Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is a system prepared to make work easier, neater and more orderly. This system contains the sequence of the process of carrying out work from start to finish. The problem in this research is to find out how the SOP actions carried out in the room by officers in the care of mental disorders patients are carried out. Handling non-urgent emergencies, philosophy of the purpose of the inpatient room, and protocol for accepting patients with mental disorders in the Zaitun Ward. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive in nature, the method used is in-depth interviews. The informants in this study were 7 people. The results of the study showed that the handling of emergency and non-emergency patients carried out by Mentally Disordered Patient Care Officers in the Zaitun Ward BLUD RSU Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh showed that the officers immediately took action without communicating first with the patient's family so that the patient's family did not understand challenge how the mechanism for handling critical and non-emergent patients should be implemented. The philosophy and objectives of inpatient care show that patient admission is carried out through the emergency room and then taken to a room to be treated in the olive ward. Apart from that, the explanation from the staff regarding patient admission was found to be that the family received an explanation regarding the patient's admission. Olive Ward. The Protocol for Admission of Patients with Mental Disorders shows that the family does not understand the explanation or procedures and mechanisms from officers regarding the complete administration of patient admission at the Olive Ward BLUD RSU Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh. Suggestions for officers are expected to work in accordance with existing operational standards in the room for a smooth service process in the hospital, especially in the olive ward.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya minat siswa terhadap sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang membangkitkan minat baca siswa kelas II. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru kelas 2 yang berada di kelas 2, siswa kelas 2 di kelas tersebut berjumlah 15 orang, teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Petunjuk wawancara, catatan lapangan dan penggunaan kamera handphone untuk dokumentasi merupakan alat penting dalam pelaksanaannya. Dalam proses pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data dan informasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, display data dan inferensi. Untuk memastikan keakuratan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya defisit literasi pada siswa kelas 2 adalah kurangnya membaca buku dan sebagian siswa tidak memahami alfabet. Terdapat pula faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca siswa yaitu faktor lingkungan keluarga Di tengah Ruka, sebaiknya orang tua meluangkan waktu untuk membaca buku bersama anaknya, agar orang tua dapat memberi contoh dan menguatkan kreativitas membaca anaknya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how liquidity, profitability, and investment opportunities affect stock investment decisions in companies in the Property and Real Estate subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021. During the conduction of this study companies in the Property and Real Estate subsector are made up of 65 companies. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 17 companies. Quantitative data were used in this research. Secondary data from the company's financial reports serve as the data source. The examination results show that liquidity somewhat affects corporate share choices, productivity and venture open doors to some extent meaningfully affect corporate security choices. In the meantime, it demonstrates that stock investment decisions are influenced positively by liquidity, profitability, and investment opportunities.

Abstract

Gangguan ADHD ditandai dengan ketidakmampuan anak memusatkan perhatiannya pada sesuatu yang sedang dihadapinya, sehingga waktu perhatiannya menjadi sangat singkat. Anak dengan gangguan ADHD mengalami kesulitan dalam berkonsentrasi, kesulitan untuk bisa duduk diam dan juga perhatiannya yang sering teralihkan oleh sesuatu yang lain. Kondisi gangguan ini juga disebut sebagai gangguan hiperkinetik yaitu gangguan pada anak yang muncul pada usia dini dengan ciri tidak mampu untuk memusatkan perhatian, hiperaktif dan impulsif bahkan cenderung tidak bisa diam. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalahmasalah dalam diagnosa gangguan penyakit ADHD adalah dengan menerapkan Sistem Pakar yaitu salah satu ilmu pengetahuan bidang komputer yang mampu menyimpan pengetahuan dan kaidah yang bersumber dari pakar. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam Sistem Pakar adalah Certainty Factor. Metode Certainty Factor merupakan metode untuk menentukan atau membuktikan apakah sebuah fakta itu pasti atau tidak pasti dalam bentuk matrik. Metode ini sangat cocok untuk menentukan sesuatu yang belum pasti

