Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh  parsial kompetensi pegawai, motivasi pegawai dan kompensasi pegawai terhadap kinerja  pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi. Pengaruh parsial kompetensi pegawai, motivasi pegawai dan kompensasi pegawai terhadap  kepuasan   pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi. Pengaruh kepuasan pegawai terhadap kinerja pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota  Samarinda Rancangan penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai pengelola PPID yang meliputi PPID pembantu yang berada dimasing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Samarinda dan pengelola PPID Utama Pemerintah Kota Samarinda yaitu Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda berjumlah 112 orang. Dengan metode eksplanatif, penelitian digunakan dengan jenis penelitian sensus atau sampel total (total sampling), sehingga jumlah sampel 112 orang. Metode statistik adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda. Kepuasan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda Sedangkan motivasi pegawai maupun kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pengelola informasi dan dokumentasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda.

Abstract

Background: The term “plant-based diet” is used for a wide range of dietary patterns, and comprise all diets based mainly on food derived from plants. “Plant food” typically refers to vegetables, fruit, grains, seeds, legumes, pulses, fungi, and nuts, and a similarity among the different plant-based diets is the limited consumption of foods of animal origin. Methods: This systematic review focused on full-text English literature published between 2014 and 2024 using the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Editorials and review pieces published in the same journal as the submission without a DOI were not accepted. Result: Five publications were found to be directly related to our ongoing systematic examination after a rigorous three-level screening approach. Subsequently, a comprehensive analysis of the complete text was conducted, and additional scrutiny was given to these articles. Conclusion: A dietary pattern excluding foods of animal origin is likely to have beneficial effects on glucose metabolism in individuals with T2DM and overweight/obesity

Abstract

Radiation used in radiology installations needs to consider the risks that occur when it comes to radiographers, patients and the surrounding environment. Therefore, they need to receive protection from radiation. Radiographer at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai still makes many mistakes in radiation protection. The radiographer's actions prove that his awareness of radiation protection is still low. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between radiographers' knowledge and concern for patients regarding radiation protection in the Radiology Installation at Dr. RSUD. R.M. Djoelham Binjai. The research population was all radiographers in the Radiology Installation at Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai and the sample were 7 active radiographers who were on duty at the installation. Active radiographers who were on duty at the Radiology Installation at Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital. The research used is quantitative with an observational survey approach. Based on the results of calculating the correlation between knowledge and the radiographer's concern for protection, a significance value was obtained, namely 0.392 > 0.05, which means there is no significant correlation. From these results it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and the radiographer's concern for patients regarding radiation protection.

Abstract

Pada era modern saat ini segala aktivitas kehidupan manusia tidak terpisahkan dari transportasi/perpindahan barang atau manusia antar tempat, sehingga diperlukan salah satu sarana transportasi yang efisien, misalnya kereta api. Kereta api merupakan serangkaian kendaraan yang ditarik oleh suatu lokomotif yang melintas pada jalur rel untuk mengangkut penumpang/orang atau barang, sehingga sebelum kereta api dapat digunakan perlu dianalisis terlebih dahulu jalur rel yang akan digunakan sebagai lintasannya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana mendesain jalur untuk transportasi kereta api. Pada penelitian ini memprioritaskan rencana pembangunan geometri jalan rel rute Rejosari-Tarahan, agar seluruh kereta api (KA) industri seperti KA Babaranjang tidak lagi masuk ke daerah kota Bandarlampung. Direncanakan untuk membangun jalur kereta api dengan panjang rute kurang lebih 37 km, untuk KA Babaranjang nantinya tidak lagi melewati Stasiun Gedung Ratu, Labuhan Ratu, Tanjungkarang, Garuntang, dan Pidada. Rute ini juga dirancang sebagai jalur lingkar luar dan menggunakan beberapa lahan yang sudah dibebaskan pada pembangunan Tol Trans Sumatera untuk menghemat biaya pembebasan lahan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi dokumen dimana metode ini menggunakan data-data yang bersumber dari PT. KAI dan BBWS Lampung. Penelitian ini mendesain jalan rel dengan jenis single track. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi produktifitas dari jalur rel itu sendiri diantaranya beban dari kereta yang melintas, mutu material dari struktur rel, suhu di lingkungan, serta perawatan rutin dari jalur rel tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pada 4 trase rencana dipilih alternatif trase 4 dengan jarak 35,204 km, 12 tikungan tipe spiral-circle-spiral (SCS), serta melalui pertimbangan atas kawasan lahan, kondisi topografi, serta area pengalihan jalur kereta agar tidak lagi melalui kawasan perkotaan.

