Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of inclusive curriculum standards in promoting educational equity in Indonesia, identify strategies to enhance educational accessibility for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly in the context of content standards, and investigate the challenges in developing inclusive curricula. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the study analyzes 50 scholarly articles from reputable academic databases, including Google Scholar, Web of Science (WoS), and Lens. The findings indicate that inclusive education aspires to provide equitable access to education for all children, including those with special educational needs, with the goal of optimizing each student's potential and fostering a more tolerant and inclusive society. In Indonesia, inclusive education is supported by a range of policies that offer a legal foundation for its implementation. Several strategies have been adopted to improve accessibility to quality education for students with special needs, including the development of inclusive curriculum standards, inter-sectoral collaboration, and efforts to improve infrastructure and teacher capacity. Nevertheless, the implementation of inclusive curricula continues to face significant challenges, such as inadequate facilities, limited teacher training, persistent social stigma, and difficulties in tailoring curricula to meet the diverse needs of learners. The success of inclusive education depends on largely on the collaborative commitment of key stakeholders, government bodies, educational institutions, communities, and families, to cultivate a truly inclusive learning environment. This study underscores the critical importance of shared responsibility and sustained engagement in overcoming these barriers to achieve equitable and inclusive education for all children in Indonesia.

Abstract

This governance framework is designed to strengthen school resilience. As the world grows increasingly complex and unstable, existing challenges are exacerbated and new ones emerge, including academic schedule disruptions, financial constraints, and sociocultural or environmental crises. A school's ability to endure challenges and adapt to changing conditions is arguably one of the most critical governance principles at this stage. We argue that a strong governance framework that prioritizes transparency, accountability, stakeholder participation, and leadership competence is key to fostering resilience. This conceptual paper examines organizational resilience alongside educational leadership to assess a school’s capacity for prevention, responsiveness, adaptability, and transformation when facing adversity. The article emphasizes key governance approaches such as stakeholder engagement, policy formulation, resource allocation, and the cultivation of an organizational culture that enables schools to withstand all stages of difficulty. The central premise is that promoting educational governance principles goes beyond mere administrative compliance and requires strategic planning to ensure educational institutions are proactive in addressing current issues while maintaining relevance for students and communities.

Abstract

Reservoirs are artificial containers formed as a result of the construction of dams, with the benefit of storing water on a large scale, and the reservoir water comes from dammed rivers. Many reservoirs are built in Indonesia because the rivers have excess water during the rainy season and have a small water discharge during the dry season. This research discusses the construction of the Gajah Mungkur multipurpose reservoir in Wonogiri, analyzed in terms of impacts and changes that occurred, therefore it was taken that the years 1972-1974 were the years before the construction of the reservoir, then 1974-1981 was the construction period, and to see the changes range from 1981 to 1992. The research method used in this paper is the historical research method. The construction of this multi-purpose reservoir has made the people of Wonogiri feel a change in the environment where previously it was very difficult in the agricultural sector to get fertile land and lots of water. As for the social aspect of society, it certainly brings changes in the population, namely that some residents take part in the village bedhol transmigration to improve their fate.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing tourism industry, efficient data management is crucial for strategic decision-making. This study focuses on the design and implementation of a data warehouse to optimize the monitoring dashboard for hotel bookings on an application X, an online hotel booking platform, a product of PT. XYZ. Along with the increase in volume and complexity of booking transaction data, there is an urgent need for an efficient data management system that can provide insights quickly and accurately. To address this, the study uses Kimball's Nine-Step Methodology and implements a star schema, which simplifies complex data relationships and improves query performance. The ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process is applied to ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data from operational systems into the data warehouse, thereby guaranteeing consistency and accuracy for analysis. Tools such as SQL Server Management Studio 2022, Visual Studio 2019, and SQL programming were used to develop the data warehouse and the star schema. The results of the study show that the star schema, with a central fact table and surrounding dimension tables, effectively optimizes data processing and query speed. The system is scalable, allowing for future expansion without significant changes, and provides a robust platform for business intelligence. Recommendations include developing dimension analysis, optimizing the ETL process, and integrating predictive analytics to enhance decision-making. Overall, this study provides a structured data warehouse design that significantly improves PT. XYZ's ability to process, analyze, and visualize hotel booking data for strategic decision-making. Abstract

