Abstract

This research aimed to develop the interactive e-modules in improving learning outcomes of the excretory system in humans, furthermore it will be carried out effectively on the implementation of the products that have been developed. The method used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) by applying the ADDIE development model which consisted of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation with class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Hulu Gurung as research subjects. Interactive E-Modules were developed using the Flip Pdf application Corporate with an html application file format, html software can be accessed using a laptop/computer or Android. The course material was equipped with learning videos made using the Camtasia application and interactive quizzes made directly using the Filip pdf Corporate application. At the end of the learning activity there was a formative test that was made using a Google form whose link is linked in the Flip pdf Corporate application. Based on the results of the analysis, it showed that there was a significant difference in student learning outcomes before and after the use of interactive e-modules and based on the effect size test, a value of 1.10 is obtained, then compared with the comparison table, 1.10 is included in the Strong Effect criteria or gives effect or the interactive e-module have been developed give the strong effect.

Abstract

This literature review examines the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) in high school language education for vocabulary teaching. It analyzes current research to explore AR's benefits, challenges, and implications for vocabulary mastery. Key findings include: (1) AR's interactive features enhance student engagement and vocabulary retention; (2) AR provides contextualized learning experiences, improving practical application of vocabulary; (3) Effective AR implementation requires carefully designed content and user-friendly interfaces; (4) Challenges include content development, teacher training, and technical limitations. The study proposes solutions to these issues and offers insights for leveraging AR to enhance vocabulary development in high school language education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggunaan teknologi computer vision, khususnya metode Mask R-CNN, dalam deteksi api dan asap pada kasus kebakaran hutan. Kebakaran hutan adalah masalah lingkungan yang serius, di mana metode deteksi tradisional sering terbatas oleh jangkauan visual dan kesalahan subjektif. Kami mengeksplorasi potensi teknologi computer vision sebagai solusi yang lebih efisien dan akurat. Dataset yang digunakan sebanyak 3465 gambar yang telah dianotasi dengan menggunakan roboflow. Jumlah dataset yang digunakan pada data training 2964 gambar, data validasi 854 gambar dan data testing 427 gambar. Model deteksi api dan asap menggunakan mask rcnn dengan menggunakan parameter learning rate 0.0025, image per batch 2 dan max iteration 10000. Adapun hasil yang diperolah pada average precision = 0.38 dan average recall = 0.29.

Abstract

Sehubungan dengan temuan mengenai rendahnya kemampuan representasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMPN 18 Kota Jambi, model PjBL merupakan solusi yang tepat dikarenakan siswa dituntut untuk merepresentasikan ide matematisnya dalam konteks nyata. Tujuan yang difokuskan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terhadap peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam merepresentasikan ide matematisnya melalui pembelajaran dengan PjBL. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan Pretest-posttest control group design sebagai desain penelitian yang mana melibatkan 2 kelas VIII (VIII F dan VIII G) dengan masing-masing terdiri dari 28 siswa pada semester ganjil 2023/2024. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui tes dan lembar observasi. Hasil dari data penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya penerapan model PjBL di kelas mampu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam representasi matematis.

Abstract

Di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi, ditemukan masalah rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan serta membandingkan dampak penerapan model CTL dan PBL terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi pada materi teorema Pythagoras. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Populasi studi ini adalah semua siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi, dengan sampel yang terdiri dari kelas VIII D, VIII E, dan VIII G. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes kemampuan literasi numerasi. Hasil analisis One-Way ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan model CTL dan PBL terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi (signifikansi = 0,003 < 0,05). Selanjutnya, uji Tukey menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mengikuti model CTL memiliki kemampuan literasi numerasi yang lebih baik, dengan rata-rata skor 17,71, dibandingkan dengan siswa yang menggunakan model PBL (rata-rata skor 17,43) dan model pembelajaran langsung (rata-rata skor 15,06).

