Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari penggunaan vortex generator terhadap karakteristik termal penukar kalor jenis plain fin and tube menggunakan simulasi numerik. Concave delta winglet pairs (CDWPs) digunakan sebagai vortex generator. Karakteristik termal diperoleh dengan membandingkan fin yang menggunakan CDWPs dengan yang tanpa menggunakan vortex generator serta membandingkan penggunaan perbedaan jumlah pasangan vortex generator. Aliran udara di dalam saluran fin diasumsikan sebagai fluida incompressible dan laminar yang mana bilangan Reynolds berada pada rentang 280 sampai dengan 960. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh bahwa koefisien perpindahan panas konveksi untuk fin yang menggunakan 1, 3, dan 7 CDWPs berturut-turut meningkat berkisar antara 7,4-23,9%, 18,6-60,6%, dan 41-100% dibandingkan fin tanpa vortex generator (baseline). Nilai  hCDWPs/hDWPs  dari fin yang menggunakan 1, 3, dan 7 VGs berturut-turut berkisar antara 1,06-1,1; 1,1-1,4; dan 1,2-1,4.

Abstract

The growth of diesel vehicles has consequences for the consumption of diesel oil. Therefore, using Jatropha as an alternative fuel reduces dependence on diesel oil and it does not interfere with food availability. However, the high viscosity of jatropha oil makes the fuel pump work harder. In addition, the low calorific value reduces the quality of the fuel which creates unique problems. Ethanol, with its low viscosity and high oxygen content, is expected to be effective in reducing jatropha problems for diesel engines. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the addition of ethanol to the brake torque, brake-specific fuel consumption, exhaust gas temperature, and smoke opacity. The 4JB1 diesel engine with an EGR was tested on a 10% (DJ10) and 20% (DJ20) diesel-jatropha mixture. The experimental results showed that brake torque increased by 1.51% in the DJ10 application, brake specific fuel consumption decreased by 7.05%, exhaust gas temperature decreased by 0.67%, and smoke opacity increased by 25.91%. While in the DJ20 application, brake torque increased by 3.19%, brake-specific fuel consumption decreased by 30.08%, exhaust gas temperature decreased by 0.67%, and smoke opacity increased by 69.03%.

Abstract

Diesel engines are widely used as driving forces in vehicles and industry due to fuel efficiency and high output power. The wide use of diesel engines triggers an increase in fuel consumption and exhaust emissions that are harmful to health. Jatropha is a renewable fuel as a solution to increase fuel consumption. However, the high viscosity and low calorific value result in reduced performance and increased exhaust emissions. Butanol has a high oxygen content and cetane number and low viscosity compared to diesel and jatropha. Addition of butanol is possible to reduce the decrease in performance and exhaust emissions of diesel engines. this study evaluates the effect of butanol on reducing Isuzu 4JB1 diesel engine direct injection emissions. Percentage of blend used 70/30/0, 65/30/5, 60/30/10, and 55/40/15 based on volume. Tests are carried out at 2500 constant turns with a loading of 25% to 100% using the EGR system. The experimental results showed the presence of butanol caused a decrease in soot emissions produced by diesel engines

Abstract

Motorized vehicles that are very suitable for transportation and heavy equipment vehicles are diesel engines, because their high combustion efficiency, reliability, fuel flexibility, and low fuel consumption make diesel widely used in several countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a mixture of biosolar fuels, low levels of methanol and jatropha on power in a diesel engine using the hot Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system. This study uses an experimental method, using a 4JB1 diesel engine, the percentage of biodiesel fuel mixture, low levels of methanol and jatropha, Low Purity Methanol has a moisture content of 24.88%. The ratio of biosolar mixture, methanol and jatropha used are D85LPM5J10, D80LPM10J10, D75LPM15J10, D75LPM5J20, D70LPM10J20, D65LPM15J20, D65LPM5J30, D60LPM10J30 and D55LPM15J30. EGR openings vary from 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. The test is carried out at a constant speed of 2000 rpm and is given a load of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. This study uses a dynamite brand Land & Sea dynamite. The results of this study are the use of EGR resulted in increasing the value of brake power. The effect of the fuel mixture causes the value of brake power tends to fall compared to D100. When using D85LPM5J10, D80LPM10J10, D70LPM10J20 and D55LPM15J30 at low loads (25%) there is an increase in power by 12.03%, 7.50%, 5.01%, and 5.97%. Abstract

