Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to identify the key factors influencing the actual use of Electronic Medical Records in hospitals. Applying the PRISMA method, 184 articles were screened, with eight studies meeting strict inclusion criteria (2020–2025). The findings reveal that usage is shaped by the interplay of four key dimensions: technical, psychological, organizational, and social. Technically, system interoperability and data reliability are essential. Psychologically, user trust, satisfaction, and privacy perception drive sustained usage. Organizational support, including training and policies, enhances adoption, while social aspects such as digital literacy and access inequality influence successful implementation. This review highlights the need for a multidimensional and context-sensitive approach to ensure the effective integration of Electronic Medical Record systems in healthcare settings.

Abstract

A systematic approach to establishing a technology-based property (Proptech) business in Indonesia is an urgent need in the digital era. This research is motivated by the complexity of regulations, operations, and technology faced in establishing and managing a Proptech business. The main problems identified are how to build a strong legal and administrative foundation, integrate technology effectively, and ensure efficient operations to meet market needs. This research aims to develop a Proptech operating model that covers all strategic aspects, from legality, property management, to the application of digital technology in customer service. This study highlights the importance of automation, quality management, and risk management as the keys to the success of Proptech businesses in Indonesia. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of integrated Proptech business policies and create added value for property owners, tenants, and related business actors.

Abstract

PT Virgo Unggul Technology merupakan perusahaan berbasis teknologi yang berfokus pada pengembangan platform e-commerce Fashion dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Perusahaan ini hadir sebagai solusi atas permasalahan utama dalam industri Fashion daring, khususnya keterbatasan konsumen dalam menilai kesesuaian produk sebelum pembelian, yang sering berdampak pada rendahnya kepuasan pelanggan dan tingginya tingkat pengembalian barang (return). Platform yang dikembangkan memungkinkan pengguna untuk mencoba pakaian secara virtual sebelum melakukan transaksi pembelian. Teknologi AR yang terintegrasi dengan pemodelan 3D dan algoritma pembelajaran mesin (machine learning) memungkinkan visualisasi produk secara real-time dan akurat sesuai dengan karakteristik tubuh pengguna. Fitur ini memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang lebih interaktif serta membantu konsumen memperoleh gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai tampilan produk. Selain fitur Virtual Try-On, platform ini juga menyediakan personalisasi gaya serta rekomendasi kombinasi outfit berdasarkan preferensi pengguna. Fitur tersebut dirancang untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kepercayaan diri konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian, sekaligus meningkatkan keterlibatan (engagement) pelanggan. Dengan pendekatan ini, platform diharapkan mampu menekan tingkat pengembalian produk dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Produk utama yang dikembangkan oleh PT Virgo Unggul Technology adalah platform “Virgo”, sebuah platform e-commerce fashion berbasis AR yang menargetkan segmen pasar dengan minat dan kebutuhan khusus. Segmen tersebut meliputi fashion dengan desain tertentu, pakaian, fashion, sepatu, serta aksesoris. Fokus pada segmentasi pasar yang jelas memungkinkan perusahaan untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih spesifik dan relevan bagi pengguna. Dengan menggabungkan inovasi teknologi, pengalaman pengguna yang interaktif, serta pendekatan personalisasi produk, PT Virgo Unggul Technology memiliki potensi untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dalam industri e-commerce Fashion dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi konsumen maupun pelaku usaha di era digital.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the workforce recruitment and job search process. Digital-based job search platforms have become an effective solution for connecting job seekers with companies more quickly and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the external factors influencing TalentHub 360's business development, identify opportunities and challenges in the digital job search platform industry, and develop a financial plan that includes projected revenue, operational costs, and potential profits. The research method used is a descriptive approach with a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data are derived from literature studies, observations, and documentation related to developments in the digital industry and the labor market. The analysis includes an external environmental analysis and financial planning analysis, such as profit and loss projections, cash flow projections, and Break Even Point (BEP) calculations to assess the business's financial viability. The results indicate that TalentHub 360 has significant growth potential, along with the increasing need for more efficient and integrated digital recruitment platforms. With sound financial planning and the right business strategy, TalentHub 360 has the potential to become a competitive and sustainable job search platform in the digital era.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has made changes in consumer behavior that dominate product purchases online rather than offline. This encourages every cosmetic company, especially face powder brands to continue to produce innovation and creativity in their Instagram content in order to provide a satisfying online shopping experience for teenage women in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online social media, social media brand communities, consumer brand promise & trust, consumer brand relationships, consumer brand engagement, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty on Instagram users in the face brand account community in Indonesia during the covid-19. This research was conducted on 120 respondents in Indonesia, Instagram users by collecting online questionnaire data conducted in August 2021. The research model, this study used SEM Lisrel. The results of data processing are obtained: online social media platforms have a positive effect on social media brand communities. Online social media platform has a positive effect on consumer brand promise & trust. Social media brand communities have a positive effect on consumer brand relationships. Social media brand communities have a positive effect on consumer brand engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and systematically synthesize the intellectual and empirical development of brand love research from 2016 to 2024. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative approach that not only maps how the construct has evolved conceptually and methodologically across 43 Scopus-indexed journal articles, but also distinguishes itself from previous reviews by combining a PRISMA-guided screening procedure with bibliometric visualization to uncover deeper thematic structures. Using PRISMA as the primary protocol, the article selection process was carried out transparently and stepwise, complemented by bibliometric analyses in VOSviewer that reveal emerging clusters and patterns of scholarly interconnections. The findings indicate that brand experience, brand trust, and customer engagement consistently function as dominant antecedents and outcomes within brand love research. Recent studies also emphasize the growing role of digital platforms and emotional authenticity in shaping stronger consumer–brand relationships. Overall, this review clarifies the theoretical progression of brand love from emotional attachment toward behavioral intention and offers an enhanced research agenda that advances cross-cultural and digital marketing perspectives.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce fashion menunjukkan transformasi menuju pemanfaatan teknologi immersive seperti Augmented Reality (AR) dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang tidak hanya memengaruhi pengalaman pelanggan, tetapi juga struktur operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi operasional pada e-commerce fashion berbasis AR dengan menekankan integrasi antara proses digital dan fisik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif konseptual melalui analisis literatur mutakhir terkait digital retail, omnichannel, dan supply chain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi operasional e-commerce berbasis AR memerlukan integrasi antara digital product representation, operational orchestration berbasis sistem terintegrasi, serta omnichannel experience yang menghubungkan kanal online dan offline. Selain itu, hybrid supply chain dan data-driven continuous improvement menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa strategi operasional dalam e-commerce berbasis teknologi tidak lagi bersifat linear, melainkan berbentuk sistem dinamis yang terintegrasi dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pasar.