Abstract

This research is to now the determinant of DER and the implication toward YTM and Economic growth in Banking Sector on The Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research sample is 22 Bond Series which are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Methods of data analysis using panel data regression method. The empirical results of the first model show that Profitability (ROA), Firm Size (SIZE), and Interest Rate (IR) have a positive effect on Capital Structure (DER), while the Exchange Rate (FOREX) has a negative effect. Liquidity (CR) has no effect on DER. All independent variables consisting of; ROA, CR, SIZE, FOREX and IR together significantly influence DER. The goodness-of-fit test as measured by the termination coefficient (R2) shows a coefficient of 0.937202, meaning that the variation in the ups and downs of the DER can be explained by ROA, CR, SIZE, FOREX, and IR of 93.72 percent, while the rest, namely 6.28 percent can be explained by other variables not examined in this research model. For the adjusted coefficient of determination (R2 adjusted) the coefficient is 0.9217. The second model shows that the DER and IR variables have a negative effect on Yield to Maturity (YTM), while the SIZE and FOREX variables have a positive effect. ROA and CR variables have no effect on YTM. All variables DER, ROA, CR, SIZE, IR and FOREX together affect YTM. For the goodness-of-fit test as measured by the termination coefficient (R2) shows a coefficient of 0.6750, which means that the variation in changes in the rise and fall of YTM can be explained by; DER, ROA, CR, SIZE, IR, and FOREX are 63.30 percent, while the remaining 36.70 percent can be explained by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research. The aim of this research is to find out whether The Influence Of Exchange Rate, Interest Rates And Company Size On Capital Structure On The Indonesian Stock Exchange on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. 22 corporate bonds were obtained from 11 issuing banking sector companies as samples. The CR variable has a positive but insignificant effect on the DER ratio of banking sector companies that issue bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. The SIZE variable has a positive and significant effect on the DER of banking sector companies that issue bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. FOREX variable has a negative and significant effect on the DER of banking sector companies that issue bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of tax socialization, tax incentives, tax sanctions and trust in taxation institutions on taxpayer compliance, as well as the moderating role of trust in taxation institutions in strengthening the influence of tax socialization, tax incentives, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. Data were collected through a survey of one hundred people who are taxpayers in Gresik. The results of the analysis show that tax socialization and tax incentives do not have a significant influence on taxpayer compliance, while tax sanctions have a positive influence on taxpayer compliance. In addition, trust in taxation institutions is also unable to strengthen the influence of tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. These findings indicate that although trust in tax institutions is an important factor, it is not strong enough to increase taxpayer compliance through socialization, incentives, or sanctions. Therefore, a more comprehensive approach is needed in designing effective tax policies. Recommendations to improve taxpayer compliance include improving the quality and relevance of tax socialization, simplifying the process and increasing the accessibility of tax incentives, and stricter and more consistent law enforcement. This research contributes to the tax literature by highlighting the role of trust in tax institutions and suggesting more effective policies to improve taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Mangrove, Teh Bidara, Madu Mangrove, dan Wedang Jahe Merah. Meskipun berkembang, perusahaan ini sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola stok dan permintaan produk akibat ketidakpastian penjualan. Ketidakpastian ini menyulitkan pemilik CV. Green Belt untuk menganalisis data penjualan dan mengelola produksi dengan efisien. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah fluktuasi penjualan yang tidak terduga, yang dapat menyebabkan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok bahan baku. Hal ini terjadi karena perusahaan belum memiliki alat bantu yang memadai, baik perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak, untuk memprediksi permintaan dengan akurat. Akibatnya, ketidakpastian ini dapat mempengaruhi ketersediaan produk di pasar dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Penggunaan metode Simulasi Monte Carlo menjadi solusi yang relevan untuk masalah ini. Metode ini dapat membantu memprediksi permintaan produk dengan menggunakan data penjualan historis. Namun, prediksi yang dilakukan secara manual tidak efisien dan berisiko terhadap kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melakukan prediksi permintaan dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada tim CV. Green Belt mengenai penerapan aplikasi berbasis web yang menggunakan metode Simulasi Monte Carlo untuk memprediksi permintaan produk. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan analisis data penjualan, akurasi prediksi permintaan, dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam pengelolaan stok dan produksi. Pelatihan ini akan meliputi pengenalan dasar tentang Simulasi Monte Carlo, cara kerja aplikasi berbasis web, dan penerapannya dalam prediksi permintaan produk. Dengan demikian, diharapkan CV. Green Belt dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan tetap kompetitif di pasar dengan dukungan teknologi yang memadai.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a positive attitude given by consumer satisfaction with a product or company which ismanifested by the behavior of intending to buy again or who have made repeated purchases to recommend it to anyonethey know.This study aims to see the influence of price and promotion on customer loyalty at Honda Saudara MotorDealers in Solok City.This type of research is an associative research where it aims to find out the relationship between two or more variablesby taking a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this research is using a questionnaire with aLikert scale. Based on the results of the calculation of the SPSS program application from the t-test, a price variablewas obtained with at-value of -3.369 < t, table 1.660 and a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 so that H1 was rejected and H0 wasaccepted. In the promotion variable, the value of tis calculated at 5.583 > ttable is 1.660 and the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 sothat H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.The results of the F test of significant probability Fcalculated 20.819 > Ftable 3.090 with a significant value of0.000 < 0.05 so that this means that the price has a negative effect on customer loyalty and the promotion has a positiveand significant effect on Honda Beat customer loyalty at Honda Brother Motor Dealers in Solok City.In this study, the determination coefficient is 0.300 or 30%. Where price variables and promotions have aneffect of 30% on Honda Beaat customer loyalty at Honda Saudara Motor Dealers in Solok City. Meanwhile, the other70% was influenced by other variables that were not discussed by the researcher in his study.
