Abstract

Pernikahan dini merupakan fenomena sosial yang masih tinggi di Kecamatan Ranah Pembarap, Kabupaten Merangin, dengan berbagai faktor penyebab seperti ekonomi, budaya, sosial, dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pernikahan dini terhadap tingkat perceraian serta mengeksplorasi upaya hukum dan kebijakan sosial yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi fenomena ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan pasangan yang mengalami pernikahan dini, tokoh masyarakat, pemuka agama, serta petugas Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pernikahan dini berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap tingginya angka perceraian karena pasangan yang menikah di usia muda cenderung belum memiliki kesiapan mental, emosional, maupun ekonomi yang cukup. Faktor ekonomi menjadi penyebab utama, diikuti oleh tekanan sosial dan budaya yang masih kuat. Selain itu, regulasi mengenai batas usia pernikahan belum diterapkan secara ketat, sehingga praktik dispensasi nikah masih sering terjadi. Sebagai rekomendasi, diperlukan upaya peningkatan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang dampak pernikahan dini, penegakan hukum yang lebih ketat dalam pemberian dispensasi nikah, serta program pemberdayaan ekonomi untuk mengurangi tekanan ekonomi sebagai alasan utama pernikahan dini. Dengan pendekatan yang lebih komprehensif, diharapkan angka pernikahan dini dan perceraian dapat ditekan secara signifikan, sehingga generasi muda dapat memiliki masa depan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

A significant amount of scholarly investigation has recently focused on metacognitive activity. However, the examination of metacognitive variations in solving math problems that are still limited in scope. This case study examines gender differences in activity variations of metacognitive activities, specifically awareness, regulation, and evaluation, in prospective teachers solving mathematical problems based on mathematical models. Participants were selected through purposive sampling. Twelve male and sixteen female participants were chosen from those who participated in the 'capita selecta' mathematics course at a public university in West Java, Indonesia. The data were collected through mathematical problem-solving tasks and interviews. The results show that the variations in metacognitive activities between male and female participants are different. Females tend to be more complex and structured in their evaluation activities, while males tend to be more complex and structured in their awareness activities. Based on the results, recommendations are made for future studies.

Abstract

Pemberian ASI merupakan suatu yang sangat penting bagi awal kehidupan neonatus. Meskipun menyusui merupakan proses naluriah, namun dukungan dan sikap positif dibutuhkan untuk mencapai keberhasilan ASI ekslusif. Data awal menunjukkan belum semua petugas kesehatan, khususnya perawat/bidan memberikan dukungan yang optimal terkait laktasi, hal ini juga dipengaruhi dengan sikap ibu terkait pemberian ASI kepada bayinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan sikap ibu dan perilaku perawat dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di ruang rawat gabung Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat/bidan, ibu dan rekam medik neonatus di ruang pada ruang rawat gabung Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banda Aceh. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner The Iowa Infant Feeding Attitude Scale (IIFAS) menggunakan teknik wawancara terpimpin, kuesioner data neonatus serta lembar observasi perilaku perawat. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh neonatus mendapatkan ASI saja (96,7%) dan mayoritas ibu memiliki sikap positif (53,3%), namun perilaku perawat masih banyak yang kurang mendukung pemberian ASI (53,8%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan sikap ibu (p-value=1,000) dan perilaku perawat (p-value = 0,462) dengan pemberian ASI di ruang rawat gabung Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banda Aceh. Diharapkan pada seluruh perawat/bidan untuk meningkatkan pemberian edukasi dan konseling manajemen laktasi kepada ibu, serta mengembangkan diri dalam mengikuti pelatihan terkait menyusui dan menambah jumlah konselor ASI tersertifikasi.

