Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMP pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Widya Nusantara Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 sebanyak 22 siswa. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes uraian dan wawancara. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang berbentuk uraian. Indikator yang digunakan yaitu : (1) Kemampuan mengekspresikan ide-ide matematis; (2) Kemampuan memahami, menginterpretasikan, dan mengevaluasi ide-ide matematis; (3) Kemampuan dalam menggunakan istilah, notasi matematika dan struktur-strukturnya untuk menyajikan ide. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa masih tergolong sedang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil tes berdasarkan tingkat komunikasi matematis dari 22 siswa kelas IX, diperoleh 5 siswa dengan kategori tinggi memperoleh persentase 23%, 15 siswa dengan kategori sedang memperoleh persentase 68%, 2 siswa dengan kategori rendah memperoleh persentase 9% dan rata-rata nilai sebesar 34,55.

Abstract

Utilizing the use of technology to provide better services to its customers, the bank launched an information technology-based banking transaction service media, namely Mobile Banking (m-banking). As of December 31, 2021, the number of customers using BSI services is 199,499 BSI Mobile Noa Users, from this data, it can be seen that the Mobile Banking services provided by banks are enough to change the lifestyles of people who previously had to queue at the bank, now only with applications. Technological developments that make transactions easier make customers more interested in the Mobile Banking services provided. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and ease of Mobile Banking on customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Regional Office X Makassar. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, multiple liner analysis, hypothesis tests, and R2 coefficient determination tests. With a total of 100 samples. By the method of taking accidental sampling samples. The results of this test conclude: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara khususnya kemampuan berbicara melaporkan dengan media pembelajaran film animasi pada kelas XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Bayan Kabupaten Lombok Utara pada semester Ganjil Tahun Pembelajaran 2017-2018 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 22 orang. Penelitian difokuskan pada peningkatan aspek-aspek berbicara baik faktor  kebahasaan maupun non kebahasaan dalam proses pembelajaran. Objek penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan berbicara melaporkan dalam interaksi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes berbicara. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes berbicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui validitas hasil, dan validitas proses. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kemampuan siswa dalam hal berbicara melaporkan setelah dilakukan implementasi tindakan dengan media film animasi mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat diketahui dari indikator keberhasilan proses dan indikator keberhasilan hasil. Keberhasilan pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari perubahan keadaan siswa yang pasif, lebih banyak diam, dan tidak terlalu memperhatikan pelajaran menjadi lebih aktif dan antusias selama mengikuti pembelajaran. Suasana pembelajaran pun menjadi lebih hidup dan menyenangkan setelah melihat film. Selain itu, ketika tes dilaksanakan, terlihat kemampuan berbicara dan kepercayaan diri siswa meningkat secara bertahap dari tiap siklus yang dilakukan. Hasil skor penilaian tersebut menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pada aspek-aspek kemampuan berbicara, yaitu pada pra siklus sebesar 41 meningkat menjadi 59 pada siklus I. Hasil penilaian siklus I menuju siklus II mengalami peningkatan dari 59 menjadi 72. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah dilakukan implementasi tindakan dengan media film animasi, kemampuan siswa dalam hal berbicara melaporkan mengalami peningkatan secara bertahap dari setiap siklus. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran ini dapat membantu siswa agar berani mengeluarkan pendapat dan ide/gagasan secara lebih lancar dan lebih runtut. Selanjutnya, siswa dapat meningkatkan sikap berpikir yang kritis, logis, sistematis, dan lebih mandiri

Abstract

The transformation of crime from the offline world to the online world has become a striking phenomenon along with technological developments. Viewing the Qur'an as a source of Islamic teachings provides a valuable perspective in understanding this phenomenon. In this context, this research examines the verses of the Qur'an that are relevant to this problem using ulama's interpretation as a tool for deeper understanding. The Qur'an teaches moral values, ethics and guidelines for Muslims in dealing with the problem of online crime. By referring to verses of the Qur'an such as Surah Al-Hujurat (49:11), Surah Al-Isra' (17:33), Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:38), and Surah An-Nisa (4:29), this research illustrates how the views of the Koran can be applied in maintaining online ethics, avoiding crimes such as cyber bullying, theft and fraud, as well as creating an online environment that is more polite and respectful of others. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with an interpretation of the Al-Qur'an, providing insight into moral values that can shape better online behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings

