Abstract

Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan data dari puskesmas wua-wua jumlah penderita hipertensi dalam 3 tahun terakhir terus mengalami peningkatan yakni mulai tahun 2021 sebesar 670 kasus hingga tahun 2023 mengalami lonjakan drastis menjadi sebesar 4.296 kasus. Oleh karena itu penatalaksanaan hipertensi saat ini harus berfokus pada upaya dalam mengelola kondisi tekanan darah tinggi agar mencapai rentang normal/stabil untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Pengobatan hipertensi selain terapi farmakologi, terapi non farmakologi bisa dijadikan sebagai terapi pendukung dalam mengontrol tekanan darah seperti terapi murottal al-qur’an. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh terapi murottal al-qur’an terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja puskesmas wua-wua. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy eksperiment dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sebanyak 30 orang responden didapatkan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji wilcoxon digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang didapatkan.  Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan darah sistol sebelum dan setelah diberikan terapi murottal al-qur’an memiliki nilai p = 0,000 (p<0,05) dan tekanan darah diastol sebelum dan setelah diberikan terapi murottal al-qur’an memiliki nilai p = 0,000 (p<0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh terapi murottal al-qur’an terhadap penurunan tekanan darah penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja puskesmas wua-wua. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini telah menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terapi murottal al-qur’an terhadap penurunan tekanan darah. Diharapkan kepada pihak puskesmas wua-wua agar menganjurkan pada pasien hipertensi untuk melakukan terapi murottal al-qur’an sebagai terapi alternatif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah.

Abstract

Penyakit Ginjal Kronis (PGK) merupakan masalah kesehatan utama di seluruh dunia dengan insiden yang terus meningkat, sehingga memunculkan potensi epidemi. Prevalensi global PGK pada anak berkisar antara 15 hingga 74,7 kasus per juta anak. Upaya pencegahan PGK pada usia dewasa dapat dimulai sejak masa kanak-kanak. Peran serta orang dewasa sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendukung upaya preventif ini. Intervensi yang dilaksanakan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai penyakit ginjal kepada pemangku kepentingan di wilayah Desa Lempuing, pemberian edukasi tentang peningkatan kesehatan ginjal kepada anak dan keluarga, serta monitoring tindakan yang mendukung kesehatan ginjal di lingkungan rumah. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa banner, leaflet, buku saku, booklet, dan presentasi PowerPoint. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan kesadaran diri terhadap risiko Penyakit Ginjal Kronis. Pengetahuan kader, orang tua, dan anak meningkat melalui pelatihan tentang kesehatan ginjal dan pencegahan penyakit gagal ginjal. Selain itu, tingkat kemandirian anak dalam mencegah PGK juga mengalami peningkatan. Hasil pengukuran pengetahuan pada 108 anak yang telah menerima edukasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor pengetahuan sebesar 2,5 poin. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara edukasi dengan tingkat pengetahuan, dengan nilai p=0,00. Anak-anak diharapkan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh melalui pelatihan ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Perancangan ruang dalam atau yang biasa disebut desain interior bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah manusia dalam menciptakan tatanan ruang beserta elemen-elemen pendukungnya. Dalam menghasilkan desain interior yang tepat guna, banyak desainer yang kurang memperhatikan sisi artistik keindahan visual dalam desain dan hanya membuat desain secara standar sesuai dengan kebutuhan saja. Yang dianggap dapat mempengaruhi hal tersebut yaitu kurangnya pemahaman desainer tentang prinsip komposisi nirmana sebagai pengetahuan dasar dalam seni rupa yang dapat diterapkan dalam penataan ruang interior. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi antara pemahaman prinsip komposisi nirmana terhadap kemampuan desain interior. Menggunakan metode analisis systematic literature review, ditemukan bahwa nirmana merupakan dasar acuan dan pengetahuan tentang kepekaan dalam keindahan atau artistik secara visual.   Unsur visual yang berada dalam desain interior di antaranya adalah titik, garis, bidang dan ruang. Unsur-unsur tersebut perlu dirancang dengan prinsip seperti harmoni, kesatuan, keseimbangan, proporsi dan irama. Penggunaan dan cara penyusunan elemen desain interior yang tepat memberikan kesan emosional dan suasana kepada pengguna ruang. Memahami dan mampu menerapkan komposisi nirmana dapat memberi  pengaruh   yang  besar terhadap  kemampuan desain interior.

