Abstract

This study attempts to predict the impact of framing in decisions that preceded the presence ofrisk information in the format of value at risk and sensitivity analysis, and also preliminary evidencein assessing the implementation of a predetermined standard. It was done experimentallywith the design of between-within-subject design and 2 (Format: VAR & SA) x 2 (Frame: Gain &Loss) factorial using 15 students of Master of Accounting program and PPAK program that actsas a participant in the experiment. The result showed that there are no differences in decisionsmade by participants if the information is presented in the form of value at risk or sensitivityanalysis. This suggests that participants did not give different weights to the format of risk reportsthat are presented, so it can be concluded that both the format of risk reports in this studydid not affect the investment decisions. Thus, companies can choose one of two formats to meetthe obligations of the risk statement presentation required by the IFRS No. 7. This study alsoprovides additional evidence that the individual decisions can be influenced by framing andproves that theory within the framework of Prospect Theory plays a role in investment decisions.

Abstract

As normatively stated in law regulation, in which existence of The Regional Representatives Council (DPRD)has main function to runs legislation function, budgeting function and supervision function. Among those threefunctions, supervision function is actually hold important and strategic in order to create clean and transparentgovernment to bring society welfare. Those function can be played by The Regional Representatives Councilthrough reposition its function in parallel with issues rise in society such as corruption, collution and nepotism.Surely that is not an easy one, since it is needed political commitment to maintain good ethic and good act, the willfrom all of Representative member and Political Party which placed their representative in The Regional RepresentativesCouncil to change and build good image and prove to the public as representative institution thatclean,open, especially related with fund and budget, organized value system through consistency of job andfunction,system running that support internal supervision, faction support to freedom of action of the memberwithoutblocked by political part policy that not pro-people, also reward giving for the representative memberwhodeserve. By looking on those factors, the functions of The Regional Representatives Council especiallysupervisionfunction will effectively take part in prevent corruption, collution and nepotism.

Abstract

At this time, plastic is a material that is needed by the public at large and the impactis also extraordinary after the plastic is used in daily life which can cause seriousproblems if the management is not done properly. The problem of plastic waste doesnot only occur in the city of Semarang, but also in other cities, so the Ministry ofEnvironment and Forestry has implemented a pay-for-use plastic bag program inthe short term. But this is only to deal with problems in the short term. In the longterm, it will not solve the problem of "plastic waste", because the policy actuallyencourages people to buy plastic that is of course will add a new burden to thepeople to buy it. The results showed that the compressive strength of a hollowconcrete brick (brick) with a model / type BN d.d. B1,0 there is a decrease in theaverage compressive strength. The highest at the addition of 0.10% withcompressive strength on average reached 35.21 kg / cm², in general the decreaseoccurred in the addition of plastic each different from 0.10% to 1.0% of the weightof sand with the lowest compressive strength of 21 , 16 kg / cm². Regressionequation obtained Y = - 0.119 X² + 0.008 X + 35.53 with a correlation value of R² =0.987, meaning that with the addition of plastic has a very strong influence oncompressive strength. So that it can be obtained an illustration that by addingplastic to the manufacture of hollow concrete brick (brick) can affect thecompressive strength decreases. Despite the decline, the quality of the brick is stillgood and above the lowest quality Level IV with compressive strength above 2.0MPa which may still be made with variations Plastic with a composition greaterthan 1% or comparative composition of Portland Cement (PC) with sand is mademore small (<1 PC: 7 Sand), with the hope that this Plastic waste can be utilizedoptimally.Kata kunci : plastic waste, brick making, waste utilization

Abstract

Every workplaces have always risk of accidents which need efforts to  prevention and control it doesnot happen. Occupational risks hazard identification is an early step that must be considered by the company. The purpose of the study is to determine the type of hazard, risk assessments based on sources hazard and risk assessment based on the types of hazards in the boiler division. Data collection on the identification and assessment of risks analyzed by HIRARC, evaluated and find the better solution to determined  and control hazards in the workplace so that the workplace safely. The result showed the sources of the dangers are charcoal dust, sparks, heat radiation, falls, pinched, charcoal sprinkle, noise, electric high pressure, explosion, fire, hot material, exposed to chemicals, inhaling chemicals, steam, leaks in drum steam, hot water, excess gas pressure and embers. The rate based on hazardsources in the boiler division has Extrim Risk levels (8%), High Risk (14%), Moderate Risk (35%) and Low Risk (43%). Risk assessment based on the type of hazard in the boiler division have risk levels ranging from high to the lowest score is the danger of Mechanical (25%), Electrical hazard (10%), chemical hazards (6%) and physical hazards (59%). Keywords: Hazard Identification; Work safety; Risks and HIRARC

