Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Servant leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Here, the influence of Servant leadership and Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction need to assessed to obtain Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. In this study, we collect the data from civil servants people with 196 respondents using the random probability sampling method. The descriptive research analysis model with Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software was used in this study. The results show that a Servant leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction had a positive effect on employee organizational citizenship behaviour. It can be concluded that the better Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction, the greater the organizational citizenship behaviour of employees is reflected in the actions of employees with Servant Leadership on Job Satisfaction as the most significant value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aimed to provide an overview of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction level experienced by employees. Leadership is an organization or institution refers to the style of its leaders in providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating employees. To achieve the result, the data has been collected through by questionnaires distributed online to 120 employees working in Tangerang from various companies was used. Furthermore, the data observation was analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Lisrel. The results of this study showed that transformational leadership is a special leadership style that is applied by superiors that motivates their subordinates to appear at a higher level by inspiring them, offering in intellectual challenges also paying attention to their individual needs. Job satisfaction strongly refers to employee perceptions of their work environment, relationships between coworkers, income and promotion opportunities. Therefore, this study has some conclusions that employee leadership styles are likely to be influenced by several factors, including demographic characteristics. Therefore, the reciprocal relationship between organizational culture and transformational leadership in job satisfaction has been sucessful.

Abstract

Purchase intention is one of the most significant aspect that influences the advancement of a business also used as a consumer behaviour prediction. Traditional marketing is one of abandoned and digital marketing became a trend with its virtual and real time features which is allowed the company to directly communicate with their consumer. Thus, this study aimed to observe the impact of social media communication and word of mouth in the brand image and purchase intention. The participant of this study is obtained by purposive sampling with the method of cross-sectional survey. The result shows a structural model-Listrel from 200 participants show that social media communication with user generated content and firm generated content, also word of mouth, directly influences brand image and purchase intention. Here, Brand image partially mediates the relationship between social media communication with user and firm generated content (T-value 2.28 to 5.24), word of mouth with purchase intention (T-value 2.50). This research suggests that firm management need to strategically regulate social media marketing to obtain maximum result.

Abstract

This research aimed to make the business activity to be conducted with accordance a plan and also to find out the position of company this time, direction of the company’s goals and how to achieve the market target. The result shows a company tries to offer Food Combining product which is different with product existed in the market (both from the taste, quality, or affordable price). Here, the operational activities of market company are really possible to be run so that company can offer more competitive price compared to import products that have entered the market. The increase of market share taken by PT. Beras Jagung Nusantara become is very significant with constant increase value per year 5% then in the end of the fifth year. Furthermore, PT. Beras Jagung Nusantara have a target to take market share amounted 25% from company planning elaboration and analysis. Thus, this company can be worth running and promising a business.

Abstract

The decision to invest on day care is seen by amount levels of childcare demand at office area. In this case, a parent is busy to working at office with earning enough salary also they can monitor child development directly. Thus, in this study, working parents can entrust and get education for their children. Here, we achieve the greatest investment with services based on renting or using a private home as a day care centre business ground, and make sure using comply with local laws.

Abstract

At present, business competition in the health care industry is getting tighter and encouraging companies to plan innovative HR fulfillment strategies. To capture market needs, companies must have added value to their human resources. In addition, PT Rembaka Catur Sekawan as a company that has the 4 Care brand must also have a good HR strategy to be able to compete with competitors. To compete and survive, the company's focus activities and business processes must concentrate on dynamic customer needs until the goals of meeting customer needs and customer satisfaction are met. Therefore, our initial business focused on how to educate about the importance of mobile-based health services so that customers are provided with ease in determining services without having to leave home or residence, but health workers are present before customers. Abstract

The purpose of Nugget Duck-Duckan business plan is a company manufactures processed "nugget" meat derived from selected duck meat with hygienic quality standards. In order to produce quality and safe duck nuggets, the consumption duck nugget meat have provide to customer demand also for customer satisfaction. The basic analysis and operational thinking of Nugget Duck-Duckan business is carried out using stages or HR models consisting of strategy, system, skill, style, staffing, structure and share vision. Strategic location is needed to support this business over PT. Befindo Food located at Jl. Raya Narogong Blok Pv. Timur RT.3 / RW.1, Ciketing Udik, Bantargebang, Bekasi, West Java 17153. PT. Befindo Food have Duck-Duckan Duck Nugget product and produces processed "meat nuggets" from duck meat. In this study we analyze the business opportunity using questioner form over PT. Befindo Food to obtain success factor ratio. Here, the McKinsey 7s Framework was proposed to obtain sucess factor from correstpondent. Abstract

The purpose of this paper aimed to explore whether perceptions of distributive and procedural justice are related to work engagement and possible relationship assessment between these two dimensions of justice. Here, we have 120 firefighters correspondent from the North Jakarta Fire Department. We analyse the observation data, using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results showed that distributive justice and procedural justice were interrelated with one another. Furthermore, the procedural justice takes precedence over distributive justice in determining work engagement, followed by distributive justice. By highlighting the inter-relationships between the two dimensions of Justice, we offers useful insights into the underlying processes through which work can be improved through this interrelation. The findings also highlight the application of concepts such as relative deficiencies in the North Jakarta fire department to increase their level of work engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership with knowledge codification strategies. Here, transformational leadership with personalization strategies knowledge has codification relationship strategies with human capital and personalization strategies (effectiveness of human resources). In this study, we used quantitative data and structural equation modelling techniques to test the model. The confirmation factor analysis is performed to check internal reliability and data validity. Abstract

Public dissatisfaction with police detective's function has performed in conducting investigations, often makes the community not well served. A reports submitted does not necessarily revealed or fulfill a sense of justice. Therefore, the purpose in this study to assess the influence of organizational culture and motivation in police performance with mediated by organizational commitment. Here, we collect 195 respondents in police officers using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results shows organizational culture influenced police performance, organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational commitment influenced police performance, motivation influenced organizational commitment and motivation influenced police performance.
