Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu manajemen dalam mengevaluasi efek penerapan program intervensi kerajinan kerja bagi perawat terhadap perilaku gairah kerja, komitmen karir, dukungan otonomi, kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik. Serta untuk melihat sejauh mana motivasi individu untuk memenuhi karir yang disukai, termasuk kegigihan mereka dalam mengejar tujuan karir dan membentuk karyawan dengan semangat kerja yang harmonis mengalami jenjang karir yang lebih tinggi daripada mereka yang memiliki hasrat kerja obsesif. Pengumpulan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus (Hair, et al., 2019), sehingga terdapat 140 responden dalam penelitian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di RSU Bunda Jakarta yang berprofesi sebagai perawat. perawat yang berusia antara 20-40 tahun dan memiliki pengalaman kerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gairah Kerja berhubungan positif dengan Pengayaan Pekerjaan-Keluarga. Pengayaan pekerjaan-keluarga berpengaruh baik pada komitmen karir, konflik Pekerjan-Keluarga berpengaruh negatif dengan Komitmen Karir dan Komitmen karir berpengaruh positif pada kesejahteraan psikologis. Dengan demikian bahwa pentingnya gairah kerja terhadap komitmen karir dan kesejahteraan psikologis melalui peran pekerjaan-keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to seek the determinant of turnover intention in non profit organizaiton. The transfer of employees is an important issue in the organization that management must consider. Efforts to deter this valuable employee are essential. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between proactive personality, work-life balance, and work involvement to the turnover intention, which is gender moderated. This research is expected to add information at the theoretical and scientific level of organizational management and positive managerial implications for the management of profit or non-profit organizations. The data are collected in this study using a survey method with an online questionnaire sampled 210 respondents and the hypothteses are analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method This study found that proactive customer service providers were first engaged in their work and showed a low turnover intention. Also, the intention will be low if the work-life balance of the employees is high.

Abstract

One of the tourism industries that contributes to national development is the hotel industry. The hotel business can support other businesses, whether it is the right place to hold meetings or cooperation agreements, it can also be a place to increase human resource competency through training. The hotel is also a means for family gatherings to relieve fatigue, a place to stay for delegations from fellow countries at state meetings. The existence of a hotel must of course be accompanied by excellent service, including cleanliness and quality of towels and linen for its guests. The presence of a laundry business service that serves hotel needs is very much needed. This business plan offers a premium laundry service specifically for 4 and 5 star hotels. PT. Luxury Indah Jaya (Luxury Laundry) not only offers towel and linen laundry services but also provides towel and linen rental and guarantees the availability of hotel needs. Luxury Laundry has an IFE score of 2.90 and an EFE score of 3.02, where Luxury Laundry's competitive strength is in the medium category based on the results of the Five Forces Portes Model analysis. Luxury Laundry's financial plan is prepared by considering capital requirements and all costs in running a business company. This research aims to analyze Luxury Laundry's financial planning. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis.

Abstract

Patient loyalty is an important behavior possessed by patients as users of hospital services. Loyalty patients can benefit the Hospital. Loyalty is obtained as a manifestation of perceived brand image, hospital empathy and patient satisfaction that is obtained from quality service. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between brand image, hospital empathy, patient satisfaction and MCU patient loyalty at X Hospital. This research method uses a quantitative approach, using a cross-sectional design, sampling technique with purposive sampling, with a total sample of 349 respondents. The results of the bivariate analysis, with chi-square analysis, showed that there was a relationship between brand image and patient loyalty, with a p-value (0.000<0.05), there is a relationship between Hospital empathy and patient loyalty, p-value (0.000<0.05) and there is a relationship between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty with a p-value (0.000<0.05). The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant variable was patient satisfaction with a p-value (0.001) and odds-ratio (2.071). The conclusion in this study is the importance of brand image, hospital empathy and patient satisfaction in creating a loyal patient attitude. Hospital management must evaluate patient loyalty on an ongoing basis, as a basic consideration in developing strategies to provide quality services. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant variable was patient satisfaction with a p-value (0.001) and odds-ratio (2.071). The conclusion in this study is the importance of brand image, hospital empathy and patient satisfaction in creating a loyal patient attitude. Abstract

Human Resource (HR) planning in healthcare service management at the Growth and Development Special Hospital in Region X focuses on workforce development to meet future service needs. This study analyzes the implementation of BPJS-based healthcare services for child growth and development, and evaluates its long-term sustainability. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through literature studies, observations, interviews, surveys, and documentation. The analysis focuses on internal and external factors that influence the success of healthcare services. The Growth and Development Special Hospital implements a strategy based on the McKinsey 7S model to ensure alignment of values, organizational culture, and HR management practices with the hospital's vision and mission. The servant leadership approach is applied to create a positive work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. Through a transparent recruitment system, needs-based competency development, and ongoing training, this hospital seeks to improve the competitiveness and quality of healthcare services for pediatric patients with growth and development disorders, while supporting government programs in reducing stunting rates and realizing Indonesia's golden generation.

