Abstract

Kabupaten Pesisir Barat merupakan wilayah di Provinsi Lampung yang memiliki kekayaan destinasi wisata alam dan budaya. Namun, promosi dan penyebaran informasi pariwisata masih terbatas secara digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis web mobile yang responsif, informatif, dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat maupun wisatawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Laravel (PHP), HTML5, CSS3, dan MySQL, serta dirancang dengan prinsip Mobile First agar optimal pada perangkat seluler. Fitur utama sistem meliputi daftar destinasi wisata, galeri foto, peta lokasi, dan rute akses wisata. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi berjalan dengan baik (100% kelulusan Blackbox Testing), serta tampilan sistem responsif di berbagai perangkat mobile. Uji usability dengan 30 responden menghasilkan skor rata-rata 82,3 (kategori sangat baik).Kesimpulannya, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam mendukung digitalisasi pariwisata dan promosi wisata Pesisir Barat. Sistem ini tidak hanya menyajikan informasi, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman digital yang interaktif dan user-friendly bagi wisatawan. Sistem juga memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dan promosi destinasi wisata lokal secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Data hasil Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi balita stunting di Indonesia sebesar 21,6%. Aceh adalah salah satu provinsi dengan prevalensi stunting yang tinggi, mencapai 31,2%, dan Aceh Barat termasuk kabupaten dengan angka stunting yang tinggi. Penanganan isu stunting pada balita sangat memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif serta melibatkan beragam sektor. Salah satunya adalah kader posyandu ikut andil dalam melakukan deteksi awal mengenai stunting. Potensi pangan lokal di desa Ujung Kalak bisa dimanfaatkan oleh para kader untuk pembuatan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) yang lebih bervariasi berbasis pangan lokal yang ada di desa sehingga perlunya keterampilan dalam pengolahan PMT berbahan baku lokal yang dapat mendukung dalam penanganan stunting. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok mitra di desa Ujung Kalak dalam upaya menurunkan angka stunting dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan kader mengenai penyusunan menu PMT dengan konsep Nurti-Plan Menu yaitu kader menyusun beberapa alternatif menu sesuai dengan standar isi piringku serta mengolah menu tersebut menjadi PMT yang bervariasi dengan menambahkan bahan baku pangan lokal. Hasil yang telah dicapai menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan mitra tentang stunting serta keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah PMT dengan tambahan daun kelor yang menghasilkan produk seperti puding, nugget, dan churros.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Applying Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS), Quality of Work Life (QWL), and Emotional Exhaustion on employees, as well as to test whether Emotional Exhaustion mediates the relationship between BARS and QWL. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing regression analysis to examine the relationship between these variables. The results showed that BARS had a significant negative effect on Emotional Exhaustion, although the effect was relatively small. Quality of Work Life was also found to have a significant negative effect on Emotional Exhaustion, with a stronger effect than BARS. In addition, the results of this study confirm that Emotional Exhaustion mediates the relationship between BARS and Quality of Work Life, suggesting that increased BARS can improve Quality of Work Life through a reduction in the level of Emotional Exhaustion. This research makes a significant contribution to human resource management by designing policies that enhance employee well-being, such as implementing a clear performance appraisal system and improving the quality of the work environment that supports emotional well-being.

Abstract

Pelayanan Intensive Care Unit (ICU) menghadirkan tantangan besar dalam aspek komunikasi, khususnya saat menyampaikan informasi medis yang kompleks kepada keluarga pasien kritis. Family meeting merupakan salah satu pendekatan komunikasi yang efektif dalam konteks ini. Namun, di ICU Primaya Hospital Depok belum tersedia pedoman terstruktur untuk pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pedoman family meeting berbasis protokol SPIKES yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan ICU. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik triangulasi berupa observasi video, wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik family meeting masih bersifat variatif dan belum terdokumentasi secara standar. Berdasarkan analisis data, disusun model pedoman yang mengadaptasi enam langkah dalam protokol SPIKES (Setting, Perception, Invitation, Knowledge, Emotion, dan Strategy/Summary) sesuai konteks ICU. Pedoman ini diharapkan menjadi acuan pelaksanaan family meeting yang lebih efektif, meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi antara tenaga medis dan keluarga pasien, serta mendukung mutu pelayanan ICU.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan praktik pengobatan tradisional Uwemaasi di Pulau Kadatua, yang melibatkan ritual pembakaran dupa dan pembacaan doa oleh juru kunci. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori fungsionalisme sebagai pisau analisis untuk memahami bagaimana elemen-elemen ini berkontribusi terhadap keseimbangan dan stabilitas sosial. Fungsionalisme, yang menekankan pentingnya integrasi sosial dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan, membantu mengungkap peran ritual Uwemaasi dalam memperkuat solidaritas komunitas, mempertahankan identitas budaya, dan memberikan legitimasi kepada otoritas tradisional. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pengobatan ini sangat bergantung pada keyakinan mendalam masyarakat terhadap efektivitasnya, meskipun tidak ada bukti ilmiah yang jelas. Selain itu, resistensi terhadap pengobatan modern terlihat dalam preferensi masyarakat terhadap metode pengobatan tradisional ini, yang dianggap lebih holistik dengan mengintegrasikan aspek sosial, budaya, dan spiritual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengobatan tradisional Uwemaasi memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan sosial dan memperkuat ikatan budaya dalam masyarakat Kadatua.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of communication training on nurses’ clinical competence and patient satisfaction at RS Pangkalpinang. Effective communication is a critical component in enhancing healthcare quality, particularly in nurse–patient interactions. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, involving 53 nurses who had completed structured communication training and 25 patients treated by those nurses. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results showed a significant improvement in nurses’ clinical competence, with mean scores increasing from 72.4 (pre-test) to 85.7 (post-test), particularly in the domain of therapeutic communication. Patient satisfaction scores also increased from an average of 78.2 to 88.9 after the training intervention. Regression analysis revealed that communication training had a significant positive effect on nurses’ clinical competence (R² = 0.48; p < 0.001) and on patient satisfaction (R² = 0.41; p < 0.01). These findings suggest that structured communication training grounded in theoretical models such as Peplau’s Interpersonal Theory and the Calgary-Cambridge Guide can enhance professional competence and improve patient perceptions of care. The practical implication is that hospitals should integrate communication training into ongoing staff development programs and consider its replication in other healthcare settings to improve the overall quality of nursing services.

