Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) system on profitability with financial performance as a moderating variable in Sri-Kehati index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. The sample was determined by saturated sample technique. The samples in this study were 35 companies. This research is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data, namely company financial report data obtained from the annual report of each company website. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that: Good Corporate Governance variables represented by institutional ownership and independent commissioners have a positive and significant effect on company profitability. And the financial performance variables projected through DER and TATO strengthen the influence of Good Corporate Governance on company profitability. This means that the better GCG is moderated by the ratio of activity and solvency, the company's profitability will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Audit terhadap manajemen laba pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2020. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengungkapan CSR terhadap manajemen laba pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2020. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatori yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel satu dengan variable lainnya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi. Metode dokumentasi yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Audit berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Manajemen Laba dan Pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Manajemen Laba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini Menunjukkan bahwasanya pendidikan karakter itu sangat penting untuk menyiapkan mahasiswa menjadi guru yang memiliki kepribadian baik.Salah satu cara membangun karakter mahasiswa PGSD adalah lewat mata kuliah Etika Profesi dan Kependidikan, yang bisa jadi tempat belajar tentang nilai-nilai karakter.Karena, guru yang profesional itu bukan cuma pinter ngajar atau paham materi doang, tapi juga harus punya moral yang bagus dan berpegang teguh kode etik profesi.Penelitian ini juga akan membahas tentang beberapa pembelajaran penting, yang diantara lain: (1) Bagaimana etika dan profesi bisa membantu membentuk karakter calon guru, (2) Cara menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter lewat mata kuliah Etika Profesi dan Kependidikan, (3)membuat panduan kuliah yang menjelaskan tentang nilai-nilai karakter, (4)Peran penting Etika dan Profesi dalam Membentuk karakter dan Keterampilan Mahasiswa Calon Guru SD, (5)Integritas Pada Etika dan Profesi Kependidikan dalam membangun karakter calon guru SD, (6)Evaluasi Proses Penerapan Etika dan Profesi Kependidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth study of various effective classroom management strategies at the elementary school level. Classroom management plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the teaching and learning process, as a successful learning process is greatly influenced by a conducive, orderly, and enjoyable classroom environment. Teachers serve not only as transmitters of material but also as classroom managers tasked with creating a learning climate that supports active student engagement. Good classroom management is believed to minimize disruptions, improve discipline, and foster student motivation. The research method used is library research, reviewing various academic sources such as books, scientific articles, research journals, and relevant previous studies. This approach was chosen to obtain a comprehensive overview of classroom management strategies that have been proven effective in educational practice in elementary schools. The results of the study indicate that effective classroom management strategies encompass several key aspects. First, the development of clear and mutually agreed-upon classroom rules so that students understand the boundaries of expected behavior. Second, the use of varied learning methods to accommodate different student learning styles. Third, the provision of positive reinforcement as a form of appreciation for student behavior and achievement. Fourth, establish good communication between teachers and students to build mutual trust and increase active participation. Implementing these strategies has been proven to improve discipline, reduce learning barriers, and create a classroom environment conducive to the optimal development of children's potential. These findings are expected to serve as a practical reference for teachers, schools, and related parties in designing more effective, innovative, and sustainable classroom management.