Abstract

This study examines the role of leadership in effective and efficient human resource management (HRM) decision-making. It analyzes leadership styles, including transformational, adaptive, ethical, and AI-driven leadership models; it explores how leadership strategies influence key HRM functions such as recruitment, talent retention, workforce planning, and performance management. Furthermore, the research addresses the integration of data-driven decision-making and AI technologies in optimizing HRM strategies while maintaining ethical and human-centered leadership principles. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, synthesizing recent scholarly works from reputable sources to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership in HRM decision-making. A qualitative analysis of peer-reviewed journals, books, and empirical studies was conducted to identify patterns, challenges, and best practices in leadership-driven HRM. The study also examines the interplay between technological advancements and ethical governance in shaping leadership effectiveness within HRM frameworks. The findings reveal that leadership is crucial in shaping HRM policies, ensuring efficiency, strategic workforce planning, and organizational agility. AI-powered HR analytics and automation enhance efficiency but require ethical oversight to maintain fairness and transparency. The study also highlights challenges in leadership adaptation, including resistance to digital transformation, concerns over AI ethics, and the balance between efficiency and employee well-being. This research provides valuable insights for HR leaders, policymakers, and organizational managers, emphasizing the need for leadership development programs that integrate AI literacy, ethical governance, and strategic HR analytics. Future research should empirically validate leadership effectiveness and its contextual applications across different industries and workforce structures.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Tondok Bakaru Mamasa dalam konservasi keanekaragaman hayati melalui pendekatan berbasis kearifan lokal. Kegiatan ini merupakan upaya kolaboratif antara Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Sulawesi Barat dan masyarakat desa untuk melestarikan lingkungan lokal sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawab sosial dan akademik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2024 s.d. Februari 2025 dan melibatkan 29 peserta masyarakat secara langsung, dengan fokus pada pelatihan berbasis partisipasi. Judul program ini adalah “Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Konservasi Keanekaragaman Hayati Berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Desa Tondok Bakaru”. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa materi yang disampaikan relevan dan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pelestarian ekosistem lokal. Peserta juga mengapresiasi metode pelatihan yang interaktif dan pendampingan yang intensif sebagai langkah penting menuju pelestarian lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article examines Islamic economic thought during the time of Prophet Muhammad and the Khulafaur Rasyidin, which laid a significant foundation for Islamic economics. The study focuses on the relevance of Islamic economic concepts in addressing modern issues such as social inequality and economic exploitation. The research problem explores how early Islamic economic thought can provide solutions to current economic challenges. The study employs a literature review method, analyzing key Islamic principles such as zakat management, prohibition of usury, land distribution, and fiscal policies. Findings reveal that Islamic economic principles emphasize social justice and wealth distribution, offering viable solutions to contemporary economic problems. The article suggests integrating Islamic social justice principles into modern economic systems to reduce global economic inequality. In conclusion, the economic thought of the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaur Rasyidin is highly relevant for building a more equitable and inclusive economic system.

Abstract

The research consists of three research problems; (1) in what way is Instagram used, (2) what is the character of students, and (3) is there significant effect of Instagram toward the students’ character in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Parepare. The research applied survey research. The technique of data collection used questionnaire, interview, and observation. The population of the research involved as many as 46 class X students. The result of the research revealed (1) that the intensity of the use of Instagram by the students of class X of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare was in high category. It was shown by the questionnaire result which was 45, 2%. The value was in the interval between 26% - 50% which was high, (2) The character of the class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare was in good category. It was shown by the questionnaire result which was 49, 8 %. The value was in the interval between 26% - 50% which was good, (3) The effect of Instagram toward the character of class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare can be concluded having positive effect based on the calculation using product moment and interview technique. As general reveal of the research, the intensity of the use of Instagram has positive effect toward the character of class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the impact of the lette rental apartment program in Mariso District, Makassar City. This study used a qualitative method to describe and explain the evaluation of the impact of the rental apartment program. The number of informants in this study were 8 people. The results of the study showed that the evaluation of the impact of the lette rental apartment program Mariso District of Makassar had a number of very significant effects ranging from economic impacts on equity indicators, political impacts on effectiveness indicators and social impacts on responsiveness indicators. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. Furthermore, the evaluation of the impact of the rental apartment program was also influenced by factors of equity, effectiveness and responsiveness. Keywords: equity, effectiveness, responsiveness

Abstract

This paper seeks to establish selected elements of teacher motivation to their respective effects on classroom behaviours, of particular interest are Intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic motivation, job satisfaction and professional development. This study adopted a quantitative method; 150 teachers from different schools in Makassar City were administrated questionnaires, and regression analysis was used to test the level of teacher motivation and classroom dynamics. The findings show that type of motivation plays a huge role in the classroom, with self-interest having the greatest impact on student attentiveness. It also shows that job satisfaction is reducing rate of poor classroom behavior and enhancing teacher-student communication, while professional development enhances teacher student relationship. The results of extrinsic motivation were also noticeable but lower than intrinsic motivation. The research findings offer an important contribution to future research in the field, as they offered an overall picture of teacher motives and their implications for different aspects of classroom dynamics. The study has focused on the need for education policies that encourage the growth of intrinsic motivation through organisational work culture and staff due process. This shows that by addressing motivation at this level schools are likely to create teacher incentive of the positive environment that is most likely to enhance the learning process of the students. The study has practical implications to upgrading the educational practices; it is recommended that increasing the level of teacher motivation leads to development of better classroom climate, therefore promoting a better education.
