Abstract

Waste management is still a major topic in environmental issues because the growth in waste production is much higher than its utilization. Moreover, population growth in Indonesia continues and causes the amount of waste increasing continues. One of the very large amounts of waste is organic waste which is the remains of vegetables or fruits. Organic waste can be processed into several useful products, such as eco-enzyme, bath soap, fertilizer, and others. This service activity aims to improve participants' abilities in processing organic waste. The activities consists of two stages, namely counselling about awareness of shorting waste and training in processing organic waste into eco enzymes. The training participants were members of the Dasawisma XI, Banyuraden Village, totaling 24 people. After the activity, the participants are motivated to can start processing their own organic waste and produce eco enzyme. This activity is also expected to be an initial activity for the initiation of a waste bank.

Abstract

The enforcement of law is an integral aspect of the legal system's functioning, and it is often criticized with phrases like "no viral, no justice" or "law is sharp downwards, blunt upwards." In this context, how does the philosophy of law play a role in upholding the integrity of law enforcement, and how can a legal enforcement system be grounded in the rationality of legal philosophy. This type of research is normative with a conceptual approach based on secondary data. Secondary data is obtained through literature review and then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the analysis, it is found that the role of legal philosophy in maintaining the integrity of law enforcement involves guiding law enforcers to work effectively, respect, follow, and consistently apply rules to create balanced relationships by providing rights to everyone through fair and proportional procedures. A legal enforcement system based on the rationality of legal philosophy would involve:  Methodical Enforcement: Law enforcement. is conducted in a structured and systematic manner. Systematic Enforcement: Law enforcement follows a structured process. Coherent Enforcement: Law enforcement is logically consistent. Rational Enforcement: Law enforcement is based on reason rather than emotion. Comprehensive Enforcement: Law enforcement addresses all relevant aspects comprehensively. Radical Enforcement: Law enforcement applies thoroughly and decisively. Universal Enforcement: Law enforcement is applied universally, ensuring that it is fair and equal for all. This research confirms that a strong and integrated legal philosophy position in the law enforcement system is the key to maintaining and enhancing the dignity of the law itself. This requires commitment from all legal stakeholders to continue to apply and develop the principles of legal philosophy in every aspect of law enforcement.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2018 – 2022 will cause a decrease and increase in regional tax revenues, resulting in potential fluctuations in the level of effectiveness and tax contribution of a region. This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness and contribution of taxes in conditions before the pandemic, during the pandemic and after the pandemic. This research uses original regional income data and the realization of Madiun City regional taxes obtained directly from the Madiun City Revenue Agency. The data collection method is secondary data observation, using quantitative data so that researchers can make an analysis of the effectiveness and contribution of local taxes to Madiun City's local revenue. According to the research results, it can be seen that the effectiveness level of Madiun City is in the very effective category because the average value of effectiveness exceeds 100%, namely 111.67%. Madiun City's regional tax contribution is in the quite good category because it only gets an average value of 36.54% and this means that the majority of Madiun City's original regional income does not come from regional taxes but from other legitimate income such as asset sales and investments

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between financial inclusion and monetary policy in nine selected ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries during 2010-2019. To answer the objective of this study, the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) is used to analyze the effect of financial inclusion on inflation as a proxy of monetary policy effectiveness. In addition, the causality between financial inclusion and monetary policy is also examined in this study. The data used are panels data and collected through secondary sources. The multidimensional approach of IFI (index of financial inclusion) is constructed to represent a comprehensive financial inclusion measurement. The results showed that financial inclusion had a negative effect on inflation in the long-term and short-term; it indicates that an increase in financial inclusion will lower inflation which eventually increases the effectiveness of monetary policy in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. Moreover, a causality exists between financial inclusion indicators and monetary policy in selected ASEAN countries. This study concludes that financial inclusion through access and usage of financial services improves the efficiency of monetary policy in nine selected ASEAN countries in controlling inflation. This study suggests that monetary authorities must emphasize the link between financial inclusion and monetary policy objectives. Advanced financial inclusion can help policymakers formulate and implement monetary policies contributing to economic stability and sustainable growth.