Abstract

Providing quality public services is a governmental obligation, one of which is by establishing Community Health Centers (UPTD Puskesmas) to deliver healthcare services to all levels of society. Optimal service delivery requires a high level of work discipline; however, there is currently an issue of increasing cases of work discipline violations at UPTD Puskesmas Kota-1. As a consequence, there has been a monthly reduction in BPJS capitation funds received by each staff member. UPTD Puskesmas Kota-1 operates within a specific context that differs from other institutions regarding the measurement of employee work discipline. For example, field assignments often render fingerprint attendance less applicable; therefore, the health center continues to employ a manual system as a complementary method. This study aims to examine the effect of fingerprint attendance systems and internal control on work discipline. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 employees at UPTD Puskesmas Kota-1. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results show that both fingerprint attendance and internal control have a significant partial effect on work discipline. Simultaneously, the implementation of fingerprint attendance and internal control also significantly influences work discipline, with a coefficient of determination of 46%, while the remaining 54% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Human resource planning is a critical element of healthcare systems, as adequate staffing directly influences service delivery and patient outcomes. The research design employed in this study is a comprehensive literature review that focuses on assessing human resource needs in the health sector through the lens of workload analysis methodologies, particularly the Health Workload Analysis Method (ABK-Kes) and the Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN). Evidence from recent studies demonstrates that workload-based approaches provide more accurate estimations of staffing requirements compared to conventional methods, thereby improving operational efficiency, enhancing service quality, and supporting strategic workforce planning. The integration of technology in human resource management further contributes to optimizing staff allocation and addressing workforce shortages. Overall, the findings underscore the importance of adopting robust analytical methods to strengthen evidence-based decision-making, promote sustainability, and provide actionable insights for policymakers and healthcare administrators in developing effective staffing strategies.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of talent management strategies in the health sector, especially hospitals, in order to improve organizational performance and service quality. Using a qualitative approach through a literature review, this research examines various national and international sources. The results showed that talent management plays an important role in improving employee engagement, clinical competence, and service efficiency. Key components of this strategy include competency-based recruitment, structured career development, and strategic retention mechanisms. However, challenges remain, such as unobjective selection systems and a lack of incentives for top talent. This research recommends the implementation of data-driven systems, standard operating procedures, and the cultivation of a fair and merit-based work culture. Overall, integrated talent management can support the sustainable development of Human Resources and strengthen the hospital's competitiveness in the face of global challenges and technological advancements.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the perceptions of clinic staff regarding their experiences with teleconsultation services and the human resource management (HRM) aspects involved in implementing such services in a small general practice (GP) clinic in Bali, Indonesia. The clinic operates a unique model where nurses manage patient care during morning shifts with remote physician support via teleconsultation. Data were collected through an online long-form survey completed by nine current and former staff members, including nurses and physicians. Thematic analysis revealed that teleconsultation was widely perceived as improving efficiency and accessibility of care. However, participants also reported challenges such as communication gaps, technical limitations, and diagnostic constraints. All respondents emphasized the need for structured training, adequate infrastructure, and clear communication protocols. While most participants expressed satisfaction with the service, this was closely linked to the availability of support and the nature of patient interaction. The findings underscore the importance of comprehensive HRM strategies that address both technical and interpersonal dimensions to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of teleconsultation services in small clinical settings
