Abstract

The Deep Learning Curriculum, as the latest educational curriculum, focuses on the application of technology in classroom learning activities for school students, but not all teachers are proficient in its use and application. Therefore, this community service team aims to provide a solution to this problem by holding a workshop on creating historical video content for history teachers in Pemalang Regency. The method used consisted of four stages, namely: 1) observation and problem identification; 2) material preparation; 3) workshop implementation; 4) evaluation. The workshop was held offline at SMA Negeri 1 Bodeh, Pemalang Regency. In the workshop, participants were given an understanding of the local history of Pemalang, techniques for searching for historical sources digitally, types of historical documentary films, and techniques for making historical films based on video editing applications. The workshop results demonstrated that mastering the technological skills needed to create historical video content is crucial for history teachers. This can support the learning process and enhance students' digital literacy skills. Teachers' understanding of historical video content creation technology improved after participating in the workshop. This workshop supports the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education's program to improve understanding and skills in using technology.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to identify the local wisdom values ​​of Sanghyang Siksakandang Karesian relevant to history learning. To achieve the stated objective, the investigation included using qualitative methods with a single case study, and data were collected using observation, interviews, and document reviews. Furthermore, the obtained data was analyzed using an interactive model consisting of phases: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that (1) the local wisdom values ​​of Sanghyang Siksakandang Karesian included dasakerta, Dasaperbakti, people's behavior (hulun), and complementary actions. Dasakerta is a guideline for human sensory behavior in daily life. Dasaperbakti describes the social hierarchy that requires legitimacy. While Panimbuh ning twah shows complementary rules in society, (2) History learning based on local wisdom values of Sanghyang Siksakandang Karesian is carried out through contextual learning by introducing and providing an understanding of Kagaluhan values to students to be applied in everyday life. This research can improve the understanding of local history and the character of students who are more rooted and culturally responsive, and strengthen the character of students. However, limited curriculum, learning resources, and teacher understanding are challenges. This study contributes to the literature gap by offering a local wisdom-based history learning model. The implication of this study emphasizes the importance of policy support to accommodate local history in the high school education curriculum for character building. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nila kearifan lokal Sanghyang Siksakandang Karesian dan nilai-nilai yang relevan untuk pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus tunggal. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data model interaktif yang melalui tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Sanghyang Siksakandang Karesian meliputi dasakerta; Dasaperbakti; perilaku rakyat (hulun); dan pelengkap perbuatan (Panimbuh ning twah). Dasakerta merupakan pedoman perilaku indra manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dasaperbakti menggambarkan hirarki sosial dalam masyarakat yang membutuhkan legitimasi. Sedangkan Panimbuh ning twah  menunjukkan aturan pelengkap dalam masyarakat (2) Pembelajaran Sejarah yang berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Sanghyang Siksakandang Karesian dilakukan melalui pembelajaran kontekstual dengan mengenalkan dan memberikan pemahaman nilai-nilai Kagaluhan pada peserta didik untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman sejarah lokal dan karakter peserta didik yang lebih mengakar dan tanggap budaya, serta memperkuat karakter peserta didik. Namun, keterbatasan kurikulum, sumber belajar, dan pemahaman guru menjadi tantangan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap kesenjangan literatur dengan menawarkan model pembelajaran sejarah berbasis kearifan local. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan kebijakan untuk mengakomodasi sejarah lokal dalam kurikulum Pendidikan sekolah menengah atas untuk pembentukan karakter.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the dynamics of Muslim adolescents in Soditan Village constructing their views and attitudes toward Chinese cultural practices, particularly the Kirab Kimsin Makco, Sembahyang Rebutan, and Barongsai, through a qualitative phenomenological approach. The analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results show that adolescents' understanding is not singular, but rather formed from direct experience, family dialogue, advice from religious leaders, and historical narratives of cultural figures. Their interactions with Chinese culture are directed. They participate as spectators, volunteers, or supporters of events, but consistently maintain the boundary between social participation and the realm of religious ritual. Ultimately, the resulting social construction reflects a pattern of active tolerance, where religious identity is maintained without creating social distance from the Chinese community. These findings suggest that harmony in Soditan is not a spontaneous outcome, but rather the product of value negotiations between families, religious institutions, and cultural authorities that are continuously reproduced in the daily lives of adolescents.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology in the globalization era has significantly influenced teenagers' social interactions, particularly students at SMA Negeri 4 Cirebon. The widespread use of social media and digital platforms presents challenges in fostering social ethics among students. This study aims to develop an effective model for social ethics formation through Social Sciences (IPS) learning and to analyze the role of learning methods such as class discussions and experiential projects in integrating social ethical values ​​into students' daily lives. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations and in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and school administrators. Findings reveal that a collaborative approach between teachers and students, supported by the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Program (P5/P5 Student Profile Strengthening Program), effectively promotes social ethical values. Among the methods, project-based learning and class discussions are most effective in instilling tolerance, empathy, and social responsibility. This research contributes novelty by integrating social ethics within formal education, offering practical insights for character education strategies applicable to educators and policymakers.

Abstract

This study is a literature review that analyzes previous research on the development of Augmented Reality (AR)-based E-Modules in science learning (IPA) at the elementary school level, with a focus on enhancing students’ critical thinking skills. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA protocol. Articles were collected from databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, and ScienceDirect, using inclusion criteria that included publications from 2020 to 2025, written in Indonesian or English, and discussing the development or implementation of AR-based E-Modules in elementary education. From a total of 413 identified articles, 35 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed further. The findings indicate that AR-based E-Modules consistently improve learning engagement, conceptual understanding in science, and students’ critical thinking skills through interactive visualization and immersive learning experiences. Moreover, integrating AR in E-Modules supports deep learning and student-centered learning approaches. The review suggests that future development of AR-based E-Modules should emphasize interactivity, usability, and alignment with the national curriculum to maximize their potential in fostering critical thinking among elementary school students.

Abstract

Desa Sidorahayu, Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang menghadapi permasalahan pengelolaan sampah organik rumah tangga yang belum optimal, khususnya limbah kulit buah dan sayuran yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah sampah menjadi produk bernilai guna menjadi permasalahan krusial yang memerlukan solusi aplikatif dan berkelanjutan. Program ini menawarkan penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) berupa inovasi eco enzim sebagai solusi pengelolaan sampah organik sekaligus upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan produksi dan pemanfaatan eco enzim hingga tingkat dusun. Mahasiswa KKN Tematik berbobot 4 SKS dilibatkan sebagai fasilitator untuk mempercepat transfer pengetahuan dan meningkatkan partisipasi warga. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan semakin menegaskan efektivitas program, dengan 90% peserta menilai proses pembuatan eco enzim sangat mudah dan 88% menyatakan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat, hal ini menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang sangat baik sekaligus mengindikasikan peluang keberlanjutan program di tingkat komunitas. Selain itu, terbentuk kelompok warga pengelola eco enzim yang mulai memanfaatkan produk untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga dan kebersihan lingkungan. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi eco enzim efektif sebagai pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah organik secara berkelanjutan.
