Abstract

Bagi seseorang yang baru terjun dalam dunia pekerjaan tertentu yang asing, maka perlu mempelajari serta mengenali dahulu cara untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan itu. Tidak ada seseorang pun yang mampu menyelesaikan suatu tugas dengan baik apabila tidak mempelajari dan menguasai tugas tersebut terlebih dahulu. Orang yang belum memiliki cukup ilmu serta pembelajaran mengenai tugasnya pasti akan mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikannya. Jadi, pembelajaran bagi seorang karyawan dirasa sangat perlu untuk nantinya dapat menunjang pertumbuhan karir mereka. Di era persaingan bisnis saat ini yang dirasa cukup ketat, memperoleh SDM yang unggul dan berpengalaman tidaklah mudah bagi suatu perusahaan. Maka dari itu, penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk dapat memberikan dukungan serta dorongan agar karyawan dapat terus termotivasi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dirinya. Dengan demikian, karyawan dapat merasa puas serta memiliki kinerja atau prestasi yang sangat dibutuhkan perusahaan dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi perusahaan, baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Pembelajaran, Pengetahuan, Tunjangan, Motivasi, Kreativitas, dan Kepuasan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan serta Pertumbuhan Karir Karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 240 karyawan yang bekerja di Divisi Engineering pada Industri Konstruksi di Indonesia. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Ditemukan hasil bahwa Pembelajaran Karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan, sedangkan Pembelajaran Karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Pengetahuan Karyawan.