Abstract

There are generally two types of tomatoes sold at Segiri Market, Samarinda City, namely local tomatoes and non-local tomatoes. The two types of tomatoes have many differences, including prices and stock in different markets. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in prices and stocks of local and non-local tomatoes at the distributor level of Segiri Market, Samarinda City. This research was conducted for 12 weeks starting from September 2022 to November 2022. The data needed is primary data and secondary data with purposive sampling of 11 respondents, namely 4 respondents are local tomato distributors and 7 respondents are non-local tomato distributors. To find out the marketing channels for local tomatoes and non-local tomatoes at the Segiri Market distributor level, Sanarinda City, the snowball sampling method was used. Meanwhile, to find out the difference in price and stock of local and non-local tomatoes, an independent sample t-test can be used. The results of this study stated that the average price of local and non-local tomatoes had differences. Although based on the average price of local and non-local tomatoes had differences, when the sample t test was carried out for the selling prices of local and non-local tomatoes, it was known that the sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.193 0.05. So, according to the basis of decision making on the independent sample t test, it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The sample t test for the purchase price of local and non-local tomatoes is known to have a sig value. (2-tailed) as much as 0.154 0.05. So, according to the basis of decision making in the independent sample t test, it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Thus it can be determined based on the t test that there is no significant difference between the prices of local and non-local tomatoes. The amount of stock of local and non-local tomatoes also differs based on the average number of stocks. After testing the sample t test, it is known that the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.002 0.05. So, as the basis for decision making on the independent sample t test, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the number of local and non-local tomato stocks

Abstract

Teachers as professional educators play a crucial role in efforts to educate the life of the Indonesian nation. Increasing the level of criminalization of teachers, due to the act of reporting teachers to the Police in certain cases when teachers are carrying out duties. This study aims to determine and analyze legal protection for teachers in instilling student discipline values from the threat of criminalization and analyze efforts to optimize teacher legal protection from the threat of criminalization in instilling student discipline. The urgency of this study is to see from the perspective of the case of teachers who are suspected of committing criminal acts, teachers as educators in carrying out professional duties are suspected of violating the law or suspected of committing criminal acts, where teachers in that case are carrying out their profession and in this study it is important to do because it is to provide understanding, especially teachers in carrying out their profession when faced with a legal problem. The research used data collection methods, namely mixed methods. Qualitative includes an interview guide for resource persons containing a list of questions or topics to be discussed in the interview. Quantitative is collecting and analyzing data based on numbers and numerical measurements. This approach aims to describe, explain, and test relationships between variables using statistical analysis. The results showed that teachers in carrying out their professional duties have not received maximum legal protection. The final results show that given the large number of cases involving teachers having to deal with the law, this needs to be handled seriously in protecting teachers' laws from the threat of criminalization in carrying out their professional duties and instilling discipline in students.

Abstract

Sumur Uji Pemboran BWS-H01 memiliki total of depth (TOD) 451 m dan Inklinasi 90o. Tujuan dari sumur uji ini untuk mengetahui penyebaran mineralisasi secara horizontal, setelah dilakukan pemetaan untuk mengetahui vertikal. Salah satu metode analisis spektral mineral adalah dengan menggunakan Portable Infrared Mineral Analyzer (PIMA) untuk mengetahui mineral-mineral halus yang tidak dapat dideskripsi oleh analisis petrografi. Analisis PIMA dilakukan pada 55 buah conto batuan dan 32 buah conto batuan. Analisis PIMA yang dilakukan saling melengkapi dengan analisis petrografi. Analisis PIMA memberikan hasil analisis mineral lempung pada 55 conto batuan yaitu mineral illite, monmorilonit, kuarsa, serisit, kalsit, palygorskit, phegit, dikit, nakrit, alunit, diaspor, dan epidote. Analisis petrografi dan PIMA menunjukan empat zona mineralisasi yaitu zona Serisit-Kalsit-Kuarsa (Zona Filik), zona Klorit-Kalsit-Epidot (Zona Propilitik), Zona Kaolinit-Dickite-Illite- Monmorilonit- Kuarsa (Zona Argilik), dan zona kuarsa skunder (Zona Silisifikasi). Berdasarkan mineralogi mineral ubahan, penyebaran secara vertikal menunjukan system mineralisasi epitermal sulfida rendah dengan sisa epitermal sulfida tinggi

