Abstract

The low quality of human resources is one of the most basic problems that can hamper the educational process, which is one of the causes of the low quality of education in Indonesia, namely the low quality of teachers. Human resources are one of the factors that need to be considered in implementing teaching activities in the field of education, and teachers are the main carriers of the intellectual growth of the younger generation.The approach used is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a research rule that will produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from parties directly involved in the author's research. Meanwhile, the type of research used is a case study, with the aim of obtaining a complete and in-depth description of an entity. Case studies produce data which is then analyzed to produce theories. The leadership strategy needed in schools is a leadership strategy that is able to push towards a better direction. Through good leadership strategies, a madrasa head can improve and increase teacher discipline in accordance with the goals, hopes, vision and mission carried out by the school. If the madrasah principal implements leadership strategies well and continuously in all teacher activities at school, a better work environment will be created in the future for teachers. Disciplinary problems are basic and general problems in the educational environment. At MI Miftahul Falah, common disciplinary problems usually occur in the form of teachers being late in coming to the madrasah in the morning or when lessons start in class. In responding to forms of violations committed by MI teacher Miftahul Falah, the head of the madrasah made efforts in the form of implementing rules and regulations containing rules and sanctions for teachers. The application of rules and regulations aims to instill an awareness of the value of discipline in teachers. Meanwhile, sanctions aim to provide a deterrent effect for teachers who violate the rules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengelolaan fasilitas pembelajaran dalam mendukung Pembelajaran di era digital pada MAN 2 Kota Bogor. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada empat dimensi utama, yakni perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik yang digunakan mencakup observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sementara validitas data diuji melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan yang dilaksanakan di MAN 2 Kota Bogor, dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan diantaranya: mengadakan rapat-rapat, membuat kebijakan dan mengadakan sosialisasi. 2) Pengorganisasian yang dilaksanakan di MAN 2 Kota Bogor dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya: membuat kebijakan, mendiskusikan dengan wakil kepala, mengkoordinasikan kebijakan, pemeriksaan kondisi kelas, dan melakukan perbaikan. 3) Pelaksanaan di MAN 2 Kota Bogor, dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya: absensi menggunakan aplikasi SIMANDAPA, pengisian jurnal guru, pengisian refleksi, pembelajaran menggunakan smartphone dan penyimpanan bahan ajar di aplikasi SIMANDAPA. 4) Pengendalian di MAN 2 Kota Bogor, dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya: melaksanakan supervisi kelas, mengontrol dari aplikasi SIMANDAPA, pengecekan, dan melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The concept of gratitude in Islamic teachings occupies an important position in shaping spiritual awareness and ethical values in the lives of the faithful, especially when examined through the perspective of Sufi interpretation. The meaning of gratitude is not limited to verbal expressions of divine gifts, but encompasses an inner dimension that reflects internal acknowledgment, expressions of praise, and the application of blessings in tangible actions. This study aims to examine how the verses of gratitude are interpreted in Tafsir al-Qusyairi, a tafsir work that highlights the isyāri approach and deepens the spiritual aspects of the Qur'an. The approach used is descriptive-qualitative through literature study, emphasizing thematic analysis of the word "gratitude" in the Qur'an based on the Sufi understanding according to al-Qusyairi. The study results indicate that according to al-Qusyairi, gratitude consists of three main dimensions: inner acknowledgment through the heart, verbal expression of praise, and the practice of blessings through behavior. In the Sufi framework, gratitude is viewed as a spiritual maqām that represents the existential closeness of a servant to their Lord, while also serving as a means of purifying the soul and surrendering to the Divine will. In addition to its transcendental aspect, gratitude also has positive social consequences, such as fostering humility, sensitivity towards others, and a spirit of solidarity. Therefore, the Sufi interpretation of the verses of gratitude not only enriches the inner approach to the Qur'an but also contributes to shaping the religious character and social ethics of Muslims in a complete and comprehensive manner.