Abstract

PT Esa Dana Unggul (EsaDana) is a company that meets the needs and wants of every consumer in investment needs through the Securities Crowd Funding platform. Analysis of products and services offered to consumers is the Esa Dana Platform as a crowdfunding platform that brings together investors and companies that need financing in a cheap and easy way to invest and minimize the risk of loss. Esa Dana's human capital planning refers to the knowledge, skills and competencies possessed by individuals in the organization. By conducting proper planning to manage and develop human capital, companies ensure that they have a competent, committed and highly competitive team. Through human capital planning strategies, companies can maximize employee potential, increase productivity, and respond more effectively to market changes. In carrying out the strategy, Human Resources Planning at EsaDana Company will focus on the Market Penetration Strategy in the form of optimizing online channels. This strategy was taken as a solution in introducing the brand and product as well as running a new company engaged in crowdfunding services in Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi urgensi value co-creation dan relasinya dengan pemasaran digital, serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan daya saing dan kesejahteraan pelanggan, khususnya dalam konteks UMKM di era digital. Penelitian ini mengkaji sepuluh artikel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2024, yang terindeks dalam Sinta dan jurnal internasional, untuk mendapatkan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai implementasi dan manfaat value co-creation. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah sistematic lieteratur review dengan menggunakan PRISMA. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa value co-creation merupakan konsep penting yang mampu meningkatkan interaksi sosial, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Studi oleh Zou & Shao (2022) dan Nadeem dkk. (2021) menyoroti peran signifikan partisipasi pelanggan dalam platform ekonomi berbagi, sedangkan penelitian oleh Chulakorn (2024) dan Jintana (2024) menggarisbawahi pentingnya kualitas layanan dan teknologi terkini. Penelitian lain, seperti yang dilakukan oleh Reid dkk. (2021) dan Adamik & Nowicki (2019), menekankan pentingnya etika dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dalam proses co-creation nilai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan value co-creation dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelanggan. Rekomendasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut interaksi antara teknologi, etika, dan CSR dalam value co-creation serta melakukan studi empiris yang lebih luas di berbagai sektor industri dan konteks geografis yang berbeda. Hal ini penting untuk memahami dinamika co-creation nilai secara mendalam dan mengembangkan strategi bisnis yang efektif dalam pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Ikatan interpersonal, insentif non- finansial, motivasi kerja, serta kepuasan kerja ialah elemen- elemen berarti dalam area kerja industri. Riset ini bertujuan buat menginvestigasi pengaruh faktor- faktor motivasi yang berbeda terhadap ikatan kerjasama serta komunikasi antara pimpinan serta karyawan, dan akibat insentif non- finansial serta ikatan interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja serta kepuasan kerja karyawan di industri manufaktur elektronik. Riset ini memakai tata cara purposive sampling buat memilah 100 responden dari karyawan industri manufaktur elektronik di Indonesia. Informasi yang terkumpul dianalisis memakai Structural Equation Modeling( SEM) dengan dorongan perlengkapan analisis SmartPLS 3. 0. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau insentif non- finansial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Maksudnya, pemberian insentif non- finansial oleh pimpinan industri berkontribusi dalam tingkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Tetapi, penemuan riset pula menampilkan kalau ikatan interpersonal tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Ini berarti kalau ikatan interpersonal antara pimpinan serta karyawan dan antara sesama karyawan tidak secara langsung pengaruhi tingkatan motivasi kerja mereka. Berikutnya, riset ini pula menciptakan kalau motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan kata lain, terus menjadi besar tingkatan motivasi kerja karyawan, terus menjadi besar tingkatan kepuasan kerja yang dialami oleh mereka. Implikasi manajerial dari riset ini merupakan berarti untuk pimpinan serta manajemen industri manufaktur buat memberlakukan insentif non- finansial kepada karyawan guna tingkatkan motivasi kerja mereka. Tidak hanya itu, industri pula butuh menguatkan ikatan interpersonal antara pimpinan serta karyawan, dan antara sesama karyawan, selaku langkah strategis dalam tingkatkan motivasi kerja serta kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan hasil riset ini bisa membagikan donasi yang berarti untuk industri manufaktur dalam memaksimalkan produktivitas serta kinerja karyawan lewat manajemen motivasi yang pas.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing purchase intentions for environmentally friendly online transportation services, focusing on Environmental Concern, Perceived Service Value, Brand Familiarity, and Willingness to Pay. By analyzing these elements, the research aims to understand their role in fostering sustained interest and using eco-friendly transportation options. Utilizing an exploratory approach, we surveyed customers familiar with or who have utilized environmentally friendly transportation in the Jabodetabek area. Our target population includes employees who engage with these services. The findings are anticipated to contribute to marketing management theories by offering insights into consumer behavior related to sustainable purchasing. Data were collected through an online questionnaire, employing convenient sampling to select respondents. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS and Lisrel for structural equation modeling (SEM). Results reveal significant relationships among environmental friendliness, perceived value, brand familiarity, ongoing purchase intentions, and the willingness to pay a premium. This research highlights the application of signaling theory in the context of environmental sustainability, providing valuable insights into how customer perceptions of value drive their intentions to engage with eco-friendly transportation services. These findings can inform effective marketing strategies for promoting sustainable transportation solutions.

Abstract

Plastic is one of the sectors that contributes greatly to Indonesia's manufacturing output, with high plastic consumption seen from the import value which is much greater than exports. However, plastic has a negative impact on the environment because it is difficult to decompose and comes from non-renewable resources, namely petroleum. Plastic waste can last up to 500-1000 years and causes various environmental problems, such as soil damage and water absorption barriers. To reduce this impact, one of the solutions developed is bioplastic, which is made from natural materials and can be decomposed by microorganisms naturally. Environmentally friendly bioplastics are easier to decompose and do not accumulate on land, rivers, or seas. This study aims to analyze the potential business opportunities for bioplastics and the operational management needed to manage this business effectively. The method used is qualitative with literature studies, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of the study shows that PT Green Plastik Indonesia has set goals and objectives in operational management, as well as planning company needs, including buildings, machines, business licenses, and short-term to long-term expenditure projections to ensure that the products produced are in accordance with the standards desired by consumers. ABSTRAKPlastik merupakan salah satu sektor yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap output manufaktur Indonesia, dengan konsumsi plastik yang tinggi terlihat dari nilai impor yang jauh lebih besar dibandingkan ekspor. Namun, plastik memiliki dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan karena sulit terurai dan berasal dari sumber daya tidak terbarukan, yaitu minyak bumi. Sampah plastik dapat bertahan hingga 500-1000 tahun dan menyebabkan berbagai masalah lingkungan, seperti kerusakan tanah dan hambatan penyerapan air. Untuk mengurangi dampak ini, salah satu solusi yang dikembangkan adalah bioplastik, yang terbuat dari bahan alami dan dapat terurai oleh mikroorganisme secara alami. Bioplastik yang ramah lingkungan lebih mudah terurai dan tidak menumpuk di darat, sungai, atau laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi peluang bisnis bioplastik dan manajemen operasional yang diperlukan untuk mengelola bisnis ini secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi literatur, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Green Plastik Indonesia telah menetapkan tujuan dan sasaran dalam manajemen operasional, serta merencanakan kebutuhan perusahaan, termasuk gedung, mesin, izin usaha, dan proyeksi pengeluaran jangka pendek hingga panjang untuk memastikan produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar yang diinginkan konsumen.

