The purpose of this research was to develop a reading and writing teaching material which was suitable for preschool students. The results of interview, questionnaire, and preliminary observation show that many state and private primary schools required prospective first-graders to possess the ability to read and write. The results also show that the prospective first graders in general do not have this ability. They only had the ability to recognize letters although they had completed education at TK (kindergarten) or PAUD (early childhood education program). Unsuprisingly, many TK/PAUD and tutoring teachers and parents looked for a textbook that can effectively assist teaching prospective grade-1 students to read and write. The research method used in this study was development research (RD) as highlighted by Sugiyono, with 10 steps. The research subjects were teaching and learning books on beginning reading and writing for elementary preschool students. In general, the book's principle refers to the iqro method, beginning with reading a picture, then introducing three productive letters/syllables. The three letters/ syllables are arranged into words (open syllables) followed by repetition exercises. Gradually, the next one-letter/syllable is then introduced into a word, which is then arranged into sentences, and so on. The next stage is to introduce closed letters/syllables and double letters, then to arrange them into words, and words into simple sentences. While learning to write, students begin to bold and copy letters/syllables, completing words and sentences, dictation, and answering questions/matching readings. The validators in the study consisted of two professors of linguistics/ elementary school, one from FKIP Unsri and the other from Malang State University. The textbook trial was conducted in three places, namely 1 TK/PAUD and 2 private educational institutions (Bimbel) for 1 month or 12 meetings (three times a week; one meeting:30 minutes). The results of the overall pilot test show students are able to identify and read letters/syllables, words, and simple sentences well. In writing, students can write letters/syllables, words, and sentences well. Keywords: textbooks, learning to read and write, elementary preschool students

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif yang bertujuan memecahkan problem diskriptif Diskripsi yang dimaksud adalah mengenai proses-proses perubahan dalam hubungan sosial kekeluargaan, komunitas, dan perkumpulan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode partisipan, sedangkan analisis dilakukan dengan menghubung-hubungkan fakta satu dengan lainnya yang diperoleh untuk mendapatkan gambaran umum proses perubahan dalam hubungan social tersebut di atas. Kerangka pemikiran dalam analisis didasarkan pada teori-teori modernisasi, terutama teori diferensiasi struktural dan diffusi sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya proses perubahan (diferensiasi struktural dan diffusi sosial) pada peran dan gaya hidup dalam hubungan sosial keluarga, komunitas dan perkumpulan. Perubahan itu ditandai (1) orang tua kehilangan fungsi tradisionalnya dalam melatih anak bekerja dan tidak intensifnya hubungan emosional yang berakibat merosotnya penganutan nilai-nilai moral (etika); (2) peran "orang tua" atau "tokoh" masyarakat dalam hubungan komunitas yang semakin menurun; dan (3) proses differensiasi dan diffusi yang kuat menuju pada pola hubungan sosial masyarakat kota, tetapi disisi lain terdapat semangat "in group feeling" (keprimordialan) sebagai bagian dan upaya mempertahankan nilai-nilai lama.

The provision of comprehensive financial information by the government institution is needed by the wider community to boost the effectiveness of the information to the society and government, and decision-making. This system produces information that is able to encourage the realization of a clean, transparent, and able government to respond to changing demands effectively. Therefore, the success of the information system if the users are successful in the model of acceptance of the systems and information technology and it would be improving their performance. This research aims to examine the acceptance of regional financial information systems in government using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and evidence of its influence on the performance. The study found 556 respondents who are civil servants in Lampung Province. The finding using SEM analysis shows that all constructs have an effect in conformity with the concept of TAM in a government institution. This study reveals that all variables which include the model of TAM theory have a positive impact on the user's performance. It also improves the effectiveness of the information system within the government institution, especially the implementation of the financial management information system.

A company often has difficulty in controlling raw materials,it could be surplus or minus. Preventing these problem,we made a problem solving. Material needs planning is made for efficient and effective materials application in the execution of work, so the problems because of material is avoided.this research purpose is planning and controlling raw material and supplier selection by Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Material Requirement Planning is a method for determining materials or components which make or buy, how much it is needed and when it is needed. The result using the calculation by MRP method show Fix Period Requirement (FPR) is the best method, because the calculation of Fix Period Requirement method got the lowest total cost that is Rp.18,722,190,090, -.FPR is obtained a profit about Rp. 6.096.088.915,00 or about 25% more efficient than the method applied company.