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the flow of supply chain management in Kinara Bakeri, Binjai city, whether there is waste or not, the method used in this study is a qualitative method using VSM (value stream mapping) measuring instruments. The object in this study is Kinara Bakeri in the city of Binjai which has been established for 29 years. Data collection methods through interviews, direct observation and documentation. The results of this study found a total lead time value of 671 minutes, a waiting time value of 145 minutes, with a VA (Value Added) value of 181 minutes and an NVA (Non Value Added) value of 353 minutes and a PCE (process cycle efficiency) value of 26.9%, which means kinara Bakeri's supply chain management is included in the un-lean category because the PCE value is less than 30%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of packaging design, word of mouth, and price on the purchasing decision of Cimory Yogurt Squeeze. The sample used in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. From multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 4.160 + 0.273X1 + 0.320X2 + 0.155X3. From the t-test, it is known that the packaging design, word of mouth and price partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Cimory Yogurt Squeeze at Samudra University students. From the F test, it is known that the packaging design, word of mouth and price1 simultaneously1 have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Cimory Yogurt Squeeze at Samudra University students1

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, price, and distribution on purchasing decisions of Sunco cooking oil for housewives in Langsa City. The sample used is 96 respondents. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The regression equation in this study is Y = 3.408 + 0.256X1 + 0.302X2 + 0.391X3. From the t test, it can be explained that brand image, price, and distribution have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. From the F test, it can be explained that brand image, price and distribution have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a situation where researchers see the phenomenon of low interest in learning mathematics in class IV SD X Tanjung Alam students, causing students to be lazy to take part in mathematics learning which results in learning outcomes that are less than optimal. This study aims to determine what factors influence the low interest in learning mathematics in class IV SD X Tanjung Alam. In this study used a qualitative research method with a case study type. The technique of determining informants is carried out with non-probability side through snowball sampling technique. In this study, the researchers chose the informants, namely teachers and fourth grade students at SD X Tanjung Alam. In this research, the researcher is the key instrument in data collection. Researchers are assisted with supporting instruments such as interview guides, observation guidelines, cameras and recording devices. Data collection in this study was carried out in three ways, namely in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. For data analysis techniques, researchers used the Miles and Huberman technique which was carried out in four stages. Meanwhile, to guarantee the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. The findings of this study indicate that the internal factor of learning difficulties experienced by students in grade IV is student interest in learning. While the external factors are inadequate learning facilities and a less conducive learning environment.

Abstract

Lemon (Citrus lemon L.) is one of the horticultural commodities used by Indonesian people in the form of juice or combined with cooking spices. The materials used for lemon cutting plants were topsoil, manure, coconut water, water, labeling paper, transparent plastic, and polybag size 12 x 17 cm. The tools used in this research were: hoe, machete, scissors, bucket, bamboo, paranet, raffia rope, meter, camera, watering can, measuring cup, scale, oven, and stationery. This research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a factorial pattern. The first factor was the length of the cuttings, and the second factor was the concentration of coconut water (0% (control), 25%, 50%, and 75%). It was repeated three times so that there were 36 experimental units.

Abstract

Soursop is an annual plant that is rich in nutrients. The problem in soursop cultivation is that soursop has a hard seed coat, which causes the seeds to be impermeable to gases and air, inhibiting germination. Soursop seed dormancy can be broken by scarification and sulfuric acid immersion. This research aims to determine the effect of scarification position and sulfuric acid concentration on the viability of soursop seeds. The research used a completely randomized factorial pattern (CRD), which consisted of two factors with three replications. The first factor was the scarification position consisting of S0 (without scarification), S1 (base scarification), S2 (tip scarification) and S3 (middle scarification). The second factor was the sulfuric acid concentration consisting of K0 (control), K1 (10%), K2 (20%), and K3 (30%). The results showed an interaction between the treatment of scarification position and the concentration of sulfuric acid (c) on germination capacity and growth speed parameters. The combination of S0K1 (without scarification and 10% sulfuric acid) increased soursop seeds' germination and growth speed.