Abstract

The increase in vehicle volume in Lampung Province has resulted in a decrease in road performance. Capacity evaluation is prevention, determining capacity there are several parameters, one of which is EMP. In this case, the analysis of road section performance refers to MKJI 1997. The characteristics of MKJI 1997 are strongly influenced by the traffic of major cities in Indonesia which are made the place of empirical research in 1991 - 1995. Of course, there are differences in the characteristics that occurred in that year with the current situation. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a difference in the EMP value in MKJI with the current field EMP. This research uses field survey data including traffic volume, road section geometry, and Time Headway data between vehicles. In this study, the emp value is analyzed using the Time Headway method and the data for analyzing the performance of road sections refers to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). The results of the emp MC value for the morning and afternoon peak hours on Section 1 are 0.48 and 0.46. Section 2 is 0.46 and 0.44. This value is significantly different from the 1997 MKJI emp of 0.25. for the DS value using emp MKJI on section 1, the results are 0.45 and 0.68. for DS emp calculations on section 0,3 of 0,43 and 1. For section 2 DS emp MKJI of 0.33 and 0.48. For DS emp calculations on section 2 of 0,48 and 0,65. It can be seen that significant differences can be caused by traffic flow conditions, differences in road characteristics, road gemetry conditions, and environmental conditions in 1997 with current conditions. It can also be seen that the greater the emp value will affect the amount of traffic volume so as to make the degree of saturation value greater.

Abstract

Tax is source of funding in the country, which are crucial in Indonesia. Tax System in Indonesia using the self-assessment system requires taxpayers to calculate, pay, and report himself to the KPP. This system requires taxpayers independence that can affect the level of tax compliance. There are several factors that affect tax compliance, ie the understanding of tax laws, taxpayer awareness and perception of tax penalties. These variables are used as in previous studies tended to correspond to individual tax-payers. Therefore, this study examined the influence of understanding tax laws, taxpayer awareness and perceptions of sanctions levied on individual tax compliance. This study used a questionnaire as tool of collecting data. Object of this study is a taxpayer conducting trading business in Maspion Square Surabaya. A total of 66 questionnaires that have been distributed, and only 54 questionnaires that can be pro-cessed and carried out the research. The results of this study are jointly variable understanding of tax laws, taxpayer awareness and perceptions of sanctions taxes affect individual tax compliance, but based on the T-test statistic that understanding the tax laws resulting positive effect on tax compliance of taxpayers and consciousness person and perceptions of tax penalties is not a positive influence on individual tax compliance.

Abstract

Research Purposes.  This study aims to determine the impact of the level of sustainability and reputation of KAP that can affect the assessment results of the credit rating process carried out by PEFINDO.Research Methods. In this study, the ordinal logistic regression analysis model is used to determine the probability of obtaining a credit rating for a company. Financial variable is described through level of sustainability prediction as calculated by using the value of the Altman Z-Score, while non-financial variable is described through the reputation of the KAP. There were 25 samples of companies that obtained credit ratings in a row from 2014 to 2018 by PEFINDO tested in this study.Research Result and Findings. The results of this study state that the level of sustainability prediction has a positive effect; whilst KAP reputation, which are not affiliated with Big 4, has a negative effect on the results of companies' credit ratings

Abstract

Research Purposes. The aim of this study is to delve into several factors that can fortify the firm value of retail companies during a crisis period, such as operational efficiency, financing ability, and investment returns.Research Methods. The research employs a panel regression analysis technique on retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2021.Research Results and Findings. The study's findings reveal that operational efficiency and financing ability can affect firm value during a crisis, whereas investment returns do not. The results of this study can assist retail companies in formulating business strategies and provide insights for investors during the decision-making process for investments in the retail sector amid a crisis.

Abstract

The widespread adoption of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in Indonesian retail stores underscores its significance in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness, as consumer surveys indicate increased shopping ease and efficiency. This study, conducted with a sample of 150 employees from mini-market retail stores in Jakarta, employs a quantitative survey approach with SEM-PLS to examine the impact of technology assets and user capabilities on AIS performance. Results reveal significant effects of technology assets on AIS performance. Proficient user capabilities further enhance AIS performance, moderating the effect of technology assets. Theoretical implications highlight integrating technological knowledge and user skills in AIS design. In contrast, practical implications suggest investing in advanced technology and employee training to optimize AIS benefits, ultimately improving retail operations' efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This research offers valuable insights for stakeholders to make informed decisions and address the challenges of intense competition in the retail industry.

Abstract

Recently, the public was shocked by the news of a data breach involving 240 million entries from the permanent voter list. This data was leaked from the official website of the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia by a hacker using the pseudonym “Jimbo”. The data was sold online on BreachForums for USD 74,000. This incident has raised serious concerns among the public due to its broad potential impact on the confidentiality of citizens' personal information and has prompted new questions regarding the accountability of the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia as the election organizer. In this research, the researcher employs a normative juridical approach by reviewing secondary data collected through library research and using a case and regulatory approach. Based on the research findings, the protection of personal data by the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia is not yet optimal, as the regulations held by the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia are only internally applicable and do not have the legal strength equivalent to laws. These the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia regulations are only applicable to regional head elections and general elections. Furthermore, it is necessary to enhance literacy on the importance of data so that all members of the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia understand the mechanisms of data processing, inputting, and processing. The General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia members must determine the types of data that can be published and those that should not be exposed to the public, thus enabling the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia to fulfill its obligations to protect and be accountable for the data obtained from the public.
