Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia application on psychological and social well-being and explore the implications and risks of deviations in modern society. With the increasing integration of Sharia principles into various aspects of life, understanding their effects on individual and societal well-being is crucial. Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework is based on social integration theory and psychological well-being models, which help explain how religious principles influence life satisfaction, stress, and social cohesion. Literature Review: A literature review reveals that Sharia's impact on psychological well-being is generally positive, fostering a sense of justice and community, yet it also carries risks of social exclusion and value conflicts in diverse societies. Methods: The study employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data. A quantitative survey involving 500 respondents assesses the psychological and social effects of Sharia on life satisfaction, stress levels, and social integration. Additionally, qualitative interviews with 30 stakeholders, including Sharia practitioners, academics, and community members, offer in-depth insights into the societal and individual implications of Sharia application. Results: The results show that while Sharia implementation increases a sense of justice and social support, it may also result in social exclusion, especially in pluralistic contexts, leading to value conflicts among different social groups. Implications: The implications of the findings suggest that Sharia's implementation must be carefully balanced with modern societal needs, promoting fairness and inclusivity. Furthermore, mechanisms to prevent and address deviations from Sharia principles are essential for mitigating potential risks. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and the general public in managing Sharia's application effectively. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive exploration of both the positive and negative impacts of Sharia on psychological and social well-being, offering a nuanced understanding of its role in contemporary society.

Abstract

Abstract

In the era of rapid technological development and globalization, the modern economy presents new challenges in terms of transactions following sharia economic principles. Islam, as a timeless universal religion that regulates faith, sharia and morals comprehensively, exists as a guide for every Muslim in carrying out business transaction activities. Transaction comes from the English "transaction". Often in Arabic, it is called al-Mu'amalat. Thus transaction is another word for al-Mu'amalat. In the context of fiqh science, the science of fiqh that studies al-Mu'amalat is called fiqh al-Mu'amalat. Fiqh al-Mu'amalat in a certain sense covers a very broad field, for example law regarding transactions, sanctions, criminal penalties, guarantees, and other laws that regulate relationships between humans and organizations. Sharia economics also offers an approach based on Islamic principles, which include the principles of justice, transparency and sustainability.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of socio-cultural factors on several Islamic legal products in Indonesia.Socio-cultural elements in the history of Islamic law by analyzing some examples of the results of scholarly thoughts in the form of fiqh, fatwas, court decisions, and laws applied in Islamic countries Islamic legal thought products. The role of Islam in Indonesia's social, cultural, and economic dynamics developed through a long struggle, where Hindu/Buddhist and Christian influences were accompanied by changes in the socio-cultural system. Islam remains a dominant part of the nation today. Because it provides a space that separates the sacred from the profane, there is still a secular influence , albeit culturally and psychologically problematic. On the other hand, the pure teachings of Islam are those that liberate people from dependence on secular culture. Numerically the background to the formation of social order in society is that Islam plays a dominant role, but in fact, due to the acculturation of past cultures and the reality of modern national life, Islam has signs of being shifted. Otherwise, Islam in Indonesia will be used as a stamp of power to prop up a corrupt capitalist government.

Abstract

This study tries to 1) identify the elements that lead murderers to plan their crimes, and 2) understand those elements. The judge's factors to consider when determining murder cases with intent to kill, 3). Comparing the Criminal Code with Islamic law's definition of premeditated murder. To gather data for this study, a library research technique known as a normative juridical approach to literature evaluation was used. The Criminal Code, followed by the Koran, Hadith, and translations into Indonesian, as well as relevant scholarly works, books, and articles, served as the source for legal information. The study's findings led to the conclusion that Indonesian law's Criminal Code Articles 338–350 govern the crime of murder. In the Criminal Code, premeditated murder is defined as a purposeful killing, whereas in Islamic criminal law, the victim's life is the first thing that is intended to be taken. According to Article 340 of the Criminal Code, the perpetrator of a premeditated murder may be sentenced to life in prison by a jury of judges. Whereas in Islamic criminal law, as mentioned in QS. Al-Maidah verse 45 and Hadith, the perpetrator's acts might result in a death sentence (Qishash) for committing purposeful murder.

The subject of this study is business actors and employees of the Ear Mushroom House in Tawangmangu, while the object of this study is entrepreneurial opportunities for ear mushroom cultivation based on Sharia glasses. The methods used are interview and observation techniques. The data analysis used is qualitative research. The results of the research show that Mitra Mandiri's business from a Sharia perspective is very prospective and Sharia-compliant, because the acquisition obtained is greater than the resources used, and the implementation of planting does not deviate from the rules prohibited in Islam. This mushroom business is very prospective, but there are several obstacles in cultivating mushroom houses, namely many failed seeds, many pests, long production processes, uneven marketing, and lack of human resources. Although there are obstacles, all obstacles can be solved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out Islamic ethics in addressing illness and treatment. Methods used with literature search and literature selection. The theoretical framework of this study is that the Covid-19 pandemic has touched on every aspect of human life and raised many ethical questions. Several debates took place in various healthcare communities related to the coronavirus. In addition, religious communities also face various questions and challenges related to the Covid-19 pandemic regarding spiritual beliefs, ritual practices, and moral principles of the community. The results of the study show that every Muslim believes that every disease has its cure but man's job is to research and find a cure. Treatment is a healing effort recommended by the Prophet SAW, even if it is part of a form of tawakkal to Allah SWT, but treatment is prohibited by using drugs from unclean or made from objects forbidden by Islam. In times of emergency, Islam provides rukhsoh (leeway) for treatment with the haram with some emergency conditions that scholars have explained. Except for khomr, khomr still cannot be used as medicine, because in khomr emergency conditions are not met.