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam industri restoran menuntut pelaku usaha untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan guna menjaga kelangsungan bisnis dan meningkatkan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan, persepsi kewajaran harga, dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada restoran Sunda di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 125 responden yang memiliki pengalaman berkunjung ke restoran Sunda, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan; persepsi kewajaran harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas; serta kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi yang relevan bagi pemilik dan manajer restoran dalam pengembangan strategi pelayanan yang diharapkan tidak hanya mampu mempertahankan pelanggan, tetapi juga membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen dalam jangka panjang, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan dan keunggulan kompetitif usaha restoran.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah di Kelurahan Duri Kepa dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran digital secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan dalam pembuatan konten pemasaran, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan media sosial dan marketplace sebagai sarana pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan community-based training berbasis praktik melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik langsung, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terkait pemasaran digital. Peserta mampu membuat konten promosi digital, mengelola media sosial bisnis, serta mulai memanfaatkan marketplace sebagai saluran pemasaran. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong perubahan perilaku pelaku usaha dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital sebagai strategi utama pemasaran. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan daya saing usaha, perluasan jangkauan pasar, serta penguatan kepercayaan diri pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi transformasi digital. Kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal serta memperkuat sinergi antara perguruan tinggi, pemerintah, dan masyarakat. Untuk keberlanjutan, diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan dan pengembangan materi yang lebih mendalam terkait analisis data serta strategi pemasaran digital yang terintegrasi.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore PT. Recycled Paper Hub's response to the increasing demand for recycled paper within the context of sustainable production management and supply chain management, with a focus on the B2B industry. The study encompasses an analysis of the company's practices in managing relationships with suppliers of recycled paper, enhancing operational efficiency, and mitigating environmental impacts from its operations. PT. Recycled Paper Hub, a B2B company specializing in processing recycled paper into bales, faces rising demand for its products. This article presents research findings on how the company addresses the growing market demand through the utilization of advanced production technology and the application of lean manufacturing methods to minimize waste. Furthermore, the research evaluates how PT. Recycled Paper Hub manages relationships with suppliers of recycled paper to ensure stable and high-quality supply. Strategic partnerships with suppliers of recycled paper are identified as key success factors in meeting increasing demand. The research findings indicate that the increased demand for bales of recycled paper not only reduces waste and emissions but also reinforces PT. Recycled Paper Hub's commitment to sustainability. These findings offer valuable insights for the paper industry and other companies seeking to adopt more sustainable business models.
