Abstract

Abstract : There are many things that Indonesia has done to increase its economic growth. One way to do this is to stabilize the rate of increase in inflation and the level of investment interest, where currently many countries are trying to increase their country's economic growth rate by increasing output on an ongoing basis and what is still being discussed is the level of investment interest in the capital market. This study aims to determine the macroeconomic factors and variables that affect the investment results of sharia insurance. This research approach uses a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population in this study are several data sources obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2013-2022 years. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis techniques. based on the number of samples used is purposive sampling technique, namely by taking data sources according to the criteria specified by the author on variables X (inflation, bi rate, exchange rate, money supply, Jakarta Islamic index). The use of data is taken from secondary data, namely time series data that has been published for the period 2013-2022. This research method uses a quantitative approach while the type of research is classified as associative, and uses data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear. The results of the study show that the BI Rate, Exchange Rate and Jakarta Islamic Index have a significant effect on the investment returns of Islamic insurance. On the other hand, inflation and the money supply have no significant effect.

Abstract

This research has the objective of discussing to find out the impact of murabahah receivables, mudharabah financing, and musyarakah financing on ROA as an asset in return for Islamic Commercial Banks in 2012-2022. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using the SPPS 26 tool. The research technique used a purposive side. Data taken annually from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The population of this study is all income and ups and downs of financing in the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks. While the sample used is in the form of annual financial reports which contain income from murabahah receivables, Mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing at Islamic Commercial Banks in 2014-2022. The results of the (partial) test are that the three variables murabhah, mudharah, and musyarakah have no effect on the ROA variable. Whereas in the F test (simultaneous) of the three variables murabhah, mudharabah, and musyarakah there is no significant effect on the ROA of Islamic Commercial Banks 2014-2022.

Abstract

The research results show that the recitation program is effective in increasing Islamic knowledge, such as fiqh, recitation and morals, as well as building student character based on the values ??of tolerance and pluralism. However, there are obstacles related to facilities and infrastructure, as well as variations in teaching methods that need to be improved. The research conclusion states that this program is relevant to student needs and supports the university's vision of building an Islamic-based intellectual generation. This program strengthens students' ability to read the Koran and basic understanding of religion, although it still requires improvement in aspects of implementation and ongoing evaluation. The research recommends developing interactive learning methods, improving facilities, and further training for presenters. Implementation of further programs such as preacher training and student study communities is also proposed to strengthen the sustainability of the program's impact.

Abstract

Desa Alue Lim merupakan salah satu desa binaan Politeknik untuk pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Desa ini mpunyai tempat yang sangat strategis untuk memasarkan produk yang dapat dihasilkan oleh masyarakat. Terutama Potensi untuk membuat kuliner yang dapat di jual pada out let di sepanjang Jalan Line Pipa. Karena desa tersebut berada diantara dua tempat wisata yaitu waterboom dan waduk Jeuleukat, ke duanya berlokasi satu di Timur dan satu di Barat dari letak desa yang bersangkutan. Namun masyarakat di sana belum ada yang beraktifitas kearah tersebut. Mareka dapat digolongkan ke dalam kelompok petani padi tadah hujan serta pegawai negeri spil yang tinggal di dua komplek perumahan yang ada. Bagi ibu rumah tangga (IRT) dan remaja putri (RP) yang termasuk dalam katagori keluarga petani memiliki waktu luang yang cukup setelah mereka menyelesaikan kegiatan menanan padi. Maka kegiatan pembinaan penambahan keahlia dalam menggunakan teknologi tepat guna untuk mempermudah cara kerja menghasilkan produk kue pia sebagai oleh oleh tempat wisata sangat disaarankan. Oleh faktor tersebut maka metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan survey, pendataan peserta, kemudian membuat pelatihan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi sebagai alat bantu untuk melakukan proses produksi sekaligus memberi tiori dan praktek kepada peserta latihan supaya mampu menghasil produksi yang standar sehingga ada nilai jual dari out put yang dihasilkan. Dari jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang RP dan 10 IRT selaku peserta diminta melalui perangkat desa setempat, kemudian pada awalnya peserta diberikan pre test, kemudian setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung diberikan post test. Hasil test yang diperoleh menunjukan angka perubahan secara signifikan antara pre test dan post test.Kata Kunci: Kuliner : Kue pia isi kacang, rasa renyah dan enak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of teachers' pedagogical competence at SMP Ulumul Qur'an Pidie Jaya, focusing on the forms of strengthening, its implications for learning, and the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that pedagogical competence is strengthened through regular class supervision, internal and online training, and participation in learning communities. These enhance teachers' understanding of student characteristics, mastery of learning theories, and the ability to design and implement effective learning tailored to students' needs. As a result, learning becomes more engaging and efficient, contributing to both academic and non-academic achievements, as reflected in improved student performance. The main supporting factors include the principal's support through supervision and training, as well as active teacher involvement in learning communities. However, challenges arise from limited time, facilities, technological resources, and difficulties in adapting teaching methods to the diverse characteristics of students.

