Abstract

PT. Indo Bright Skincare is a company in the form of a limited liability company which is engaged in cosmetics, especially facial care products, which is located on Jl. Sheikh Nawawi, Matagara, Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency, Banten, Indonesia with an area of 2000 square meters. PT. Indo Bright Skincare focuses on facial care products with black garlic ingredients that do not yet exist in Indonesia. The product uses the right formulation with ingredients that are safe for health and guaranteed to be halal. This study aims to describe human resource management, to analyze the internal and external business environment at PT. Indo Bright Skincare and to develop a business development plan on the human resource aspect. Researchers used qualitative descriptive methods to obtain the required data. From the results of the study it can be said that in running the business of PT. Indo Bright Skin Care. Human resource planning, including job analysis and design, human resource planning, recruitment, training and HR development. compensation, social security, job evaluation, performance bonuses, and termination of employment. The Human Resources (HR) budget designed by PT. Indo Bright Skincare pays attention to the rules set by the government by taking into account allowances, work accidents, pensions, health and THR. In the first year the number of employees was 14 people.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia became a factor that threatened retail businesses, even some of them went bankrupt due to liquidation that led to financial failure. Financial failure is not detected within a certain time so it is likely that the company will go bankrupt. This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress on the market value of Indonesian retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study was conducted quantitatively. The study was conducted on 17 retail companies in Indonesia on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published their audited financial statements for 3 consecutive years, namely 2016-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The independent variable is financial failure measured by using the Altman Z-score and the dependent variable is market value. Data were analyzed by linear regression panel data with fixed effect method. The results show that the Altman model can be used to measure signs of corporate financial distress. Most of the 2016-2018 IDX retail companies are not vulnerable to financial distress and are in a healthy financial situation. Financial distress is stated to have a significant and positive effect on the market value of BEI retail industry companies in 2016-2018.

Abstract

A number of previous studies have mentioned that Employee Performance is one of the important factors that determine the success of an organization. The purpose of this study was to test the relationship of Empowering Leadership, Training, and Work Engagement to Employee Performance moderated by the Role of Ambiguity in the Central State Staffing Agency. As an initial sample, questionnaires were distributed to 30 employees of the Central State Staffing Agency to test the series of hypotheses in this study where the questionnaire contained 51 questions, then changed to 34 questions on the basis of relevance. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) listrel by distributing questionnaires to 350 staff at the Central State Staffing Agency. Of the entire questionnaire, a total of 310 were filled out and can be used for further research analysis purposes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penilaian kinerja keuangan dan berpengaruh pada kebijakan dividen perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2018. Penilaian kinerja keuangan perusahaan adalah penting. Hasil penilaian akan menjadi pertimbangan kinerja keuangan bagi investor, salah satunya untuk memprediksi kebijakan dividen. Hasil prediksi akan mempengaruhi investor dalam membuat keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penilaian kinerja keuangan diukur dengan menggunakan variabel leverage, profitabilitas dan likuiditas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 34 perusahaan yang masuk kategori perbankan. Dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling jumlah sampel yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Metode pengujian data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data, secara simultan Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Secara parsial, hanya Profitabilitas yang berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan Likuiditas dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 - 2018

Abstract

The intention to use a product is one of the most important factors that must be considered by all companies to be able to make the product attractive and used by people. The purpose of this paper is to analyse, relation between Website Design, Assurance and Customer service towards Intention to adopt internet banking and Customer Service and Brand Image towards Customer Loyalty. A literature review was developed to prove that there are few factors related to intention to adopt internet banking and customer loyalty. Besides, the methodology related to intention to adopt internet banking and customer loyalty allows firms to know which factors are important to increase their customer intention and loyalties. This research proved that web design, customer service have an effect on intention to adopt internet banking and customer service and brand image have an effect on customer loyalty, but in this research, assurance have no effect on intention to adopt internet banking. This article was conducted on 111 respondents which located in DKI Jakarta with age range of under 25 years old to 35 years old. This research only addresses several variables namely Website Design, Assurance, Customer service, intention to adopt internet banking and customer loyalty. This is a replication model of a journal written by Rahi & Ghani (2018), this research conducted specifically on customers of Bank Central Asia (BCA) which helps Bank Central Asia to understand what factors are important to increase their number of customers to adopt their internet banking facility. Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menyebabkan klinik harus mampu bersaing dalam memasarkan berbagai jenis pelayanan yang dimilikinya. Aplikasi platform sosial media pada smartphone dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran. Word of mouth (WOM) merupakan proses yang tepat untuk dapat mempromosikan klinik agar lebih dikenal secara luas oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi marketing yang digunakan oleh Klinik Kehamilan Sehat Cipondoh sehingga dapat meningkatkan sikap positif dari pelanggan guna memenangkan pasar. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian crosssectional study. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 200 orang yang ditarik dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikiumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang sudaah tervaidasi dan reliabilitas menggunakan KOM, dan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structure Equation Model (SEM) dengan software Lisrel. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Firm Created Content, User Generated Content, Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap brand Image dan brand attitude.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIncreased turnover of a few years earlier and the development of the healthcare industry, which grew rapidly last few years, the company must have the right strategy to maintain the best employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee empowerment, work environment and compensation to increased job satisfaction and decreased turnover intention in one hospital in Jakarta. Method of sampling done by purposive sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 110 people. Research hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeing the analysis (SEM). The results showed that the empowerment of employees, work environment and compensation does not affect the increased job satisfaction, employee empowerment and working environment does not affect the decrease in turnover intention, while compensation and job satisfaction influence to decrease turnover intention. From this study, it is suggested that the company can develop a good compensation system and can compete with competitors and create programs that could reduce job satisfaction out of the desire of the employee.Keywords : Empowerment, Environmental, Compensation Satisfaction, TurnoverABSTRAKMeningkatnya turnover karyawan dari beberapa tahun sebelumnya dan perkembangan industri kesehatan yang semakin pesat beberapa tahun terakhir, maka perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan karyawan terbaiknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan penurunan turnover intention di salah satu Rumah Sakit di Jakarta. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 110 orang. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan analsis Structural Equation Modeing (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberdayaan karyawan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap penurunan turnover intention, sedangkan kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap penurunan turnover intention. Dari penelitian ini disarankan agar perusahaan dapat mengembangkan sistem kompensasi yang baik serta dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor dan menciptakan program-program kepuasan kerja sehingga dapat menurunkan keinginan keluar dari karyawan.Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan, Lingkungan, Kompensasi, Kepuasan, Turnover