Abstract

The culinary industry in Indonesia, especially among the middle class in major cities such as Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek), is experiencing rapid growth. To continue attracting consumer interest, restaurants compete to introduce new and unique menus. This presents an opportunity for suppliers like PT Meat Tech, which specializes in providing high-quality imported beef, to innovate and meet market demand. A marketing plan is a strategic process in marketing that aims to achieve predetermined targets. In this process, the marketing strategy is a crucial element as it encompasses the company’s values and objectives. PT Meat Tech will focus on Marketing Goals and Objectives, Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) Strategy, business-to-business (B2B) Marketing Mix, Sales Activities, Sales Budget Projections, and Revenue Stream Projections to enhance sales and achieve revenue targets. This study aims to assist PT Meat Tech in successfully marketing its beef products through differentiation strategies that support revenue growth. Data collection will involve a multifaceted approach, including semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders at Meat Tech, such as marketing managers, sales representatives, and other relevant personnel. The study results indicate that an effective marketing plan is influenced by several factors, including the business establishment purpose, pricing strategy, location, promotion, sales activities, and financial management. By addressing these factors, PT Meat Tech can optimize its marketing strategy and strengthen its market position.

Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan kerja yang semakin dinamis menuntut organisasi untuk memperhatikan keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi karyawan atau Work Life Balance (WLB), yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan Job Performance (JP). Namun, di tengah kemajuan teknologi, muncul tantangan baru berupa risiko pengetahuan teknologi atau Knowledge Risk of Technology (KRT) yang dapat memengaruhi hubungan keduanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh WLB terhadap JP dengan KRT sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 79 pegawai tetap Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup tiga konstruk utama, yaitu WLB, JP, dan KRT, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WLB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap JP, serta KRT memperkuat pengaruh tersebut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan pribadi karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka, terutama ketika didukung oleh pemahaman terhadap risiko teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan strategi WLB dengan manajemen risiko teknologi guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan berkelanjutan.

Skincare businesses in Indonesia continue to emerge, both large and small companies. Skincare products and local brand cosmetics still dominate Indonesian market. Local products have the opportunity to become the masters of the domestic market. People today are starting to be interested in skincare products made from natural ingredients such as tea extract, spices, or black garlic. Skincare products with black garlic ingredients have promising and potential business. PT Indo Bright Skincare offers skincare products made from black garlic extract. The company not only offers uniqueness by using black garlic extract, but the efficacy of this black garlic is also the selling point of the product. The establishment of a business has various risks. That’s why risk management is important for the company. By understanding risks, management can anticipate and manage risks properly.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore the effect of perceived organizational support, work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance, which then builds organizational commitment and job satisfaction so as to give rise to employee performance, which has a good impact on productivity and enterprise. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using a Google Form, which resulted in 205 respondents working for automotive industry companies in the Cikarang and Karawang industrial areas. Data analysis and processing using Lisrel 8.8 software The findings of this study indicate that perceived organizational support has a negative effect on work stress and a positive effect on organizational commitment. When employees feel there is no organizational support, this triggers stress. Work stress has no negative effect on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for the company. With a better understanding of these factors, companies can increase employee productivity and achieve company goals.

Abstract

Digital technology has changed the way companies do business, including the way companies market their products or services, because the power of digital transformation, especially through social media, can effectively influence consumer purchasing behavior and brand equity. The research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of social media marketing on brand trust, brand equity and brand loyalty. Then to find out the influence of brand trust on brand equity, brand equity on brand loyalty, and to find out the influence of the role of mediating variables brand trust and brand equity on the relationship between social media marketing and brand loyalty. This research is included in the type of explanatory causality research, with the research population being all RSIA Grand Family patients who actively use social media. The number of samples in this study was 145 respondents, and the sample method was non-probability sampling. The Structural Equation Model (SEM), together with the Lisrel (Linear Structural Relation) program version 8.80, was used to analyze the data in this study. The results of this research found that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, brand equity and brand loyalty. Furthermore, the results of this research found that brand trust had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, then brand equity had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. In this research, brand trust and brand equity were found to mediate the relationship between social media marketing and brand loyalty. However, this research found that brand trust does not have a significant effect on brand loyalty.