Abstract

This reaserch aims to determine the effect of competency and professional sceptism towards audit quality with moral reasoning as moderating variable in the Inspectorat South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study was the entire number of auditors of the Inspektorat South Sulawesi Province, while the sample in this study was determined using census technique so that the entire population was used as a sample. The study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0 as a software. The result of the research showed that the variables of competency and skepticism professional had positive and significant influence on the audit quality. This means that more competent the auditor and higher the skepticism professional of the auditor, audit quality will increase. It was also found that moral reasoning strengthening the effect of competency and skepticism professional on audit quality.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has transformed the learning paradigm in elementary schools (SD), especially through artificial intelligence (AI). The use of AI, particularly ChatGPT, offers opportunities for more interactive, personalized, and adaptive learning. This aligns well with the values of the Merdeka Curriculum, which promotes freedom of learning and the strengthening of student character. However, the use of this technology also presents challenges, particularly in terms of ethics and morality, which must be addressed by teachers as facilitators and educators in elementary schools. This study was conducted through a systematic literature review approach by gathering various recent research sources in the fields of educational ethics and morality, artificial intelligence, and educational curriculum. The results of the analysis indicate that teachers must be prepared to manage technology responsibly in order to maximize benefits and minimize risks such as technology dependence, plagiarism, and the spread of misinformation. Strengthening and enhancing the moral and ethical competence of teachers is the key to the successful integration of ChatGPT in learning that aligns with the values of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) model using the World Café technique in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SDN Kedungcangkring Jabon, Sidoarjo. The research was motivated by the low level of student engagement and learning interest in PAI, which has largely been dominated by the lecture method. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the application of IBL with the World Café technique creates a more active, participatory, and collaborative classroom atmosphere. Students are directly involved in the process of knowledge construction through group discussions, idea rotation, presentations, and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. The innovation not only improves students’ understanding of the subject matter but also enhances 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and creativity. Several challenges were identified, including time limitations, heterogeneous student abilities, and insufficient initial readiness. However, these obstacles can be addressed through careful planning, intensive guidance, and continuous teacher facilitation. Thus, the application of IBL with the World Café technique has proven effective in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in elementary schools.
The Effect of Local Complementary Feeding Based on Functional Foods on Improving the Nutritional Status of Stunted Children Wahyuni, Nur

Abstract

Stunting is a serious public health problem in Indonesia, affecting children's growth and development, especially in the first 1000 days of life. Adequate complementary feeding of breastfeeding is very important to improve the nutritional status of children who are stunted. This study aims to evaluate the effect of MP-ASI administration based on local functional foods on the nutritional status of stunted children. This research was conducted with a quasi-experimental design in rural and urban areas with a high prevalence of stunting. A total of 120 stunted children aged 6–24 months were randomly divided into two groups, namely the intervention group given MP-ASI based on local functional foods (tempeh, moringa leaves, and mung beans), and the control group given standard MP-ASI. Nutritional status was measured using Z-scores for weight by age (BB/U), height by age (TB/U), and body weight by height (BB/TB) before, after 1 month, and after 3 months of intervention. The results showed that the intervention group experienced significant improvements in nutritional status, with a greater increase in BB/U Z-score compared to the control group. The intervention group showed an average improvement in Z-score from -2.1 to -1.1 after 3 months, while the control group showed only a small improvement from -2.0 to -1.8. These findings show the effectiveness of MP-ASI based on local functional foods in improving the nutritional status of stunted children. In conclusion, this study shows that the provision of MP-ASI based on local functional foods can significantly improve the nutritional status of stunted children. This approach can be an effective strategy to address stunting, especially in resource-constrained areas, and provide valuable insights for the development of nutrition interventions in similar contexts

Abstract

Indonesia as a multicultural country faces serious challenges in managing diversity in the educational environment. Multicultural counseling is a key strategy to build cultural awareness, inclusivity, and student character. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of multicultural counseling in increasing cultural awareness, strengthening inclusivity, and supporting student character formation through systematic literature review. The PRISMA method was used in analyzing 948 articles from the Consensus, Semantic Scholar, PubMed, ERIC, and PsycINFO databases, with 50 relevant articles analyzed in depth. The results of the meta-analysis showed that multicultural counseling had a significant impact on cultural awareness (d = 0.78), inclusivity (d = 0.65), and tolerance (d = 0.71), with key success factors including counselor competence, school systemic support, and program duration. This research confirms the novelty in the form of a comprehensive evidence-based synthesis in the context of Indonesian education, while affirming its global relevance to the SDGs 4 agenda on inclusive education. Thus, multicultural counseling is not only theoretically important but also practical in realizing equitable, equitable, and socially equitable education

Abstract

The integration of the Pancasila Student Profile into mathematics learning is a strategic effort to foster character while improving students' academic competence. This study aims to describe the application of the Pancasila Student Profile values in project-based mathematics learning in the school environment. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews with teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that values such as mutual cooperation, critical reasoning, and independence can be internalized effectively through contextual and collaborative mathematics project activities. Project-based learning not only strengthens the understanding of mathematical concepts but also shapes students' attitudes and behaviors in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. These findings recommend the need to strengthen the role of teachers in designing integrative and student-centered learning projects.