This research was aimed to test the influence of incentive contract framing (framing effect) and class action (certainty effect) to financial reporting decision. Beside that, this research also investigated the interaction influence between framing effect and certainty effect. This research used laboratorium experiment design 2x2 between subjects. Experiment subjects were business students (MM and Maksi) Gadjah Mada University who were acted as management (CFO) with certain criteria. Research results showed that there was an influence of incentive contract framing and class action (litigation) to management’s (CFO) financial reporting decision. Subjects who were the insentive contract framed positively, tended to prepare more conservative financial statement. Vice versa, subjects who were the incentive contract framed negatively, tended to become risk taker, so that management (financial director) tended to prepare less conservative financial statement. But, the interaction result between incentive contract framing variable with class action (litigation) showed insignificant result. measurement problems are thought to affect these insignificant. Future studies are expected to give more attention to these problems.

The magnetic method use to determine the subsurface structure based on variations in the magnetic field on the earth's surface. interpretation of subsurface structures based on magnetic data includes parameters of depth, size, and magnetic susceptibility that can be obtained through modelling. The modelling carried out in this study includes forward modelling and inversion modelling for various parameters and also inversion modeling on WDMAM magnetic data in the Ijen area. Forward modelling results show that the value of the total magnetic field will be increase if the depth distance of the source of the anomaly is smaller, the susceptibility is greater, and the size of the anomalous object is getting bigger. Meanwhile, the results of the inversion modeling of synthetic data show a fairly good match between the subsurface structure and the initial synthetic model. The results of inversion modeling on WDMAM data in the Ijen area with coordinate boundaries 8˚30'- 8˚39' S and 113˚30' - 114˚30' E show the subsurface structure in the form of prism blocks with susceptibility dominated by mimeral magnetite, ilmenite , and pyrotite rocks at varying depths.

Development of a standard instrument for assessing performance in singing folk songs with the help of android is a development research with four problem formulations.The research method uses a research and development whose steps are adapted from the addie model. The results of the study resulted in a teacher's guide book and an android application containing standard instruments for assessing singing performance with the help of android, namely 1) the results of the needs analysis obtained by the standard instrument for assessing the performance of singing folk songs did not meet the requirements of validity, reliability, and practicality, 2) instrument validation was carried out by 4 validators, the instrument is worthy of testing with revisions, 3) reliability is analyzed using the analysis of intraclass correlation coefficients (correlation coefficients) intraclass . ) has a score of 0.826. Large-scale trials were carried out in two schools, namely SMP Negeri 9 Teluk Keramat with an 0.891 (SMPNegeri 5 Pontianak an average measure of 0.979 (very high). 4) instrument construct validation was analyzed using comparative analysis with one-way ANOVA it was obtained that the value of kmo > 0.5, i.e. 0.78 was declared valid. 5) The practicality of the instrument was analyzed by means of a questionnaire, it was obtained that the score interval had the lowest practicality value of 48 and the highest 80 of 20 teacher respondents and was declared practical. The conclusions of the development research carried out resulted in a teacher's guide book and an android application containing standard instruments for assessing performance in singing folk songs with the help of android. Teachers can use teacher manuals and applications in classroom learning when conducting learning evaluation activities.

Masalah tanah sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Masyarakat baik sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama dengan orang lain dapat memiliki hak atas tanah Pemindahan hak atas tanah tanpa alas bukti yang kuat dapat digugat lewat pengadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meneliti sejauh mana kekuatan hukum petok C dalam pembuktian hak milik atas tanah (2) mengetahui pertimbangan Hakim dalam memutuskan perkara yang berkaitan dengan Petok C. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan interview. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode induktif dan metode deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Letter C yang diajukan sebagai buktii dalam perkara Nomor 30/Pdf.G/2006/PN.Bdw. adalah bukti surat pemilikan hak atas tanah yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang kuat sepanjang tidak dapat dibuktikan sebaliknya. (2) Pembuktian hak milik atas tanah yang belum bersertifikat dengan mengajukan bukti – bukti akurat yang berhubungan dengan asal-usul tanah.