Abstract

Broiler chicken agroindustry has significant potential to produce carbon emissions from using resources, energy, and waste. Awareness of environmental sustainability encourages the industry to improve its production system to be more environmentally friendly. Before improving the production system, carbon emission analysis needs to be carried out in the production process to assess its impact. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of global warming throughout the life cycle of broiler chicken products through carbon footprint analysis using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The data inventory consisted of inputs and outputs from three subsystems: feed production, broiler chicken production, and chicken meat production. The impact calculation used the CML-IA (Center of Environmental Science of Leiden University) baseline method on the SimaPro software. The results showed that 1 kg of frozen packaged carcass produced a carbon footprint of 4.35 kg CO2 eq. Feed production, especially soybean meal, bio waste, and electricity use, were the primary sources of emissions in the three subsystems. Improvement scenarios to reduce the carbon footprint included substituting soybean meal with local feed ingredients, processing biowaste into compost, and increasing energy efficiency in the cooling system

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether or not there is an effect of small sided games training on the accuracy of passing in student soccer games at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ichsan. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling of MA Nurul Ichsan students with a sample of 20 male students. Using statistical analysis method with paired sample t-test. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, it can be seen that the p-value in the experimental group is 0.002 and the control group is 0.068. When compared with alpha, the value of the experimental group was smaller (0.002 <0.05) which stated that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This indicates that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. So it can be concluded that the practice of small sided games affects the accuracy of passing in football games for class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ichsan

Abstract

Abstrak. Kecamatan Rejoso, Kabupaten Nganjuk mengalami peningkatan signifikan kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) dari 10 kasus pada Tahun 2023 menjadi 57 kasus pada Tahun 2024. Kenaikan kasus DBD ini diduga berkaitan dengan faktor lingkungan seperti curah hujan, kelembapan udara, suhu. Indeks kerapatan vegetasi, dan indeks kebasahan. Pemetaan spasial berbasis data citra satelit dan sistem informasi geografis telah banyak digunakan dalam studi epidemiologi, namun demikian penerapannya masih terbatas dalam konteks lokal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis fisiografi wilayah dan indeks spektral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan potensi risiko DBD menggunakan pendekatan weighted overlay berbasis Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi, dokumentasi, serta analisis citra satelit. Hasil PCA menunjukkan variabel paling berpengaruh adalah curah hujan (0,530), kelembapan udara (0,509) dan kerapatan vegetasi (0,421), sedangkan suhu (-0,509) dan indeks kebasahan (0,148) memberikan kontribusi yang lebih rendah. Pemetaan menunjukkan tiga kategori potensi DBD, yaitu tinggi (6 desa), sedang (4 desa), dan rendah (13 desa). Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa weighted overlay dapat digunakan sebagai alat prediksi spasial untuk mendukung mitigasi risiko dan kewaspadaan dini terhadap DBD, dengan mempertimbangkan dinamika iklim lokal dan karakteristik lingkungan wilayah.Abstract. The Rejoso District in Nganjuk Regency experienced a significant increase in Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) cases, rising from 10 cases in 2023 to 57 cases in 2024. This increase in DHF cases is thought to be related to environmental factors such as rainfall, air humidity, temperature, vegetation density index, and wetness index. Spatial mapping based on satellite imagery data and Geographic Information Systems has been widely used in epidemiological studies, but its application is still limited in the local context, with a quantitative approach based on regional physiography and spectral index. This study aims to map the potential risk of DHF using a weighted overlay approach based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA). This study is a descriptive, quantitative research, with data collected through literature reviews, observations, documentation, and satellite image analysis. PCA results show that the most influential variables are rainfall (0.530), air humidity (0.509) and vegetation density (0.421), while temperature (-0.509) and wetness index (0.148) provide a lower contribution. The mapping revealed three categories of dengue fever potential: high (in 6 villages), medium (in 4 villages), and low (in 13 villages). These findings demonstrate that weighted overlay can be used as a spatial prediction tool to support risk mitigation and early warning of dengue fever, taking into account local climate dynamics and the region's environmental characteristics.