Abstract

Building a Medical Laboratory business in Bekasi district requires operational process planning according to plan. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze operational plans in business development and long-term strategies that are appropriate to achieve the business objectives of developing Daksa Laboratory. The purpose of this research is to analyze the company's operational plans in developing the Medical Laboratory Business. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this research use literature study, interviews and observation. The data collected was then evaluated and analyzed thematically. The results of the research show that the operational plan for developing the Daksa Medical Laboratory business has been well prepared. This operational planning is carried out through several stages of selecting the construction site, service facility infrastructure, service planning and operational implementation programs.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has made changes in consumer behavior that dominate product purchases online rather than offline. This encourages every cosmetic company, especially face powder brands to continue to produce innovation and creativity in their Instagram content in order to provide a satisfying online shopping experience for teenage women in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online social media, social media brand communities, consumer brand promise & trust, consumer brand relationships, consumer brand engagement, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty on Instagram users in the face brand account community in Indonesia during the covid-19. This research was conducted on 120 respondents in Indonesia, Instagram users by collecting online questionnaire data conducted in August 2021. The research model, this study used SEM Lisrel. The results of data processing are obtained: online social media platforms have a positive effect on social media brand communities. Online social media platform has a positive effect on consumer brand promise & trust. Social media brand communities have a positive effect on consumer brand relationships. Social media brand communities have a positive effect on consumer brand engagement.

Abstract

Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) is a behvaior that is contrary with the norms and the rules of an organization. CWB can give the big problems in financial and non-financial aspect for an organization or a member of organization . In this study we will show the effect of cyberbullying victimization on CWB in organization. In this research CWB will be analyzed with the level of cyberbullying victimization that is a variabel which is rarely been studied. The object of this research is pest contrl sector that is never studied in previoud research. A questionnaire has been designed and distributed to 585 pest control employees at Indonesia and the data will be analyzed with SEM ( Structral Equation modelling). This research show that cyberbullying victimization give the positive and significant effect to CWB. In this research CWB will be analyzed with the level of cyber bullying victimization that is a variable which is rarely been studied. The object of this research is pest control sector that is never studied in previous research. A questionnaire has been designed and distributed to 585 pest control employees at Indonesia and the data will be analyzed with SEM ( Structural Equation modelling). These researches show that cyber bullying victimization give the positive and significant effect to CWB. This illustrates that the higher level of cyber bullying victimization within an organization, the higher CWB rate and otherwise.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk management in PropTech (Property Technology) business planning, which aims to integrate technology into the property sector to facilitate the process of searching, renting, and managing property. With increasing urbanization and housing needs, this sector faces various challenges, such as market fluctuations, government regulations, and demands for innovation. PropTech presents technology-based solutions to improve the efficiency and convenience of property rental services. To achieve business sustainability and reduce risks that hinder operations, the implementation of comprehensive risk management is essential. Risk management in PropTech follows the ISO 31000:2018 standard, including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation through a holistic approach that considers internal and external risks. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on the PropTech business platform through interviews and observations, and involves various stages of risk management, including periodic monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of risk mitigation. The results of the study show the importance of implementing dynamic, structured, and inclusive risk management principles to maintain performance and competitiveness in the competitive property industry.
