (g) provide examples of good teaching and counseling practices 2)). Darul Mursid, Personal Bachelor of South Tapanuri Regency, supports the leadership element2). Supporting Factors for Madrasah Heads as Innovators in Improving Teacher Pedagogical Competence at Darul Mursyid Private MA, South Tapanuli Regency, namely: (a). Head of professional madrasa, (b). Higher educator motivation, and (c). Student learning motivation is high. 3). The inhibiting factors for the efforts of the Madrasah Head as an Innovator for Improving Teacher Pedagogical Competence at the Darul Mursyid Private MA, South Tapanuli Regency, are: (a). Insufficient infrastructure, (b). Internet connection is not good.
