Abstract

Abstract

Misyar marriage is a marriage in which a wife is willing to give up part of her rights and live separately from her husband. The scholars' differed in their opinion regarding the law of performing misyar, but what is more important to discuss is how the concept of rights and obligations of husband and wife can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the couple’s rights concept and obligations in misyar. Through a qualitative literature review, this study examines the validity of misyar according to the scholars and the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husband and wife using an interdisciplinary approach. Misyar is still said to be valid if the conditions and harmonious marriage are fulfilled, as for the cancellation of some of the rights required or permitted by one of the partners does not make this marriage haram, but some scholars call it makruh and even prohibit it, because it will bring harm to the wife and not fulfill the rights and obligations. Misyar seems as if the goal is only to fulfill lust and forget the main purpose of marriage which is essential to achieve a safe family.

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 revolution, characterized by the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence and automation, has fundamentally transformed quality inspection processes in manufacturing sectors. Nevertheless, the leather tanning industry continues to rely on conventional visual inspection methods conducted by human operators, which are inherently susceptible to subjectivity, inter-operator variability, and inconsistent outcomes. This study proposes an integrated deep learning framework utilizing the NasNet-Large architecture combined with Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations (LIME) to automate objective defect detection and quality classification of pickled leather. The research employs a digital image dataset comprising four distinct leather grade categories, each annotated with expert-validated ground truth labels and professional interpretations. Experimental results demonstrate consistent model performance with 75% accuracy in both training and validation phases while achieving improved testing accuracy of 79%. LIME-based interpretability analysis reveals significant spatial convergence between model-identified defect regions and expert-annotated ground truth references. These findings indicate that the developed model exhibits remarkable competence in replicating professional leather quality inspection capabilities. The proposed approach not only enhances inspection efficiency by reducing human-dependent errors but also provides transparent decision-making interpretability - a critical requirement for reliable AI implementation in industrial applications. This research contributes to the advancement of explainable AI systems in material quality assessment, offering methodological innovation and practical implementation value for the leather manufacturing sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of creativity and challenges on the management strategies of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operated by Generation Z in Medan City. As digital natives, Generation Z is recognized for their innovative mindset, technological adaptability, and potential as future entrepreneurs. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 36 Gen Z MSME actors. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all research instruments were both valid and reliable. The findings reveal that creativity and challenges simultaneously have a significant impact on MSME management strategies. Partially, creativity shows a significant influence, highlighting the importance of innovative thinking in product development, marketing, and branding. However, challenges emerge as the more dominant factor, reflecting Gen Z’s resilience and adaptability in navigating market competition, limited capital, and evolving consumer expectations. These results suggest that successful MSME management by Gen Z relies not only on creativity but also on the ability to transform challenges into strategic opportunities. The study concludes by recommending the enhancement of Gen Z’s entrepreneurial competencies through targeted training programs that foster creativity and equip them with tools to respond to dynamic business environments.

Abstract

Sustainable agricultural management is very important in facing climate change and natural resource degradation. Carbon footprint as a carbon emission measurement tool can help reduce the environmental impact of farming activities, especially in greenhouse management. This study aims to develop a carbon footprint-based smart eco-retail model to build sustainable greenhouse management while developing agricultural skills for inmates at Ngajum Malang Prison. Smart eco retail is a retail concept that integrates digital technology with environmentally friendly principles to support efficient and sustainable distribution of agricultural products. This model prioritizes carbon footprint measurement and management as an effort to reduce carbon emissions throughout the production and distribution chain. In addition to environmental aspects, this model also focuses on empowering inmates through modern agricultural skills training that supports the principle of sustainability. The research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation at Ngajum Prison. Training and implementation of the model involved the active participation of inmates as the main subjects. The results of the study indicate that carbon footprint-based smart eco retail can create more environmentally friendly and efficient greenhouse management. Inmates have succeeded in improving agricultural skills integrated with green technology. This model provides dual benefits, namely improving the quality of farm products and social empowerment of residents. The study recommends the development of a broader model with the integration of more advanced digital technology to optimize greenhouse management in various institutions.

Abstract

Sustainable agriculture currently faces many challenges, including the weak bargaining position of premium fruit farmers, limited direct market access, and a lack of innovative agricultural tourism innovation. On the other hand, the shift in public interest towards experience-based tourism and environmental issues has opened up new opportunities for integrating agrotourism with greenhouse-based practices. The purpose of this study is to investigate the strategy of strengthening premium fruit farmers by utilising the greenhouse-based fruit-picking tourism method, supported by digital technology and principles of the green economy. Quantitative descriptive methods were used to collect data in two locations, Kediri and Ponorogo, through observation, interviews, and statistical documentation. The number of tourist visitors, digital transactions, social media engagement, premium fruit sales volume, and garden harvest capacity, both before and after the program implementation, were the indicators analysed. All indicators have increased significantly, according to the research results. Tourists increased by 121.4% in Kediri and 94.4% in Ponorogo. These data show that the park-based tourism model not only increases the productivity and marketability of agricultural products but also creates a digital ecosystem that expands market access and strengthens farmer branding. The role of digital technology in this success story should inform the audience about its potential in the agricultural sector. Premium fruit sales volume increased by 68.6%, while audience engagement through social media increased by 246%, and garden harvest capacity increased by 84%. Therefore, this approach has proven effective in encouraging the transformation of farmers' roles into adaptive agro-digital entrepreneurs. This study recommends applying this model in other regions to foster inclusive and sustainable agriculture through the support of training, digital infrastructure, and multi-party cooperation.

Abstract

The regulation of Sharia Information Technology-Based Peer to Peer Financing Services (LPBBTI) is essential for its operational and supportive role in creating a prudent Sharia LPBBTI ecosystem. In July 2022, the Financial Services Authority issued a new regulation, Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 10/POJK.05/2022, which replaced the previous one. This research analyses the legal relationship, operational procedures, and protection of Sharia LPBBTI users under the latest regulation. The study applied normative juridical research and used relevant legal materials obtained through document studies. The findings reveal that POJK No. 10/2022 regulates the legal relationships between parties and protects service users but does not restrict the relationship between recipients and organisers of Sharia LPBBTI. Additionally, the regulation does not provide alternative dispute resolution mechanisms outside the court and only applies to licensed Sharia LPBBTI operators, leaving illegal operators outside its scope.Pengaturan Layanan Pembiayaan Bersama Berbasis Teknologi Informasi Syariah (LPBBTI) sangat signifikan sebagai pijakan operasional dan untuk mendukung ekosistem LPBBTI syariah yang prudent. Pada bulan Juli 2022, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menerbitkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No. 10/POJK.05/2022 yang menggantikan POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016.