Abstract

Pembelajaran pendidikan Islam dewasa ini menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan minat dan keterlibatan siswa di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat. Metode konvensional seringkali kurang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan generasi digital yang terbiasa dengan interaksi dan umpan balik instan. Gamifikasi hadir sebagai pendekatan inovatif yang berpotensi menjembatani kesenjangan tersebut dengan mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen yang disukai siswa ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi manfaat, tantangan, dan implementasi gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Islam. Gamifikasi merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan elemen permainan dalam konteks non-permainan untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengumpulkan data melalui studi pustaka terhadap jurnal ilmiah relevan yang diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik siswa, memperbaiki hasil belajar, dan menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif. Elemen seperti poin, lencana, papan peringkat, tantangan, dan penghargaan efektif dalam mendorong keterlibatan siswa. Dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Islam, elemen-elemen ini dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan seperti hafalan Al-Qur'an, pemahaman hadis, dan diskusi fiqih. Namun, penerapan gamifikasi menghadapi tantangan, seperti penyesuaian dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi di beberapa sekolah. Elemen kompetisi, misalnya, harus dirancang untuk mendorong kerja sama, bukan rivalitas negatif. Selain itu, guru memerlukan pelatihan untuk mendesain pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi yang relevan. Gamifikasi memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan Islam, asalkan diterapkan dengan perencanaan matang dan dukungan memadai. Penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk mengembangkan model gamifikasi yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan konteks pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

In the process of segregation, every social institution, including religious ones, experiences both conflict and integration, as well as consensus and contestation. As a religious social institution, the mosque serves as a place for prostration in mahdhah worship and as a center for community development. This article examines two critical issues: first, the shifting dynamics of the mosque’s function as a social institution in Islamic preaching, and second, the negotiation and contestation of Islamic preaching spaces between mosques and other Islamic mass organizations. Employing a qualitative approach, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of primary data sources. Key insights were gathered through participatory observation of behavioral processes and activities within the research context.The research conducted in Kudus revealed several key findings: First, as a site for disseminating Islamic values, mosques serve as a vital medium for employing diverse preaching methods. Second, the overlapping social roles shared with other institutions have led to struggles, shifts, and even takeovers of functions traditionally held by religious organizations—including mosques. Consequently, mosques have transformed into contested arenas for political piety.

Abstract:  This study discusses the "Implementation of Active Learning Strategies (Active Learning) in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru" with the background of active learning strategies because there are still students who are less focused on learning. Islamic religious education teachers not only have a function as teachers but are also able to make students interested in the lesson. The objectives of the study are: (1) to describe the Implementation of Active Learning Strategies (Active Learning) in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru; (2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. Subjects in the study: Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru and students as research reinforcements. Objects in the study: active learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru. Data collection using observation, interview, documentation techniques. Data processing using data collection, data classification, editing and data interpretation. Then analyzed descriptively qualitatively, for conclusions using the inductive method.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Implementation of Active Learning Strategies for Islamic Religious Education at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru has several components, namely: Delivering teacher and student opinions, students responding to friends' opinions, finding learning resources, solving problems (discussion). Supporting factors are educators, students, and facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are students, time factors and facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Active Learning, Islamic Religious Education, Strategy.  Abstract: Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif (Active learning) Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru” dilatar belakangi tentang strategi pembelajaran aktif karena masih ada siswa yang kurang fokus dalam pembelajaran. Guru pendidikan agama Islam selain memiliki fungsi sebagai pengajar tetapi juga mampu membuat ketertarikan siswa terhadap pelajaran. tujuan dari penelitian yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif (Active Learning) pada Mata Pelajaran PAI di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru; (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung penghambatnya. Subjek dalam penelitian: guru PAI di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru dan siswa sebagai penguat penelitian. Objek dalam penelitian: pembelajaran aktif pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru. Penggalian data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan pengumpulan data, klasifikasi data, editing dan interpretasi data. Kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, untuk kesimpulan menggunakan metode induktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif PAI di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru ada beberapa komponen yaitu: Menyampaikan pendapat guru dan peserta didik, peserta didik menanggapi pendapat teman, menemukan sumber belajar, memecahkan masalah (diskusi). Faktor pendukung yaitu pendidik, peserta didik, dan sarana prasarana. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu peserta didik, faktor waktu dan sarana prasarana. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Aktif, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Strategi.

Abstract

The research examines the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction. Also seen from the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) factor of employees. The research was conducted at the Emergency Room (IGD) of Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital. The research method used an associative method with a quantitative approach, using path analysis. The sample in this study was 85 employees. The results of the study showed that 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, through the organizational commitment variable, which is 41%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, through the work motivation variable, which is 37.93%. 3) There is a relationship between work motivation and organizational commitment of 0.498. 4) There is a direct and indirect influence of work motivation on OCB, through the organizational commitment variable, which is 23.55%. 5) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), through the work motivation variable, which is 25.67%. 6) Simultaneously, work motivation and organizational commitment influence employee OCB. 7) The magnitude of the total influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee OCB, through the job satisfaction variable, is 15.98%.

Abstract

This research aims to create superior service quality, with continuous training as an important element in developing a skilled, responsive, and customer-oriented workforce. Tourist destinations that prioritize human resource development not only build a positive image and increase competitiveness but also support local economic growth through increased customer loyalty and profitability. Moreover, attention to employee welfare and career development plays a crucial role in improving work morale, workforce retention, and creating a productive work environment. Thus, investment in human resources should be viewed as a strategic long-term strategy to achieve competitive advantage and sustainability for tourist destinations in the face of global competition. This research method uses interviews by analyzing case studies and collecting data from various business actors in the tourism sector to obtain significant results on the relationship between HR strategies, service quality, and sustainable tourism. This study will also use analytical techniques to explain the data collected so as to produce meaningful conclusions. Providing excellent service training (prima) towards a society ready to develop human resources in the growing and sustainable tourism potential. The research results are expected to explain the effectiveness of various HR strategies in the sustainability of service quality in tourism.