Abstract

Social media has become an essential medium for enhancing literacy. This study examines the role of visual literacy in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) content on the Instagram account @idemain_jab through a netnographic approach. The analysis reveals that visual elements such as contrasting colours, simple symbols, patterns, and animations are employed to simplify complex STEAM concepts. Each post combines visual aesthetics with simple educational narratives and expressive emojis to enhance understanding. Emerging themes include experimentation, child independence, art integration, visual effects, educational infographics, cultural symbolism, and safety. Active user engagement—through comments, likes, and reposts—demonstrates the effectiveness of visual literacy in fostering participation and knowledge exchange. Visual literacy not only improves comprehension and learning motivation but also strengthens community identity while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.   _______________________________________________________________________________   Media sosial kini menjadi sarana penting dalam meningkatkan literasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran literasi visual dalam konten STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) pada akun Instagram @idemain_jab menggunakan pendekatan netnografi. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa elemen visual seperti warna kontras, simbol sederhana, pola, dan animasi digunakan untuk menyederhanakan konsep STEAM yang kompleks. Setiap unggahan memadukan estetika visual dengan narasi edukatif berbahasa sederhana dan emoji ekspresif guna memperkuat pemahaman. Tema yang diangkat mencakup eksperimen, kemandirian anak, integrasi seni, efek visual, infografis edukatif, simbolisme budaya, dan keamanan. Interaksi aktif pengguna, seperti komentar dan repost, menunjukkan efektivitas visual dalam membangun partisipasi. Literasi visual tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi belajar, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas komunitas serta mengembangkan kreativitas, berpikir kritis, dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pemuda di Desa Kebobang, Kabupaten Malang, sebagai strategi pelestarian budaya lokal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, generasi muda menunjukkan kurangnya kepedulian terhadap warisan budaya serta minimnya keterampilan teknis dalam memanfaatkan media digital secara produktif. Observasi awal, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan merupakan tahapan dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kebobang.  Materi yang diberikan menekankan pada kearifan lokal, teknik produksi konten digital, dan penggunaan platform digital untuk publikasi.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan kemahiran peserta dalam memproduksi dan menyebarluaskan konten digital yang berkaitan dengan budaya lokal.  Program ini menunjukkan efektivitas literasi digital dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai budaya dan memperkuat rasa identitas generasi lokal.