Abstract

This research focuses on the problem of unclear hadith authentication and legal classification in Al-Bayan by Abdul Hamid Hakim, where many hadiths are cited without explanation of their sanad or legal status. Such absence of references raises questions about the methodological rigor and reliability of the hadiths used as istidlal (legal arguments). The study employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach, emphasizing takhrij al-hadith to trace the origins, authenticity, and legal implications of the hadiths. Through comparative analysis, the research identifies 165 hadiths, of which 129 are excluded because their rulings are clear and authenticated by al-Bukhari and Muslim, while 36 require further takhrij. From 103 hadiths analyzed in detail, 6 are hasan, 9 are da‘if, and the rest are sahih. The findings show that Abdul Hamid Hakim’s interpretive approach integrates the Qur’an, hadith, qiyas, and scholarly consensus, prioritizing moral and legal coherence over technical precision.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial, khususnya TikTok, telah memunculkan tren “Marriage is Scary” yang ramai diperbincangkan di kalangan generasi muda, termasuk mahasiswa. Tren ini mencerminkan ketakutan terhadap proses akan melakukan pernikahan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial, ekonomi, budaya, serta pengalaman traumatis di masa lalu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap tren “Marriage is Scary” di TikTok serta bagaimana konten tersebut berpengaruh terhadap regulasi emosi dan pemaknaan pernikahan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tiga informan mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan TikTok. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tren “Marriage is Scary” memicu kecemasan dan kesadaran kritis serta menggugah refleksi diri dan memotivasi persiapan lahir batin yang lebih matang. Meski konten dapat memperkuat ketakutan kolektif, literasi digital yang baik dan dukungan nilai spiritual menjadi kunci bagi mahasiswa untuk mengolah narasi negatif menjadi langkah proaktif dalam merencanakan pernikahan. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pentingnya program literasi media, pendidikan pranikah holistik, dan pembekalan psikososial-spiritual bagi generasi muda.The development of social media, particularly TikTok, has given rise to the "Marriage is Scary" trend, which is widely discussed among young people, including college students. This trend reflects fears about the process of marriage, influenced by social, economic, and cultural factors, as well as past traumatic experiences. This study aims to describe college students' perceptions of the "Marriage is Scary" trend on TikTok and how this content influences their emotional regulation and understanding of marriage. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with three student informants who actively use TikTok. The results indicate that the "Marriage is Scary" trend triggers anxiety and critical awareness, stimulates self-reflection, and motivates more thorough physical and spiritual preparation. Although the content can reinforce collective fears, good digital literacy and support of spiritual values are key for college students to transform negative narratives into proactive steps in wedding planning. These findings recommend the importance of media literacy programs, holistic premarital education, and psychosocial-spiritual provision for the younger generation.

Abstract

The background of this study arises from the challenges faced by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the Society 5.0 era, which requires integrating technology with spiritual values so that learning not only emphasizes cognitive aspects but also fosters students’ religious character. This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated instruction in PAI and its contribution to enhancing students’ spiritual literacy. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at MA YKUI Maskumambang Gresik. Data were collected through interviews, participatory observations, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that PAI teachers applied various strategies such as peer tutoring, small groups, learning contracts, RAFT, tiering, and learning centers that accommodated students’ diverse readiness, learning styles, and interests. These strategies enhanced students’ contextual understanding of Islamic teachings and encouraged the habituation of worship and religious attitudes in daily life. The study concludes that differentiated instruction serves as an adaptive pedagogical model for Islamic education in the digital-humanistic era. Its contribution lies in reinforcing theoretical and practical foundations for developing a responsive and flexible PAI curriculum aligned with students’ needs and the demands of contemporary society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa berpengaruhnya reinforcement dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen, yaitu untuk mencari pengaruh pemberian reinforcement dan gaya belajar. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan Pre-Experimental Designs yang jenisnya Pretest-Posttest Design, karena penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adanya pengaruh reinforcement dan konvensional terhadap hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli dapat dilihat dari hasil Nilai Fhitung= 3,186 dan Ftabel= 3,15, maka Fhitung>Ftabel. Selanjutnya, terdapat perbedaan pemberian metode reinforcement dan gaya belajar terhadap pengetahuan awal tinggi dan rendah pada keterampilan servis bawah yang dilakukan menjukkan bahwa Nilai Fhitung= 7,357 dan Ftabel = 4,00. Fhitung > Ftabel, maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak maka 7,357>4,00, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penghitungan untuk mengetahui interaksi pemberian metode reinforcement dan gaya belajar pada keterampilan servis bawah yaitu Fhitung= 4,562 dan Ftabel= 3,15. Kesimpulanya ada interaksi pemberian reinforcement dan gaya belajar serta pengetahuan awal terhadap keterampilan servis bawah pada kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo.
