Abstract

This study aims to determine the crimes that are still rampant in Indonesia by researching street crimes in Indonesia. This study employs qualitative research methods with a normative juridical approach, analyzing secondary data from published literature. The research employs bibliometric data analysis techniques through searching, deepening, examining, investigating, and researching all publications indexed in Scopus regarding the impact of street crime phenomena on public peace from a criminological perspective: public spaces in Indonesia from 1996 to 2023. The obtained data will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel and R/R-Studio applications. VOSviewer will be used synchronously for synchronous analysis of keyword emergence. Street crime is a phenomenon of street-level criminal activities observed from a specialized execution perspective. Terms in the Quran and Hadith related to the behaviour of klitih (a local term for violent behaviour) are also discussed, including the forms of legal measures applied to it. The term al-hirabah refers to armed groups aiming to create chaos, spill blood, and harm people, which is entirely contrary to religion, morality, rules, and laws. Prevention can be approached through traditional means, and legal enforcement must involve various community elements to take control of the issue with support from the state and formal institutions. The results show an annual growth rate of 6.49%, which represents the average yearly increase in published research papers on street crime over the studied period. This research provides a brief overview of the accessible literature and offers recommendations for future research.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to explore the dynamics of Islamic education through a bibliometric analysis, focusing on its challenges and prospects in the modern context. The study utilizes the VOSviewer software to systematically analyze 1,377 publications on Islamic education from 2015 to 2024, retrieved from the Scopus database. Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework is grounded in the interplay between traditional Islamic principles and modern educational paradigms, emphasizing the need for a balanced approach to preserving Islamic traditions while adapting to contemporary demands. Literature Review: The literature review identifies key themes in Islamic education research, such as traditional teaching methods, curriculum development, and the integration of technology. Additionally, emerging topics like inclusive education, the use of digital tools, and sustainability are highlighted as critical areas of focus for future development. Methods: The research employs a bibliometric analysis method, mapping co-authorship, co-citation, and keyword networks to identify dominant research trends, influential authors, and geographical patterns in the field. This approach enables a comprehensive understanding of the research landscape and its evolution over time. Results: The findings reveal that Islamic education faces a dual challenge: maintaining its spiritual and cultural essence while embracing innovation and globalization. Key insights include the increasing importance of digital tools in enhancing access and inclusivity, the need for curriculum reforms that incorporate skill-based learning, and the growing attention to sustainability in Islamic education. Despite progress, significant gaps remain in teacher training, policy implementation, and resource allocation, which require immediate attention. Implications: The implications of this study are multifaceted. For researchers, it offers a roadmap for addressing underexplored areas, such as the intersection of Islamic education and sustainable development. For practitioners, it provides actionable insights into improving educational practices and policies. Policymakers can leverage the findings to design initiatives that align Islamic education with the demands of the modern world while preserving its foundational values. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive bibliometric approach, which systematically identifies gaps and opportunities in Islamic education, offering a forward-looking perspective that bridges tradition and modernity.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the existence of library literacy in Indonesia in the millennial era and investigate strategies to improve the quality of education in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially those related to quality education and equal access to information. Library literacy plays an important role in improving individuals' ability to access, process, and utilize information effectively. Theoretical Framework: the one used in this study refers to the concept of information literacy and the role of libraries in education, as well as a sustainable development theory that links quality education to the achievement of the SDGs. Literature Review: The existing literature shows that despite efforts to improve access to information and education in Indonesia, the library literacy gap between regions is still a major challenge. Several studies highlight the lack of adequate library infrastructure, lack of training for library managers, and limited access to technology for people in remote areas. Methods: This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in several libraries located in large cities and remote areas. Data was collected through interviews with library managers, teachers, and students, as well as analysis of documents related to library literacy policies in Indonesia. Results: The results of the study show that library literacy in Indonesia in the millennial era faces several obstacles, including the lack of technological facilities in regional libraries, the low quality of human resource management in the library sector, and the unequal access to information in rural areas. However, there are also several positive initiatives carried out by the library community, such as digital literacy training for students and the introduction of mobile libraries. Implications: The implication of this study is the importance of strengthening policies that support the development of library infrastructure and the improvement of digital literacy skills, as part of a strategy to achieve the SDGs, especially in terms of inclusive and quality education. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in integrating library literacy with the goal of sustainable development in the context of Indonesian education.

Abstract

Since the development of the Islamic economy in the early 90s, Muslim communities have demanded a legal decision from experts regarding the system in the economy. One of the contracts that is being discussed is mudharabah. Because mudharabah is a way out of the usury system which makes the owners of large capital bigger and the poor poorer. This research uses literature. By digging up data from books, journals and other written references. So the results and conclusions are a review of the available books. As well as with descriptive analysis methods. Explain in description the problem of the concept of taisir in the MUI fatwa regarding the mudharabah contract. This research concludes that the mudharabah contract is legally permissible as long as it is permissible, it is a contract containing the rukhshah of a haram contract with a ribawi system. The DSN MUI fatwa has its own manhaj in accommodating various things in Indonesia. The results of the DSN MUI fatwa have the following technical implications: (1) mudharabah is a solution to a usurious interest system; (2) the size and size of financing from LKS to customers can be adjusted to existing data and documents; (3) as long as there are no eligible LKS, there are rukhsahs for the use of conventional bank services. So that economic growth with mudharabah includes comprehensive prosperity; receive blessings; and economic equality and empowerment of MSMEs.

Abstract

The correlation between Fiqh (the science of Islamic law) and the sharia economic law in Indonesia is the relationship or link between the two fields in the context of religious regulations and practices as well as the rules of law that apply in the sharia economic system.Fiqh is a science that studies the rules of the Islamic religion, including in the economic field. Fiqh provides guidelines on how a Muslim should carry out his economic activities by religious teachings. For example, fiqh regulates halal and haram in business, usury transactions, the distribution of zakat, waqf, and so on.Meanwhile, the sharia economic law in Indonesia was made to regulate financial practices by sharia principles. This law covers various aspects such as sharia banking, insurance, capital market, and investment, and other financial products based on Islamic principles. So it can be said that there is a correlation between Fiqh as a theological and moral foundation for Muslim religious practices and the Sharia Economic Law law as a formal legal instrument to apply fiqh concepts in the world of business and finance.

PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Jakarta ensures that its insurance products comply with the provisions of Fatwa DSN-MUI, which allows the use of insurance while avoiding elements of usury and speculation. Additionally, the implementation of sharia-compliant insurance for Hajj and Umrah trips by PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Jakarta fulfils the needs of pilgrims in facing certain risks that may arise during the journey. Protection against risks, such as trip cancellation, delay, or loss of valuables, provides a sense of security and comfort for pilgrims.