Abstract

Hydrocarbon at ground level can be seen visually but this cannot produce accurate quantitative and qualitative values ​​in determining the total volume of the contaminated soil. Therefore a study is needed that can explain quantitatively and qualitatively on contaminated soil so as to facilitate handling and management. Geoelectricity is a quantitative method that can be used in determining soil surface conditions. Qualitatively, the composition of the soil can be proven by laboratory sampling to determine whether it is included in the category of hazardous and toxic waste (LB3) or not in accordance with Annex V contained in Government Regulation No.101 of 2014. This study focuses on the stages to identify their existence. hydrocarbon in the soil using a combination of geoelectric and grid sampling so as to get a more accurate volume of the indicated soil contamination. Whereas the limitation of this study is that it is carried out at a former B-mediation facility that is suspected of being contaminated. Based on the geoelectric studies that have been carried out, the volume of the soil surface that is suspected to be contaminated is 689 m3 (equivalent to 1,381 tons). Meanwhile, when using a combination of geoelectric data and grid sampling on the suspected area, the indicated volume of contamination was 594 m3 (equivalent to 1,190 tons). These results can be concluded that using a combination of geoelectric methods and grid sampling in identifying the presence of contamination on the soil surface can explain quantitatively and qualitatively the volume of contaminated soil with an accuracy of 115%.

Abstract

Fenomena fluidisasi merupakan peristiwa pengontakkan partikel-partikel padat dengan aliran fluida sehingga partikel memliki sifat seperti fluida. Fenomena fluidisasi yang terjadi dalam Circulating fluidized bed gasifier(CFBG) dipelajari dengan menggunakan metode Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) untuk mengetahui magnitudo kecepatan partikel dan fraksi volume partikel dalam kaitannya dengan diameter partikel dan ketinggian unggun. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan ANSYS Fluent dengan menggunakan media pasir silika jenis Geldart B (ρ=2650 kg/m3)dengan diameter partikel 175, 275 dan 375 mikron serta rasio ketinggian partikel dengan diameter unggun sebesar 1, 1,5 dan 2. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini berupa grafik magnitudo kecepatan partikel dan kontur fraksi volume partikel di dalam CFBG.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia inovatif sangat memperhatikan kompetensi dan hak-hak yang dimiliki siswa, sehingga dikatakan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia inovatif adalah pembelajaran bahasa yang humanis. Sehubungan dengan itu, tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah guru bahasa Indonesia harus dapat mewujudkan model pembelajaran inovatif agar pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia menjadi pembelajaran yang humanis. Pembelajaran inovatif adalah proses pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan meyakini bahwa siswa memiliki kompetensi. Dalam upaya mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber datanya adalah proses pembelajaran dengan model inovatif dan data penelitian berupa dampak pembelajaran terhadap kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pembelajaran dengan model inovatif siswa dapat belajar dengan aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif. Hal itu selaras dengan pembelajaran inovatif yang dilandasi oleh filsafat konstruktivisme. Hal itu dimaksudkan untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran inovatif di kelas agar proses pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa dan siswa memiliki kompetensi. Pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dilandasi oleh filsafat konstruktivisme. Konstruktivisme artinya bahwa siswa membangun pengetahuannya tentang dunia melalui sejumlah interaksi yang bermakna dengan lingkungan sosial budayanya. Hasil penelitian memiliki implikasi luas terhadap guru bahasa Indonesia di sekolah untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran bahasa Indoesia yang inovatif untuk selalu memberikan variasi dalam pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Abstract

The phenomenon of sirri marriage occurs in many communities, as if the community is permissive to the marriage. They believe that the marriage of sirri is legal according to local law and does not contradict the ethical value of society. This certainly requires a deep legal examination so as not to become a wrong view by the community. Therefore, in this paper, a juridical normative approach is used to analyze sirri farming. The results show that the marriage of Sirri is an illegitimate marriage in the perspective of Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974. Marriage sirri does not have an authentic deed, so someone who makes a marriage sirri will find it difficult to prove the occurrence of marriage.

Abstract

konomi Perempuan telah lama berada dalam posisi yang selalu dirugikan. Bukan hanya akibat tindak kejahatan yang kerap terjadi pada perempuan, tetapi juga karena diskriminasi ekonomi dan sosial yang lama mengakar kuat. Bahkan, perempuan seringkali tidak dianggap sebagai manusia, tetapi dianggap sebagai barang dan jasa yang bisa diperjualbelikan. Seiring dengan itu, harus diakui bahwa kultur yang tercipta di tengah masyarakat memang menempatkan perempuan sebagai makhluk kelas dua. Artinya, perempuan dianggap sebelah mata, baik dalam tatanan sosial, politik, pendidikan, maupun di tataran pemerintahan. Ironis sekali hal ini bisa terjadi di sebuah negara yang mengklaim sebagai negara demokrasi. Padahal, doktrin demokrasi adalah persamaan hak, keadilan, kesejahteraan, tanpa pandang bulu. Undang-Undang yang menaungi kepentingan serta memberi perlindungan kepada perempuan sebenarnya telah lama lahir. Tetapi, kultur di masyarakat tetap saja berlaku secara tidak adil dan selalu menempatkan perempuan berada dalam kasta yang paling bawah. Di sinilah diperlukan sebuah langkah serius dalam bentuk kulturalisasi nilai-nilai demokrasi dalam rangka menciptakan kultur ramah perempuan. Hal ini penting dilakukan karena sikap ramah perempuan tidak bisa hanya dipasrahkan kepada ketentuan undang-undang dan pemerintah, tetapi juga harus diperjuangan melalui proses budaya.