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that begins in the cells of the breast. A malignant tumor is a group of cancer cells that can grow and invade surrounding tissues or spread (metastasize) to distant areas of the body. This disease occurs almost entirely in women, but men can also get it. The hypothesis of this study is the method of Artificial Neural Network which is expected to increase the accuracy in the prediction of breast cancer patients. Results of testing to be performed by measuring method and compared with the Artificial Neural Network algorithm C.45. The dataset taken from UCI with a total number of 699 and it is found benign tumors or as many as 458 (65.5%) whereas malignant cancer or 241 (34.5%), with 699 data and 10 attributes which are processed are the thickness of breast cancer, cell size, cell shape, adhesion Margina, single epi cell size, cell nuclei, bland chromatin, normal nucleoli, myth, and the class of breast cancer benign and malignant breast cancer. From various experiments conducted with the Artificial Neural Network algorithm best results are with 500 Cycle Training and Learning Rate 0.5 to obtain an accuracy value of 95.57%, 93.00% presicion, recall 94.62% and AUC 0.986 with time 38s. So based on grouping by comparing the accuracy and AUC values of experiments shows that the algorithm has a classification Artificial Neural Network with a very good, and when compared with the C4.5 algorithm with the result 0.963 is better than Artificial Neural Network algorithm. To be able to increase the level of accuracy of previous studies that only 93.00% to 95.57% gain research or an increase of 2.57%. For computing the level of accuracy with 94.42% and the standard reached by using computational experiments that change the value of Learning Rate it generated 95.57%, an increase of 1.42%.

Perkembangan kondisi saat ini, institusi pelayanan kesehatan baik itu milik pemerintah maupun swasta (Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, RB,BP,Klinik) cenderung menuju kearah pelayanan yang bersifat entrepreneurship. Sehingga tidak hanya bersifat pelayanan sosial tapi juga pelayanan jasa yang berorientasi pada profit. Adapun tantangan yang paling komplek dari diberlakukannya BPJS adalah aspek kemampuan manajerial dalam pengelolaan pelayanan kesehatan dan yang paling utama adalah kemampuan sumberdaya manusia, dimana yang dibutuhkan adalah pola fikir exelent service, mampu melihat peluang dan pesaing dilingkungannya. Beberapa fakta dapat dipelajari bahwa Angka kunjungan Klinik Rawat Inap Mitra Keluarga tahun 2011-2015 fluktuatif. Pada tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2015 ada kecenderungan menurun, kondisi ini bisa dilihat dari data tersebut menunjukkan kunjungan pada Tahun 2010-2011 masih menunjukkan cenderung naik akan tetapi mulai 2012-2013 turun sebesar 18,44 %, Tahun 2013-2014 menurun 17,25%, Tahun 2014- maret 2015 menurun 16,72%. Kalau dihitung berdasarkan rata-rata penurunan kunjungan, maka mengalami penurunan kunjungan sebesar 17,80 % per tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menyusun rekomendasi upaya peningkatan pemanfaatan Peserta BPJS di Klinik Mitra Keluarga Banyuwangi berdasarkan analisis Brand Equity. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan rancang bangun cross sectional study. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Klinik Rawat Inap Mitra Keluarga Banyuwangi. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan pada responden pengguna pelayanan di Klinik Mitra Keluarga yang menjalani perawatan rawat inap dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 250 responden. Tahapan kerja penelitian ini yaitu diawali dengan mengidentifikasi faktor pelanggan meliputi umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan dan pendapatan. Sedangkan faktor psikografi meliputi sikap, motivasi dan pengalaman, sarana prasana dan SDM Klinik. Setelah itu, mengidentifikasi komponen Brand equity meliputi Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Brand Loyalty. Kemudian merumuskan isu strategis terkait pengembangan brand equity sebagai upaya peningkatan pemanfaatan pasien BPJS di Klinik Mitra Keluarga Banyuwangi. Setelah menemukan isu strategis, langkah selanjutnya yaitu melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menemukan akar masalah dan solusi pemecahannya. Dari hasil tersebut maka peneliti melakukan telaah untuk menyusun rekomendasi upaya peningkatan pemanfaatan pasien BPJS di Klinik Mitra Keluarga Banyuwangi.