Preeklampsia merupakan kondisi spesifik pada kehamilan yang ditandai dengan adanya disfungsi plasenta dan respon maternal terhadap adanya inflamasi sistemik dengan aktivasi endotel dan koagulasi. Jika tidak dilakukan pencegahan dini, akan membahayakan baik nyawa ibu maupun bayi. Hampir 75% penyebab kematian ibu adalah karena perdarahan hebat Post Partum), infeksi post partum, tekanan darah tinggi selama kehamilan (pre-eklampsia dan eklampsia), komplikasi dari persalinan, tindakan aborsi yang tidak prosedur. Dari hasil pencatatan dan pelaporan diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Rasanae Timur Kota Bima terdapat 557 ibu hamil, jumlah kunjungan ke Puskesmas hanya 216 ibu hamil dan teridentifikasi resiko preeklamsi sebanyak 12 ibu hamil. Saat ini pelayanan yang tersedia di tingkat puskesmas dalam mendeteksi dini resiko preeklampsia masih menggunakan buku KIA yang hasil pendeteksiannya masih dirasakan belum memasyarakat penggunaan buku KIA tersebut hanya dapat dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan itu sendiri. Salah satu metode mempermudah berbagai layanan yang ada dimasyarakat untuk deteksi preeklampsia yaitu “Kartu Skor Dhiana Setyorini (KSDS). Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melalui kegiatan Training of Trainer bagi kader kesehatan, Pengabdi melatih para kader kesehatan yang ada diwilayah kerja puskesmas Rasanae Timur kota Bima tentang pelaksanaan metode “Kartu Skor Dhiana Setyorini (KSDS) diharapkan dapat menjadi mentor untuk meneruskannya kepada ibu-ibu hamil yang ada di wilayah posyandu masing-masing. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh hasil ada perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat Pengetahuan Kader Kesehatan tentang Tupoksi Kader Kesehatan menggunakan metode KSDS dengan p value 0,000. Sehingga para kader tersebut mampu mendeteksi diri risiko terjadinya preeclampsia pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and adherence to cooperative principles and cooperative business development at Muhammadiyah 8 Morowudi Gresik High School. This activity program is funded by Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. The implementation of these activities is carried out by holding training and mentoring on cooperative principles, basic training on the resources available in the cooperative. Bookkeeping and accounting training activities were held on Wednesday, August 12, 2022. The Basic Accounting and finance training was carried out by involving the chairman, treasurer, and secretary of the cooperative as well as the cooperative operational division and cooperative finance staff at SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Morowudi Gresik.

Abstract

Community service activities aim to provide understanding and skills for the Muhammadiyah School Treasurer in Bojonegoro Regency regarding the preparation of financial reports using the "SIAS / School Accounting Information System" application. Community Service begins by giving a pre-test to participants so that the presenter can find out to what extent the material or materials to be taught have been mastered by participants regarding asset management. The next stage is counseling about the use of the application. The final stage is the final evaluation / post-test which is used to determine participants' understanding of the material that has been provided. The methods used in service activities are lectures, training and assistance in using the SIAS application. The result of this service is to provide literacy to Muhammadiyah School Treasurers so they are able to understand and apply the use of the SIAS application so that in the future they can organize and manage finances properly and correctly. This activity provides positive value in terms of effectiveness and efficiency in managing school finances.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, liquidity and solvency on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 47 companies from a total population of 78 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector registered on the IDX in 2020-2022. Testing was carried out using multiple linear regression, F test and T test. The regression results show that Profitability has an effect on Corporate Social Responsibility. Liquidity has no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility. Solvency has no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of company size, leverage and profitability on company value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This research uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data as the data source. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique by obtaining a sample of 19 companies. This test uses multiple linear regression. The regression results show that company size influences company value. Leverage has no effect on company value. Profitability has no effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding, tax socialization, tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness on individual taxpayer compliance. This study used 99 respondents. This research approach uses a quantitative approach, the source of data in this study is primary data and the type of data is subject data. Using multiple linear regression analysis method. Hypothesis testing is done by using the t test and F test to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent. The results of this study indicate that the Taxpayer Understanding variable has a positive and significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance, Tax Socialization has a positive and significant impact on Individual Taxpayer Compliance, Tax Sanctions have a positive and significant impact on Individual Taxpayer Compliance, and Taxpayer Awareness has a positive effect. and significant to Individual Taxpayer Compliance.