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy is a significant and eagerly anticipated event within families, closely tied to the cultural values they uphold. As the primary support system for pregnant women, families influence key health behaviors, particularly nutrition and monitoring of fetal well-being. Health workers play a vital role in assisting pregnant women and their families to adapt cultural practices in support of maternal and fetal health.Aims: This study aims to enhance the role of health workers in optimizing maternal nutrition and monitoring fetal well-being through the implementation of a culturally sensitive Family Maternal-Neonatal Education (EMN) model. The specific objective is to empower community health volunteers (cadres) to improve maternal nutrition and monitor fetal well-being effectively.Methods: The implementation adopted a Community Nursing Approach and utilized Community Development (CD) strategies. Cadres participated in persuasive and educational training programs tailored to cultural contexts. These sessions focused on key competencies in maternal nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as techniques for monitoring fetal well-being.Result: Following the training, cadres showed a significant improvement in knowledge related to maternal nutrition and breastfeeding, with an average increase of 10 points in knowledge assessment scores. This improvement supports broader efforts to reduce maternal and infant mortality and prevent stunting in children.Conclusion: Continuous training using a culturally based EMN model is necessary to further strengthen cadre competencies in supporting maternal nutrition and fetal well-being. This approach contributes to sustainable improvements in maternal and neonatal health outcomes within culturally diverse communities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of investment, inflation, number of workers, export value, and number of internet users on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia. The data population used in this research is the creative industry subsector of Application and Game Developers in Indonesia in 2011-2015. The analysis method used is the multiple regression analysis method with the EViews program. The results of the research show that investment, number of workers, export value and number of internet users have a significant influence on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia, while inflation does not have a significant influence on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia . subsector of the creative application industry and game developers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is an effort to adapt the learning process to the learning needs of each student. Education in Indonesia, through the independent curriculum, is starting to introduce a lot of student-oriented learning. So there needs to be an appropriate learning approach that can be applied to learning activities. So the aim of this research is to evaluate previous scientific research articles related to differentiated learning in elementary schools (SD). In order to examine the usefulness of the differentiated learning approach in elementary schools (SD). In this article, the research method used is a literature review. The research data used are articles published within the last 5 years, namely between 2019 and 2023. As well as at the elementary school (SD) education level. This research stage was carried out by searching the literature with the keyword "Differentiated Learning" with findings of 6,280 articles. Then data selection was based on criteria according to the year of publication and research topic, namely differentiated learning at elementary school (SD) level, where 16 articles were obtained. Next, analyze the data as well as interpret and write the results and conclusions of the data analysis. Based on the results of the literature review analysis, it can be concluded that teachers can implement differentiated learning in the classroom well by providing a good understanding of differentiated learning. Then the benefit of implementing differentiated learning is that it can facilitate the diversity of students' learning needs based on learning styles. The application of differentiated learning has the potential to improve students' academic achievement and interest in learning. The application of differentiated learning in the classroom can also improve 21st century skills and support the implementation of independent learning.

Abstract

Appreciation, innovation, and the competencies of knowledge and skills in learning are components that cannot be separated in both early education (Kindergarten-Elementary) and secondary education (Junior-High School). Unfortunately, educators have faced difficulties in finding a learning model that can simultaneously facilitate both knowledge and skills within a unified learning experience. The STEAM concept, which encompasses the principles of practice- and project-based learning, still requires reevaluation to be effectively integrated with the distinctive features of learning at both early and secondary education levels. This research aims to develop an integrative, holistic learning model to enhance knowledge and skill competencies based on STEAM simultaneously. This R&D study was conducted in six steps : (1) needs analysis, (2) literature review, (3) planning and development of the initial model, (4) pilot testing, (5) revision of the main model and field testing, and (6) final model revision. The study resulted in a learning model called CiptaSTEAM with the following steps: 1) Analyse, 2) Sketch/Design, 3) Select media, 4) Test sketch/design, 5) Revise work/product, 6) Presentation, 7) Evaluation. The learning syntax has been proven to be applicable in early education (Elementary). Overall, the integrative holistic learning model has been effective in increasing students' engagement and enthusiasm for learning in a 3rd-grade elementary classroom.

Abstract

The use of chemical-based fertilizer continuously without addition of organic matter may have hazardous effects on the environment. Numerous studies have shown that chemical-based fertilizers may disrupt the balance of soil properties, including physical, chemical, and biological properties. Bio-organic fertilizers have become one of the alternative answers to oil palm sustainability and a replacement for chemical-based fertilizers to promote and provide a better service to the soil and environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of application of biofertilizers combined with different dosages of organic matter (bio-organic fertilizers), i.e. 0 kg tree-1, 6 kg tree-1, and 12 kg tree-1, respectively. The study was conducted in Cikabayan Experimental Oil Palm Plantation, Bogor, West Java with 12 year-old-plant oil palm, from May to November 2023. The study showed an increase in the population density of the soil organisms after application of bio-organic fertilizers, especially with the dose of 6 kg tree-1. The change in the soil fauna community structure was also observed in this study, where Collembola dominated the ecosystem after fertilization. These findings offer practical strategies to mitigate the negative impacts of traditional fertilizers. Moreover, the study highlights the role of bio-organic fertilizers in enhancing soil biodiversity by increasing the populations of beneficial soil organisms.