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan piala dunia sepakbola U-17 di Indonesia merupakan event bergengsi yang dilaksanakan di Indonesia, PSSI selaku penyelenggara melakukan promosi melalui media sosial. Media sosial merupakan media komunikasi untuk melakukan promosi produk ataupun jasa. Salah satu media sosial yang banyak penggunanya di Indonesia adalah Instagram (IG), akun IG yang resmi milik Persatuan Sepak Bola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI) adalah @pssi. akun IG @pssi melakukan penetrasi informasi ke masyarakat, promosi yang dilakukan oleh PSSI yaitu menggunakan tema acara trophy experience piala dunia U-17 sebagai konten utama, peneliti ingin mengetahui dan mengungkap makna trophy experience yang diusung oleh akun IG @pssi yang ditangkap oleh khalayak, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan studi interaksi simbolik. Pendekatan penelitian dari peneliti adalah kualitatif dan deskriptif, dimana peneliti memberikan gambaran menyeluruh bagaimana khalayak menangkap makna simbol trophy experience yang dipromosikan akun IG @pssi. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, analisis terhadap data melalui triangulasi sumber data, yaitu dengan memantau komentar khalayak dalam akun IG @pssi dan dicocokkan dengan keterangan informan sampai ditarik kesimpulan, dan reduksi data. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah trophy experience dipilih sebagai acara, dan trophy Piala Dunia sebagai ikon atau simbol. Makna interaksi simbolik yaitu publik ingin trophy experience diselengarakan di seluruh Indonesia tidak hanya di pulau jawa (Mind) dengan adanya trophy experience, selanjutnya mampu merefleksikan diri (Self)  kebanggaan sebagai negara penyelenggara dan peserta piala dunia U-17 dengan mendukung langsung di stadion, dan harapan publik pecinta sepakbola tanah air, supaya Indonesia Juara pada gelaran piala dunia U-17 di Indonesia (Society).

Abstract

This study was motivated by the failure of some formal educational institutions in Indonesia to apply the purpose of holistic Islamic education, resulting in the decadence of students’ morality. The evidence of students’ moral decadence is the high number of inter-student quarrels and the number of extramarital pregnancies in the last 8 years; that number is up 20 percent compared to the previous period. Holistic Islamic education should balance reason, morals, and physical students to produce intelligent graduates. Based on resourceful education, moral education, and physical education, this study discusses the implementation of holistic Islamic education purposes based on totally Muslim and truly intellectual in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program. Using a qualitative approach, this study traces the concept of educational objectives in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program and its implementation of education goals. The research period is limited to 2022, while the total number of informants is seven people. The data analysis uses content analysis methods such as data reduction, display, and conclusion. The data display uses domain analysis. The results of the study show that the three, that is, phase A (dhikr, thinking, and behavior), phase B (multidiscipline and multi-culture), and phase C (nobility, novelty, and solution) of implementations of holistic Islamic education purpose based on totally Muslim truly intellectual in the IAIN Ponorogo postgraduate program -, are relevant to the resourceful education, moral education, and physical education goals.

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan sumber utama pendapatan masyarakat desa Jonggrang yang sebagian besar lahannya adalah sawah. Sistem pertanian sawah di desa tersebut terbilang maju, sehingga hampir tidak ada kendala dalam pengoperasiannya. Maka dari itu, kami mengambil objek singkong yang merupakan bahan pangan yang dapat diolah menjadi olahan makanan ringan yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa Jonggrang. Dalam artikel ini kami menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui proses wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan narasumber yang terkait. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan bersama kelompok tani dan petani singkong, maka dilakukan nilai tambah ekonomi pada hasil panen singkong menjadi suatu produk baru di desa jonggrang yaitu mengubah singkong menjadi makanan ringan yanng dikemas menjadi gethuk krispi. Dalam melaksanakan praktek pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan di desa Jonggrang, kecamatan Barat, kabupaten Magetan yanng dilaksanakan dalam 1 bulan. Dengan adanya program pelatihan ini kami berharap dapat membantu memaksimalkan potensi singkong yang awalnya hanya dijual mentahan dan setelah melakukan program pelatihan masyarakat dapat menghasilkan produk olahan baru. Selain memberikan inovasi pengolahan singkong, kami juga menunjukkan cara pemasaran melalui sosial media dan marketplace berdasarkan syariat Islam.