Abstract

ABSTRAK Terkait dengan pelayanan administrasi rumah sakit, peneliti tertarik dan mencoba untuk menganalisa bagaimanakah proses administrasi pasien pulang di salah satu  Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Indonesia yang merupakan salah satu sarana layanan kesehatan umum milik pemerintah dan menjadi salah satu pusat rujukan  warga  kota sekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil dari pilot interview dan telaah dokumen diketahui bahwa proses manajemen pasien pulang pada rumah sakit ini rata-rata membutuhkan waktu lebih dari dua jam.  Hal ini belum sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimal yang ditetapkan oleh keputusan Menteri Kesehatan tentang waktu tunggu administrasi yang harus kurang atau sama dengan 2 jam. Analisa tentang  pengelolaan pasien pulang ini dapat menggambarkan bagaimana kinerja  dari masing-masing unit terkait pada ruang rawat inap yang harus saling berintegrasi dan bersinergi dalam menghasilkan keluaran/output sesuai dengan target hasil dan waktu yang diharapkan.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metoda kualitatif berdasarkan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa informan, telaah dokumen dan pengamatan untuk mencari permasalahan pada rangkaian pelayanan pemulangan pasien rawat inap.  Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sumber Daya Manusia, infrastruktur Tehnologi Informasi, Standar Operating Procedur dan faktor dari pasien/keluarga pasien berpengaruh terhadap proses manajemen pasien pulang dan memberi dampak terhadap kepuasan kerja para pegawai dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai penerima layanan kesehatan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menganalisa permasalahan yang ada dan meredesain sistem Blueprint alur pelayanan  sistem lama dengan bentuk Blueprint baru yang  lebih efisien dan efektif agar target waktu pelayanan pengelolaan pasien pulang  yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Kata kunci: Rumah sakit, Service blueprint, Efisiensi Pelayanan ABSTRACT Related to the hospital administrative services,  the researcher is interested in and tried to analyze how the administrative process  of patients discharge in one of the  Regional General Hospital in Indonesia which is one of public health care facilities owned by the government and becomes one of the resident refferal centers in town and its surrounding. Based on the results of the pilot interviews and document analysis, it was found out that the management process of discharge patients  in this hospital took more than two hours in average. This is not in accordance with the minimum standard set by the Minister of Health Decree about the administration of waiting time should be less than or equal to 2 hours. Analysis of the  patient discharge management showed how the performance of each unit related to inpatient rooms must be integrated to each other and worked together to produce the output in accordance with the resulted target and the expected time. This research implemented qualitative method which based on in-depth interviews with informants, document analysis and observations. The results showed that the variables of Human resources, Information technology infrastructure, Standard Operating Procedure and factors of the patient/family influenced the management process of patient discharge and had an impact on job satisfaction of employees and customer satisfaction as recipients of health services. In the recommendation of this study, the researcher analyzed problems occurred and redesigned the old service flow system in the form of a new blueprint with a more efficient and effective system so that targetted-time service for expected patient discharge management is achieved. Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the effect of High Performance Work System on Entrepreneurship Orientation, Employee Creativity as a mediating variable by employee performance and Entrepreneurship Orientation as mediating by employee performance. This research is expected in information enhancement at the organizational theory/scientific level as well as improving the performance of work systems in the energy industry. This study resulted several findings, the High Performance Work System had a significant positive effect on Employee Creativity. The High Performance Work System was no significant negative effect on Employee Performance. Employee Creativity was no significant negative effect on Employee Performance. Thus, there was an insignificant negative effect on the mediating role of Employee Creativity on the relationship between High Performance Work System and Employee Performance. High Performance Work System was a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Orientation. Entrepreneurial Orientation was a positive effect on Employee Performance. Thus, there was a positive influence on the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Orientation on the relationship between High Performance Work System and Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the exchange rate, GDP, and inflation affect Batik exports in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 2010-2020. The data used were obtained from the Ministry of Industry, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Bank Indonesia. This type of research is associative research using quantitative methods. The test is carried out using the help of statistical software Eviews 10. The analysis method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the Exchange Rate variable has a positive but insignificant effect on Indonesian Batik Exports. The GDP variable has a negative and significant effect on Indonesian Batik Exports. The Inflation variable has a positive and significant effect on Indonesian Batik Exports for the period 2010-2020. Exchange Rate, GDP, and Inflation simultaneously have a significant effect on Indonesian Batik Exports. The coefficient of determination is 0.551197, which means that the independent variables exchange rate, GDP, and inflation affect 55.11% of the dependent variable Batik exports in Indonesia.