Abstract

The coastal waters of the Spelman Strait are rich in reef fish resources. Small-scale fishers also use coral fishing in the coastal waters of the Spelman Strait in meeting household needs and improving their welfare. The purpose of this research is to analyze how coral fish biomass in two fishing seasons, namely the west and east seasons. The coastal waters of the Spelman Strait are rich in reef fish resources. Small-scale fishers also use coral fishing in the coastal waters of the Spelman Strait in meeting household needs and improving their welfare. The purpose of this research is to analyze how coral fish biomass in two fishing seasons, namely the west and east seasons. The results of the study, reef fish biomass in the two seasons is relatively different. The difference between the two is due to different fishing patterns, wherein the wet season, the reef fish that are targeted by fishermen are the Serranidae and Lutjanidae families, and the size of the fish is relatively large by using hooks number 5, 6, 7 and 8. In contrast, in the east season, the target fish fishers are all reef fishes and are relatively small in size using hooks 15, 16 and 17. The problem is that some fishermen still use explosives in catching reef fish. Muis et al. (2019) reported the condition of live coral cover in the coastal waters of the Spelman Strait in moderate condition (37.71) and dead coral (33.71). Community participation in the management of fisheries resources is significant to note because the community is the user of these resources. Community participation in the management of fisheries resources is crucial to do because of fishermen as users of resources. Muis et al. (2019) reported the condition of live coral cover in the coastal waters of the Spelman Strait in moderate condition (37.71) and dead coral (33.71).

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini tidak dapat dipungkri bahwa pengobatan konvensional merupakan pilihan utama bagi sebagian besar masyarakat negara yang kaya akan budaya dan tradisi, dengan banyak jenis obat tradisional. Misalnya, jamu, guarana, dan bekam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan jumlah informan 12 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan teknik penarikan kesimpulanHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat tentang pengobatan tradisional pada ibu hamil pasca melahirkan di Desa Ulumambi Mambi Barat Kecamatan Bambang Kabupaten Mamasa menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa fakor yang mempengaruhi ibu hamil pasca melahirkan lebih memilih melakukan pengobatan tradisional, yang pertama, faktor jarak dimana jarak rumah pasien dengan pustu membutuhkan waktu sekitar 1-2 jam, kedua faktor budaya karena kebiasaan masyarakat dari dulu di Desa ini lebih memilih melakukan pengobatan tradisional dari pada pengobatan medis.

Abstract

Floods and landslides are one of the many main problems faced in Indonesia, including in Southeast Sulawesi, which has a major impact on the lives of its people. In dealing with floods and landslides, mitigation knowledge is needed as an effort to recognize the risk of floods and landslides, as well as how to deal with them. This study aims to evaluate the level of knowledge of grade VIII students of SMPN 01 Wundulako, Kolaka Regency related to flood and landslide disaster mitigation. Through research using a quantitative approach to disaster education, students are equipped with an understanding of the causes, impacts, and mitigation actions of disasters. The results of the study show that the percentage of students' knowledge about flood disaster mitigation, which is 79.7%, is in the high category, and the percentage of students' knowledge level about landslide disaster mitigation, which is 89%, is in the very high category, so that the average of the overall data is 84.4%. Knowledge about disaster mitigation needs to be improved through learning programs that are structured, interactive, and in accordance with students' level of understanding. This step is expected to be able to create a generation that is more aware and ready to face potential disasters in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the impact of discipline, job happiness, and motivation on the performance of employees in the production department of PT. Intracawood Manufacturing Tarakan City. Quantitative study was conducted utilizing the survey approach. Data collecting approaches based on observation (questionnaire and interview). The research sample was selected using probability sampling. Simple random sampling was used to select 190 personnel from PT. Intracawood Manufacturing's production department in Tarakan City. Hypothesis testing were also performed using multiple regression analysis models and partial t-tests with the SPSS software. The results prove that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher the level of discipline, the higher the employee performance, the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance, the higher the level of job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance, the higher the level of motivation, the higher the employee performance.

Abstract

Congestive Heart Failure, also known as heart failure, occurs when the heart is unable to pump sufficient blood to meet tissue oxygen needs, resulting in an abnormal increase in heart pressure. Back massage is a form of nursing management that can be used to relieve heart failure patients' fatigue and other symptoms. The purpose of back massage, a soft tissue manipulation technique, is to help speed up the healing process for various diseases by relaxing muscles, increasing blood circulation, increasing flexibility, and eliminating pain. Objective: To analyze patients in the Intensive Cardiac Care Unit (ICCU), RSUD Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong with CHF, namely Innovative Back Massage. Method: Analyze this practice using the case study method with nursing care. The samples were patients who had a medical diagnosis of CHF with fatigue in the ICCU room. Research results: Based on the implementation of the Back Mass age innovation for 3 days with a duration of 5 minutes for each intervention, a decrease in fatigue scores was obtained, the average result for days 1 to 3 was 2.6. Conclusion: Based on the evaluation after the Back Massage therapy was carried out, it showed that there was a decrease in the fatigue score from a severe fatigue score to moderate fatigue. This is significant for heart failure sufferers, namely a diagnosis of CHF.

Abstract

This community mentoring activity aims to provide mentoring to Warung Mama Ifit in an effort to increase sales volume and product innovation through the application of digital technology. The mentoring method uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) Approach. The mentoring program, which was implemented from August 7 to September 30, 2024, includes the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the development of business identity, systematic financial recording, and expansion of market reach through consistent online promotions. The conclusion of this mentoring is that a strong business identity, mature business planning, systematic financial management, and effective marketing strategies can position Warung Mama Ifit to achieve greater success in the future and has the potential to become a model for other MSMEs to increase their competitiveness in the digital era
