Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence essential oil exports to the United States from Central Java Province. The independent variables contained in this study are the export price of essential oil in Central Java Province, the exchange rate, the GDP importing country (U.S.). In contrast, the dependent variable is the volume of essential oil exports in Central Java Province. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are annual time series data from 1990-2019 with 30 data. This research is conduct through the official website to obtain research data, including the Central Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, and various other sources. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. In the simultaneous test results (F-test), the variable export price of essential oil in Central Java Province, exchange rate, GDP Importing Country (U.S.) simultaneously has a significant effect on the volume of essential oil exports in Central Java Province. In the partial test results (t-test), the variable GDP importing country (U.S.) partially affects the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the export price of essential oil in Central Java province and variable the partial test of the exchange rate has no significant impact on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of products in furniture manufacturing companies, in fact, there are always defective products in the production process in the field. In order to achieve a quality final result, continuous planning and control must be carried out using the Quality Control Circle method. The sample taken in this study is the monthly report data available at PT Hema Medhajaya for the 2017-2019 period with a total sample size of 36. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression with calculations through SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that Production Quality Planning has a coefficient value. ? regression of -0.189 with a tcount of -23.988 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that production quality planning has a negative and significant effect on the final product. And quality control has a positive and significant effect on the final product result marked with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a regression coefficient value ?2 of 2.493. the results of the simultaneous significance test (Test F) in this study. The results obtained are in the form of Fcount of 323,988 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variables of the Effect of Quality Planning and Quality Control together have a significant effect on the Final Production Result at the Furniture company at PT Hema Medhajaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA) and Firm Size on Profit Growth in Transportation Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019 either partially or simultaneously. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 9 transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total sample of 32 data. The type of data is secondary data sourced from financial report data and annual reports. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study are based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that partially DER and firm size have no significant effect on profit growth in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019 . Partially ROA has a significant effect on profit growth in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019. And based on the results of the F test, it is concluded that DER, ROA and firm size simultaneously have a significant effect on profit growth in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019.

Abstract

This research has examined the relationship between customer satisfaction and experience with staff services. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on service staff. The object of this research is customers who like to shop offline through physical stores or malls and online through market places such as Tokopedia, Shopee and Lazada. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire measuring instrument with a sample of 200 respondents using convenience sampling technique. In analyzing the data used univariate cell-mean test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study concluded that staff does not affect the customer experience. In this research it can be concluded that service staff will have a positive influence on consumers in shopping back to good staff.

Abstract

This study aims to confirm the previous theory regarding the positive influence of hospital service quality such as doctor service, nurses service, and waiting time on patient satisfaction. We made an update by making waiting time a moderator linking nurses' service to patient satisfaction, in addition, we added revisit intention as a result of the consequences of patient satisfaction. This research was conducted at a private hospital in Indonesia which includes 8 branches. The population of this study was obstetrics and gynecology poly patients who did self-financing. The method of determining the sample of this research is purposive sampling. Data collection is done online through the distribution of Google Form links on social media applications. Meanwhile, to process data and test hypotheses, this study uses dimensional reduction analysis methods and a structural equation model (SEM). The research process was carried out from September to December 2021. The results obtained in this study were doctor service and nurses service had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. Furthermore, waiting time is able to strengthen the influence of doctor' service on patient satisfaction. Lastly, patient satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on increasing revisit intention.

Abstract

Marketing plays an important role in the strategic planning process. Marketing management provides the greatest functional contribution in the strategic planning process to obtain the desired results based on the prevailing conditions and structures by using the best resources and company advantages to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy towards the development of an eco green city at PT. Advanced Indonesian Energy. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The information obtained from the data collection was analyzed in three ways, namely reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study are based on the QSPM strategy from PT Energi Indonesia Maju which will focus on building closeness with the PLTU to conduct waste co-firing, so the main objective of marketing is to ensure coordination and operational approval of the PLTU Indramayu and the local government of Tasikmalaya in the short term. Prior to full operation, the main objective of marketing is to ensure long-term cooperation with PLTU Indramayu. With a long-term cooperation with PLTU, the company can also ensure its sustainability.

Abstract

People's need for energy tends to get higher from time to time. The energy that is needed is related to electricity. The current condition of power plants uses a lot of steam sources with the support of coal combustion. However, the coal owned will not last long because this source is non-renewable. For this reason, renewable energy sources are needed to overcome the scarcity of coal that will occur in the next few years. Waste pellets can be used to replace the role of coal for PLTU. For this reason, these waste pellets are produced by PT. Energi Indonesia Maju as a provider of waste pellets as a substitute for coal fuel. This journal aims to provide business considerations whether the production of waste pellets is able to develop and be profitable in the short and long term.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has made changes in consumer behavior that dominate product purchases online rather than offline. This encourages every cosmetic company, especially face powder brands to continue to produce innovation and creativity in their Instagram content in order to provide a satisfying online shopping experience for teenage women in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online social media, social media brand communities, consumer brand promise & trust, consumer brand relationships, consumer brand engagement, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty on Instagram users in the face brand account community in Indonesia during the covid-19. This research was conducted on 120 respondents in Indonesia, Instagram users by collecting online questionnaire data conducted in August 2021. The research model, this study used SEM Lisrel. The results of data processing are obtained: online social media platforms have a positive effect on social media brand communities. Online social media platform has a positive effect on consumer brand promise & trust. Social media brand communities have a positive effect on consumer brand relationships. Social media brand communities have a positive effect on consumer brand engagement.

Abstract

Pada organisasi dibutuhkan pemimpin yang mampu melakukan tugas dengan sumber daya terbatas menjadi maksimal guna mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif dan posisi profitabilitas organisasi. pada sisi lain, karyawan mencari cara yang akan membantu mereka menyeimbangkan antara bekerja serta kehidupan pribadi secara efektif. Organisasi yang sukses memahami bahwa kepuasan karyawan, kinerja serta keterlibatan karyawan sangat krusial. Tujuan asal penelitian ini ialah dibuat untuk menganalisis pengaruh neraca kehidupan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada kepuasan karyawan melalui keterlibatan karyawan PT. Panji Rama Otomotif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memakai 215 karyawan sebagai responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Lisrel-Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan dengan keterlibatan karyawan serta tidak terdapat kontribusi antara neraca kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan karyawan dengan keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

This study looks for relevance between Islamic economics, maqashid sharia, happiness index, and Islamic index. The writing method uses discourse analysis as a reading tool to interpret the discourse discussed. The results of this study indicate that the goal of the economy is well-being, which is not only based on material values. have similarities between the Islamic index, happiness and maqashid sharia. Likewise, there is a crucial aspect of the monotheistic view which is inherent in Islam which is not reflected in the happiness and islamicity index. This approach can therefore serve as a productive dialogue to address the common challenges posed by the global market economy and propose more ethical forms of market organizations and institutions, such as employee-owned enterprises and cooperatives. This dialogue can encourage the revival of the non-profit sector and encourage critical introspection of the economy, the Islamic banking and finance industry. Finally, collaborative efforts are needed to transform this model into an Islamic welfare index as a tool for policy makers and as a goal of national and regional cooperation, particularly between Islamic countries.