With the rapid growth of the tourism industry, particularly within the hotel and airline sectors, understanding customer behavior and segmentation has become crucial for driving strategic decisions. However, customer segmentation in these sectors often faces challenges due to the complexity of transactional data and varying service demands. This study addresses these challenges by designing a data warehouse using a Star Schema architecture, aimed at integrating hotel and airline booking data from 2023 to 2024. The methodology follows the Nine-Step Kimball approach, coupled with the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process, to transform transactional data from OLTP systems into a format suitable for Online Analytical Processing (OLAP). The data warehouse features fact and dimension tables that support in-depth analysis of customer segments, booking trends, and performance across service categories and time periods. Key findings show that the data warehouse significantly improves the ability to segment customers based on booking behavior, seasonality, and service preferences, leading to more effective decision-making. This integrated system provides a robust foundation for data-driven strategies, allowing businesses in the tourism industry to optimize customer targeting, improve service offerings, and enhance operational efficiency. Abstract

The main problem in basic education in Indonesia is the decline in understanding and appreciation of the culture of the archipelago. The tide of globalization, technological developments, and the dominance of foreign popular culture have caused local values to be increasingly marginalized, resulting in students having little knowledge of their national identity. This study aims to analyze trends in research on the culture of the archipelago in Indonesian elementary schools during the period 2020–2025, focusing on dominant themes, keyword connections, and their developmental dynamics. The analysis is expected to identify research gaps and provide recommendations for study directions relevant to culture-based education. The research method uses bibliometric analysis with the help of VOSviewer software. The data is visualized through three approaches, namely network visualization to map the connections between keywords, overlay visualization to see time trends, and density visualization to measure the intensity of research themes. The results show that the main topics include character education, cultural values, local wisdom, strengthening character, and revolution 4. The keyword “cultural” plays an important role, while “local wisdom” and “revolution 4” are increasingly dominant. This study provides a comprehensive map of the direction of research on the culture of the Indonesian archipelago and emphasizes the importance of integrating cultural values into the elementary school curriculum.

Abstract

This study presents the first comprehensive Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the integration of Serang culture into elementary school education during the 2020–2025 period. Twenty relevant studies were identified from databases such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and institutional repositories. The findings indicate that Serang cultural elements—such as debus, rudat, the Serang–Banten dialect, and marhabanan—have been incorporated through local content curricula, extracurricular programs, and thematic learning. These integrations help preserve local wisdom while enhancing students’ character, cultural identity, and literacy in alignment with the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Successful implementation depends on teacher creativity, community involvement, and government support, supported by digital and contextual learning media like culture-based e-modules and E-LKPD. Nevertheless, challenges persist, including limited standardized materials, uneven teacher competencies, and the absence of long-term evaluation. Overall, this review highlights the potential of Serang culture integration as a sustainable model for strengthening holistic, character-based education in Indonesian elementary schools.

AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic has caused a shift in the form of communication between individuals and between groups. Oral communication between individuals is carried out with the help of online technology. Various online video conferencing technologies have been developed, such as Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc. With the use of this technology, users can interact with each other visually and verbally.  Generally, video conference participants can easily receive verbal signals from the speaker. However, a more complex analysis is required to interpret other signals such as visual signals from face, gesture, etc. This paper discusses an automatic emotion identification system of video conferencing participants. The developed system can be applied to all types of video conference technology, both recorded or live versions, The developed application can be used for general purpose, such as in group meetings, lectures, webinars, and other types of meetings. In the experiments, four classes of human emotion are examined, such as neutral, happy, angry, and sad. The system detects facial areas in video frames using the Viola-Jones algorithm and identifies the emotions on the detected faces using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with the VGG-16 architecture. The experimental results show that the proposed system is able to automatically detect facial areas with an accuracy of 93.15% and identify emotions from the detected faces with an accuracy of 88.39% for training data and 70.17% for test data.
